1. Faster Translations with New AI Provider

The app now uses OpenAI OSS from Groq as the translation engine for significantly faster response times.This improvement reduces agent waiting time and provides near-instant translations across supported languages.

2. Retry Button for Missed Translations

A new "Retry" button has been added to the widget. If a translation is missed or fails to load, agents can now manually re-trigger the translation without refreshing the ticket or reloading the app.

This provides a smoother workflow and ensures no message is left untranslated.

3. Engine for Trial Extensions

We have introduced a Trial Extension Engine to streamline trial extension requests.
Users can now submit a quick review to receive an extended trial period, helping new teams evaluate the full value of the app with more time and flexibility.

1. Manual Translation Trigger

Translations are no longer triggered automatically.
Agents can now initiate translations manually using the Translate button.
This provides more control and avoids unnecessary translations.

2. Added Support for Kazakh

Kazakh has been added as a supported language for both incoming messages and agent responses.

4. Internal Notes Default Changed to Off

Translations will no longer be added as internal notes by default.
This helps keep ticket conversations cleaner.
Admins can enable this setting if needed.

3. Token Usage Analytics

The app now tracks token consumption to provide clearer visibility into translation volume and usage over time.
This lays the foundation for more detailed reporting in future updates.
