How we think about scoping and where the boundaries are.

The free first session works at every tier.

It's a discovery and scoping call — no commitment, no payment. We'll only proceed if both sides agree it's the right fit and the right tier.

"Out of scope" matters as much as "what's included."

Each tier defines a clear boundary so neither side gets surprised. If a Quick Start customer needs a custom API tool mid-engagement, we'll quote a fixed-price add-on or upgrade to the next tier — not silently expand the scope.

Most teams land on Done-For-You.

Quick Start is for self-starters who want guidance. Enterprise is for complex multi-brand or compliance-heavy setups. Done-For-You is the gap between — most buyers want us to build, not coach.

Enterprise pricing starts at $7,500 because it's not a fixed product.

Final scope and price are confirmed after the discovery call. The starting number is a floor — most engagements come in higher based on number of brands, integrations, and custom development.
