Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page describes how residents of California, and residents of other US states with similar laws, can exercise the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Our Position

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. AGZ Technologies Private Limited ("Macha") does not exchange your personal information for money.

We do, however, "share" certain cookie-based identifiers with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising. Under the CPRA, this activity is treated as "sharing" even when no money changes hands. Specifically, when you have accepted marketing cookies, identifiers set by our advertising partners (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Twitter/X Pixel, Google Ads) may allow those partners to associate your visit with your account on their platforms and target ads accordingly.

How to Opt Out

You have four ways to opt out. Any one of them stops the sharing described above.

1. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our website automatically honours the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 header, we treat that as a valid opt-out request, and marketing and advertising cookies will not fire. Browsers and extensions that support GPC include Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox (via extension), and OptMeowt. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

2. Cookie Preferences

Use our cookie consent banner (bottom-left of the page on your first visit) or clear your browser cookies for getmacha.com and revisit the site to see the banner again. Declining cookies stops all non-essential tracking, including advertising cookies.

3. Click This Button

The button below records your opt-out preference in this browser without requiring you to accept or decline other cookie categories. It sets a persistent flag we honour on every subsequent visit.

4. Email Request

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and include:

• The email address associated with your Macha account (if you have one).
• The state you reside in.
• Any additional information to help us verify your identity, such as the date you created your account.

We will confirm your opt-out within 15 business days.

Authorised Agents

You may designate an authorised agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written authorisation and proof of identity. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Authorised Agent Request".

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your right to opt out of sale or sharing.

Scope

Opt-out preferences are stored per browser and per device. If you switch browsers or devices, or clear your cookies, you may need to opt out again. Signed-in account preferences (via email request) are honoured across all sessions on that account.
