Best Zoho Desk Partners (2026): All 101 Desk-Certified Partners Scored, 15 Ranked
The best Zoho Desk partners are the Desk-certified consultancies that say on their own sites what they build in Zoho Desk, whether they set up Zia, and what they charge or how long it takes. We scored all 101 partners in Zoho's directory with an active Zoho Desk certification on five public criteria, on October 29, 2026. Smartmates, Millennials Consulting, Digital Transformation Management and Svennis Cloud Solutions tied at 9 of 10, in that order on directory ratings. Only 3 of the 101 publish a price for their own work, and 12 describe AI work for support tickets.
Key takeaways
- Smartmates is the best-scoring Zoho Desk partner, at 9 of 10, ahead of Millennials Consulting, Digital Transformation Management and Svennis Cloud Solutions, which also scored 9.
- Only 3 of the 101 Desk-certified partners publish a price for their own work: Smartmates, Digital Transformation Management and Breakthrough Advancement.
- 12 partners describe AI work on support tickets, such as Zia ticket tagging, reply drafting or AI-assisted answers; the rest describe Desk work without AI, AI only in general terms, or neither.
- Directory ratings run high: the lowest average among rated partners was 4.7, and 13 of the 101 had no ratings at all.
- Tier tells you about revenue and Zoho engagement scores, so read a partner's Zoho Desk page before you book a call.

"Countries listed" are the countries on each partner's directory record, which can include where it sells as well as where it's based. "Not published" means we found no figure on the pages we read; a call may get you one. The other 86 partners are scored in the full table further down.
How we ranked them
Zoho's partner directory lets you filter by product certification. The feed behind it listed 1,348 partners on October 29, 2026, and 101 held an active Zoho Desk certification: 45 Premium, 26 Advanced, 29 Authorized and 1 with no tier shown. All 101 are Consulting Partners. We read every partner's homepage, then the Zoho Desk, AI, support, pricing and team pages it links to, and scored each partner 0, 1 or 2 on five criteria. The rubric has the same shape as our Zendesk implementation partner ranking, adapted to what Zoho's directory shows.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | Premium tier | Advanced tier | Authorized or no tier |
| Zoho Desk and AI work described | The site describes AI work on support tickets: Zia, Answer Bot, Zia Agents, or AI that drafts, tags, routes or answers tickets | Zoho Desk work described without AI, or AI in general terms | Neither |
| Price or timeline published | A price for the partner's own work | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | A managed service, retainer, maintenance contract or ongoing tuning described | Support mentioned with no scope | Not described |
| Directory ratings | 25 or more | 1 to 24 | None |
Every partner in the pool holds the Desk certification, so standing turns on tier alone. A license price copied from Zoho's own list doesn't count as a partner price. A page that only describes what Zia does, without saying the partner sets it up, scores 1 on the second criterion. Ties are broken by the number of directory ratings, then by tier. The scoring is ours and rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of anyone's work, which you only learn from references and a pilot.
Which Zoho Desk partners score highest?
The 15 in ranked order. Each entry lists its points in the order of the rubric table, then who runs the firm and who it suits.
1. Smartmates: published hourly rates and Zia ticket tagging, 9/10
Smartmates is one of two partners in the top 15 with a price on its own pages, and the only one that prices by the hour. Its Zoho Desk page offers a free planning session, then "$99/hr first top up, then $129/hr + GST", with a "Minimum project size 10 consulting hours" and weekly statements of time spent. Its AI ticket tagging service describes "Intelligent ticket classification, priority scoring, and smart routing powered by Zia's AI capabilities" inside "your existing Zoho Desk environment". After launch it lists On Demand Support and training, with no plan or scope, which is the one point it drops. It has 64 directory ratings and lists Australia, New Zealand and the US.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 2, price or timeline 2, after launch 1, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Sarah McMullan, general manager, per LinkedIn. Smartmates' Our Story page mentions its founder without a name and says the firm started in 2021.
Best for: Australian and New Zealand teams that want Zia tagging and routing set up and want to know the hourly rate before the first call.
2. Millennials Consulting: a Zoho Desk page with a go-live target and a client AI result, 9/10
Millennials Consulting works across Spain and Latin America, and its Zoho Desk page is the most specific in the pool. It says "Somos arquitectos de soluciones de soporte, no solo implantadores de Zoho Desk" (support solution architects, not just Zoho Desk installers) and maps ticket flows, SLAs and categories before configuring. Zia appears as reply suggestions drawn from similar solved tickets, and one SaaS client case reports that "la IA resolvía el 31% de los tickets sin intervención humana" after three months, with no method given. The page promises "Go-live en 90 días o menos" and says "Soporte y optimización continua incluidos", with periodic system reviews. No price is published.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Diana Hernández, CEO, with Jesús García as founder, per its team page.
Best for: Spanish-speaking support teams that want Zia reply suggestions set up and a partner that stays on after go-live.
3. Digital Transformation Management: monthly support packages with prices, 9/10
Digital Transformation Management, listed in the directory as Matt Kakuk, Inc., serves the US and Canada and has 55 directory ratings. Its site blocks scripted requests, so we read it in a normal browser. The pricing page lists one-time setup at $1,350 for 10 hours, $2,700 for 20 and $5,000 for 40, and managed monthly support at $997 for 10 hours, $1,497 for 15, $3,997 for 40 and $9,997 for 80, each on a minimum 6-month term with a stated response time. That's the clearest price list in the top 15. Its homepage lists a December 2025 case study tagged Zoho Desk, and we found no AI work on support tickets.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Matt Kakuk, whose name the company is registered under in Zoho's directory; a client testimonial on its site credits "Matt Kakuk and his professional technical team".
Best for: US teams that want a fixed number of Zoho support hours each month and can confirm current prices on a call.
4. Svennis Cloud Solutions: Zia Agents named on its Desk page, 9/10
Svennis, founded in 2011 per its about page, lists Romania and Germany. Its Zoho Desk page names Zia Agents directly: it describes "configuring AI-powered Zia Agents" that "automatically tag, prioritise, and suggest responses". It gives a timeline: a standard deployment with email, chat, phone, SLA rules and a knowledge base takes one to three weeks, and complex projects take three to six. After launch it says it will "continuously monitor Zoho Desk operation and proactively identify potential issues" and "periodically analyze usage patterns and provide optimization suggestions". The prices on the page are Zoho's license prices, so they don't count.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Cosmin Cortel, founder, per LinkedIn. Svennis' about page names Sven Cortel as CTO and Director of Svennis UK.
Best for: European teams that want a short Zoho Desk rollout with Zia Agents and someone watching it afterward.
5. CoperBee: a published CRM timeline and a maintenance contract, 8/10
CoperBee, in France, has 35 directory ratings. Its homepage answers the timeline question in its FAQ: "de 4 à 8 semaines pour une implémentation CRM standard", with multi-app projects taking up to 6 months. That timeline is for CRM; we found no Zoho Desk page linked from the homepage. Zia appears in general terms, "exploitation de Zia (l'IA native de Zoho) pour l'analyse prédictive". After launch it offers "un service de Maintenance en Condition Opérationnelle (MCO)", a maintenance contract, plus a support portal. No price is published.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 1, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Jean Barret Castan, CEO, per LinkedIn. CoperBee's about page doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: French teams running Zoho CRM and Desk together that want a maintenance contract after launch.
6. ClubCode Technology: AI response suggestions and routing bots in Desk, 8/10
ClubCode's Zoho Desk page lists "Zoho Desk Implementation & Configuration" across channels, departments, SLAs and automation rules, and an "AI Chatbots & Support Automation" scope that covers "ticket creation and routing bots, AI-driven response suggestions" and "hybrid bot + human handoff flows". After launch it promises "Long-term support & CX optimization" and "Ongoing improvements based on data and feedback". It has 27 ratings and lists five countries, from India to Australia. No price or timeline is published.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Navdeep Sen, founder, per ClubCode's about page, which dates the firm to June 1, 2021.
Best for: teams that want chat and ticket bots with a human handoff built into a new Zoho Desk.
7. Fristine Infotech: its own AI reply widget for Zoho Desk, 8/10
Fristine builds AI on top of Zoho Desk rather than only configuring it. Its AI Reply Assistant is "A native widget inside Zoho Desk" that "reads the entire ticket thread and drafts a context aware first response", and by default "The agent reviews and sends." Its homepage says "We put a working agent in your workflow in four weeks", with production rollout in months two and three. Managed AI Operations monitors escalation rate, error rate and cost per transaction, with exception reviews monthly or fortnightly, and says "Token and cloud costs are yours, paid direct, with no margin from us." With 16 ratings it drops a point there. No price is published.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, ratings 1.
Who runs it: Pratik Modi, founder, per Fristine's leadership page, with Paras Shah as CTO.
Best for: teams that want AI-drafted replies inside Zoho Desk, reviewed by agents, and someone to monitor the AI after launch.
8. V-Align Technologies: the most-rated Desk partner, 7/10
V-Align has 93 directory ratings, the most of the 101, and its about page lists more than 70 employees across India and says V-Align started as a Zoho Authorized Partner in 2010 to 2012. Its customer support page describes Desk in general terms and links a BigHaat case on Zoho CRM and Desk. AI appears as a general service ("We help you easily adopt AI solutions"), not as Desk work. Its FAQ says smaller single-app projects "can take a few weeks" and promises "post-go-live support" without a scope.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 1, price or timeline 1, after launch 1, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Uday Desai, founder, CEO and managing director, per V-Align's about page.
Best for: Indian and multinational teams that want a large Zoho practice with a long ratings history.
9. Zenatta Consulting: AI-assisted answers inside a Desk build, 7/10
Zenatta has 85 ratings and lists six countries. Its customer support page describes Desk as "the system of record for every request, not just a shared inbox with tickets", and one listed build links Jira to Desk "with an AI-assisted knowledge base for faster first responses". That's AI work on support, which earns the point. The page names no price, timeline or post-launch service; the homepage promises "priority support access" without a scope.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Brett Martin, CEO, and Tyler Colt, President, per Zenatta's about page, which counts "38 specialists" across five countries.
Best for: North American teams connecting Zoho Desk to development tools like Jira.
10. DSL Telecom: Customer Success Plans with set monthly hours, 7/10
DSL Telecom, in South Africa, has 69 ratings and says on its homepage that it "enables omnichannel support with Zoho Desk". Its Customer Success Plans give 6, 12 or 18 hours a month with a customer success manager and developer support, and "All Customer Success Plans have a minimum 12-month contract term." Unused hours expire each month. No prices are shown, and no AI work on Desk is described.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Dean Schreuder, founder and managing director, per DSL Telecom's homepage.
Best for: South African teams that want a fixed bank of Zoho hours each month on a yearly contract.
11. IcosMedia: Zia that suggests while a person decides, 7/10
IcosMedia serves Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Its Zoho Desk page offers two routes: "Dann richtest du Zoho Desk mit unserer Begleitung selbst ein, oder wir setzen es für dich um" (set it up yourself with our guidance, or we do it for you). During optimization Zia suggests replies and the rule is "Die KI schlägt vor, der Mensch entscheidet": the AI suggests, a person decides. After go-live it stays reachable through Support & Credits, prepaid credits that don't expire, though the credit page shows no amounts. The prices on the Desk page are Zoho's license prices.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Thomas Stahl and Florian Stahl, managing directors (Geschäftsführer), per IcosMedia's homepage and team page.
Best for: German-speaking teams that want to do part of the Desk setup themselves with a partner on call.
12. Coderack IT Labs: annual maintenance contracts, 7/10
Coderack, in India, has 39 ratings and was founded in 2018 per its about page. Its services page names Desk among the apps it implements and says "While Coderack provides on-demand on-time support, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are also available", with "Flexible AMC and support plans". Its Desk page is Zoho's product copy, and we found no AI work on support, price or timeline.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: Indian teams that want an annual maintenance contract after the build.
13. Tooly: prepaid support blocks each quarter, 7/10
Tooly works in French from Canada and lists France too. Its homepage mentions Desk in passing ("On paramètre tous vos comptes Zoho (CRM, Books, Desk, One…)") and promises "On ne vous laisse pas seul après l'implémentation." Its support page is the most precise after-launch offer in the top 15: prepaid blocks of "une demi-journée de travail (3h)", sold as 4, 8 or 12 blocks a quarter, with unused blocks expiring at the end of the quarter and same-day requests costing two blocks. No prices are shown and no AI work is described.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, ratings 2.
Who runs it: Jérôme Hayek, general manager (directeur général), per Tooly's homepage and about page.
Best for: Quebec and French teams that want a predictable number of support hours each quarter.
14. FI Digital: a published engagement length and a support retainer, 7/10
FI Digital lists the UAE, Australia and the US, and its homepage says "Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, and Desk form the operational backbone for hundreds of Australian businesses." It's specific on time: "Most engagements run 10 to 16 weeks from Discovery to Operate", and "Some simpler projects ship in 6 weeks." Its Operate stage includes a "support retainer". AI appears in general terms, as "layering AI on top of legacy workflows", and its law-firm AI case study link returned a 404 when we checked. It has 18 ratings.

Ascent Managed Services includes its UK helpdesk, quarterly business reviews and "Proactive platform monitoring and management", and excludes development and project work. No price or timeline is published. It beat Kelevo Software, also on 7, by one rating.
Scores: standing 2, Desk and AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, ratings 1.
Who runs it: Edward Rochford, CEO, per Ascent's team page.
Best for: UK teams that want AI ticket classification in the build and a managed service with quarterly reviews afterward.
The other 86 Desk-certified partners, scored
Scores are in rubric order: standing, Desk and AI work, price or timeline, after launch, ratings. Ties are ordered by ratings, then tier. Five partners whose sites blocked scripted requests or were down when we checked (Prosolic, Apps Implantadores, CCM Tecnologia, Elxee and FACT Consultants) link to their Zoho directory profiles instead.

Three partners outside the top 15 are worth a look for one criterion each. Breakthrough Advancement (#29) publishes the fullest price list in the pool: Starter Map at $975, Cooperative Build at $2,975, Pro Launch at $5,975 and Strategic Deployment at $11,975, taking 4 to 12 weeks, plus monthly admin subscriptions; it's Authorized with one rating. Kelevo Software (#16) names "Reply drafting and ticket triage" for Zoho Desk and a support triage agent, and missed the top 15 by one rating. The Desk (#82) describes an AI support agent that "Reads enquiries, finds answers, updates tickets and escalates complex issues" but has no ratings yet.
What do Zoho's partner tiers and the Desk certification mean?
Zoho's tiers page sets the bar for each level. Authorized partners "must cross the $5,000 revenue threshold, acquire required certifications, and demonstrate implementation successes". Advanced needs a value score above 400 points and Premium above 600, out of 1,000, scored on revenue, customer success, market readiness and Zoho engagement. Tier measures how much Zoho a partner sells and implements. Whether that work was in Desk, or included Zia, is a question for the partner.
The Desk certification is the product filter for Zoho Desk, and every partner here holds it. On October 14, 2026, our Zoho Desk AI implementation guide counted 99 Desk-certified partners; by October 29 the feed listed 101.
| What the directory shows | What it doesn't |
|---|---|
| Tier and an active Zoho Desk certification | How many Desk projects the partner has run, or whether they included Zia |
| Countries and languages the partner chose to list | Where its delivery team sits |
| A star rating and a rating count | Whether the ratings are about Desk or about CRM and Books work |
| Practice areas, such as Customer Support | Prices, timelines or what happens after launch |
Ratings are high across the board. The lowest average among rated partners was 4.7, 33 partners had 25 or more ratings, and 13 had none. A 5.0 says less than the count beside it. Practice areas are loose too: Zenatta lists only CRM Sales Management as a practice and still runs Desk builds.
Where the 101 partners work
The directory record lists countries per partner, and many list several. Counting each listing, the US appears on 35 records, India on 24, Canada on 13, the UK on 10, Australia on 9, Mexico and Brazil on 7 each, the UAE on 6, and Spain and South Africa on 5 each.
| If your team is in | Ranked partners that list it |
|---|---|
| US | Smartmates (1), Digital Transformation Management (3), ClubCode (6), V-Align (8), Zenatta (9), FI Digital (14), Ascent (15) |
| Canada | Digital Transformation Management (3), ClubCode (6), V-Align (8), Zenatta (9), Tooly (13) |
| UK and Ireland | ClubCode (6), Zenatta (9), DSL Telecom (10), Ascent (15) |
| Australia and New Zealand | Smartmates (1), ClubCode (6), Zenatta (9), FI Digital (14) |
| Spain and Latin America | Millennials Consulting (2), V-Align (8, Mexico) |
| France | CoperBee (5), Tooly (13) |
| Germany, Austria, Switzerland | Svennis (4, Germany), V-Align (8, Germany), IcosMedia (11) |
| India | ClubCode (6), Fristine (7), V-Align (8), Zenatta (9), Coderack (12) |
| Middle East and Africa | V-Align (8, Oman), DSL Telecom (10), FI Digital (14), Ascent (15) |
What does a Zoho Desk partner cost?
Three of the 101 publish a price for their own work, all read on October 29, 2026:
| Partner | What's priced | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Smartmates (#1) | Consulting hours | $99 an hour for the first top-up, then $129 an hour plus GST; 10-hour minimum project |
| Digital Transformation Management (#3) | Monthly support and one-time setup | $997, $1,497, $3,997 or $9,997 a month for 10, 15, 40 or 80 hours, 6-month minimum; setup blocks of $1,350, $2,700 and $5,000 for 10, 20 and 40 hours |
| Breakthrough Advancement (#29) | Fixed implementation packages | $975, $2,975, $5,975 and $11,975, taking 4 to 12 weeks |
At Smartmates' standard rate, the 10-hour minimum comes to 10 × $129 = $1,290 plus GST, or $990 plus GST on the first top-up rate. Digital Transformation Management's 10-hour monthly plan over its 6-month minimum term comes to 6 × $997 = $5,982. Zoho's own Jumpstart service, which sets up Desk, is $200 an hour for one implementation expert with a 10-hour minimum, and UK public-sector rate cards start at about $1,100 (£812.50) a day; our Zoho Desk AI implementation guide covers both. License costs come on top. Zoho Desk runs from $14 to $40 per agent a month on annual billing for Standard to Enterprise, per Zoho's pricing page, and our Zoho Desk pricing guide does the per-seat math.
The incentive explains why 98 partners don't publish a price. A partner that also resells Zoho licenses earns on the subscription, and the Premium and Advanced tiers reward revenue, so a quote that bundles license, setup and support is easier to sell than a rate card a buyer can compare. Hourly blocks and quarterly credits, as at Smartmates, IcosMedia and Tooly, shift the risk of a long project onto you; fixed packages, as at Breakthrough Advancement, shift it onto the partner. For cross-desk agency rates, see our AI support implementation cost study.
What we check before an AI agent goes live on a partner-built help desk
When a help desk that a partner set up reaches us, we start with the fields and rules the AI will meet. We read the ticket field definitions and the values on real tickets, because an agent that writes a custom field or a tag has to use the values your workflows already expect. We list every trigger and workflow that fires on new tickets. If one sends an auto-acknowledgment and the AI also replies, the customer gets two emails; on Zoho Desk that check covers workflows, assignment rules and Blueprints, which our implementation guide walks through.
Then we look at the tickets themselves. Our team analyzes about a month of past tickets to pick the first category an agent should take, builds the knowledge base from those tickets, and replays past tickets against the agent before launch, as our test-run guide describes. Any trigger that tags a ticket also excludes that tag from its own conditions, so the agent can't loop on its own update. We confirm whether a reply posts as an internal note or a public reply before anything runs on its own. Then the agent starts in safe mode, where drafts land as internal notes and nothing reaches a customer until your team approves.
Where an AI agent fits after the partner project
A Zoho Desk partner earns its fee on departments, layouts, Blueprints, CRM links and migrations. The weekly work of reading AI replies and fixing wrong answers is what most partner pages leave vague: Fristine, Svennis, Millennials Consulting and ClubCode are among the few that describe ongoing AI or optimization work in any detail. A partner's managed service suits teams without a Zoho admin of their own. If you want the AI side run by someone else, there are three routes: the partner's managed service, your own admin using Zia and Answer Bot, or an AI vendor whose team sets up and tunes its own agent.
Macha is our product and the third kind: AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. It runs natively on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom. Macha has no native Zoho Desk connector; Macha connects to Zoho Desk on request, built with custom tools, which are HTTP APIs the agent is given access to. It isn't a Zoho partner, doesn't sell Zoho licenses and isn't in this ranking. For partners who run AI work across several help desks, see our cross-desk partner ranking.

FAQs
Who is the best Zoho Desk partner?
On our five criteria, Smartmates, Millennials Consulting, Digital Transformation Management and Svennis Cloud Solutions scored highest at 9 of 10. Smartmates ranks first on directory ratings, with 64, and publishes an hourly rate. The right pick still depends on your language and region.
How many Zoho partners are certified in Zoho Desk?
101 on October 29, 2026, out of 1,348 partners in the feed behind Zoho's directory: 45 Premium, 26 Advanced, 29 Authorized and 1 untiered. The US appeared on 35 of their records and India on 24.
What's the difference between Premium, Advanced and Authorized Zoho partners?

Ask any of them how many Zia Agents deployments they've run.
How long does a Zoho Desk implementation take?
Published timelines run from 2 weeks for Cloud Solutions Latam's preconfigured help desk package and 1 to 3 weeks for a standard Svennis deployment, to 4 weeks for a working AI agent at Fristine, 90 days to go-live at Millennials Consulting and 10 to 16 weeks for most FI Digital engagements. Most partners don't publish one.

How we researched this
On October 29, 2026 we pulled the partner feed behind Zoho's partner directory: 1,348 partners, of which 101 held an active Zoho Desk certification. Tier, countries, languages, practice areas, star rating and rating count come from that feed. The same day we read every partner's homepage, then the Zoho Desk, AI, support, pricing and team pages it links to for every partner that could reach the top 30. Search engines didn't return partner pages for site-restricted searches, so a Desk service that isn't linked from a partner's homepage may be missing; send it to us and we'll rescore. Zoho's tier rules come from its tiers page, read the same day.
Five sites blocked our requests or were down, so we used a real browser and the Wayback Machine: Apps Implantadores (May 7, 2026), Prosolic (June 18, 2026), CCM Tecnologia (June 14, 2026), Elxee (April 21, 2026) and FACT Consultants, whose domain didn't resolve (July 13, 2026). Digital Transformation Management, Dynamic Mavens, Giga and Weboapp Discovery loaded only in a real browser. The "Who runs it" lines come from each partner's own About or Team page where it names its leaders; otherwise we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". None of the 15 leaders posted often enough on LinkedIn for our activity check to note. The screenshots are each partner's homepage. Prices and quotes are as published on the dates above; confirm them before you sign. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents for help desks. Nobody paid to be listed, and Macha isn't ranked. Macha has no native Zoho Desk connector and connects to Zoho Desk on request, built with custom tools.
