Best Zendesk Partners in Spain (2026): 9 Ranked
The best Zendesk partner in Spain on our rubric is Helping, in Barcelona, which scores 8 out of 10 and carries 100 directory reviews, more than the other eight Spanish partners combined. SEIF, redk and Respira Internet follow on 6, and the rest score 2 or less. Zendesk's directory lists 9 implementation partners with a head office in Spain, and we scored all 9 on our global five-criteria rubric, using only public pages. Only Respira Internet publishes what a Zendesk project usually costs.
Key takeaways
- Helping ranks first at 8/10 for Premier standing with the AI Agents certification, named AI agent work, a post-launch support and monitoring service and 100 directory reviews.
- Only three of the 9 Spanish listings hold Zendesk's AI Agents certification in the directory data: Helping, eLearning Media and Respira Internet.
- Respira Internet is the only partner in Spain that publishes a project price, saying its Zendesk projects usually run about $3,350 to $11,100 (€3,000 to €10,000).
- The Spanish listings of redk and SEIF carry no AI Agents certification, so they score 1 for standing here while their UK and French listings score 2.
- Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on can keep service data in the European Economic Area, free on Suite Professional or higher, but someone has to ask for it.

Levels come from Zendesk's directory data and review counts from each live profile, read on October 30, 2026. "Not published" means we found no figure on the profile or the partner pages we read.
How we ranked them
We took every partner in Zendesk's directory with the type Implementation Partner and a head office in Spain: 9. We read each profile in full, including reviews, then each partner's site for AI work, prices, timelines and post-launch help. The rubric is the one from our global ranking of Zendesk implementation partners, word for word. Each partner gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | A Premier level plus the AI Agents certification | A Premier level without the certification, or the certification at an Advanced level or with no level shown | Neither |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents | AI or automation described in general terms | No AI service described |
| Price or timeline published | Both, or a price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning or managed service described | A short hypercare period, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count, and where reviews also tie, by directory standing; where both tie, we list partners alphabetically. The scoring rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of anyone's work, which you only learn from references and a pilot.
A firm with offices in several countries can hold one directory listing per country, each with its own levels and certifications. redk and SEIF have Spanish listings with Premier levels but no AI Agents certification in the directory data, while their UK and French listings hold it. We score the Spanish listing, because that's the one a buyer in Spain finds.
Which Zendesk partners in Spain do AI agent work?
Each entry gives its points in rubric order, who runs it and who it suits.
1. Helping: 100 reviews and post-launch support with monitoring, 8/10
Helping lists Barcelona and Madrid on its profile; its site gives an address in Mataró. The profile claims "Más de 950 proyectos desde 2008" (more than 950 projects since 2008) and says Helping implements Zendesk "en todas sus dimensiones: canales, integraciones, automatizaciones y agentes de IA", naming AI agents. Its company page dates the firm itself to 2019, puts Premier status in 2024 and an Intercom partnership in 2025.
Our global ranking first scored Helping 6, with 0 for after launch. For this post we read its Zendesk services page for the first time, and the global ranking now uses it too. Its "Soporte Técnico Continuo" service starts "después de la implementación" (after implementation) and covers priority technical support, incident resolution, preventive maintenance and proactive monitoring. Its method ends on "Monitorizamos, ajustamos y mejoramos continuamente", we monitor, adjust and improve continuously. We gave redk's "We monitor, analyse and adjust" a 2 in the global post, so Helping gets the same, which lifts it to 8. A separate "Optimización y Mejora Continua" service audits an existing instance and reworks its automations and macros. No price or timeline appears anywhere we looked.
The page also lists Komsai as an AI platform it integrates, so ask whether proposed AI agents are Zendesk's own or Komsai's; they bill differently. Pablo Leguina, in a review posted about eight months before October 30, 2026, says Helping simplified views and added "triggers y automatizaciones que reducen significativamente los tiempos de espera" (triggers and automations that significantly cut waiting times) after the team had configured Zendesk on its own.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Sebastian Hernandez, founder and CEO, per LinkedIn. Helping's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: Spanish teams whose Zendesk has grown messy and needs restructuring, then ongoing support.
2. SEIF (Spain): yearly Success packs from a French Premier partner, 6/10
This is the Barcelona listing of SEIF, a Nantes firm ranked seventh globally on its French listing. The Spanish AI page notes that Zendesk now offers "agentes de IA completamente autónomos", says SEIF integrates AI into your Zendesk starting from your success criteria, and adds "aseguramos el seguimiento de la implementación" (we follow up on the rollout). The global post scored this AI service 2.
After launch, SEIF's Success page sells 12-month packs with 12, 42 or 84 hours to use during the year, response times of 48, 24 or 12 hours and ticket support from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. The same page promises a dedicated CSM without saying which packs include one. No price appears. An anonymous reviewer, writing more than a year before October 30, 2026, said the product met expectations but "lo que ha marcado la diferencia ha sido el acompañamiento en la puesta en marcha de la mano de SEIF" (what made the difference was SEIF's support during the rollout).
The Spanish listing has a Premier Solution level and no AI Agents certification, so standing scores 1, against 2 in France. Its 3 reviews to redk's 2 put it first of the three partners on 6.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Florian Vannier, who founded SEIF in 2019, per its team page. Cedric Aubry is head of sales and marketing, per LinkedIn. Cedric Aubry has posted 12 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly about SEIF's events with Zendesk in France, including a Paris morning on what AI changes in customer relations.
Best for: teams that want a fixed bank of hours and set response times for a year after go-live, and don't mind a partner whose main office is in France.
3. redk (Spain): AI agents set up and then adjusted, 6/10
redk is a Madrid CRM consultancy "Founded in 2005 by two engineers fresh out of university", per its team page. The directory profile names it Zendesk's 2020 Implementation Partner of the Year and lists offices in London, Brighton, Madrid and Barcelona. It also sells Salesforce, SugarCRM and monday.com.
The Spanish Zendesk partner page claims "Más de 400 proyectos de Zendesk completados" and offers to "Implementa agentes autónomos de IA que gestionan tareas especializadas". Its Zendesk AI page promises to "Set up Zendesk AI Agents for 24/7 autonomous support" and adds, "We monitor, analyse and adjust so your setup keeps delivering as your business changes." The partner page also describes "optimización continua de tus soluciones". The same pages earned the UK listing 2 and 2 globally.
The Spanish listing has Premier levels but no AI Agents certification, so standing scores 1. Both its reviews are about three years old. Sonia F (L2) wrote in English that "We still count on them today for any issue related to Zendesk and we have complete confidence in their criteria." No price or timeline is published.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Francisco Javier Rodríguez, Chief Executive Officer, per redk's team page, which also lists José Eugenio Rodríguez as Chief Technology Officer.
Best for: teams that want Zendesk AI agents set up and adjusted, especially next to Salesforce or another CRM.
4. Respira Internet: the only published project price in Spain, 6/10
Respira Internet, in Madrid, is the only one of the 9 that publishes what a Zendesk project costs. An FAQ on its homepage answers "¿Cuánto cuesta un proyecto de implementación?" with "Normalmente los proyectos oscilan entre 3.000€ y 10.000€, pero depende del caso": usually about $3,350 to $11,100. A published range earns the full 2 points for price.
The profile says the team are former Zendesk employees who implement Zendesk Suite and Sell and build apps and integrations. Respira also makes the WhatsApp Connector on Zendesk's Marketplace, which sends WhatsApp notifications from macros, triggers, automations and CSV files. Its price: the first 1,000 notifications a month are free, then about $90 (€79) a month or $880 (€790) a year.
AI is the thin part. The profile doesn't describe AI work, and the homepage says only that client companies improve "la resolución automática de las consultas más repetitivas" (automatic resolution of the most repetitive queries) through the practices Respira teaches. Automation in general terms gets 1, even with the AI Agents certification in the directory data. After launch, "Te acompañamos antes, durante y después del proyecto" doesn't say what the after part includes, so 1 again. Its single review, from a user named Soporte more than five years ago, reads "100% recomendable, muy profesionales y competentes." One review puts it third of the three partners on 6.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Respira's about page names its two partners only as César and Guillermo, and says César founded the firm on September 14, 2012.
Best for: smaller teams that want a priced Zendesk setup, or WhatsApp notifications from Zendesk.
5. eLearning Media: Zendesk for universities, 2/10
eLearning Media, in Seville, is an education technology consultancy that says it has offered technology and services to its clients "desde 2009", per its about page. Zendesk sits next to Blackboard, Kaltura and Zoom in what it sells. The directory profile says it has been a Zendesk partner since 2022 and has delivered "over 15 Zendesk implementations" for universities such as UNAV and UPM and business schools such as IESE.
Its Zendesk page calls the firm a "Zendesk Advanced Partner" but describes no AI service; the only AI on its site belongs to Kaltura. The profile promises "reliable technical support" without a scope, which scores 1. An Advanced Implementation level with the AI Agents certification gives standing 1. It has no reviews. It ties Sngular on 2 points and no reviews, and its standing of 1 against Sngular's 0 puts it first.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: David Puente Bautista, Director General, per eLearning Media's about page.
Best for: universities and business schools that want a help desk from the supplier of their learning platforms.
6. Sngular: a large digital consultancy with a Zendesk practice, 2/10
Sngular, in Madrid, is a technology consultancy whose Zendesk listing reads like a general CX practice. The profile names "Customer Experience, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics" as its expertise, AI in general terms. Its Zendesk page covers omnichannel integration, customer data platforms and legacy systems, and ends with "Medición continua mediante KPI estratégicos" and "Optimización y escalado con foco en impacto": continuous measurement and optimization with no scope attached, so 1 for after launch. Its services list includes BPO, system integration, reselling and public sector contracting. No level, certification or review shows on the directory.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Cesar Camargo, Global Managing Director, per LinkedIn. The Zendesk pages we read don't name leaders.
Best for: larger companies wiring Zendesk into legacy systems or a customer data platform.
7. Ingartek: Zendesk for public transport operators, 1/10
Ingartek is a transport engineering firm in Bilbao and San Sebastián. Its Zendesk work is a packaged product, Zendesk Adapt, for passenger inquiries at transport operators. It claims a "70% de disminución del tiempo de respuesta a las reclamaciones recibidas" (a 70% cut in response time to complaints) without saying for whom, and lists projects for Bizkaia's public transport offices and the Lurraldebus bus operators. The profile says Ingartek builds private apps for Zendesk, "always trying to achieve maximum automation", which counts as automation in general terms. Nothing describes support after launch. It ties Websays on points, reviews and standing, so the two are listed alphabetically.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site; its team page lists 23 people by profession.
Best for: Basque transport operators and public bodies handling passenger complaints.
8. Websays: a social listening tool that feeds tickets, 1/10
Websays, in Barcelona, makes "a Social Listening and Natural Language Processing tool which connects with different ticketing systems", per its profile, and turns social posts and messages into tickets, with "manual or automated preselection of what mentions create tickets based on semantic rules or sentiment". AI in its own product, with no Zendesk AI agents, earns 1. Its pricing page lists plans from $89 a month for the listening tool, which isn't a price for Zendesk work, so price scores 0. Nothing describes help after launch.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Oscar Aguilar, CEO and re-founder, per LinkedIn.
Best for: brands that want social mentions turned into Zendesk tickets by sentiment.
9. DIGAMELON: a Barcelona customer service firm with no live site, 0/10
DIGAMELON's directory profile says it was "born with the main goal of renewing the classical customer service model", working "through advanced ticketing systems and online registration forms". Its website, digamelon.net, refused our connections on October 30, 2026, and we couldn't reach a Wayback Machine copy either, so the score rests on the profile. Nothing there describes AI, prices, timelines or post-launch help, and it has no level, certification or reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its directory profile, and its site didn't load.
Best for: unclear from public pages; ask for references and a working site first.
Working with a Zendesk partner in Spain
Where they are. Four partners list Barcelona (Helping, SEIF, Websays and DIGAMELON) and three list Madrid (redk, Respira Internet and Sngular). eLearning Media is in Seville and Ingartek in Bilbao.
Languages. Only three profiles fill in the languages field, and all three list English, Portuguese and Spanish: Helping, eLearning Media and Respira Internet. Helping's site runs in Spanish, English and Catalan, and Ingartek's in Spanish, Basque and English. The others leave the field empty, so ask who will work in your language, and whether the AI agent's knowledge base will be written in your customers' language.
Time zones. All 9 head offices are on the Spanish mainland, in Central European Time, as is SEIF's Nantes office.
Data residency. Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on lets you host service data in the European Economic Area, one of five regions alongside the US, UK, Japan and Australia. It's free on Suite Professional or higher, but you have to ask your account representative or Zendesk support to activate it. Service data processed by non-Zendesk services, including Marketplace apps, sits outside its scope. Several partners here build on third-party tools (Helping integrates Komsai, Respira sells its WhatsApp Connector, Websays processes social posts in its own product), so ask each one where its tool processes your tickets.
Zendesk's prices. Zendesk's Spanish pricing page listed Suite Team at about $60 (€55) per agent per month and Suite Professional at about $130 (€115), both billed annually, on October 30, 2026. The same page says Zendesk's AI agents are included in every Suite plan and billed per automated resolution, counting only requests the agent solved without a human. A partner's fee sits on top of both. Take Respira's published range: a 10-agent team on Suite Professional, billed annually, would spend $3,350 + (10 × $130 × 12) = $18,950 in its first year at the bottom of the range, or $11,100 + $15,600 = $26,700 at the top, before any AI resolutions. Our Zendesk AI pricing breakdown covers the meter.
Licenses through a partner. Helping, redk, Respira Internet, eLearning Media and Sngular all list reselling. Ask whether the license price matches buying direct and who owns the account if you part ways. The incentive runs one way: a reseller earns on every license you add, whatever the AI resolves, and earns nothing from the weeks after go-live unless you buy a support package. That's why the after-launch criterion carries as much weight as AI work in our rubric.
How the Spanish partners compare with the global ranking
Helping, SEIF, redk and Respira Internet score 6 or more; the other five score 2 or less, mostly because their pages say nothing about AI, prices or post-launch work. In our global ranking of 31 partners, Helping sat 18th on 6 until we read its Zendesk services page for this post. That page lifts it to 8 here and, since October 30, 2026, to 5th on 8 there, ahead of SEIF's French listing in 7th, also on 8. redk's UK listing also scored 6 there, with one point more for standing and one less for reviews.
Respira's range is the only published Zendesk project price in Spain; globally only six of 31 partners publish one. The three AI Agents certifications in Spain sit on Helping, eLearning Media and Respira Internet, against 67 worldwide in the global post's filter. eLearning Media and Respira both hold it, yet neither describes building Zendesk AI agents on the pages we read.
What we check when a partner-built Zendesk account reaches us
Macha's team sets up AI agents inside Zendesk accounts that a partner often built first. We run these checks before an agent touches a ticket.
- Ticket fields. We read the field definitions, then the values on recent tickets. An agent can write dropdown, text and checkbox values, so a dropdown of stale options or a required field nobody fills in becomes the agent's problem too.
- Triggers. We look for exact conditions that should send a ticket to an agent. A broad trigger sends everything. For our own triggers we use a tag-and-exclude pattern: add a unique tag when the trigger fires, exclude that tag from the trigger's conditions, and version the tag when the logic changes, so a ticket can't loop.
- Macros and past tickets. Macros show what the team already says. About a month of past tickets shows what customers actually ask, and that decides the first category worth automating.
- Internal note or public reply. We confirm which one each agent writes before anything goes autonomous. In safe mode, drafts land as internal notes and nothing reaches a customer until the team approves.
Two of Helping's reviews, Pablo Leguina's and one from Casino Barcelona Interactivo, describe a partner reworking automations a team had already set up. A partner who leaves those documented, with clear tags and named views, makes every one of these checks faster.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A Spanish team whose Zendesk grew messy and needs ongoing tuning | Helping | 100 reviews, AI agents named, post-launch support and monitoring |
| A team that wants a fixed bank of hours for a year after go-live | SEIF (Spain) | 12-month Success packs with 12 to 84 hours |
| A team that wants Zendesk AI agents set up and then adjusted | redk (Spain) | Names AI agent setup and ongoing optimization |
| A team that wants a price before the first call | Respira Internet | Projects usually about $3,350 to $11,100 |
| A team that sends WhatsApp notifications from Zendesk | Respira Internet | Makes the WhatsApp Connector app |
| A university or business school | eLearning Media | Zendesk work for universities and business schools |
| A large company with legacy systems or a customer data platform | Sngular | Zendesk inside wider digital projects |
| A public transport operator | Ingartek | Zendesk Adapt for passenger complaints |
| A brand that wants social mentions turned into tickets | Websays | Social listening that creates Zendesk tickets |
| A team whose Zendesk works and only wants an AI agent | A partner or a vendor-led setup | A full partner project adds cost without the weekly tuning |
On the last row: if Zendesk already works the way you want, a partner earns its fee on migrations, routing and integrations more than on the AI layer. Your admin can build Zendesk's own agents with our Zendesk AI implementation guide, or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up inside your Zendesk. Zendesk AI agents vs a third-party agent compares the two. Macha, our product, is the second kind: it fits teams already on Zendesk that want an agent built, tested and tuned by the vendor's team, and the Macha on Zendesk page explains how it runs inside the ticket. It's the wrong fit if you need a migration or a Zendesk redesign; hire a partner from this list for that. Our guide to choosing a Zendesk implementation partner covers the questions and contract clauses, and our cross-desk partner ranking covers firms working on several help desks.

How we researched this
On October 30, 2026 we took every partner in Zendesk's partner directory data with the type Implementation Partner and a head office in Spain, which gave 9. Levels and certifications come from that directory data. We read all 9 profiles on Zendesk's UK site (zendesk.co.uk) the same day in a real browser, which shows review text and age, then the partner pages linked above. We read Helping's Zendesk services page for the first time here, and our global post moved Helping to the same score of 8 on October 30, 2026; SEIF and redk are scored on their Spanish listings.
DIGAMELON's site didn't load live or in the Wayback Machine, so it's scored on its directory profile, and its screenshot is of that profile. The "Who runs it" lines come from each partner's own About or Team page where it names its leaders. Where it doesn't, we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". We also checked, read-only, how often those leaders posted on LinkedIn in the previous 90 days; that never affects a score. Zendesk's prices come from zendesk.es/pricing and the data residency facts from Zendesk's help center, both read on October 30, 2026. Confirm prices and timelines before you sign. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. Spanish quotes are translated by us. One reviewer applied the scores to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. Macha isn't a Zendesk partner and isn't ranked here, and nobody paid to be listed.
