Best Zendesk Partners in the Nordics (2026): 11 Ranked
The best Zendesk partner in the Nordics on our rubric is Sovellin in Espoo, Finland, which scores 7 out of 10, followed by SoftwareOne, Kundelab, HappiRel and Synerity at 6. Zendesk's partner directory lists 11 implementation partners with a head office in Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Finland, and none in Iceland. We scored all 11 on the same five criteria as our global ranking, using only their public pages. Only two publish a price for a Zendesk setup, and only three have a directory review, one each.
Key takeaways
- Sovellin ranks first at 7/10, with fixed Zendesk packages from about $770, published durations and the AI Agents certification.
- SoftwareOne, Kundelab, HappiRel and Synerity tie at 6; SoftwareOne and Kundelab rank first on their one directory review each, and SoftwareOne ahead on directory standing.
- Synerity publishes two Zendesk onboarding packages, about $5,050 for 3 to 5 weeks and about $15,200 for 8 to 12 weeks.
- Vaimo owns two other partners on this list, The Service Corporation since 2022 and helphouse.io since 2025, so three of the 11 listings belong to one group.
- Eight of the 11 directory profiles have no reviews at all, so client references carry more weight in the Nordics than the review column does.

Levels come from the directory's own data and review counts from each live profile, read on October 30, 2026. "Not published" means we found no figure on the profile or the pages of the partner's site we read.
How we ranked them
We took every partner in Zendesk's directory data with the partner type Implementation Partner and a head office in a Nordic country. That returned 11: four in Sweden, three in Denmark, two in Finland and two in Norway. SoftwareOne, a global IT company, is listed under its own name, so it's scored here as it is in our global ranking of Zendesk implementation partners, where it's 24th.
For all 11 we read each directory profile, then the partner's own site. The rubric is the global ranking's, word for word. Each partner gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | A Premier level plus the AI Agents certification | A Premier level without the certification, or the certification at an Advanced level or with no level shown | Neither |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents | AI or automation described in general terms | No AI service described |
| Price or timeline published | Both, or a price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning or managed service described | A short hypercare period, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count, and where reviews also tie, by directory standing. Directory standing uses the directory's own level data, never a badge a partner shows on its own site. The scoring rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of anyone's work, which you only learn from references and a pilot.
Which Zendesk partners in the Nordics do AI agent work?
1. Sovellin: fixed-price Zendesk packages in Finland, 7/10
Sovellin, in Espoo, is the only Nordic partner that prices its Zendesk projects on its site and also holds the AI Agents certification. Its implementation projects page prices packages for Support, Knowledge, Agent Copilot, Voice, and Chat and Messaging, from about $770 (€690) for each Mini package. The full Support setups run from Support Mini at about $1,650 (€1,490) over 2 weeks to Support Medium at about $6,100 (€5,490) over 8 weeks, and Support Custom starts at about $8,350 (€7,490). The prices are before VAT and apply only to customers who buy their Zendesk licenses from Sovellin; others ask for a quote.
On AI, its AI agents page calls Sovellin an "AI Expert" certified partner ready for more complex AI rollouts, and its consultants help plan, build content for, deploy and optimize Zendesk's AI agents. After launch, the Small and Medium packages include a short follow-up meeting 3 to 4 weeks after go-live, and its homepage offers support services or fully outsourced Zendesk administration without a defined scope. It has no directory reviews. Its 7 matches its score, and 18th place, in the global ranking.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 2, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Arno Lindroos, managing director (toimitusjohtaja), per Sovellin's team page, which says the company was founded in 2012 and has 8 employees.
Best for: Finnish teams buying Zendesk licenses that want a fixed price and a fixed project length before the first call.
2. SoftwareOne: the former Crayon Zendesk team in Norway, 6/10
SoftwareOne's Oslo profile carries the Zendesk practice that Crayon ran in Norway. The directory profile opens "SoftwareOne and Crayon are now one", and Crayon's site now says "Crayon is now SoftwareOne". The profile calls it "the only certified Zendesk Premier Partner in Norway", claims 300+ Zendesk projects and Norwegian-speaking consultants, and lists "Deployment of Zendesk AI Agents, chatbots, and automated workflows that resolve routine tickets", which scores 2. After launch it promises "End-to-end support: From initial strategy and architecture to ongoing training and support", support without a defined scope, worth 1. No price or timeline is published, and the score rests on the profile, as it does in our global post. Its one review, posted almost three years ago, names Complit and says "they felt like an extension of our team, not just vendors". It ties Kundelab on 6 points and one review, and ranks ahead on directory standing.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: The profile names no one, and we found no Zendesk team page on SoftwareOne's site.
Best for: Norwegian teams that want a large IT supplier with Zendesk-certified consultants and Norwegian-speaking staff.
3. Kundelab: a Norwegian partner sold on long-term management, 6/10
Kundelab, in Stokke south of Oslo, says on its directory profile that its team "has contributed to over 300 Zendesk implementation and optimization projects" and that it serves Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. The profile quotes a client, Ole Rosland of Easee, who credits one consultant with "the implementation and follow-up of AI Agents", the most specific AI agent claim on any Nordic profile.
What sets it apart is the management agreement. Kundelab assigns a fixed consultant who coordinates the work, runs regular meetings, and takes on workflow changes, automation and AI features, reporting, help center work and integrations, "uten at hvert behov må startes som et nytt prosjekt" (without every need starting as a new project). Its implementation page walks through eight phases from kickoff to go-live but gives no duration, and its pricing page lists Zendesk license prices, billed annually in Norwegian kroner, rather than its own fees. One directory review, posted about three years ago, reads "What a great job. HIGHLY appriciated. 100% recommended." That one review puts Kundelab ahead of HappiRel and Synerity, also on 6.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Patrick Bu Jonassen, managing director (daglig leder) and senior consultant, per Kundelab's about page.
Best for: Norwegian teams that want a named consultant running Zendesk and its AI features month after month.
4. HappiRel: a published Zendesk AI result in Sweden, 6/10
HappiRel, in Stockholm, has been a Zendesk partner since 2013, per its directory profile. It holds Premier levels on both paths and the AI Agents certification in the directory data. Its services page lists implementation, a health check, chat bot setup and a Zendesk AI training that covers configuring the AI add-on.
The AI work shows up in a case study. HappiRel's Steamery story, published on August 12, 2026, says the clothing-care brand implemented Zendesk AI and Copilot with HappiRel ahead of Black Week, and that the bot now resolves 40% of tickets automatically. Lisa Andersson, Steamery's Customer Experience Manager, says in that story: "Hela arbetssättet med er tycker jag är så positivt" (I find the whole way of working with you very positive). After launch, HappiRel sells a support agreement in Swedish and a Zendesk management agreement (förvaltningsavtal) with regular work toward your goals. No price or timeline is published, and it has no directory reviews.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: Swedish ecommerce brands that want Zendesk AI agents and Copilot set up with their own team in the room, then a management agreement.
5. Synerity: published SEK packages and a bank's AI agent, 6/10
Synerity, in Helsingborg, has just over 20 employees across four Swedish cities, per its about page. It's the only Nordic partner besides Sovellin that prices a Zendesk setup. Its Zendesk onboarding page lists Zendesk Baseline (Small) at about $5,050 (SEK 50,000), taking about 3 to 5 weeks, and Baseline (Large) at about $15,200 (SEK 150,000), taking about 8 to 12 weeks.
The AI evidence is a client result. Zendesk's own Resurs Bank customer story says the bank worked with Synerity from a proof of concept in March 2025, went live in its first market in mid-October and had an AI agent live across all its Nordic markets by December. The AI agent resolves 77% of the conversations that reach the chat channel. The Zendesk story also says the relationship "has continued after go-live", with Synerity working on knowledge quality and workforce management as the platform moves into governance. It holds an Advanced Implementation level without the AI Agents certification, so it scores 0 on standing, and it has no reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 2, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Glenn Alvérus, CEO and co-founder, per LinkedIn; Synerity's site doesn't name its leaders. Zendesk's Resurs Bank story names Jesper Zachrisson, Senior Solution Strategist and co-founder, as the bank's point of contact.
Best for: Swedish teams, especially in regulated sectors such as banking, that want a fixed-price start and a partner that stays on after launch.
6. Vaimo: a commerce agency that owns two Nordic Zendesk partners, 5/10
Vaimo, in Stockholm, is a digital commerce agency with more than 650 employees in over 15 markets, according to its directory profile. Its about page says three founders started it in Sweden in 2008 and still run it. It bought two of the other partners on this list: The Service Corporation, announced on August 17, 2022, and helphouse.io, announced on February 13, 2025. All three still have separate directory profiles, so ask which team would staff your project.
Vaimo's own Zendesk offer sits on its support services page, which calls Vaimo "an experienced Zendesk partner" and lists service level management, a 24/7 Support as a Service desk and "AI-powered customer service tools". Its directory profile describes commerce, content and data work rather than Zendesk projects, and it has no reviews. Vaimo ties Available on 5 points and no reviews, and ranks ahead on directory standing.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: David Holender, co-founder and CEO, per Vaimo's leadership page.
Best for: retailers that want the online store and Zendesk built and supported by one agency.
7. Available: a Danish specialist with a published service agreement, 5/10
Available is a small Odense team, per its about page. Its AI page is one of the clearest in the region: it implements, configures and optimizes Zendesk AI, from AI agents and Copilot to intelligent triage, and its four-step method ends with "Vi måler og optimerer" (we measure and optimize). Its implementation page puts a typical project at 6 to 12 weeks, in five phases from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
After launch, its service agreement is the most fully described in the Nordics: a dedicated support manager, a 4-hour response time in working hours, quarterly strategy reviews, monthly performance reports and 30 minutes a month per active Zendesk license for configuration work. We found no price for it on the page. Available's own press release of September 17, 2026 says Zendesk has made it a Premier Partner, up from Advanced. The directory's level data showed no level on October 30, and the profile lists no AI Agents certification, so it scores 0 for standing.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Rasmus Styrk, founder and CEO, per Available's press release.
Best for: Danish teams that want Zendesk AI set up and then a service agreement with a stated response time.
8. helphouse.io: Zendesk apps from Odense, now part of Vaimo, 4/10
helphouse.io, also in Odense, describes itself on its directory profile as "the largest Zendesk Master Partner in Europe" and builds Zendesk apps: its profile lists nine, including Shopify, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Google Drive integrations. Its consulting page says Zendesk named it Premier Partner "as the only ones in Scandinavia", a claim the directory no longer bears out, since four other Nordic partners hold Premier levels on both paths. AI appears as one item in a list of technologies, and the profile lists a service level agreement and first- and second-level support with no further scope. Its one directory review, posted about three years ago, is from a customer of its HubSpot app: "They keep charging us even though they knew it's not working on our account." helphouse.io's reply on the profile acknowledges "the fault being on our side". That review is about an app, not an implementation, so ask for references from implementation clients.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Hans Andersen, CEO, per LinkedIn. Vaimo's February 2025 announcement also names Hans Andersen as CEO; helphouse.io's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: teams that need a custom Zendesk app or one of its existing integrations installed and supported.
9. The Service Corporation: 24/7 support from Stockholm and Kuala Lumpur, 4/10
The Service Corporation (TSC), in Stockholm, has been part of Vaimo since 2022. Its Zendesk page claims "over 100 Zendesk implementations" and says it can introduce Zendesk in under 10 days, which scores 1 as a timeline. Its directory profile says it supports Zendesk customers "365/24/7" from Sweden and Malaysia in English, Mandarin and Swedish, and the Zendesk page adds "constant development of your Zendesk solution". Nothing we read mentions AI. It builds two Swedish-market apps: a Lime CRM integration and BankID identification. It has a Premier Solution level without the AI Agents certification, and no reviews. On 4 points, helphouse.io's one review puts it ahead.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Per Ekvall was CEO when Vaimo announced the acquisition in 2022. TSC's site doesn't name its current leadership.
Best for: Swedish teams that run Lime CRM or need BankID checks in Zendesk, or want round-the-clock support cover.
10. Cloudhuset: a Premier reseller near Copenhagen, 3/10
Cloudhuset lists Copenhagen on the directory and Hørsholm on its own site, holds Premier levels on both paths and the AI Agents certification, and its Zendesk page claims more than 500 projects. AI appears in general terms, as "self-service og AI", and it also resells Ultimate, a bot platform, and Talkdesk. We found no price, timeline or post-launch service on the pages we read, and it has no reviews.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: Danish teams buying Zendesk and a contact center platform together that want license advice from one reseller.
11. Pepron: Finland's early Zendesk reseller, now an enterprise consultancy, 2/10
Pepron, in Oulu, has been a Zendesk reseller and certified partner since 2013, per its Zendesk page, which mentions Zendesk's AI agents and Copilot in general terms and custom integrations with Oracle, Salesforce or in-house systems. Its company page lists maintenance and ongoing support without a scope. Its directory level is Advanced Implementation without the AI Agents certification, though the profile text calls it a Premier Solution Provider. No price, timeline or reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Janne Räsänen, CEO, per Pepron's company page.
Best for: Finnish enterprises that want Zendesk wired into Oracle, Salesforce or in-house systems by a firm that also does software work.
Working with a Zendesk partner in the Nordics
Languages. Sovellin works in Finnish and English. HappiRel runs projects and training in Swedish or English. Kundelab's site is in Norwegian, English and Swedish, and it serves all five Nordic countries. TSC supports customers in English, Mandarin and Swedish.
Country coverage. Norway has two partners: SoftwareOne, part of a global IT company, and Kundelab, an independent specialist.
Data residency. Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on lets you host service data in the European Economic Area, among five regions. It's free on Suite Professional or higher, but it isn't turned on automatically: you ask your account representative or Zendesk support. Zendesk's article says service data hosted or processed by non-Zendesk services, Marketplace apps included, falls outside the add-on. If a partner adds its own app or a separate AI vendor, as Available does with its AI Assistant or Cloudhuset can with Ultimate, ask where that data is processed.
Licenses and local currency. Most of these firms resell Zendesk. Kundelab's pricing page lists Suite Team at $55 and Suite Professional at $115 per agent per month, billed annually in Norwegian kroner. Sovellin's package prices apply only if you buy licenses through it. Ask whether a partner's license price matches buying direct, and who owns the account if you part ways. A reseller earns more on every license you add, whatever the AI resolves, an incentive worth knowing when it recommends a bigger plan.
First-year arithmetic. Take a 10-agent team on Suite Professional at Kundelab's listed $115. Licenses come to 10 × $115 × 12 = $13,800 a year. Add Synerity's Baseline (Small) at about $5,050 and the first year is about $18,850. Zendesk's AI agents add a per-resolution charge on top of both; our Zendesk AI pricing breakdown covers that meter.
How the Nordic partners compare with the global ranking
Sovellin and SoftwareOne also appear in our global ranking of 31, 18th on 7 and 24th on 6. Kundelab, HappiRel, Vaimo and Cloudhuset were among the 67 partners that post's filter returned but weren't scored there. Reviews explain most of the gap: three of the four global partners on 9 have 13 to 17 directory reviews each, and these 11 have three between them.
What we check before an AI agent goes live on a partner-built Zendesk
Macha's team often sets up AI agents in a Zendesk a partner built. We run four checks before an agent touches a customer.
- Field definitions against field values. We read the ticket field definitions, then the values on recent tickets. An agent can write dropdown, text and checkbox values, so stale dropdown options or a required field nobody fills in become the agent's problem too. If the account serves more than one market, we look for the field, brand or group that marks the market before anything routes on it.
- Trigger conditions. We look for the exact conditions that should hand a ticket to an agent, because a broad trigger sends everything. Our own triggers use a tag-and-exclude pattern: add a unique tag when the trigger fires, exclude that tag from its conditions, and version the tag when the logic changes, so a ticket can't loop.
- Macros and past tickets. Macros show what the team already says. About a month of past tickets shows what customers actually ask, and that decides which category to automate first. We replay past tickets against the agent before launch.
- Internal note or public reply. We confirm which one each agent writes. In safe mode, drafts land as internal notes and nothing reaches a customer until the team approves.
A partner who documents fields, triggers and tags makes all four checks faster.

| A Norwegian team that wants Zendesk run month to month | Kundelab | A fixed consultant under a management agreement, AI Agents work cited by a client |
| A Swedish brand adding Zendesk AI and Copilot | HappiRel | Published Steamery result: 40% of tickets resolved by the bot |

| A Danish team buying Zendesk with a contact center platform | Cloudhuset | Resells Zendesk, Talkdesk and Ultimate |
| A Finnish enterprise with heavy back-end integration | Pepron | Zendesk partner since 2013 with a software practice |
| A team whose Zendesk works and only wants an AI agent | A partner or a vendor-led setup | A full partner project adds cost without the weekly tuning |
On the last row: your admin can build Zendesk's own agents with our Zendesk AI implementation guide, or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up inside your Zendesk. Zendesk AI agents vs a third-party agent compares the two. Macha, our product, is the second kind: AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. The Macha on Zendesk page explains how it works inside the ticket. It's the wrong fit if you need a migration or a Zendesk redesign; hire a partner from the list above for that. Hiring a partner? Our guide to choosing a Zendesk implementation partner covers the questions and contract clauses, and our cross-desk partner ranking covers firms that work on more than one help desk.

How we researched this
We took every partner in Zendesk's partner directory data with the type Implementation Partner and a head office in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland or Iceland, which gave 11. On October 30, 2026 we read all 11 profiles on zendesk.co.uk for reviews and descriptions, took levels and certifications from the directory's data, and read the partner pages linked above.
The "Who runs it" lines come from each partner's own About, Team or press pages where they name leaders. Where they don't, we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. Prices, timelines and quotes are as published on October 30, 2026; confirm them before you sign. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. Macha isn't a Zendesk partner and isn't ranked here, and nobody paid to be listed.
