Best Zendesk Partners in Southeast Asia (2026): 11 Ranked
The best Zendesk partner in Southeast Asia on our rubric is DEMETER ICT in Bangkok, which scores 7 out of 10, followed by VLAN Technology in Kuala Lumpur at 6. Zendesk's partner directory lists 13 implementation partner listings with a head office in Southeast Asia: five in Thailand, three in Indonesia, two each in Singapore and the Philippines, and one in Malaysia. Two of the 13 belong to one firm and one is a subsidiary of a Japanese systems integrator, so we scored 11 firms on the same five criteria as our global ranking, using only their public pages. Only DEMETER ICT publishes a price for a Zendesk setup, and VLAN holds 18 of the region's 27 directory reviews.
Key takeaways
- DEMETER ICT ranks first at 7/10, with a published Zendesk starter setup from about $1,350, ready in 5 days, and Premier levels plus the AI Agents certification.
- VLAN Technology ranks second at 6/10 on 18 directory reviews, the most in the region, and an ongoing managed service after launch.
- After the top two, scores drop to 3 or lower, because most profiles describe no Zendesk AI work, no price and no service after go-live.
- Four of the 11 firms hold Zendesk's AI Agents certification, but none of the 11 says plainly on its own pages that it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents for clients.
- Zendesk has no hosting region in Southeast Asia; the closest options in its Data Center Location add-on are Japan and Australia.

How we ranked them
We took every listing in Zendesk's directory data with the partner type Implementation Partner and a head office in a Southeast Asian country. That returned 13. Two are the same company: Demeter I is an older listing for DEMETER ICT, with the same website and no reviews, so we scored the firm once, on its current profile. We left one firm out. MFEC in Bangkok reported a tender offer from TIS Inc. of Japan in a July 21, 2020 filing, and a Japanese M&A news listing reports that TIS made MFEC a consolidated subsidiary in October 2020. We don't rank subsidiaries of global systems integrators.
For the other 11 we read each directory profile, then each partner's own site for AI work, prices, timelines and what happens after launch. The rubric is the one from our global ranking of Zendesk implementation partners, word for word, so a partner's score here matches the score it would get there. Each criterion scores 0, 1 or 2.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | A Premier level plus the AI Agents certification | A Premier level without the certification, or the certification at an Advanced level or with no level shown | Neither |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents | AI or automation described in general terms | No AI service described |
| Price or timeline published | Both, or a price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning or managed service described | A short hypercare period, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count, and where reviews also tie, by directory standing, then alphabetically. Standing uses the directory's level data, never a partner's own badge. The scoring rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of anyone's work, which you only learn from references and a pilot.
Which Zendesk partners in Southeast Asia do AI agent work?
1. DEMETER ICT: the only published Zendesk setup price in the region, 7/10
DEMETER ICT, in Bangkok, says on its directory profile that it has offices in Bangkok, Singapore and Shanghai, has implemented Zendesk for more than 140 customers in APAC and has deployed more than 2,500 agent seats across the region. It holds Premier levels and the AI Agents certification, the full 2 for standing.
The price is the reason it ranks first. Its Zendesk starter package page charges a one-off setup and training fee of about $1,350 (฿45,000) for 1 to 3 licenses, about $2,050 (฿70,000) for 4 to 6 and about $3,550 (฿120,000) for 7 to 10, and says the account is ready in 5 days. The scope is spelled out: 5 ticket views, 5 ticket fields, 3 triggers, 3 automations, 4 macros, CSAT and SLAs, a help center, channels including LINE OA and WeChat, and agent, admin and reporting training. That's a small build for a team moving off a shared inbox, sold alongside Zendesk licenses billed annually through Demeter. A reseller earns more with every license you add, so compare its license price with buying direct.
On AI, the evidence is general. Demeter's Zendesk AI agents page describes Zendesk's product and quotes Zendesk's customers rather than its own, the profile lists chatbot design, and a CX transformation page says Demeter designed phone and chatbot intake for Kerry Express and supported its go-live for two months. That scores 1. After launch, the starter page promises support throughout use, in Thai and in Thai business hours, with no further scope, also 1. Four directory reviews are all more than two years old. One, from a reviewer named Paypal, says in Chinese "實在話是支持比原廠還快" (honestly, the support is faster than the vendor's own). Another reads "Great technical knowledge and reliable implementation."
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: founders Dr Varanyu Suchivoraphanpong and Phattarapol Kiratisin, per Demeter's about page; its homepage says it was founded in 2015. Yutthachai Chaiyasuk is Head of Customer Success Solutions, per LinkedIn.
Best for: Thai and Chinese-speaking teams of up to 10 agents that want a fixed-price Zendesk build in a week.
2. VLAN Technology: the most reviewed partner in Southeast Asia, 6/10
VLAN Technology trades as VLAN Asia from Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Its profile says it was the first Zendesk partner and reseller in Malaysia, active since 2017, and has used Zendesk itself since 2016. Its about page dates the firm to 2003 and describes it as a long-time managed service provider. Zendesk is one of five platforms it sells, with Microsoft, HubSpot, NetSuite and Acronis.
It has 18 directory reviews, more than the other 10 firms combined. The newest, posted 16 days before we read it, is from Dilhany Jayawardena, on a second engagement: "The team successfully designed and built a comprehensive knowledge base landing page in approximately three weeks." Another, about a year old, is signed from Nando's.
VLAN's Zendesk page lists workflow design, implementation, automation configuration, integrations, reporting and "Ongoing Improvement", and the profile lists ongoing support, consulting and managed services. That's a managed service, worth 2. On AI, the Zendesk page describes AI and automation in general terms. A blog post from August 24, 2026 covers a hands-on Zendesk and VLAN AI Labs session held on August 19, where attendees built with Zendesk AI agents, procedures and API lookups. It describes a workshop rather than a service VLAN sells, so it scores 1. VLAN holds the AI Agents certification at an Advanced level, also 1. No price or timeline is published.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site. Per LinkedIn, Tenh Han Yang is Head of Technology and Surindren Manickam is Director of Sales; directory reviewers thank a Han Yang and a Surin by name.
Best for: Malaysian and Singaporean teams that want a Zendesk partner on call month after month, and some Microsoft or NetSuite work from the same firm.
3. JM Information: Premier and AI-certified, with no website listed, 3/10
JM Information, in Singapore, holds a Premier Solution level and the AI Agents certification, worth 2. Its profile describes it in one line as an IT data consulting and service provider, lists East Asia as its region, and links no website. It built JMI, a free Zendesk app it describes as a customer service collaboration platform for Amazon sellers. Two of its three reviews are four months old. One lists custom development, implementation and training, then says "Rare to find that in one partner". The other, in Chinese, says the team was still reachable when problems came up after go-live. We couldn't read any AI, price or post-launch claims from the firm itself, so those score 0. Three reviews put it ahead of Trees Solutions and Loxley on 3 points.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 1.
Who runs it: JM Information lists no website, and we found no named leader.
Best for: Chinese-speaking Amazon sellers that want a Zendesk app and custom development from one firm. Ask for references first.
4. Trees Solutions: an Oracle house in Jakarta with Zendesk on the side, 3/10
Trees Solutions says on its about page that it was founded in 2011 and became an Oracle Platinum partner in 2013. Its recent news is Oracle and Salesforce work, and its Zendesk page describes Zendesk's products and an app Trees built on Zendesk Sunshine, without AI. Its implementation page walks from kickoff through user acceptance testing to post-implementation support, with no duration. A support services page covers application maintenance under "strict SLAs", but across all its products rather than Zendesk, which scores 1. It holds a Premier Solution level without the AI Agents certification, worth 1. Its two directory reviews read "Good" and "GooD".
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Christiana Wiraatmaja and Novianto, directors, per LinkedIn; Trees' site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: Indonesian companies already running Oracle or Salesforce with Trees that want Zendesk added by the same team.
5. Loxley Business Innovation: a Thai contact center firm with its own AI chatbot, 3/10
Loxley Business Innovation began as the business communications department of Loxley, a listed Thai group, more than 40 years ago, according to its homepage, and says it serves more than 100 Thai organizations. It sells contact center systems from Avaya alongside Zendesk, plus LISA, its own AI chatbot platform for LINE, Facebook and other channels, which connects to the contact center. LISA is Loxley's product rather than Zendesk AI work, so it scores 1 for AI in general terms. The homepage lists LISA packages from about $740 (฿25,000) a month, a product price rather than a Zendesk setup fee, so the price criterion stays at 0. Its directory profile offers a fully outsourced contact center service covering the system, its management and the agents, which is the most complete after-launch service on the list and scores 2. It has no directory level and no reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: Thai companies that want Zendesk, phones and a LINE chatbot run as one outsourced contact center.
6. Rekan Digital Nusantara: AI-certified, with a thin site, 2/10
Rekan Digital Nusantara, in Jakarta, holds the AI Agents certification at an Advanced level, worth 1. It also sells Huawei Cloud and YonSuite ERP. Its Zendesk page is product copy, mentioning automated workflows and an "intelligent bot" in general terms, worth 1. Nothing we read covers prices, timelines or service after launch, and it has no reviews.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: Indonesian teams buying Zendesk with Huawei Cloud or YonSuite.
7. Quesera: a Zendesk partner for Vietnam, run from Singapore, 2/10
Quesera lists Singapore as its head office and Ho Chi Minh City as its second office. Its Zendesk page calls it "the one and only Zendesk Partner in Vietnam" and a partner since 2019, and says it sells licenses, consulting, implementation, integration and training. It built a Zalo integration for Zendesk. AI appears as Zendesk's product copy, worth 1, and its homepage mentions "ongoing support" without scope, also 1. The Zendesk page's FAQ asks why you'd use a Premier implementation partner; the directory shows it at Advanced Implementation without the AI Agents certification, so it scores 0 for standing.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: Vietnamese teams that need Zalo conversations inside Zendesk.
8. Saasten Technologies: a Jakarta CRM consultancy, 2/10
Saasten Technologies implements Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk and Google Workspace, and its footer names Total Cloud Solutions Pte Ltd alongside the Saasten brand. Its Zendesk page describes "AI-powered customer service" and an answer bot as product features, worth 1. Its menu lists a "Support Working Hour" service, but that page returned an error, so we score after-launch support at 1 with no scope. No directory level, no reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: Indonesian companies choosing between Salesforce, Zoho and Zendesk that want one consultancy to compare them.
9. Thinkblink (Blink CX): Zendesk's Asia partner of the year for 2023, 2/10
Thinkblink trades as Blink CX in Manila's Pasig City and, per its profile, was incorporated in 2018 as the third company of the Centric Group. A January 11, 2024 news item on its homepage says Zendesk named it Partner of the Year for Asia in 2023, beside a client quote from Nescel Paul N. Palileo, CX and Service Desk Head for PLDT Global, who says the project "completed within the expected timeline". Its services page lists Zendesk consulting, implementation and integration, "AI-driven tools" for personalized journeys in general terms, worth 1, and training with "ongoing support", worth 1. The directory shows no level for it and no reviews, and the Zendesk page its profile links to returns "Page not found".
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on the pages we could read.
Best for: Philippine companies that want Zendesk and Qualtrics feedback work from one CX consultancy.
10. Direc Business Technologies: an SAP and NetSuite house in Quezon City, 1/10
Direc's site failed a certificate check when we opened it on October 30, so we read the Wayback Machine's copy of its homepage from July 20, 2026. It leads with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle NetSuite, and Zendesk isn't on it. Its directory profile says it "recently partnered with Zendesk", has certified consultants and lists "Customer Commitment and Support" without scope, worth 1. It holds an Advanced Implementation level without the AI Agents certification, and no reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: Philippine SAP or NetSuite customers adding Zendesk.
11. G-Able: a listed Thai IT group with Zendesk on its profile only, 0/10
G-Able is a listed Thai IT services group, established in 1989 according to its directory profile. Its site's AI work is agentic AI on AWS, and we found nothing on Zendesk, customer service AI, prices or support after launch. No level, no reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Dr. Chaiyut Chunhacha, chief executive officer, per G-Able's investor relations executives page.
Best for: large Thai enterprises that already buy infrastructure from G-Able and want one contract.
Working with a Zendesk partner in Southeast Asia
Languages. Zendesk's language support article lists Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese and both forms of Chinese for the agent interface and the help center. Malay and Filipino appear only for the help center. Among partners, DEMETER ICT works in Thai, Mandarin and English, VLAN lists Bahasa and English, and JM Information and Rekan list Chinese and English.
Country coverage. Thailand has three firms once MFEC is set aside, Indonesia three, the Philippines two, Singapore two and Malaysia one. No partner lists a head office in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar or Brunei; Quesera covers Vietnam from Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City. VLAN also lists Australia and New Zealand.
Time zones. Thailand, Vietnam and western Indonesia run on UTC+7, and Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines on UTC+8.
Data residency. Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on offers five hosting regions: the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia. None is in Southeast Asia. The add-on is free on Suite Professional or higher, but it isn't turned on automatically; you ask your account representative or Zendesk support. Data processed by non-Zendesk services, Marketplace apps included, falls outside it. If a partner adds its own chatbot, as Loxley does with LISA and Demeter can with InGenious, ask where that data is processed.
Licenses and local currency. Most firms here resell Zendesk. Demeter's starter page lists Suite Team at about $70 (฿2,350) and Suite Professional at about $140 (฿4,790) per agent per month, billed annually in Thai baht, with a tax invoice. Ask whether a partner's license price matches buying direct, and who owns the account if you part ways. The incentive runs one way: a reseller is paid per seat, whatever the AI resolves.
First-year arithmetic. Take a 3-agent team on Suite Professional bought through Demeter. Licenses come to about $5,100 a year (3 × ฿4,790 × 12 = ฿172,440). Add the $1,350 starter setup and the first year is about $6,450 before any AI. Zendesk's AI agents add a per-resolution charge on top; our Zendesk AI pricing breakdown covers that meter.
How the Southeast Asian partners compare with the global ranking
None of these 11 firms is ranked in our global list of 31. DEMETER ICT, VLAN, JM Information and Rekan hold the AI Agents certification, so they were among the 67 partners the global filter returned, but their profiles describe little AI work and they weren't among the 31 we scored. On the same rubric, DEMETER ICT's 7 would sit with the nine global partners on 7, and VLAN's 6 with the ten on 6. The gap is AI work described: the global leaders name AI agent builds, tuning or client results on their own pages, and here only VLAN's workshop post comes close.
What we check before an AI agent goes live on a partner-built Zendesk
Macha's team sets up AI agents inside Zendesk accounts that a partner often built first. Before an agent touches a customer, we run the same checks whoever did the build.
- Field definitions against field values. We read the ticket field definitions, then the values on recent tickets. An agent can write dropdown, text and checkbox values, so a dropdown nobody maintains becomes the agent's problem. In multi-country accounts we look for the field, brand or group that marks the market, and the language, before anything routes on it.
- Trigger conditions. We look for exact conditions that hand a ticket to the agent, because a broad trigger sends everything. Our own triggers add a unique tag when they fire, exclude that tag from their conditions, and version the tag when the logic changes, so a ticket can't loop.
- Macros and past tickets. Macros show what the team already says. Past tickets show what customers actually ask, and that decides which category to automate first. We replay past tickets against the agent before launch.
- Internal note or public reply. We confirm which one each agent writes. In safe mode, drafts land as internal notes and nothing reaches a customer until the team approves.
Ask your partner for its field and trigger list at handover; it makes all four checks faster.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A Thai team of up to 10 agents that wants a fixed price | DEMETER ICT | Starter setup from about $1,350, ready in 5 days |
| A Malaysian or Singaporean team that wants ongoing help | VLAN Technology | 18 reviews, managed services and ongoing improvement |
| A Chinese-speaking Amazon seller | JM Information | Premier and AI-certified, builds a Zendesk app for Amazon sellers |
| An Indonesian Oracle or Salesforce customer | Trees Solutions | One team for ERP, CRM and Zendesk |
| A Thai company outsourcing its contact center | Loxley Business Innovation | System, management and agents as one service |
| A Vietnamese team on Zalo | Quesera | Its own Zalo integration for Zendesk |
| A Philippine team adding customer feedback work | Thinkblink (Blink CX) | Zendesk and Qualtrics practice |
| A team whose Zendesk works and only wants an AI agent | A partner or a vendor-led setup | A full partner project adds cost without the weekly tuning |
On the last row: a partner earns its fee on migrations, routing, channels and integrations more than on the AI layer alone. Your admin can build Zendesk's own agents with our Zendesk AI implementation guide, or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up inside your Zendesk. Zendesk AI agents vs a third-party agent compares the two. Macha, our product, is the second kind: AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. It fits teams already on Zendesk that want an agent built, tested and tuned by the vendor's team, and the Macha on Zendesk page explains how it works inside the ticket. It's the wrong fit for a migration, a LINE or Zalo channel or a redesign; hire a partner for those. Our guide to choosing a Zendesk implementation partner covers contract clauses, and our cross-desk partner ranking covers firms on several help desks.

How we researched this
We took every listing in Zendesk's partner directory data with the type Implementation Partner and a head office in Southeast Asia, which gave 13. On October 30, 2026 we read all 13 profiles on Zendesk's UK site (zendesk.co.uk) in a real browser for review counts, review text and descriptions, and took levels and certifications from the directory's data. We then read the partner pages linked above and Zendesk's help center articles on data location and languages. Direc's live site failed a certificate check, so we used its Wayback Machine copy.
The "Who runs it" lines come from each partner's own About, Team or investor pages where they name leaders. Where they don't, we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". None of the leaders appears in our read-only check of LinkedIn posting activity, which never affects a score. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. Prices, timelines and quotes are as published on October 30, 2026; confirm them before you sign. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. Macha isn't a Zendesk partner and isn't ranked here, and nobody paid to be listed.
