Best HubSpot Service Hub Partners in Latin America (2026): 17 Scored From HubSpot's Directory
RevPartners scores highest among the HubSpot Service Hub partners listed for Latin America, at 8 of 10 on the same five criteria as our global ranking, but it works from US offices. Dig RevOps and HAL Company come next at 6: Dig RevOps publishes a $1,500 customer agent setup, and HAL Company, run from Buenos Aires with offices in four more Latin American countries, holds HubSpot's Service Implementation accreditation. We scored all 17 partners that HubSpot's Solutions Directory returns for Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru with Service Hub onboarding, using public pages read on October 30, 2026.
Key takeaways
- RevPartners is the best-scoring HubSpot Service Hub partner for Latin America at 8 of 10, though all five of its listed offices are in the US.
- Dig RevOps is the only firm in this pool that prices HubSpot's customer agent setup: $1,500, with knowledge base grounding, routing and handoff rules.
- HAL Company and RevPartners are the only two of the 17 that hold HubSpot's Service Implementation accreditation, the credential closest to help desk work.
- HubSpot has no data center in Latin America, so a portal opened from Mexico City or Bogotá is hosted in the US, Europe, Canada or Australia.
- Four firms describe their own tier or credentials differently from the directory, so check the directory profile before you sign.

How we ranked them
We pulled every partner in HubSpot's Solutions Directory that the directory returns for Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile or Peru and that offers Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding: 17 firms. We read each firm's directory profile and site, and scored it on the rubric from our global HubSpot Service Hub partner ranking, copied word for word.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot credentials | Holds the Service Implementation accreditation | Elite or Diamond tier without it | Lower tier |
| Customer agent work described | Says it sets up customer agent, with scope such as knowledge sources, handoff rules or testing | Mentions Breeze or AI agents in general terms | No AI work described |
| Price or timeline published | A price for the AI work | A price or timeline for related work only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Tuning or managed AI support with a price or a stated length | Ongoing support described without a price or length | Not described |
| Service Hub focus | A page for Service Hub or support | Service Hub listed among hubs | No Service Hub mention |
Ties are broken by the customer agent score, then by how much scope the firm shows before a call. Tied firms form a tier, so the order inside a tier isn't a verdict. Every firm ticked the directory's Service Hub onboarding box, which is how it got into the pool, so that tick doesn't earn the Service Hub point; its own site has to. Directory budget brackets don't count as prices, and support after launch that isn't about AI earns 1 point at most, as RevPartners' did in the global ranking.
Four firms here also appear in our other rankings and keep the scores they got there: RevPartners, Sector Growth, GTM Ops and Klakss.
The 17 HubSpot Service Hub partners for Latin America, ranked
1. RevPartners: a 14-day Service Hub launch with customer agent as an option, 8/10
RevPartners is an Elite partner and one of HubSpot's 12 Service Implementation holders. Its profile lists five US offices, Spanish, and South America as a region served. Its Service Hub launch page sells a Customer Support package for $2,000 in 14 days, a Customer Onboarding package at the same price, and both for $3,250 in 30 days, priced the same on Professional and Enterprise. One line item reads "Knowledge Base OR Chatbot/Cust. Agent", so a foundational customer agent setup is one choice among several, with no scope described. In August 2026, a little over two months ago, J. Merenciano wrote on its directory profile, "Overall we had a great experience working with RevPartners and Lauren."
Who runs it: Brendan Tolleson, co-founder and CEO, per LinkedIn. RevPartners' about page lists Brendan Tolleson in its team roster without a title. Brendan Tolleson has posted 9 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly about RevPartners' growth, hiring and its tie-up with Walker Sands.
Scores: credentials 2, customer agent 1, price 2, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.
Best for: a team that wants Service Hub and a first customer agent live in two weeks for a known price, and is fine working with a US team in Spanish.
2. Dig RevOps: the only published price for a customer agent setup, 6/10
Dig RevOps is a Gold partner that calls itself "a boutique consultancy" with "offices in Brazil, Latam and the United States"; its profile lists it as remote, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Its AI agent implementation page prices a "Customer Agent Implementation" at $1,500, for "Resolving inbound demand 24/7 across Chat, WhatsApp, and Email". The package lists native agent setup, omnichannel routing, knowledge base grounding, and handoff rules with team training. Deployment takes 2 to 4 weeks when your data is already clean, or 6 to 8 weeks with a cleanup. No tuning after launch is described; its homepage mentions ongoing consulting. One of its two directory reviews, written two months ago in August 2026, reads in HubSpot's English translation, "Dig RevOps has been an exceptional strategic partner for IFX."

HAL Company is an Elite partner with offices in Buenos Aires, Bogotá, Mexico City, Santiago and São Paulo, per its directory profile. It holds eight HubSpot accreditations, Service Implementation among them. Its footer reads "A KAZE Technologies company"; we found nothing showing KAZE is a global systems integrator, so HAL stays ranked. Its Service Hub page says HAL maps your support process, configures the platform, automates tickets and surveys, and trains your team. Its AI adoption service promises to bring AI into your processes and keep answering questions about new features, without naming agents, a price or a timeline.
Who runs it: Cecilia Hayafuji, CEO, per LinkedIn. HAL's about page names no leaders.
Scores: credentials 2, customer agent 1, price 0, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.

Its onboarding page covers Service Hub among other hubs and gives a "4–10wk" typical timeline, with a 30/60/90-day adoption review. Its custom AI agents page describes "Golden test sets and CI evals" and human approval gates, none of it for support. A managed services retainer includes an "AI & Breeze" pillar at a monthly fee it doesn't publish.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 1, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 1.
Best for: a Colombian business that wants HubSpot tied to its other systems and AI work tested before it ships.
5. Klakss: a French freelancer network with a founder in Argentina, 4/10
Klakss is a Diamond partner registered at a Paris address, describing itself on its profile as a network of certified HubSpot freelancers. It has a HubSpot and AI page and a Breeze agents guide, and puts setup at "1 à 3 mois". Its homepage lists Service Hub among the hubs it works on, and its onboarding covers "CSM, tickets".

Best for: a company with French and Latin American offices that wants one Diamond partner for both.
6. Lookers: a Chilean Diamond partner with a monthly care plan, 4/10
Lookers is a Diamond partner on a .cl domain that works "100% remoto" and, per its HubSpot page, has done more than 250 implementations in nine years as a partner. Its HubSpot page lists implementation, onboarding, CRM migration, integrations and monthly maintenance; onboarding takes "alrededor de 60 días" and a typical migration 4 to 8 weeks. Its Lookers Care plan runs month to month with up to 4 hours of support and adjustments, price unpublished. Service appears only in a list of hubs, and there's no AI work on the pages we read. The same page calls Diamond "el nivel más alto" of the partner program; Elite sits above it.

Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 0, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 1.

Yamil Morales, LLC is an untiered partner run by one consultant, in English or Spanish. Its site publishes prices: a Quick Fix from $297, a Growth Blueprint at $1,500, "The System" from $4,997, and a Fractional Operator at $4,000 a month after a three-month minimum. Builds include 30 days of support. Its AI drafts first replies and qualifies leads; Service Hub isn't mentioned.

8. Pixiu: a Miami firm with a Buenos Aires delivery team, 3/10
Pixiu (Pixiu X on its site) is an untiered Solutions Partner headquartered in Miami Beach "with a delivery team based in Buenos Aires", per its about page. Its AI services page lists activating HubSpot's "AI Agents (Prospecting, Customer)" and says most AI projects go live in 4 to 6 weeks, at a fixed price set after a scoping call. Standard implementations "typically start around $3,000 to $6,000". Its onboarding page covers Sales and Marketing Hub, with 30 days of support included, or 60 days on the full suite. That page lists a "Service Hub Implementation Accreditation", which isn't on Pixiu's directory profile. In November 2025, eleven months ago, M. Allan wrote on its profile, "Working with Indira and the Pixiux team on our CRM implementation was seamless and highly effective."
Who runs it: Indira B., founder, per LinkedIn. Its site names no leader.

GTM Ops is an untiered remote partner whose profile lists English (Mexico) among its languages. Its pricing page shows HubSpot projects from $4,000 that mostly run 4 to 8 weeks, and retainers from $4,000 a month. Its homepage lists Service Hub among the hubs it implements; its AI is for internal use.
Who runs it: Jay Filiatrault, founder, per GTM Ops' about page.
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 0, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 1.
Best for: a SaaS company that wants fractional RevOps at a known monthly price, in English.
10. Brand Fit: an Argentine growth agency that implements every hub, 3/10
Brand Fit is an untiered partner in Buenos Aires. Its HubSpot page lists Service Hub as "Tickets, base de conocimiento, chat, encuestas y portal del cliente". Basic setups take "pocas semanas" and complex ones 4 to 12 weeks, followed by "soporte continuo". Its only AI is for content and SEO.

Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 0, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 1.
Best for: an Argentine company that wants its marketing and its HubSpot from one agency.
11. KoiShark: a remote RevOps consultancy for US and Mexican clients, 3/10
KoiShark is an untiered partner, remote, "with a foothold in both the US and Mexico" and a Spanish site for Latin American clients. Its implementation page covers Sales, Marketing and Service Hub and says the team stays available while questions come in. Migrations "run 4 to 8 weeks". No AI work is described. It connects to HubSpot's CRM; ticket management is marked "Próximamente". It publishes no prices, timelines or terms for help after launch, and its site runs in Spanish and English.
Who runs it: Mauricio Arteaga, co-founder and CEO, per Trobbit's about page, with co-founder Lucas Arteaga and CTO Alejandro Medina.
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 1, price 0, after launch 0, Service Hub focus 1. Its agents are its own product, so the customer agent item gets 1 point.
Best for: a Spanish-speaking team that wants a WhatsApp agent from a vendor that is also a HubSpot partner.

- Solvis Consulting (untiered, 2/10) lists more than 20 years in Latin America and HubSpot among several CRMs. Its services page offers custom AI from CRM vendors' options and continuous support, without terms. Dig RevOps sits above HAL Company at 6, and Klakss above Lookers at 4, because the tie rule looks at customer agent work first. Among the five at 3, Yamil Morales and Pixiu come first on customer agent work, then GTM Ops, Brand Fit and KoiShark by the scope each shows before a call.
Working with a HubSpot partner in Latin America
Where the firms sit. Six of the 17 are based in the region: HAL Company in Buenos Aires, Lookers in Chile, PLOY in Córdoba, Brand Fit in Buenos Aires, Agencia BÖLL in Santiago and Cytocrom in Mexico City. Four more have people there with a base elsewhere: Sector Growth in Bogotá, Pixiu's Buenos Aires delivery team, Dig RevOps' offices in Brazil and Latin America, and KoiShark's Mexican foothold. RevPartners, the top scorer, lists only US offices.
Spanish and Portuguese. HubSpot offers its software, knowledge base, onboarding and support in Spanish, per its language offerings page, and its software and onboarding in Brazilian Portuguese. Every firm here works in Spanish except Klakss and GTM Ops, whose profiles list French and English, or English variants only. Portuguese appears on the profiles of HAL Company, Sector Growth, Dig RevOps, Pixiu, Cytocrom and Agencia BÖLL. If customers write in both languages, the knowledge base an AI agent answers from has to exist in both.
Data hosting. HubSpot runs five AWS hosting locations: Germany, Virginia, Oregon, Montreal and Sydney, per its cloud infrastructure and data hosting FAQ. None is in Latin America. HubSpot assigns a data center "based on the geolocation of your IP address at sign-up", and paid accounts can move to another regional center. The same FAQ lists cases where data is processed outside your hosting location, including Solutions Partner consulting.
Prices. Every published price is in US dollars except Refindable's, which names no currency. Only Dig RevOps and RevPartners price customer agent work; Refindable prices Service Hub onboarding.
How this pool compares with the global list. RevPartners scored 8 in our global ranking, which named HAL Company as the accredited partner for Latin America without scoring it. Without RevPartners, the ceiling here is 6.
Credentials that don't match the directory
Four firms describe themselves differently from HubSpot's directory. Lookers calls Diamond the program's highest level; Elite is above it. PLOY's site says Platinum and Klakss's profile overview says Platinum, while the directory shows Gold and Diamond. Pixiu's onboarding page lists a Service Hub Implementation Accreditation missing from its profile; in this pool only HAL Company and RevPartners hold it. Tiers measure the HubSpot revenue a partner has sourced, and a partner's business model runs on the referrals a higher badge attracts, so the incentive is to print the best badge it has held. Use the directory profile.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A team switching on Service Hub that wants it live in two weeks | RevPartners | $2,000 for 14 days, customer agent option, accredited |
| A team on Service Hub that wants customer agent on chat and WhatsApp | Dig RevOps | $1,500 setup with routing, grounding and handoff rules |
| A large support team across several countries | HAL Company | Service Implementation holder, offices in five countries |
| A Colombian business that wants AI work tested | Sector Growth | Bogotá office, test sets and approval gates |
| A Chilean firm that wants a monthly safety net | Lookers | Month-to-month care plan |
| A sales team that wants HubSpot built at a known price | Pixiu or Yamil Morales | Published starting prices |
| A team that wants nobody internal maintaining the AI | A vendor-led agent | Setup and tuning sit in the subscription |
What to ask a Latin American partner before you sign
- Which tier and accreditations does the directory show for you today, and in which countries does my project team work?
- Is HubSpot's customer agent a line item in this scope, with knowledge sources, handoff rules and a test plan?
- Who writes the Spanish and Portuguese knowledge base articles the agent will read?
- In which HubSpot data center is our account, and from which countries will your team access it?
- Who reads the agent's conversations each week after go-live, and what does that cost a month?
What we check when a partner-built HubSpot help desk reaches us
When we bring Macha onto a Service Hub account a partner built, the partner's choices decide what an AI agent can do on day one. These are our first checks.
- Ticket properties with real data in them. The agent reads and updates tickets, so we look at which properties are filled in on past tickets and which were created and left empty. A routing rule built on an empty dropdown does nothing for an agent.
- What customers actually ask. We read past tickets to see which categories arrive, then pick the first one for the agent to take. Where the knowledge base has no article for a category, our AI Knowledge Builder drafts articles from historical tickets.
- Workflows that react to the agent's own changes. A HubSpot workflow that fires on a property change will fire on the agent's change too. We mark tickets the agent has touched and keep that mark out of the rule's conditions, so the two don't loop.
- Notes before replies. The agent starts in safe mode, drafting replies as internal notes until your team says they're right. Before that we replay past tickets against it in a simulation; after launch, Studies reviews its conversations against its instructions.
When don't you need a HubSpot partner?
Not if Service Hub already runs the way you want and the only new piece is the AI agent. Your admin can set up customer agent (our guide), or a vendor can run its own agent on your tickets; our HubSpot AI implementation guide compares the routes, our customer agent cost guide does the credit arithmetic, and our Service Hub pricing guide covers seats.
Macha is our product, and it's the vendor kind: AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. It isn't a HubSpot partner and isn't ranked here. Its HubSpot connector reads and updates tickets, contacts and deals, adds notes, and fires on new tickets and property changes. Pricing starts at $299/month for 750 tickets, setup included. It suits teams already running Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom that want tickets handled end to end without anyone on staff tuning the AI, and it's the wrong fit if you need a help desk built or a migration done. See Macha on HubSpot; the trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit.

How we researched this
On October 30, 2026 we pulled the partners in HubSpot's Solutions Directory that its filters return for Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru and that offer Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding: 17 firms. Tiers come from the directory: 3 Elite, 2 Diamond, 1 Platinum, 3 Gold and 8 untiered. We read every profile and site the same day; Cytocrom's site and Dig RevOps' AI page needed a rendering browser. RevPartners, Sector Growth, GTM Ops and Klakss keep the scores they got in our global and other regional rankings. We checked each firm's About page for ownership; HAL Company's footer names KAZE Technologies as its owner, and no firm belongs to a global integrator. The "Who runs it" lines come from each firm's own site where it names a leader, and otherwise from MoltSets, a B2B people database, marked "per LinkedIn". Prices are shown in US dollars as the firms publish them; none needed conversion. One reviewer scored public pages; we didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents for help desks. Nobody paid to be listed, and Macha isn't ranked.
