Best Freshdesk Partners in Latin America (2026): 13 Freshworks Partners Ranked
The best Freshdesk partner in Latin America on our five public criteria is Zen in Santiago, on 9 out of 10, followed by Eficsa in Guatemala and GB Advisors in Mexico City on 8. We checked all 53 Service Partner entries in Freshworks' directory data for Latin America and the Caribbean, from 37 distinct firms, on October 29 and 30, 2026, and only 13 of them describe any Freshdesk work on their own sites. Zen and Eficsa are the only two that publish prices for their own work: Zen's onboarding plans start at $599 a month, and Eficsa's support package is $2,000 a month. Below, all 13 are scored on the rubric from our global Freshdesk ranking, followed by the firms we left out and what's specific to buying Freshdesk in the region.
Key takeaways
- Zen in Santiago ranks first on 9 out of 10, with published onboarding plans and an ongoing support service; Eficsa and GB Advisors follow on 8.
- Only 13 of the 37 Latin American Service Partner firms describe Freshdesk work on their sites; the other 24 show Freshworks as a logo, sell only IT tools, or don't mention it.
- Only two partners publish prices for their own work: Zen's onboarding plans at $599 and $1,299 a month, and Eficsa's CarePlus at $2,000 a month for 16 engineering hours.
- Freshdesk's own data center list has five regions (the US, EEA, UAE, India and Australia), so no Freshdesk account keeps its data in Latin America.
- Two of the 13 ranked partners, Treblatec and Comup, describe setting up Freddy AI with some scope; the rest repeat Freshworks' product copy or don't mention it.

Levels and locations come from Freshworks' directory data. "Not published" means we found no figure on the pages we read on October 29 or 30, 2026; a call may get you one.
How we ranked them
We used the rubric from our global ranking of Freshdesk implementation partners word for word, so a partner's score here matches its score there. That ranking scored 15 firms; Treblatec is the only one of our 13 that appears in it, and it keeps its score of 7. Each partner gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | Premier Service Partner | Authorized Service Partner | Not in the directory data |
| Freddy AI work described | Says it sets up, activates or maintains Freddy AI agents, with some scope | Mentions Freddy AI or AI in general terms | No AI work described |
| Price or timeline published | A price for the work | A timeline, or a price for related work only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing support, tuning or a managed service described | A short hypercare only | Not described |
| Freshdesk focus | A Freshdesk page aimed at customer support | Freshdesk listed among many tools or mainly IT work | No Freshdesk page |
Ties are broken by the Freddy AI score, then by how much scope the firm shows before a call. Every entry placed by that rule says so, and a tie-break winner isn't a better partner, only an earlier line. The directory has no reviews, so this ranking can't use review counts. Levels come from Freshworks' own directory data, not from badges on a partner's site. We also checked each About page for a parent company, because a firm owned by a global systems integrator belongs in a different comparison; none of the 13 says it is. The scores reward what you can check before a call, not the quality of anyone's work.
The 13 Freshdesk partners in Latin America, ranked
1. Zen: published onboarding plans and a Premier level, 9/10
Zen, listed in the directory as Zenlatam (zenlatam.com now redirects to itzen.io), is a Premier partner in Chile. Its about page calls it "una consultora tecnológica latinoamericana" with a head office in Chile, a presence in 8 Latin American countries and more than 24 years of history. Its Freshdesk page is aimed at customer support: "Preparamos grupos, reglas, base de conocimiento e integraciones según el alcance acordado", groups, rules, knowledge base and integrations within an agreed scope. On AI it says only that "Las funciones de Freddy AI pueden asistir con respuestas y tareas según el plan contratado", which is product language, worth 1.
Zen publishes a price for its own work on its homepage. Three onboarding plans are listed: Basic at $599 a month for basic platform configuration and coaching sessions, Advanced at $1,299 a month adding automations, custom fields, dashboards and omnichannel, and Enterprise quoted. That scores 2. After go-live, its Support+ 2.0 service offers "Capacitación y soporte para aprovechar la plataforma después de implementarla", with continuous follow-up, which scores 2. The pages don't say how many months an onboarding plan runs, so ask before you compare $599 a month with a fixed project fee.
Scores: standing 2, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2.
Who runs it: Jorge Vaccaro, CEO, per Zen's about page. The people database also lists Elizabeth Torres as Chief Operating Officer, per LinkedIn.
Best for: teams in Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Argentina that want an onboarding price before the first call and a support service after it.
2. Eficsa: a published monthly engineering package, 8/10
Eficsa is based in Guatemala City and says it "sells, implements and operates Freshworks in Central America", with a presence in Guatemala and Panama. Its Freshdesk page offers implementation and training in English and Spanish and calls Freddy AI "licensed and implemented by EFICSA". The homepage describes Freddy AI Agent as handling routine tickets and escalating "with context when a human is needed", which is Freshworks' own pitch. We didn't find a page that says how Eficsa scopes or tunes an agent, so that's 1 point.
What sets Eficsa apart is CarePlus, a support package priced on the page at USD 2,000 a month for 16 guaranteed hours: 8 for development, 4 for support and root-cause analysis, and 4 for a strategic sync, with extra hours at $120. That works out to $125 an hour inside the package, and it covers Freshdesk, Freshservice, telephony and middleware, plus API and WhatsApp channel engineering, a quarterly business review and training sessions. Current Freshworks customers can apply for a 30- or 60-day pilot at no cost. A published price for ongoing Freshworks engineering scores 2, and the same package scores 2 after launch.
In a letter on Eficsa's homepage, Virginia Montúfar, Marketing Manager at Aseguradora La Ceiba, wrote on April 23, 2026, six months before we read it, that "Freshdesk has helped centralize interactions on policies, coverage and payments, and supports stronger customer service." Rodrigo Cárcamo, Customer Experience Manager at Empresas ADOC, wrote on March 17, seven months before, that "EFICSA has been our strategic partner for Freshchat, Freshdesk Omni, Freshcaller and Freshservice."
Scores: standing 1, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2. It ties GB Advisors on 8 and on Freddy AI work, and ranks ahead on scope shown before a call: hours, rates and an SLA on a public page.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site, and the people database we use returned no one for its domain.
Best for: Central American teams that want a fixed monthly bucket of Freshworks engineering hours after go-live, with the price known up front.
3. GB Advisors: a Premier partner with a one-week program, 8/10
GB Advisors is one of five Premier partners ranked here. Its about page says it began in Puerto Rico in 2004 and has expanded to more than 30 countries, and the directory card puts it in Mexico City. Freshworks is one vendor among several: the site also sells ServiceNow, monday.com, NinjaOne and Halo. Its Freshdesk page is aimed at customer support and describes Freddy as an "AI-powered chatbot", in product terms, so AI scores 1. Its AI Agent page held only a title and a chat prompt on October 29.
The services are where it scores. Booster Week is "an intensive one-week program with a dedicated specialist", a published timeline worth 1 point, though the page doesn't say which products it covers. SSI Unlimited is an annual service with a dedicated technical specialist, unlimited configurations and coaching, and "Proactive and reactive support", which earns 2 after launch. No price appears on any service page.
One undated customer story on the homepage, from Jesus Frias, describes a migration: "With help from GB Advisors team, we migrated everything to the Cloud (using Freshworks solutions) in less than 4 months," including knowledge transfer to the company's technical department.
Scores: standing 2, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2. It ties Eficsa on 8 and on Freddy AI work, and sits behind it because Eficsa shows more scope before a call.
Who runs it: GB Advisors' site doesn't name its leaders. The people database returned Miguel Valera, Director de proyecto (project director), per LinkedIn.
Best for: Mexican and Caribbean teams that want a Premier partner and an annual support contract with unlimited configuration changes.
4. Treblatec: the region's only dedicated Freddy AI page, 7/10
Treblatec, in Bogotá, scored 7 in our global ranking and keeps that score. Its Freddy AI page, in Spanish, says "realizamos diagnóstico, implementación, capacitación y acompañamiento continuo": diagnosis, implementation, training and continuous support. It adds that Treblatec handles "la parametrización y puesta en marcha", the configuration and launch. That's the clearest Freddy AI scope among the 13 and earns 2. Its Freshdesk page is aimed at customer service and promises "soporte local, seguimiento continuo y optimización de la plataforma" after launch, which scores 2. Neither page shows a price or a timeline; both ask you to request a quote.
Scores: standing 1, Freddy AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2. It ties Loupen LATAM on 7 and ranks ahead on its Freddy AI score.
Who runs it: Albert Morales Castillo, General Manager and CEO, per LinkedIn. Treblatec's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: Spanish-speaking teams that bought Freddy AI Agent and want a partner to configure it and stay on after launch.
5. Loupen LATAM: Premier, with support tiers up to 24/7, 7/10
Loupen LATAM is a Premier partner in Mexico City. Its about page says it has worked in the SaaS market since 2012, connecting Latin American companies with global software vendors, and lists more than 800 clients. Its Freshdesk page is mostly Freshworks' product copy, including the line "Freddy es una oferta premium de IA de Freshworks", so AI scores 1. Its prices are license prices, not Loupen's own.
Its professional services page is more specific about support than most in the pool. It describes configuring the solution "según el caso de uso del cliente", testing before approval, and three support tiers: Light and Premium in business hours, and Enterprise at "Servicio 24/7 con asistentes humanos". The Freshdesk page adds that its Customer Success team monitors each stage. That earns 2 after launch. Support runs in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Scores: standing 2, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2. It ties Treblatec on 7 and sits second on Freddy AI work.
Who runs it: Aroldo Silva, founder, and Alexandre Schio, CEO, per Loupen's about page, which also names Carolina Baroni as Customer Success Manager and Gregor Maia as Support Manager.
Best for: teams in Mexico or Brazil that want a Premier partner with round-the-clock support written into a tier.
6. Celeru: a 4 to 6 week process from Cali, 6/10
Celeru, in Cali, Colombia, is an Authorized partner that also sells ClickUp and WeKall. Its homepage says "Usamos Freshdesk, Freshchat y Freshservice para fidelizar a tus clientes" and sets out a process it completes "En solo 4-6 semanas": diagnosis, configuration, training and continuous optimization. That published timeline scores 1. It adds "Estamos contigo desde la implementación hasta la mejora continua", worth 2 after launch. Its customer experience page says Celeru integrates "Freshworks a tu operación de soporte" and lists "Automatización con IA adaptada a tu negocio", AI in general terms, worth 1. Freshdesk shares that page with Freshchat and Freshservice rather than having its own, worth 1.
Scores: standing 1, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 1. It ties Focus Technology and Bravo Solutions on 6 and on Freddy AI work, and ranks first of the three on scope shown before a call: a timeline and four named steps.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site, and the people database returned no one for its domain.
Best for: Colombian teams that want a set 4 to 6 week rollout with optimization after it.
7. Focus Technology: Brazil's Freshworks-only firm, 6/10
Focus Technology, in São Bernardo do Campo near São Paulo, says on its institutional page that it was founded in 2021 as "a primeira empresa na América Latina dedicada exclusivamente à plataforma", the first company in Latin America dedicated only to Freshworks. It says Freshworks named it Service Partner of the Year for Latin America in 2024. Its Freshworks page has a Freshdesk section headed "Atendimento ao cliente omnichannel com IA", aimed at customer support, and the homepage links a case study on how Dimep improved its customer service with Freshdesk. That scores 2 for focus.
AI appears only as Freshdesk's "chatbots com inteligência artificial" and generative AI features, without Freddy by name, worth 1. Its services page promises "Acompanhamento contínuo para garantir estabilidade e evolução do ambiente", ongoing follow-up for stability and change, plus specialist technical support, worth 2. No price or timeline is published; the closest is "Implantação ágil".
Scores: standing 1, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2. It ties Celeru and Bravo Solutions on 6, and sits between them on scope shown: a services page on ongoing follow-up, but no timeline.
Who runs it: Danilo Fogaça, co-founder and IT director, per LinkedIn. Focus Technology's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: Brazilian teams that want a partner that works only on Freshworks, in Portuguese.
8. Bravo Solutions: a Premier partner in Curitiba, 6/10
Bravo Solutions, in Curitiba, is a Premier partner that describes itself on its about page as "especializada em consultoria, treinamento e implementação de soluções em nuvem". It owns Vesatec, a training company it calls "uma empresa Bravo Solutions". Its Freshdesk Omni page is aimed at customer service across email, phone, chat, WhatsApp and social channels, and describes Freddy AI automating replies in Freshworks' terms, worth 1. The homepage links a case study on OdontoCompany's customer service with Freshworks. After launch it lists "treinamentos pós implementação" and "suporte técnico ágil" without a scope, worth 1. No price or timeline is published.
Scores: standing 2, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, Freshdesk focus 2. It ties Celeru and Focus Technology on 6 and on Freddy AI work, and sits third of the three on scope shown.
Who runs it: Bruno Zanoello, CEO and founder, per LinkedIn. Bravo's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: Brazilian teams that want a Premier partner for Freshdesk Omni, with training after go-live.
The other five we scored
These five describe some Freshdesk work but score 5 or less. Each is scored on the same rubric.
| # | Partner | Based in | Level | Scores (standing, Freddy AI, price or timeline, after launch, focus) | Total | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 9 | Comup | Mexico City, Vancouver and Madrid | Authorized | 1, 2, 0, 1, 1 | 5 | Implements "Freshservice, Freshdesk y Freddy AI" in a four-step method that starts with a baseline; leans to IT service desks. First of three on 5 on Freddy AI work |
| 10 | Babel Systems | Monterrey, Guadalajara and Querétaro | Authorized | 1, 1, 0, 1, 2 | 5 | Freshdesk page is mostly product copy; free consultant help during the 21-day trial; says "Formamos parte de un grupo de empresas y profesionales" without naming the group. Second of three on 5 on Freddy AI work |
| 11 | UXB | São Paulo | Premier | 2, 0, 0, 2, 1 | 5 | "Consultoria completa: implementação, suporte e sustentação"; no AI mentioned. Last of three on 5 on Freddy AI work |

The 24 we checked and left out
We left a firm out when its site showed no Freshdesk work, or only Freshservice for IT.
| Partner | Directory location | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| A5 Solutions | São Paulo | Freshworks logo among contact-center partners; no Freshworks service described |
| Bexcellence | Bogotá | Freshworks logo as an authorized distributor; no service described |
| BH Intelligence | Tijuana | Freshworks product description and a contact button; support terms not tied to Freshdesk |
| Claracloud | São Paulo | Freshdesk page of Freshworks product copy; no service described |
| Corefone | Uruguay | Placeholder card address; no Freshworks mention |
| Cuatroi | Santiago | Freshworks logo among partners; no Freshworks page |
| CX Analytika | Guatemala | Five9 contact-center reseller; no Freshworks mention |
| Enpersona 360 | Mexico tag, California address | Freshworks logo only |
| Inteli-K | Mexico City | No website in the directory and a placeholder street address |
| Itges | Dominican Republic | Freshworks in a product menu; no description |
| JB Consulting | Tlajomulco, Mexico | Freshservice for IT service management only |
| Laser Computación | Venezuela | Freshworks logo only |
| Movigoo | Buenos Aires | Builds on Zendesk and its own AI agents; no Freshworks mention |
| Multicomputos (seven country entries) | Central America and the Caribbean | IT infrastructure reseller; no Freshworks mention |
| Nnovax | São Paulo | Domain redirects to Novvax, a technology distributor; no Freshworks mention |
| Orion (Chile and Colombia entries) | Santiago | Cloud and security services; no Freshworks mention |
| Qualitas Telecom | Bogotá | SIP trunking and unified communications; no Freshworks mention |
| Serban Group (six country entries) | Lima, São Paulo and others | Managed IT services, "A Kaze Technologies Company"; no Freshworks mention |
| Systec-Consulting | Mexico City | Smartsheet, Oracle and monday.com; no Freshworks mention |
| Unisys | US address, tagged Brazil and Mexico among others | Global integrator whose Freshworks partnership is for IT service management |
| Virtex (Brazil and Colombia entries) | Brazil and Colombia | Virtual apps and remote desktops; no Freshworks mention |
| Wowsome | Naucalpan, Mexico | Freshworks named in the header only; no service described |
| Xayah Consultancy | Kingston, Jamaica | English-speaking Caribbean, outside Latin America; Freshdesk appears only in client testimonials |
| Zenhost | Ecuador | Web hosting; placeholder card address |
The second Snoop entry (Argentina) and GB Advisors' Puerto Rico entry share a site with firms ranked above. That's 24 of 37 firms. The directory has no product filter, so a firm that resells Freshservice licenses to IT teams looks the same on its card as one that builds Freshdesk for support.
Working with a Freshdesk partner in Latin America
Data stays outside the region
Freshdesk's data center article lists five locations: the US, the EEA, the UAE, India and Australia. You choose one at sign-up, and moving later means a request to Freshdesk support. No Latin American region is on the list, and a partner can't add one, so check any residency promise in a proposal against that page.
Spanish and Portuguese AI agents
Freshworks' help center for Freshservice lists "Spanish (Latin America)" and "Portuguese (BR)" among the languages its Email AI Agent supports, with English as the default. We didn't find the matching list for Freshdesk's Freddy AI Agent in Freshdesk's own help center, so ask your partner to show you the language settings in your account and test replies on real tickets from each market, including tú, usted and vos. Our Freddy AI explainer covers each channel.
Focus Technology and UXB work in Portuguese, Loupen supports in Portuguese, English and Spanish, Eficsa trains in English and Spanish, and Comup's Madrid office covers Spain. If WhatsApp is your main channel, our guide to connecting WhatsApp to Freshdesk covers the setup; Eficsa's CarePlus is the only package here that names WhatsApp engineering.
What the licenses cost, and who earns on them
Freshdesk's pricing page lists Growth at $19, Pro at $55 and Enterprise at $89 per agent a month, billed annually, with 500 free Freddy AI Agent sessions once per account and $49 per 100 after that. A 15-agent team on Pro pays $825 a month for seats. If its agent handles 1,500 sessions a month once the free 500 are gone, that's 15 blocks of 100, or $735 a month more. Add Eficsa's CarePlus and the monthly bill is $3,560 before any project fee.
Every entry in the pool is listed as a Reseller as well as a Service Partner, so each firm can sell you the seats and the sessions. The incentive follows the business model: a reseller earns more as your seat count and session volume grow, whether or not those conversations end well. Ask each partner how it's paid on licenses and whether its services fee changes if you buy direct. Our Freddy pricing comparison runs the session math against per-ticket pricing.
Time zones
Comup's head office is in Vancouver; the rest are in Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Chile and Brazil. Loupen is the only one that publishes a 24/7 tier.
When you don't need a partner
If the only new thing is an AI agent, our Freshdesk AI implementation guide covers the routes, and our guide to adding an AI agent to Freshdesk beyond Freddy covers the third-party option. Macha, which publishes this blog, is one of those: its team sets up and monitors an AI agent inside the Freshdesk you already use, at about $0.40 per ticket. It isn't a Freshworks partner and doesn't resell licenses. Macha fits teams on Freshdesk that want tickets resolved by an agent someone else builds and tunes, and it's the wrong choice for a migration or a Freshdesk rebuild; hire a partner above for that. The trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit; see pricing.
What we check before an AI agent goes live on a partner-built Freshdesk
Macha's team sets up AI agents inside Freshdesk accounts that partners often configured. We connect with an API key, then read the ticket field definitions as well as the values, because an agent that sets a dropdown needs the options the partner created, not guesses. We read past tickets to find the first category an agent could take, and fill the solution-article gaps for that category before the agent answers anything. We replay past tickets against the agent before it touches a live one. We look at which tickets will reach it, because a broad condition sends it tickets it shouldn't see, and we tag what it has handled so its own update can't send the same ticket back. Then it runs in safe mode, with drafts posted as private notes until your team approves them. If Freddy is already live, we split the two by mailbox, product or tag so they never answer the same ticket.
Which one fits your situation?
| Your situation | Partner to talk to first | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You want a published price for onboarding and support after launch | Zen | Onboarding plans from $599 a month and a Support+ service |
| You want a known monthly cost after go-live | Eficsa | CarePlus is published at $2,000 a month for 16 engineering hours |
| You want a Premier partner and an annual support contract | GB Advisors | SSI Unlimited, and a one-week Booster Week program |
| You bought Freddy AI Agent and want it configured | Treblatec | The only dedicated Freddy AI page with a stated scope |
| You need support outside business hours | Loupen LATAM | An Enterprise tier with 24/7 human support |
| You're in Brazil and want a Freshworks-only firm | Focus Technology | Founded for Freshworks; 2024 regional service award per its site |
| You run Freshservice for IT and want Freddy AI on support too | Comup | A four-step method that starts with a baseline |
| You're in Mexico and still trialing Freshdesk | Babel Systems | Free consultant help during the 21-day trial |
| You're in Brazil and want long-term sustainment | UXB | A Premier partner offering support and sustainment |
| You use Zoho and Freshservice together | Smartbricks | Sells both |
Outside the top four, ask for two references from Freshdesk support projects finished in the last year. The directory has no reviews, and only Eficsa publishes dated customer letters.

How we researched this
We took the 52 Service Partner entries that Freshworks' partner directory data tags with a Latin American or Caribbean country on October 30, 2026, most of them in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Chile, and added Systec-Consulting, whose card has a Mexico City address and no country tag. Several firms list one entry per country, so the 53 entries come from 37 firms. Levels come from that data. We read each firm's own site on October 29 and 30 at the pages linked above, looking for Freshdesk or Freshservice work aimed at customer support, and ranked only firms that showed it.
Two sites needed a real browser. Nnovax's domain redirected to Novvax and Wowsome's page rendered its text only in a browser, so we read both with our browser-based reader. Inteli-K's card has no website. Treblatec keeps its global-ranking score. Non-English pages are summarized in our own translation.
The "Who runs it" lines come from each firm's own About page where it names leaders (Zen and Loupen). For the rest we used MoltSets and QuickEnrich, two B2B people databases, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". None of these leaders appeared in our 90-day LinkedIn activity check with four or more posts. Prices are shown in US dollars; no ranked partner published a price in reais or pesos, and Zen and Eficsa publish theirs in US dollars. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents for help desks. Nobody paid to be listed here, and Macha isn't ranked.
