Best Freshdesk Partners in Europe (2026): 25 Scored From the Freshworks Directory
Freshworks' partner directory lists 64 Service Partner entries in Europe, and only 29 of them, from 25 firms, show Freshdesk or customer-support work on their own sites. The rest sell Freshservice for IT teams, resell licenses, or don't mention Freshdesk at all. We scored the 25 on the same five criteria as our global Freshdesk ranking. 2DC, a Premier partner in Bielefeld, Germany, scored highest with 9 of 10 because it publishes a starting price for Freshdesk work. OPCX Solutions, Roca Work, Scaly and Synerity follow on 8. None of the 25 publishes a price for setting up Freddy AI.
Key takeaways
- 2DC in Bielefeld ranks first in Europe with 9 of 10, for a Premier level, a published starting price of about $1,800 (€1,600) and reviews after launch.
- OPCX Solutions and Doopera are the only European partners with 2 points for AI work; OPCX's AI module weighs Freddy against third-party agents.
- 35 of the 64 European Service Partner entries didn't qualify, mostly because their sites describe Freshservice IT work or don't mention Freshdesk.
- Sweden has three partners on 7 or more points: Scaly, Synerity and Swedbyte, all three at the Premier level.
- Three firms publish money figures: 2DC's starting price, Roca Work's monthly plans and OPCX's discovery offers.

Levels and locations come from the directory data. "Not published" means we found no figure on the pages we read on October 30, 2026; a call may get you one.
How we ranked them
We started from the Service Partner entries in Freshworks' partner directory that the directory itself tags with a European country, plus CGI, which has a London address and no tag: 64 entries. By tag that's the UK 12, France 10, Sweden 5, Belgium, Germany and Spain 4 each, the Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland 3 each, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Norway and Portugal 2 each, and Austria, Denmark, Estonia and Romania 1 each, plus two multi-country entries, Avvale and Unisys. Seventeen are Premier, 46 Authorized and one shows no level.
The directory doesn't say which Freshworks product a partner works on, so we read every site. We kept a firm only if its own pages describe Freshdesk or customer-support work. Our Freshdesk vs Freshservice explainer covers why that split matters: an IT service desk build and a customer-support build share a vendor and little else. Twenty-five firms made it. Some hold more than one directory entry: KAHUNACRM, CRM Partners SRL and CRMPartners Spain are one group, 2DC has entries in Bielefeld and Salzburg, and Priceless Consulting in Madrid and Lisbon. We scored each firm once, as our global ranking does.
The rubric is copied word for word from our global Freshdesk partner ranking, so a partner's score is the same on both pages. Each criterion gets 0, 1 or 2 points.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | Premier Service Partner | Authorized Service Partner | Not in the directory data |
| Freddy AI work described | Says it sets up, activates or maintains Freddy AI agents, with some scope | Mentions Freddy AI or AI in general terms | No AI work described |
| Price or timeline published | A price for the work | A timeline, or a price for related work only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing support, tuning or a managed service described | A short hypercare only | Not described |
| Freshdesk focus | A Freshdesk page aimed at customer support | Freshdesk listed among many tools or mainly IT work | No Freshdesk page |
Ties are broken by the Freddy AI score, then by how much scope the firm shows before a call. The directory has no reviews, so this ranking can't use review counts. The scores are ours, and they reward what you can check before a sales call. They don't measure the quality of anyone's work.
Seven of the 25 are already in the global ranking and keep their scores there: OPCX Solutions and Scaly (8, third and fourth worldwide), Doopera, KAHUNACRM and Gorilla Services (7), H4Tech (5) and Clever Choice (3).
Which Freshdesk partners in Europe do support work?
1. 2DC: a starting price for Freshdesk work, 9/10
2DC is a Premier partner in Bielefeld, with a second Premier entry in Salzburg, Austria, whose Freshdesk page is written for support teams, not IT. It says "2DC implements Freshdesk, improves existing setups and connects your support with relevant customer data", and walks through the work: ticket fields, groups, views, rules and permissions, tested against typical cases, then training on the team's own tasks. It's the only partner in Europe that puts a number on its Freshdesk services: "2DC services start at €1,600 net", about $1,800, with the license quoted separately. After launch, "Service metrics and joint reviews then support further development." The page names no Freddy AI work, though the firm sells AI consulting across its site, so AI scores 1. Its case studies report figures such as a 43% cut in time to first response; those are 2DC's own numbers.
Scores: standing 2, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2.
Who runs it: Dennis Löwen and Jakob Bergmann, Managing Directors Europe and Asia, and Dr. John C. Reynolds, Managing Director USA, per 2DC's homepage.
Best for: a German or international mid-market team with an ERP or CRM that support needs to see inside the ticket.
2. OPCX Solutions: a solo consultant who compares AI options, 8/10
OPCX Solutions, in Buckingham, is a one-person consultancy listed as Authorized. Its Freshdesk page sells four packages, Early Stage to Enterprise, with AI Enablement as a module. The services page scopes that module as choosing AI use cases and evaluating "built-in and third-party AI solutions", then implementation, testing and governance, priced after discovery. Two entry offers carry prices: a Data Insights review at about $660 (£495) and a Growth Blueprint at about $1,350 (£995). It ranks third in our global list, and it's the only firm in Europe that says plainly it will weigh Freddy against another vendor's agent.
Scores: standing 1, Freddy AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2.
Who runs it: Sam Davison, the founder, per OPCX Solutions' about page.
Best for: a UK team that wants its support process sorted before any AI goes in.
3. Roca Work: monthly plans with prices on the page, 8/10
Roca Work is an Authorized partner whose directory address is in Slatina, Romania. Its Freshdesk page covers licenses, setup of workflows, SLAs and automations, migration from Zendesk or Intercom, and agent training, and says "Our clients don't disappear after go-live." The pricing page is the most specific in this list: three monthly plans at about $2,300 (€2,079), $4,750 (€4,278) and $7,600 (€6,812), each covering CX design, workflow implementation, maintenance and weekday Slack support. The plans don't name a help desk, so you'd confirm Freshdesk scope on a call. Roca also sells Flint AI, its own agent, which it describes as living "inside Zendesk"; its Freshdesk page doesn't mention Freddy. A testimonial on its homepage, from Sarah Rosenzweig, CX Manager at CoinTracker, says: "Within 24 hours, ROCA provided a comprehensive analysis with actionable next steps." It's undated and doesn't say which help desk was involved.
Scores: standing 1, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2.
Who runs it: Dominic Brasoveanu, Founder & CEO, per Roca Work's homepage. The about page describes an "8 People Team (& growing)".
Best for: a team that wants a fixed monthly bill for setup and upkeep, and is comfortable with English-language, remote delivery.

Its home page offers ongoing optimization, training and support. The site calls Scaly a "Premium Partner", a name the directory doesn't use; its card reads Premier. It ranks fourth in our global list.
Scores: standing 2, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2.
Who runs it: Mehrdad Zarvani, CEO and co-founder, per Scaly's about page, which lists Omid Alborzi as CTO and senior partner.
Best for: a Nordic team that wants a Premier partner, Swedish-language delivery and a quick start.
5. Synerity: support and service desks in Helsingborg, 8/10
Synerity is a Premier partner in Helsingborg that says it's "100% fokuserade" (100% focused) on service and support solutions. Its Freshdesk page offers implementation, customization, integrations and project management, from "enklare implementationer på några dagar" (simpler implementations in a few days) to larger projects. After launch it offers a customized support agreement for a fee and "Löpande stöd, rådgivning och vidareutveckling" (ongoing support, advice and further development). The page describes Freddy's features, such as suggesting ticket fields from past tickets, without saying Synerity configures them. Its services page lists a getting-started service for Freddy AI on Freshservice, the IT product, and it also works on Zendesk and HaloITSM.
Scores: standing 2, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2.
Who runs it: Glenn Alvérus, CEO and co-founder, per LinkedIn. Synerity's site doesn't name its leaders.

Doopera, in La Garenne-Colombes near Paris, is Premier. Its Freddy AI page says "Doopera vous accompagne sur le cadrage, l'intégration et la maintenance de Freddy AI" (Doopera supports you on the scoping, integration and maintenance of Freddy AI), and the site sells a separate support and maintenance service. It also sells EasyVista, an IT service tool, so Freshdesk is one product among several. No price or timeline. It scored 7 in our global ranking.
Scores: standing 2, Freddy AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 1.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site. The homepage gives "Création 2013" and 20 experts.
Best for: a French team that wants Freddy AI scoped and maintained by a Premier partner.
7. KAHUNACRM: Freddy AI chatbots in Italian, 7/10
KAHUNACRM, in Rome, is Premier, and its footer calls it "un brand di CRMpartners", the group behind the CRM Partners SRL and CRMPartners Spain entries (Madrid), also Premier. Its Freddy AI chatbot page and articles cover Freddy AI chatbots and agents in Italian, and its home page promises "Monitoraggio KPI e supporto continuo", KPI monitoring and continuous support, through to go-live and after.
Scores: standing 2, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2.

Chatbots appear only as Freshdesk features. The page carries a "freshworks platinum partner" badge image; the directory says Premier. Eight customer quotes sit on the page, none dated. Michał Dyski, a Customer Service Coordinator, says: "In terms of cooperation with Deviniti, we value openness to cooperation and speed in the support provided."
Scores: standing 2, Freddy AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, Freshdesk focus 2.

AI appears only as a product feature that categorizes and assigns tickets. A news post dated January 28, 2026 says Freshworks named it "premier partenaire Freshworks en France pour 2025" (first Freshworks partner in France for 2025).

| 24 | CGI | London, UK | Authorized | December 2025 announcement of a Freshworks practice for higher education and policing; no service page | 1, 1, 0, 0, 1 | 3 |
| 25 | Clever Choice | Roskilde, Denmark | Authorized | Danish Freshdesk page with no AI or after-launch scope | 1, 0, 0, 0, 2 | 3 |
CGI stays in because it's a global integrator listed under its own name; its December 4, 2025 announcement promises "scalable Freshservice and Freshdesk deployments." CLOUDPILOTS' footer says "Part of TIMETOACT GROUP", an IT services group with more than 1,700 staff in 22 cities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, per its October 2025 release. That makes it a regional group rather than a global integrator, so CLOUDPILOTS stays in.
One European firm from our global ranking isn't in this pool. Xcession, in the UK, scored 7 there; it isn't in the directory data, though it sells Freshdesk implementation with Freddy AI work on the UK government's G-Cloud framework. Read its entry on the global list if you're a UK public body.

Working with a Freshdesk partner in Europe
Data location. Freshdesk's help article on data centers lists the US, EEA, UAE, India and Australia, and says you pick the location when you sign up. Moving an existing account to another region goes through Freshdesk support. A partner can set up a new account in the EEA region, but it can't move yours on its own, so check the region before a migration starts.
Language. Most of these firms deliver in their own language first. Scaly, Synerity and Swedbyte publish in Swedish; Doopera, Itamsys, Nuagique and Team of Success in French; KAHUNACRM and Optima in Italian or Spanish; Gorilla in Dutch; and tribework and CLOUDPILOTS in German.
Time zones. Every firm here sits between UK time and Eastern European time, two hours apart at most.
Prices. Three firms publish money figures: 2DC's starting price of about $1,800, Roca Work's monthly plans from about $2,300, and OPCX's discovery offers at about $660 and $1,350. Freddy AI Agent itself has a public meter, 500 free sessions once per account and then $49 per 100, on Freshdesk's pricing page. A partner's day rate sits on top. Our Freshdesk AI implementation cost page turns those rates into a year-one total.
The incentive. Nearly every firm here is a reseller as well as a Service Partner, and Freshworks' levels track reselling, as our global post explains. A partner earns on the seats and sessions it sells you and on the consulting days, so ask who reads the agent's conversations every week once the project ends and what that costs.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A German or DACH team that wants a price before a call | 2DC | The only published starting price for Freshdesk work |
| A UK team weighing Freddy against another AI agent | OPCX Solutions | Its AI module compares built-in and third-party options |
| A team that wants one monthly bill for setup and upkeep | Roca Work | Published monthly plans with maintenance included |
| A Swedish team on Freshdesk | Scaly, Synerity or Swedbyte | Three Premier partners delivering in Swedish |
| A French team that wants Freddy AI set up | Doopera | Premier, with Freddy AI scoping and maintenance in French |
| A French company running support and IT on Freshworks | Itamsys | Premier, with an integration and maintenance service |
| A team in Italy or Spain | KAHUNACRM / CRMPartners or Optima Solutions | Premier partners delivering in Italian and Spanish |
| A Dutch team that wants a second AI tool compared | Gorilla Services | Freddy AI and Neople from one partner |
| A team that needs a large bench and ongoing admin | Deviniti | Monitoring, administration and maintenance as a service |
What we look at when a partner-built Freshdesk account reaches us
An AI agent works inside whatever automation rules, groups and ticket fields the partner left behind, so we read that setup before we write the agent's instructions.
The categories in past tickets. Our team analyzes a team's past Freshdesk tickets to pick the first category the agent takes, and fills the article gaps for that category before the agent answers anything.
Automation rules that fire on the agent's own update. An agent that tags a ticket or adds a note can set off a rule that hands the ticket straight back to it. We add a unique tag when the agent's trigger fires, exclude that tag from the trigger's conditions, and version the tag when the logic changes.
Who answers which ticket. If the partner has switched on Freddy AI Agent, we split Freddy and the agent by mailbox, product, group or tag so they never answer the same ticket.
Private note or public reply. In safe mode the agent's drafts land as private notes until the team approves them. We confirm which one it writes before it runs on its own.
Replays. Before go-live we replay past tickets against the agent in a simulation, and the AI Knowledge Builder turns historical tickets into knowledge base articles.
When you don't need a partner
You don't need a partner if Freshdesk already runs the way you want and the only new thing is AI. A partner earns its fee on migrations, groups, SLAs and forms, multi-product setups, Freshdesk Omni chat flows and integrations. For the AI alone, your admin can build Freddy AI Agent, which our Freddy AI explainer covers, or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up on top of Freshdesk, as our guide to adding an AI agent beyond Freddy explains.
Macha is our product, and it's the second kind. It isn't a Freshworks partner and doesn't resell Freshdesk. On the done-for-you route our team builds the agent on your past tickets and runs it in safe mode, at about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, with setup included. It runs on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom; see Macha on Freshdesk. It fits teams on Freshdesk email that want tickets resolved without anyone on staff maintaining the AI. It doesn't replace a partner for a migration or a rebuild, and our Freshdesk AI implementation guide lays out each route's phases and weeks.
FAQs
Who is the best Freshdesk partner in Europe?
On our five criteria, 2DC in Bielefeld scored highest with 9 of 10, for a Premier level, a published starting price and reviews after launch. OPCX Solutions, Roca Work, Scaly and Synerity follow on 8. OPCX has the most specific AI offer, and Roca Work publishes monthly prices.
Are there Freshworks Premier partners in Sweden?
Yes. Scaly, Synerity and Swedbyte in Stockholm and Helsingborg are all Premier and all describe Freshdesk work for support teams. Two other Swedish entries, Gridheart and Senzum, show no Freshdesk work on their sites.
Can a European partner keep my Freshdesk data in the EU?
Freshdesk lets you pick the EEA data center when the account is created, and moves between regions go through Freshdesk support, per its help article. A partner can set up the account in the right region, but the data location is Freshworks' contract, not the partner's.
How much does a Freshdesk partner in Europe cost?
Most quote after a call. 2DC's services start at about $1,800 (€1,600 net). Roca Work's monthly plans start at about $2,300 (€2,079). OPCX Solutions' discovery offers cost about $660 (£495) and $1,350 (£995).
Why are so many Freshworks partners in Europe left out?
Because 35 of the 64 entries don't show Freshdesk work for support teams. Nine describe only Freshservice or IT service management, and the directory can't filter by product, so you have to read each site.
<div class="docs-callout"><div><p class="docs-callout-title">Are you listed here?</p><p class="docs-callout-body">Partners and app makers can send corrections with a public source to [email protected]. We fix facts within a week. Scores follow the rubric above, not requests.</p></div></div>
How we researched this
The pool is every Service Partner entry that Freshworks' partner directory tags with a European country in the data it loads into its own page, read in a browser without a login on October 30, 2026, plus CGI's London entry, which carries no country tag. We read every partner's site that day, using a real browser and, where the live site failed, the Wayback Machine for Symkiu, 2DC, Bytes, Userfull and Hil-IT. bonetti.no didn't resolve and had no archived copy, and kared.fr redirects to LinkedIn, so both are left out rather than scored. Seven partners already in our global ranking keep the scores they got there on October 29; we found no newer public fact that changes them. Non-English quotes are given in the original with our translation. The customer quotes come from partner sites and carry no dates. "Who runs it" lines come from each firm's own about or team page; where the site names no one, we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner, and none paid for placement.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents for help desks. Nobody paid to be listed here, and Macha isn't ranked.
