The best Freshdesk implementation partners for Freddy AI are the ones whose own sites say how they set up the AI agent, what it takes and who tunes it after launch. On October 14, 2026, Freshworks' partner directory held 237 entries, 182 of them Service Partners, but it lists no products, services or prices. Scored on five stated criteria, B-TRNSFRMD, Haass, OPCX Solutions and Scaly came out on top. Freelancers on Upwork showed rates from $27 to $110 an hour, and one UK public-sector rate card prices Freshdesk consulting at £175 to £1,200 a day.

Key takeaways

  • Freshworks' partner directory held 237 entries on October 14, 2026, and 182 were Service Partners: 34 Premier, 144 Authorized and 4 with no level shown.
  • B-TRNSFRMD, Haass, OPCX Solutions and Scaly scored 8 of 10 on our five criteria, which reward described Freddy AI work, a timeline or price, help after launch and a Freshdesk focus.
  • All 37 Premier entries in Freshworks' directory were resellers and none of the 8 service-only partners was Premier, so a Premier badge reflects reselling standing rather than Freddy AI skill.
  • Xcession's G-Cloud 15 rate card for Freshdesk and Freddy AI consulting runs £628 to £1,200 a day onshore and £175 to £750 offshore.
  • Upwork's Freshdesk page puts typical specialist projects at $500 to $1,500, and PeoplePerHour listed 14 Freshdesk freelancers charging $10 to $67 an hour.
Best Freshdesk Implementation Partners for Freddy AI (2026): 15 Ranked From the Freshworks Directory

Disclosure: Macha publishes this blog. Macha isn't a Freshworks partner and isn't in the ranking. It sells an AI agent that runs on top of Freshdesk with setup included, and it appears in the vendor section and in the section on when you don't need a partner. Every partner below comes from Freshworks' own directory or a public procurement listing, and every claim comes from the firm's own site, read on October 14, 2026. We didn't contact or hire any of them. This page is the partner list for our Freshdesk AI implementation guide, which covers the routes, phases and weeks.

How we ranked them

We read the data behind Freshworks' partner directory, took the 182 entries tagged Service Partner, and fetched the homepage of each of their 153 distinct websites. 55 mentioned Freshdesk, 9 mentioned Freddy, and 18 mentioned Freshservice (the IT help desk) but not Freshdesk. We then read the Freshdesk and AI pages of the firms that serve buyers in English, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch or Swedish, plus one supplier that sells Freshdesk work on the UK government's G-Cloud framework. Fifteen made the scored list. Each gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.

Ties are broken by the Freddy AI score, then by how much scope the firm shows before a call. The directory has no reviews, so unlike our Gorgias partner ranking this one can't use review counts. The scores are ours, and they reward what you can check before a sales call. They don't measure the quality of anyone's work.

Levels and locations come from the directory data. "Not published" means we found no figure on the pages we read; a call may get you one.

Which Freshworks partners set up Freddy AI?

1. B-TRNSFRMD: Freddy AI activation with a named program, 8/10

B-TRNSFRMD, in Plano, Texas, is an Authorized Service Partner whose Freshdesk page is the most AI-specific we found in the US. It says it has delivered "60+ implementations" and that "Freddy AI licensed is not Freddy AI working": it activates AI Agents, configures them against your knowledge base and keeps tuning deflection. Its OptimizeAI program is a 9-week, four-phase engagement for teams already on Freshdesk or Freshservice that never switched the AI on, and it covers Zendesk, ServiceNow and Creatio too. After go-live it sells managed support that keeps "tuning Freddy AI". No price is shown. The site calls the firm a "certified Freshworks partner"; the directory lists it as Authorized.

Scores: 1, 2, 1, 2, 2.

Best for: a US mid-market team that bought Freddy AI Agent sessions and isn't getting answers out of them.

2. Haass: timelines on the page and hypercare, 8/10

Haass is the brand of Hectae Analytics and Software Solutions in Chennai, listed as Authorized. Its Freshdesk implementation page makes Freddy AI setup part of its standard design step, alongside routing, SLAs and channels, and it's one of the few partners to publish a timeline: "2–4 weeks" for most small and mid-market clients and "6–12 weeks" for larger ones. After go-live it offers hypercare, "an extended period of close monitoring, rapid response and fine-tuning", and ongoing support. Implementation is "scoped separately" from licenses. The page calls Haass "a certified Platinum Partner", a level name the directory no longer shows; ask which level it holds today.

Scores: 1, 2, 1, 2, 2.

Best for: a cost-conscious team that wants a full Freshdesk build with Freddy AI and offshore rates.

3. OPCX Solutions: published starter prices from a solo consultant, 8/10

OPCX Solutions, in Buckingham, is a one-person consultancy (the site is written in the first person) listed as Authorized. Its Freshdesk page sells four packages, Early Stage to Enterprise, with AI Enablement as a module. The services page scopes that module as choosing AI use cases, evaluating "built-in and third-party AI solutions", then implementation, testing and governance, priced after discovery. Two entry offers carry prices: a £495 Data Insights review of your support interactions and a £995 Growth Blueprint, with £500 credited if you buy a package within 90 days. Ongoing engagements are offered after the project.

Scores: 1, 2, 1, 2, 2. It's the only partner here that says plainly it will weigh Freddy against a third-party agent.

Best for: a UK team that wants its support process sorted before any AI goes in.

4. Scaly: a Premier partner in Sweden, 8/10

Scaly, in Stockholm, is one of the 34 Premier Service Partners. Its Freshdesk page (Swedish) covers Freddy AI and resolving tickets "automatically with AI agents", and says most companies are live "inom 7-14 dagar", within 7 to 14 days, depending on integrations. Its home page offers ongoing optimization, training and support. The site calls Scaly a "Premium Partner", a name the directory doesn't use; its card reads Premier. Scores 2, 1, 1, 2, 2.

Best for: Nordic teams that want a Premier partner and Swedish-language delivery.

5 to 9. Partners with Freddy AI pages in other languages, 7/10 each

  • Treblatec (Bogotá, Authorized) has a Spanish Freddy AI page whose FAQ promises diagnosis, implementation, training and continuous support. Scores 1, 2, 0, 2, 2.
  • Xcession (UK) isn't in the directory data, though Freshworks' April 2025 announcement names it as a global partner. Its G-Cloud 15 listing for Freshdesk implementation lists Freddy AI Copilot work and Freddy AI agent design, implementation and optimization. The rate card prices a 7.5-hour day at £628 to £1,200 onshore, £350 to £1,100 near shore and £175 to £750 offshore. A separate Freshworks application management service covers the work after launch. Scores 0, 2, 2, 2, 1.
  • Doopera (near Paris, Premier) offers scoping, integration and maintenance for Freddy AI in French, with a separate support and maintenance service, and also sells EasyVista, an IT service tool. Scores 2, 2, 0, 2, 1.
  • KAHUNACRM (Rome, Premier, with CRMPartners in Madrid, also Premier) writes about Freddy AI chatbots and AI agents in Italian, and its home page lists KPI monitoring and continuous support. Scores 2, 1, 0, 2, 2.
  • Gorilla Services (Breda, Premier) covers Freddy AI and Neople, a separate AI tool it calls "AI colleagues", plus Freshdesk training and managed services. Scores 2, 1, 0, 2, 2.

10 to 15. Strong on standing or on Freshdesk, thin on AI

  • Faye (Calabasas, Premier) sells Axia for Freshworks, a managed service sold as an annual or monthly subscription "at a fixed flat rate fee" that isn't shown. Its Freshworks pages don't describe Freddy AI agent work, though Faye sells Fin implementation on Intercom. Scores 2, 1, 0, 2, 1.
  • Fresh Tech Africa (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Nairobi and Mauritius, Premier) describes Freddy AI Agent, mostly in Freshworks' own words, and doesn't describe its after-launch service. Scores 2, 1, 0, 0, 2.
  • H4Tech (Belgium, Authorized) is a Freshdesk and Freshservice specialist with a Dutch Freddy AI section. Scores 1, 1, 0, 0, 2.
  • DATASETI (Texas, Authorized) handles "daily or weekly" Freshdesk and Freshservice admin, which suits the upkeep after someone else builds the agent. Scores 1, 0, 0, 2, 1.
  • Clever Choice (Denmark) and Corqspace (Philippines), both Authorized, have Freshdesk pages but no AI scope. Scores 1, 0, 0, 0, 2 each.

What does Freshworks' own Professional Services team offer?

Freshworks also sells services directly. Its services page lists Managed Services ("a monthly bucket of hours"), Optimization Services, Freshchat Services (bots implementation), Premium Support, Premier Advisory, a Health Assessment and Admin Coaching. None has a price on the page; the data sheets point you to your Account Manager. The bot package's data sheet caps the work at 40 hours that expire 8 weeks after kickoff, and the Optimization package ends with a two-week hypercare. Our Freshdesk AI implementation guide walks through both. Freshworks' route makes sense when you already have an Account Manager and want one vendor to answer for the software and the setup.

What do Freshdesk freelancers charge for Freddy AI work?

The freelance route is cheaper and narrower. Both pages below were read without logging in on October 14, 2026.

  • Upwork: its Freshdesk specialists page rates them 4.6 out of 5 from 494 client reviews. The four showcased profiles charged $27 to $110 an hour, and one Top Rated Plus freelancer at $42 an hour lists "Freshdesk Chatbot (Freddy AI) setup and optimization". Upwork's own guide puts "$500-$1,500 per project" as typical, with bands from $500 to $1,000 for ticket intake up to $6,000 to $10,000 for a full instance overhaul.
  • PeoplePerHour: its Freshdesk page listed 14 freelancers at $10 to $67 an hour and a fixed-price offer called "AI Integration: Zendesk, Intercom & Freshdesk" for $240.

A freelancer suits a bounded job, such as cleaning up solution articles or setting up one Freddy AI Agent. The work ends at handoff, so plan who reads the agent's conversations every week after that. Our guide to who can set up AI customer support has a job-post template.

Which vendors set up their own agent on Freshdesk?

A third route skips the partner: an AI vendor whose own team sets up its agent on your Freshdesk. These vendors aren't Freshworks partners and don't configure Freddy; they run their own agent through Freshdesk's API.

VendorWhat it chargesSetupAfter launch
Fini$0.89 per resolution on Growth; the page's structured data lists Growth at $3,600 a month (our breakdown)"Implementation Included", "live in 14 days"Included
AdelanteCX$900 a month for 5,000 AI messages, no setup feeIts team, over 10 days; names FreshdeskIncluded
Macha (our product)$299/month for 750 tickets, no setup feeOur team; live in safe mode within 7 days or the first month is freeIncluded, with a dedicated success manager

Prices were read on October 14, 2026.

What do Freshworks partner tiers actually mean?

The directory shows three partner types as tabs (Reseller, Distributor and Service Partner) and two levels on the cards, Authorized and Premier. Freshworks' April 2025 announcement describes the models as "sales consultants", "authorized resellers, premier resellers, or service providers", and added a services track with "training, certifications, and direct engagement with Freshworks' sales teams". The directory bears that out: all 37 Premier entries were resellers, and none of the 8 service-only partners was Premier. So Authorized and Premier track reselling. The same announcement counted "more than 500 transacting partners", while the directory showed 237 entries, so not every partner is listed. Of the 182 Service Partners, 34 were Premier, 144 Authorized and 4 showed no level. Freshworks doesn't publish what it takes to reach Premier, and nothing in the directory says a partner has built a Freddy AI Agent.

On October 14, 2026 the directory data split like this:

TypeEntriesPremierAuthorizedNo level
Reseller and Service Partner174341400
Service Partner only8044
Reseller only393360
Distributor160115

Older names still float around. The directory's own logo files are named with Silver, Gold and Platinum, and some partners still call themselves Platinum or "certified". Ask which level the partner holds today and check it against the card.

What the directory tells youWhat it doesn't
The firm is in the program, as a reseller, service partner or bothWhether it works on Freshdesk, Freshservice or Freshsales
Authorized or PremierWhether it has built Freddy AI Agent for anyone
Country, website, email and phonePrices, timelines, languages, reviews or after-launch support

How do you filter the Freshworks partner directory?

  1. Open the directory and pick the Service Partner tab. Reseller is the default tab, and resellers sell licenses.
  2. Use Filter by country. Service Partners covered 51 countries; the US had 14 (6 Premier), the UK 12 (1 Premier) and Australia 12 (none Premier).
  3. Open each partner's website. The directory has no product, service, AI or language filter, so the website is the only place to learn whether a firm does customer support on Freshdesk or IT on Freshservice. In our homepage check, 18 Service Partners mentioned Freshservice but not Freshdesk.
  4. Look for a Freshdesk page that names Freddy AI Agent and says what happens after launch. Only 9 of 153 homepages mentioned Freddy at all.
  5. Ask for references from Freddy AI projects, because the directory shows no reviews.
  6. If you're a UK public body, search G-Cloud for "Freshdesk"; supplier rate cards there are public.

What does each route cost and who does each job?

RouteWhat you pay to startAfter launchWho tunes the AI
Your admin builds Freddy AI AgentNo setup fee; 500 free sessions once per account, then $49 per 100 (Freshdesk pricing)The same session meterYour admin

Vendor-led agentNo setup fee at AdelanteCX or Macha; implementation included at FiniThe vendor's monthly priceThe vendor's team

A 20-day Freddy AI project at Xcession's top onshore rate is 20 × £1,200 = £24,000 before Freshdesk seats or sessions. At the bottom offshore rate, the same 20 days cost 20 × £175 = £3,500. That spread is why the partner's delivery model matters as much as its level. The incentive follows the business model: a partner earns on consulting days and on the seats and sessions it resells, so the reading of conversations in week six is either a retainer or your admin's job. Our implementation cost guide runs the full numbers across desks.

What should you ask a Freshworks partner before you sign?

  1. Which level do you hold in Freshworks' directory today, and do you deliver services or only resell?
  2. How many Freddy AI Agent projects have you shipped in the last 12 months, and can I speak to two of those customers?
  3. Will you work on Freshdesk, Freshdesk Omni or Freshchat? AI agents for web chat and WhatsApp sit on Omni and Freshchat, not plain Freshdesk.
  4. Which solution articles will you rewrite so the AI can use them, and is that in the price?
  5. How will you test on our past tickets before customers see a reply: normal questions, escalations, edge cases and tone? Freddy's Evaluate tool takes up to 50 queries per run, and previews use sessions.
  6. What happens after go-live, for how long, and what does a managed service or retainer cost a month?
  7. Who reads the agent's conversations every week once the project ends?
  8. Do you earn a margin if we buy Freshdesk seats or Freddy sessions through you?
  9. Will you weigh a third-party agent against Freddy, or only Freddy?
  10. Who owns the configuration and documentation if we stop working together?

Red flags, from what we read across 15 partner sites:

  • A tier name the directory doesn't show, such as Platinum, Gold or Premium, with no current level given.
  • A deflection or resolution percentage promised before anyone has seen your tickets.
  • A Freshdesk page that only repeats Freshworks' product copy, with no scope, timeline or after-launch plan.
  • A firm whose site is mostly Freshservice IT work, hired for a customer-support AI agent.
  • A statement of work that ends at go-live with no line for who fixes wrong answers in week three.

When don't you need a Freshworks partner?

You don't need a partner if Freshdesk already runs the way you want and the only new thing is the AI agent. A partner earns its fee on migrations, groups, SLAs and forms, multi-product setups, chat flows on Omni or Freshchat, integrations and procurement rules. For the AI alone, two other routes exist. Your admin can set up Freddy AI Agent, which our Freddy AI explainer covers, or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up on top of Freshdesk, as our guide to adding an AI agent beyond Freddy explains.

Macha is our product, and it's the second kind. It isn't a Freshworks partner and doesn't resell Freshdesk. On the done-for-you route, our team analyzes your past Freshdesk tickets, fills the article gaps for the first category, builds the agent, and runs it in safe mode, with drafts landing as private notes until your team approves them. Your part is about 15 minutes to connect Freshdesk with an API key and about 5 minutes a day reviewing drafts. The promise is "live in safe mode within 7 days, or your first month is free".

It costs about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, which includes setup and a dedicated success manager who handles new categories, policy changes and new tools after launch. The trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit, with the same setup. Macha runs on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom; see Macha on Freshdesk. It suits teams on Freshdesk email that want tickets resolved without anyone on staff maintaining the AI. It doesn't replace a partner for a migration or a Freshdesk rebuild; hire one from the list above for that, and split Freddy and Macha by mailbox, product or tag so they never answer the same ticket. Our Freddy pricing comparison shows the session math next to per-ticket pricing. To see which categories an agent could take first, request a free support audit.

Common questions

Who is the best Freshdesk implementation partner for Freddy AI?

It depends on what you need beyond the AI. On our five criteria, B-TRNSFRMD, Haass and OPCX Solutions scored 8 of 10, as did Scaly in Sweden. B-TRNSFRMD has the clearest Freddy AI activation offer in the US, Haass publishes timelines of 2 to 4 weeks for most builds, and OPCX publishes discovery prices. None of the four publishes a price for the AI setup itself; Xcession's G-Cloud day rates are the closest public figure.

What is a Freshworks partner?

A company in Freshworks' partner program, listed in its directory as a Reseller, Distributor or Service Partner, at the Authorized or Premier level. Service Partners deliver implementation and support; resellers sell licenses, and most Service Partners do both. On October 14, 2026, 182 of 237 entries were Service Partners.

How much does a Freshdesk consultant cost?

Upwork's Freshdesk page showed specialists at $27 to $110 an hour and called $500 to $1,500 a typical project. PeoplePerHour listed $10 to $67 an hour. The only public partner rate card we found, Xcession's on G-Cloud 15, runs £175 to £1,200 a day depending on seniority and location. Most directory partners quote after a call.

What does a Freshworks Premier partner mean?

Premier is the higher of the two levels the directory shows. Freshworks' 2025 program describes authorized and premier resellers, so the level reflects the partner's standing in Freshworks' reselling program. It doesn't certify Freddy AI skills, and Freshworks doesn't publish the criteria.

Do I need a Freshworks partner to set up Freddy AI Agent?

No. A Freshdesk administrator can build Freddy AI Agent in AI Agent Studio, and the first 500 sessions are free once per account. A partner is worth hiring when the project also includes a migration, a Freshdesk redesign, chat flows on Freshdesk Omni or Freshchat, integrations, or a procurement rule that requires one.

Can a Freshworks partner and a third-party AI agent work on the same Freshdesk?

Yes, if they never answer the same ticket. Split them by mailbox, product, group or tag: a partner can run the Freshdesk build and Freddy on chat, for example, while a vendor's agent handles email.

How we researched this

On October 14, 2026 we read the JSON that Freshworks' partner directory loads into its own page, with no login, and counted every entry by type, level and country. We checked the page itself in a browser to confirm the tabs, the country filter and what each card shows. We fetched the homepages of all 153 distinct Service Partner websites (142 answered) and counted mentions of Freshdesk, Freddy and Freshservice; sites built with heavy scripts may undercount. We then read the Freshdesk and AI pages linked above, Freshworks' April 2025 partner program announcement, its partner sign-up form and services page, and Xcession's G-Cloud 15 listing and pricing document. Upwork was read in a logged-out browser and PeoplePerHour by direct fetch; Fiverr didn't load for us, so it isn't covered. Freshdesk and vendor prices come from each pricing page that day. Non-English pages are summarized in our own translation. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner, and none paid for placement. For the same ranking on other desks, see our Zendesk partners, Gorgias partners and Intercom partners pages, our cross-desk partner ranking, and the AI customer support implementation guide.
