Best Gorgias Implementation Partners for AI Agent Setup (2026): 17 Ranked From the Official Directory
The best Gorgias partners for AI Agent setup are the agencies that say on their own sites how they build the agent, what it costs and who tunes it after launch. On October 14, 2026, Gorgias's agency directory listed 640 partners; 404 offered Gorgias Implementation and Optimization, and 35 of those carried a Services Certified badge. Scored on five stated criteria, omnie ranked first, followed by Springboard and Open Late Collective. Freelance AI Agent setups on Upwork and Fiverr run about $245 to $1,700.
Key takeaways
- Gorgias's agency directory listed 640 partners on October 14, 2026, and 404 offered Gorgias Implementation and Optimization, of which 35 carried a Services Certified badge.
- omnie ranked first on our five criteria with a Premier and Services Certified badge, 77 reviews and published AI pricing of $0.90 to $1.00 per automated ticket.
- Smart Instinct publishes Gorgias builds at $3,750, $10,500 and $17,500, and its pricing lists AI Agent Skills built out only from the $10,500 Professional tier.
- Platform Freaks sells Gorgias AI Agent setup from $1,500 direct or from $1,700 on Upwork, with a turnaround of 7 to 10 days.
- Gorgias's archived help article set Services Certified at two verified projects, one closed deal in 12 months and five Partner Academy courses, none of them about AI Agent.
Disclosure: Macha publishes this blog. Macha isn't a Gorgias partner and isn't in the ranking. It sells an AI agent that runs on top of Gorgias with setup included, and it appears in the vendor section and in the section on when you don't need an agency. Every agency below comes from Gorgias's own directory, and every claim links to the agency's site or profile, read on October 14, 2026. We didn't contact or hire any of them.
How we ranked them
We pulled every listing in Gorgias's agency directory and filtered to the Services option Gorgias Implementation and Optimization, which returned 404 partners. We read the profiles of all 35 with a Services Certified badge and of every other implementer whose profile describes AI Agent work, then read the websites of the ones that serve English-speaking buyers. Seventeen made the scored list. Each gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | Services Certified badge (any tier) | Listed for Implementation and Optimization without it | Not in the filtered results |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes an AI agent on Gorgias | AI or automation in general terms | No AI work described |
| Price or timeline published for the work | A price for the setup or AI service | A timeline only, or a partial price | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning, QA or a managed service described | A short or loosely scoped follow-up | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count. The scoring is ours and rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of anyone's work, which only references and a pilot will tell you.

Which Gorgias agencies set up AI Agent?
1. omnie: its own AI on your Gorgias, priced per ticket, 10/10
omnie is an outsourced support company in Manhattan Beach with a Premier and Services Certified badge and 77 reviews, the most of any certified implementer except Springboard. Its profile says it "builds and maintains all of the customer service technology behind your support desk, from Gorgias configuration to help center content to SOPs to AI agent design". The AI it sells is its own, omnieAI, which plugs into Gorgias rather than configuring Gorgias's AI Agent. The Digital AI page prices it at $1.00 per automated ticket at 500 tickets a month, $0.95 at 2,000 and $0.90 at 5,000. The pricing page adds a $95 management fee that includes "ongoing AI model optimization", with month-to-month contracts and no setup fee. You choose auto-send, human review, or a mix by ticket type. omnie also advertises "Over 60% Resolution Rate" on that page and up to 80% on its pricing page; treat those as marketing until it has seen your tickets.
Scores: 2, 2, 2, 2, 2. The business model explains the price: omnie earns on automated tickets and on human agents (from $7.95 an hour), so it gains whichever side handles the ticket. Ask how it decides what goes to its AI and what goes to its people.
Best for: Shopify brands that want outsourced agents and an AI agent from one company, billed monthly.
2. Springboard: weekly review of AI conversations, 9/10
Springboard, in Buffalo, has 105 reviews, the most in the directory, and an Elite and Services Certified badge. It staffs support with North American agents and sells an "AI Setup + Ongoing QC Service" on its pricing page: its team handles "configuration, testing, and go-live", loads your Help Center articles, Macros and policies, and reviews AI conversations weekly for accuracy, tone and policy. Tickets escalated to a human cost $2.50 each. The page doesn't show the base price of the AI service or name the AI tool it configures.
Scores: 2, 2, 1, 2, 2.
Best for: brands that want a human team behind the AI agent and a weekly check on what the agent says.
3. Open Late Collective: a fractional CX lead who tunes AI Agent, 8/10
Open Late Collective, in Chicago, has 43 reviews, among the most of any implementer without the Services Certified badge. Its profile says it audits and tunes your Gorgias setup and will "dial in your AI Agent and automations to get the most resolution out of them without losing the human touch". Its customer experience page offers project work "typically ranging from 12 to 16 weeks" or fractional CX leadership on an ongoing basis. It lists budgets of $2,000 to $5,000 and $5,000+.
Scores: 1, 2, 1, 2, 2.
Best for: DTC and CPG brands that want senior CX judgment around the AI, not just configuration.
4. Platform Freaks: the clearest AI Agent package price, 8/10
Platform Freaks, in Manila, is the most specific profile in the directory about AI Agent: "We write the Guidances, Skills, and Support Actions, then tune the handover rules so the AI resolves what it should and escalates what it should not", plus "ongoing AI Agent QA audits". Its pricing page is the only agency page we found with a separate AI Agent price: AI Agent Setup from $1,500 booked direct or from $1,700 on Upwork, turned around in 7 to 10 days. The services page scopes it as Guidance from your top ticket drivers, fallback and escalation logic, testing and refinement. Other packages: Audit and Action Plan $750, Audit and Optimization $1,500, Buildout and Migration $2,500. It also runs managed support agents from $12 to $16 an hour.
Scores: 1, 2, 2, 2, 1. Its badge is plain Partner, which costs it a point.
Best for: a Shopify brand that wants Gorgias's own AI Agent set up properly, on a fixed price, in under two weeks.
5. custo.tech: timelines on the page, prices on a call, 8/10
custo.tech, in Barcelona, calls itself "the world's first agency fully specialized in Gorgias" on its profile and was named "Best European Partner 2024". It has a Partner and Services Certified badge and 3 reviews. Its automation page says the AI Agent is "trained on the last 90 days of resolved tickets". The pricing page publishes timelines (Starter live in 1 week, Growth in 2 to 3 weeks, Enterprise in 4 to 6 weeks) but hides the prices behind "revealed on a call". After go-live it sells month-to-month retainers with 30 days' notice; the base tier covers "AI Agent install & monitoring" with QA on at least 20 tickets per category, and a higher tier lists "Commitment: >60% automation, CSAT >4". Its automation page also promises 50 to 60% of repeat tickets handled without a human. That retainer tier is the only automation rate we saw written into a contract tier, so ask how it's measured and what happens if it's missed. Prices on the page are shown in euros.
Scores: 2, 2, 1, 2, 1.
Best for: Spanish- and English-speaking brands in Europe or Latin America that want setup, AI tuning and agents from one Gorgias shop.
6. Smart Instinct: every price published, 8/10
Smart Instinct describes itself as "a Gorgias Managed Services Partner" on its Gorgias page; its directory badge is Partner, with 1 review. It publishes more prices than anyone else here: a $750 audit, then builds at Essential $3,750 (2 to 4 weeks), Professional $10,500 (3 to 5 weeks) and Premium $17,500 (4 to 6 weeks), with up to 33, 90 or 150 hours valid for 90 days, retainers from $1,000 a month and migrations from $3,500. The tiers matter for AI. Essential includes "AI answering the easy questions", while "AI Agent Skills built out" first appears at Professional. So Essential covers AI Agent on simple questions, and a full Skills build sits in the $10,500 tier. The page also says "Someone internal will own the configuration afterward", which is honest about who tunes the agent after the project.
Scores: 1, 2, 2, 2, 1.
Best for: brands that want a fixed price, a documented handoff, and an admin who'll own the configuration.
7 to 9. Certified firms where AI is part of a wider service, 7/10 each
- Aventus (Charleston, Partner and Services Certified, 26 reviews) blends domestic, nearshore and offshore agents "in addition to AI agents". Its Managed Help Desk service covers setup, "AI-driven automated replies" and ongoing maintenance at a flat rate that the page doesn't show, waived if you also hire two or more of its agents. Scores 2, 1, 0, 2, 2.
- Create CX (New York, Elite and Services Certified, 13 reviews) lists Gorgias onboarding, a refresh and optimization service, "AI Readiness", a three-month CX audit and fractional VP of CX support. AI is named but not described in detail. Scores 2, 1, 0, 2, 2.
- Optimise:CX (Yarm, UK, Elite and Services Certified, no reviews yet) describes AI Support Agent work in more detail than most: "intent configuration, knowledge base training, resolution optimisation, confidence threshold tuning", plus Shopping Assistant and Order Management. Its home page says implementation is "typically in days", and it offers monthly performance reviews and a free audit. Scores 2, 2, 1, 2, 0.
10. Micha Weber Supportcoach: AI Agent setup in German, 6/10
Micha Weber is a solo consultant near Lübeck with a Premier and Services Certified badge and 7 reviews. Her profile covers migrations, new setups and "AI Agent configuration", "all tested safely before going live", with integrations such as Aircall and 8Returns. Her site adds training and interim support management. No price or timeline. Scores 2, 2, 0, 1, 1.
Best for: German-speaking Shopify brands in the DACH region.
11 to 17. Strong on people or small on reviews
- TalentPop (Costa Mesa, Elite and Services Certified, 37 reviews) places support agents "for as low as $6 an hour" with a Customer Success Manager who builds automations and Macros. The profile doesn't describe AI Agent work. Scores 2, 0, 0, 1, 2.
- Ridgeline Agency (Houston, Partner and Services Certified, 21 reviews) does help desk audits, onboarding, custom integrations and training, with a staffing arm. Its site returned no readable text to our fetch, and its profile doesn't mention AI. Scores 2, 0, 0, 1, 2.
- AG Solutions International (Cavite, Philippines, Partner) lists "Gorgias AI Agent & Automation" on its profile: "AI readiness, knowledge, Guidance, guardrails, handovers, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization", alongside Gorgias-trained support agents. No reviews or price yet. Scores 1, 2, 0, 2, 0.
- CatalyzeX (New York, Partner) says on its profile that it will "implement, monitor, train, and constantly iterate Gorgias' AI agent" alongside agents in the Philippines and Latin America. No reviews yet. Scores 1, 2, 0, 2, 0.
- Compass Experience Labs (Columbus, Partner and Services Certified) is an outsourcing firm whose small-business package includes dedicated agents and "Gorgias optimization and AI Agent training". No reviews yet. Scores 2, 2, 0, 1, 0.
- Anja Thomsen (Hamburg, Partner) is a solo consultant whose site lists "AI Agent configuration" and Gorgias setup for clients across DACH, the EU, Australia, the US and the UK. Scores 1, 2, 0, 1, 0.
- Susanne Gruber Consulting (Valencia, Partner) answers a common complaint on her site, "We tried the AI Agent and it doesn't resolve anything", and describes AI Agent rollouts across three shops trained on real processes and edge cases. Scores 1, 2, 0, 1, 0.
Freelancers who sell Gorgias AI Agent setup
The freelance route is cheaper and narrower. Two marketplace offers show the range, both read in a logged-out browser on October 14, 2026:
- Upwork: a Project Catalog package, "Gorgias AI Agent Setup", at $1,700 with 10-day delivery, from a Top Rated Plus seller. It includes Guidance from your top ticket drivers, fallback and escalation, testing, a Loom handoff and 30 days of QA monitoring. It excludes writing a Help Center from scratch, complex API or custom integrations, voice AI, migration and "ongoing optimization after handoff". Platform Freaks prices its own AI Agent Setup at "from $1,700 on Upwork" with a very similar scope; we couldn't confirm whether it's the same listing.
- Fiverr: gigs that include AI Agent setup start at about $245, with tiers near $595 and $1,295 that add categories, multiple languages and a 30-day calibration. Prices showed in rupees for our location, so the dollar figures are converted and approximate. A cheaper $50 tier on another gig doesn't include AI Agent setup at all.
Every freelance package stops at handoff. That's fine if someone on your team will read AI Agent conversations each week; it isn't if nobody will.
Vendors that include setup in the price
A different route skips the agency: an AI vendor whose own team sets up its agent on your Gorgias. These aren't Gorgias partners and don't configure Gorgias's AI Agent; they bring their own agent. Prices below were read on October 14, 2026.
| Vendor | What it charges | Setup | After launch |
|---|---|---|---|
| AdelanteCX | $900 a month for 5,000 AI messages, no setup fee, 30-day money-back | Its team, over 10 days | Included |
| Fini | $0.89 per resolution on Growth; the page data lists Growth at $3,600 a month (our breakdown) | "Implementation Included", "live in 14 days" | Included |
| Siena | $750 a month plus $0.90 per automated ticket | Expert onboarding | Included |
| Macha (our product) | $299/month for 750 tickets, no setup fee | Our team; live in safe mode within 7 days or the first month is free | Included, with a dedicated success manager |
Gorgias also sells its own onboarding, with Implementation Managers and a premium "Automate 50-in-50" program; neither has a published price. Our Gorgias AI implementation guide compares that route with the others, phase by phase.
What do Gorgias partner badges actually tell you?
Each directory card shows one of six labels: Partner, Premier Partner or Elite Partner, each with or without & Services Certified. On October 14, 2026 the 640 listings split like this:
| Badge | Partners | Of the 404 implementers |
|---|---|---|
| Elite & Services Certified | 15 | 14 |
| Premier & Services Certified | 12 | 10 |
| Partner & Services Certified | 11 | 11 |
| Elite Partner | 31 | 21 |
| Premier Partner | 26 | 15 |
| Partner | 545 | 333 |
The directory sorts by badge first, then by review count, so Elite and Services Certified agencies always sit at the top whatever you search.
Gorgias doesn't publish the Partner, Premier and Elite criteria on a page we could find. Its help article on the Services Partner Program now returns a 404, but an archived copy from April 2025 says certification required:
- Two verified services projects.
- At least one closed deal in the last 12 months, to count as an active partner.
- Five Partner Academy courses: the Gorgias Product Certificate, the Gorgias Sales Certificate, Onboarding a Client onto Gorgias, Pricing and Packaging Services on Gorgias, and Running a Gorgias Account Audit.
In return, certified partners got priority access to Gorgias leads, featured placement in the directory, the badge and a Partner Success Manager. The same page said Gorgias was "currently developing a detailed tiering system". None of the five courses is about AI Agent, so the badge says nothing about AI skill. The article doesn't define "closed deal", but Gorgias's partner program pays a revenue share for each new customer a partner brings, so the badge likely rewards selling Gorgias as well as servicing it.
| What the directory verifies | What it doesn't |
|---|---|
| The agency is in Gorgias's program, at the badge shown | Whether it has built AI Agent for anyone |
| The services, platforms, regions, languages and budgets it chose to tick | Prices, timelines or what happens after launch |
| Reviews left on the directory, with a count | Whether reviews are about AI work or about staffing |
Reviews are thin. 352 of the 404 implementers had none, and only 8 had 10 or more. 19 of the 35 Services Certified implementers had none either.
How do you filter the Gorgias agency directory for AI work?
- Open agencies.gorgias.com. It showed 640 partners on October 14, 2026.
- Under Services, tick Gorgias Implementation and Optimization (404). Adding Gorgias Onboarding narrows it to 297 agencies that tick both.
- Under eCommerce Platforms, tick yours. Within the 404, Shopify returned 379, Magento 2 161 and BigCommerce 140. Gorgias's AI Agent needs a connected Shopify store, so on another platform read our Gorgias for non-Shopify stores guide before hiring anyone for AI Agent work.
- Under Location/Region, pick where you sell: United States 286, Canada 137, United Kingdom 129, Australia 104, Germany 47, France 45, Spain 11.
- Treat Budget as a hint. The brackets are self-selected and most agencies tick several: $0 to $500 (140), $500 to $2,000 (240), $2,000 to $5,000 (288), $5,000+ (300).
- Skip the Language filter unless you need a specific language. Only 163 of the 404 set English, because many profiles leave language blank.
- There's no AI filter. Type "AI Agent" in the search box (51 results, 35 with the implementation filter on), then open each profile. The search matches words loosely; only 13 of the 404 descriptions actually contain "AI Agent".
- Expect outsourcing firms. 138 of the 404 also offer Customer Support Outsourcing, so many top results sell agents, with Gorgias setup as part of the package.
- Read the agency's own site for an AI Agent scope, a price and an after-launch plan, because the directory carries none of them. The Get matched button sends your brief to Gorgias's matchmaker instead.
What does a Gorgias agency cost for AI Agent work?
| Route | What you pay to start | What you pay after launch | Who tunes it after launch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your team builds Gorgias AI Agent | No setup fee; the AI Agent meter on your Gorgias plan (how it bills) | The same meter | Your admin |
| Freelancer | From about $245 (Fiverr) to $1,700 (Upwork) | Nothing, after 30 days of QA at most | Your admin |
| Agency fixed package | $1,500 (Platform Freaks) to $10,500 for the first Smart Instinct tier with AI Agent Skills | Retainer from $1,000 a month (Smart Instinct), or month-to-month retainers priced on a call (custo.tech) | The agency while you pay |
| Outsourcing firm with AI | omnie: $0.90 to $1.00 per automated ticket plus a $95 management fee; Springboard: $2.50 per escalated ticket plus a plan | The same | The firm |
| Vendor-led AI agent | No setup fee at AdelanteCX or Macha; implementation included at Fini; expert onboarding at Siena | The vendor's monthly price | The vendor's team |
When an agency configures Gorgias's own AI Agent, Gorgias's meter keeps running on top of the agency's fee. Smart Instinct's Professional tier plus 11 months of its entry retainer comes to $10,500 + $11,000 = $21,500 in year one, before any Gorgias AI charges. Platform Freaks' $1,500 setup is much cheaper, and the weekly tuning after it is then your team's job. That's the incentive in plain terms: a project agency is paid for the build, and the reading of conversations in week six is either a retainer or nobody's job.
Who does each job on each route
| Job | Freelancer | Gorgias agency | Vendor-led AI agent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pick the first ticket categories | You | Agency audit | Vendor's ticket analysis |
| Write Guidance, Skills or instructions | Freelancer | Agency | Vendor's team |
| Connect Shopify, subscriptions, returns | Shopify only, usually | Agency, often extra per integration | Vendor's team |
| Test before shoppers see it | Freelancer, once | Agency test plan | Vendor's team, in a drafts-first mode |
| Read conversations every week | You | Retainer only | Included |
| Migration, Views, Rules, SLAs | Not in scope | Core agency work | Not offered |
Which agency fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A Shopify brand on Gorgias, 1,000 tickets a month, no developer | Platform Freaks for a fixed AI Agent setup, or a vendor-led agent | A clear scope in under two weeks, or tuning included after launch |
| A brand that wants agents and AI from one company | omnie or Springboard | AI and human escalation in one monthly bill |
| A brand moving to Gorgias from Zendesk or email | Smart Instinct or custo.tech | Published migration pricing or timelines; see our Gorgias migration checklist |
| A brand in Spain or Latin America | custo.tech | Teams in Barcelona and Buenos Aires, English and Spanish |
| A German-speaking brand in DACH | Micha Weber Supportcoach or Anja Thomsen | German-language consultants who configure AI Agent |
| A UK brand that wants AI Agent tuned closely | Optimise:CX | The most detailed AI Agent scope among UK agencies we read |
| A DTC brand that wants a fractional CX leader | Open Late Collective or Create CX | Ongoing senior CX work with AI in scope |
| A small store under $1,000 of budget | A Fiverr or Upwork freelancer | Fixed scope; plan for your own weekly review |
| A team that wants nobody internal maintaining the AI | A vendor-led AI agent | Setup and tuning sit inside the subscription |
What should you ask a Gorgias agency before you sign?
- How many AI Agent setups have you shipped in the last 12 months, and can I speak to two of those brands?
- Will you configure Gorgias's own AI Agent, or bring your own AI? They bill differently.
- Which Skills, Guidance and Actions will you build, and from which of our ticket categories?
- What do you need from us before kickoff: Gorgias admin access, Shopify, policies, sample tickets, one point person?
- How will you test on our past tickets before shoppers see a reply: normal questions, escalations, edge cases and tone?
- What happens after go-live, for how long, and what does a retainer cost per month?
- Who reads AI Agent conversations each week once the project ends?
- Do you quote an automation rate before seeing our data? If a rate is in the contract, how is it measured?
- Do you earn a referral share if we upgrade our Gorgias plan through you?
- Who owns the Guidance, Skills and documentation if we stop working together?
Red flags, from what we read across 49 profiles:
- An automation or deflection percentage promised before anyone has looked at your tickets.
- A Services Certified badge treated as proof of AI skill. The archived requirements didn't include an AI course.
- An outsourcing firm whose AI plan has no price while its human agents do. Ask how it splits tickets between the two.
- A statement of work that ends at go-live with no line for who fixes wrong answers in week three.
- A low setup price that excludes Help Center content and integrations, the two things the AI depends on.
When don't you need a Gorgias agency?
You don't need an agency if Gorgias already runs the way you want and the only new thing is the AI agent. An agency earns its fee on migrations, Views, Rules and SLAs, multi-store setups, integrations and outsourced agents. For the AI layer alone, two other routes exist. Your admin can set up Gorgias's AI Agent, which our Gorgias AI Agent explainer covers. Or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up on top of your Gorgias.
Macha is our product, and it's the second kind. It isn't a Gorgias partner and doesn't resell Gorgias. On the done-for-you route, our team analyzes about a month of your past Gorgias tickets, builds the knowledge base and the agent for the first category, and runs it in safe mode, where drafts land as Gorgias internal notes and nothing reaches a shopper until your team approves. Connecting Gorgias takes about 15 minutes. The promise is "live in safe mode within 7 days, or your first month is free". Shopify connects as a built-in tool; subscription and returns apps connect through a custom API tool that Macha's team sets up during onboarding.
It costs about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, and that includes setup and a dedicated success manager who handles your changes after launch: new categories, policy changes, new tools. The trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit, with the same setup. Macha runs on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom. On Gorgias it suits teams, usually Shopify brands, that want tickets resolved by an agent someone else builds and tunes. It doesn't replace an agency for a migration or a Gorgias rebuild; hire one from the list above for that, and keep the two AI agents on separate channels or tags so they never answer the same ticket. To see which categories an agent could take first, request a free support audit.
Common questions
Who is the best Gorgias partner for AI Agent setup?
It depends on whether you want the AI alone or people too. On our five criteria, omnie scored 10 of 10 for a Services Certified badge, 77 reviews, published per-ticket AI pricing and tuning included, but it runs its own AI rather than Gorgias's AI Agent. For Gorgias's own AI Agent on a fixed price, Platform Freaks (from $1,500, 7 to 10 days) and Smart Instinct ($10,500 for the tier with AI Agent Skills) publish the clearest scopes.
How do I find a Gorgias partner?
Use Gorgias's directory at agencies.gorgias.com. Filter Services to Gorgias Implementation and Optimization, then by platform and region, and search "AI Agent". The directory has no AI filter and shows no prices, so read each agency's own site before you call. The Get matched button sends your brief to Gorgias's matchmaker instead.
What does Gorgias Services Certified mean?
It's a badge in Gorgias's directory, held by 38 of 640 partners on October 14, 2026. Gorgias's archived help article required two verified services projects, one closed deal in the last 12 months and five Partner Academy courses on product, sales, onboarding, pricing services and account audits. None of those courses covers AI Agent.
How much does a Gorgias agency charge to set up AI Agent?
Published prices on October 14, 2026 ran from $1,500 for Platform Freaks' AI Agent Setup to $10,500 for the Smart Instinct tier that builds out AI Agent Skills, with retainers from $1,000 a month. Freelancers charge about $245 on Fiverr and $1,700 on Upwork. Most directory agencies quote after a call.
Can a freelancer set up Gorgias AI Agent?
Yes. Upwork and Fiverr both sell fixed packages, and the Upwork one we read included guidance from your top ticket drivers, escalation rules, testing and 30 days of QA. It excluded Help Center writing, custom integrations and "ongoing optimization after handoff", so your team owns the agent from day 31.
Do I need a Gorgias partner to use AI Agent?
No. Your Gorgias admin can set up AI Agent, and an AI vendor can run its own agent on top of Gorgias without a partner. An agency is worth hiring when the project also includes a migration, a Gorgias rebuild, several stores, integrations or outsourced agents.
How we researched this
On October 14, 2026 we read Gorgias's agency directory through the public search the directory page itself calls, with no login, and recorded every listing's badge, review count and country plus the counts for each filter. We read the full profiles of 49 agencies: all 38 Services Certified listings and 11 others whose profiles describe AI Agent work. Then we read the agency pages linked above. The Services Certified requirements come from Gorgias's archived help article, because the live article returns a 404. Upwork and Fiverr offers were read in a logged-out browser the same day; Fiverr showed rupees, so its dollar figures are converted and approximate. Vendor prices come from each vendor's pricing page, read the same day. One site, Ridgeline Agency's, returned no readable text, so we used its profile only. Prices, timelines and quotes are as published that day; agencies change them, so confirm before you sign. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any agency, and none paid for placement.
