Best Gorgias Partners in Europe (2026): 26 Scored From the Official Directory
Outside the UK and Ireland, Gorgias's agency directory lists 79 partners in 15 European countries, and only 9 of those listings carry any reviews, 21 in all. We scored all 17 Elite, Premier and Services Certified agencies plus 9 others whose profiles or sites describe Gorgias help-desk work, on the same five criteria as our global ranking. custo.tech in Barcelona scored highest with 8 of 10. Micha Weber Supportcoach, Achille and Yagemi follow on 6. Yagemi is the only Elite agency in the region that describes setting up Gorgias's AI Agent on its own site.
Key takeaways
- custo.tech ranks first in mainland Europe with 8 of 10, for a Services Certified badge, AI Agent training on past tickets, published timelines and monthly retainers.
- Only 9 of the 79 European listings have a directory review, and Micha Weber Supportcoach holds 7 of the region's 21 reviews.
- Germany has three Services Certified firms, even though AthariCommerce's profile calls itself the only German one.
- Nine of the 17 Elite, Premier and Services Certified agencies score 2 or less, because their profiles and sites don't describe how they set Gorgias up for support.
- Outsourcers with their own AI, such as Achille and Onepilot, are a different purchase from a consultant who tunes Gorgias's own AI Agent.

Badges, cities, services and reviews come from each directory profile, read October 29 and 30, 2026. "Not published" means we found no figure on the profile or the agency's site.
How we ranked them
We started from every listing in Gorgias's agency directory with a European country, 138 in all, and set aside the 59 in the UK and Ireland, which have their own ranking. That left 79 listings: France 19, Germany 16, Spain 8, the Netherlands 7, Belgium 5, Poland 4, Bulgaria, Denmark, Romania, Sweden and Italy 3 each, Cyprus 2, and Austria, Estonia and Portugal 1 each. Nine carry an Elite badge (four with Services Certified), four Premier (two certified) and 66 Partner (four certified).
We scored all 17 Elite, Premier and Services Certified listings. Then we read the profile of every Partner listing whose description mentions customer service, support or Gorgias, and kept the 9 whose profile or site describes Gorgias help-desk work. We left out The Nest by Webhelp, because Webhelp has been part of Concentrix since September 2023, and we don't rank firms acquired by a global integrator.
The rubric is the one from our global ranking of Gorgias implementation partners, word for word, so scores mean the same thing on both pages. Four firms here are also ranked there and keep the same scores: custo.tech (6th of 17), Micha Weber Supportcoach (11th), Anja Thomsen (16th) and Susanne Gruber Consulting (17th). Each criterion gets 0, 1 or 2 points.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | Services Certified badge (any tier) | Listed for Implementation and Optimization without it | Not in the filtered results |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes an AI agent on Gorgias | AI or automation in general terms | No AI work described |
| Price or timeline published for the work | A price for the setup or AI service | A timeline only, or a partial price | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning, QA or a managed service described | A short or loosely scoped follow-up | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count; agencies with equal reviews are listed alphabetically, as in the global ranking. Badges come from the directory's own tier field, never from a badge image an agency uploads. An outsourcer's own AI scores 2 when its site says it works tickets in Gorgias and is tuned, as omnie's is in the global ranking. Hourly or monthly agent rates count as no price for the Gorgias work. The scoring rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of anyone's work, which only references and a pilot will tell you.
Which Gorgias partners in Europe do help-desk work?
1. custo.tech: a Gorgias-only shop with timelines on the page, 8/10
custo.tech, in Barcelona, calls itself "the world's first agency fully specialized in Gorgias" on its profile, holds Partner and Services Certified, and ticks nine services, from onboarding to outsourcing and Help Center Optimization. Its automation page says the AI Agent is "Trained on the last 90 days of resolved tickets." The pricing page publishes timelines, "LIVE IN 1 WEEK" for the first tier and 2 to 3 weeks for the next, while every tier says "Price revealed on a call". Retainers follow go-live. One of its three directory reviews, posted about nine months ago, says: "With Gorgias AI Agent, we automated over 40% of our support volume, cutting costs and freeing up our team."
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Raúl Rodríguez, founder, per custo.tech's about page.
Best for: Spanish- and English-speaking brands that want setup, AI Agent tuning and agents from one Gorgias shop.
2. Micha Weber Supportcoach: the region's most-reviewed Gorgias consultant, 6/10
Micha Weber works alone near Lübeck with a Premier and Services Certified badge and 7 reviews, a third of the region's total. The profile covers migrations, new setups and "AI Agent configuration", and the English homepage lists "Gorgias implementation, consulting, training, and even Interim Support Management", backed by "> 25 Years Experience". There's no price or timeline. A review posted more than 18 months ago says: "Implementing the AI agent was a game changer!"
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Micha Weber, a freelance support coach self-employed since 2019, per the about page.
Best for: German-speaking Shopify brands that want one experienced person to set up Gorgias and its AI Agent.
3. Achille: an AI vendor that also staffs your queue, 6/10
Achille, in Paris, describes itself on its profile as "a customer service BPO specialized in e-commerce" whose human agents work with AI. Its site is mostly a software company: it sells its own AI, its own help desk and a comparison page against Gorgias AI, and says it "répond et exécute l'action côté Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk" (answers and acts in Shopify, Gorgias and Zendesk). The outsourcing arm, Achille Hub, adds agents supervised by a dedicated team lead, knowledge base updates after each interaction and continuous tracking of response time and CSAT. The homepage says it's "HÉBERGÉ EN EUROPE", hosted in Europe. A review posted more than a year ago credits "the efficiency of well-trained AI and the empathy of real advisors". Achille is paid for its software and for its agents, so it has an incentive either way; ask how it decides which tickets its AI answers alone.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Florian Boret, founder and CEO, per LinkedIn.
Best for: a French brand that wants outsourced agents and an AI layer from one vendor, and is fine with that AI not being Gorgias's own.
4. Yagemi: an IT agency with a full Gorgias AI Agent process, 6/10
Yagemi, an Elite Partner near Hannover, mostly sells EDI, SAP and ERP integration work, but its Gorgias page is one of the most specific in Europe. It sets up the AI Agent so "dass er einfache Fragen selbstständig löst" (so it resolves simple questions on its own), and step three of its process activates macros, automations and the AI Agent for the most common requests and checks every answer before launch. Setup takes "1–4 Wochen". After launch it reviews ticket data monthly and adjusts macros and automations. It also connects Gorgias to JTL-Wawi, a German inventory system, for stores that aren't on Shopify. Its claim of 25 to 40% of tickets automated is its own figure.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Lars Paetzold and Christian Hasse, owners and founders, per Yagemi's homepage.
Best for: a DACH store on Shopify or JTL that wants Gorgias's AI Agent set up and reviewed monthly.
5. Valeur Customer Service: a Danish outsourcer with the Elite badge, 5/10
Valeur Customer Service, in Højbjerg, is one of four Elite and Services Certified firms in the region and lists seven languages, including Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Dutch. Its profile offers phone, email, chat and review-site coverage with evening and weekend hours, an "advanced AI chatbot", and help setting up your own customer service team. The site at valeur.dk sells meeting booking and telemarketing and doesn't mention Gorgias, so we scored the firm from its profile. One review, posted more than a year ago, praises "the outstanding people behind it".
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Leadership isn't named on its profile.
Best for: a Nordic brand that needs native-speaking agents across Scandinavian languages.
6. Onepilot: outsourced agents with a published sample price, 5/10
Onepilot is a Premier Partner in Paris whose profile promises "Set up in 48 hours" and mentions offices in Paris and London. Its site runs agents on its own technology, which can "Automatize tickets, find process, suggest answers", and says "We analyze each ticket to improve agents skills." A pricing example on the homepage puts local UK agents handling 12,000 email and call tickets a month at about $27,400 (€24,600) a month including an account manager. That prices staff, not Gorgias setup, so the 48-hour claim earns the point.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Adrien Hugon, co-founder and CEO, per LinkedIn.
Best for: a brand that wants 24/7 cover in six languages with ticket-level quality checks.
7. Anja Thomsen: a Hamburg consultant who configures AI Agent, 4/10
Anja Thomsen's site describes a Gorgias consultant "Specialising in Gorgias setup, CX operations, automation, AI Agent configuration", with clients across DACH, the EU, Australia, the US and the UK. A client testimonial there describes three years of work covering "Gorgias AI agent, to automation, return processes, macros". No price or timeline.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Anja Thomsen.
8. Colorz: an Elite creative agency with certified Gorgias services, 4/10
Colorz, in Paris, holds Elite and Services Certified. Its profile says that as a Gorgias Services Partner it supports brands "from advanced setup and integrations to automation design, performance optimization, and long-term CX strategy". That's automation in general terms and a loosely scoped follow-up. Its site is a creative and Shopify agency and is signed "Groupe Davidson", a French consulting group. Its homepage text doesn't mention Gorgias.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Théo Germain, co-founder and creative director, per LinkedIn.
9. Flows: a French agency built around Gorgias, 4/10
Flows, in Rennes, describes itself on its profile as "une agence e-commerce spécialisée sur Gorgias" (an ecommerce agency specialized in Gorgias). It covers setup, migration, automations, rules and routing, macros, reporting and "optimisation continue", and names more than 30 brands, including Le Slip Français and Uriage. AI isn't mentioned, so automation scores 1. The domain flows.fr is for sale and we found no other site.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Leadership isn't named on its profile.
Best for: a French brand reorganizing its customer care on Gorgias.
10. Susanne Gruber Consulting: AI Agent rebuilt from real processes, 4/10
Susanne Gruber, in Valencia, answers a common complaint on the consultancy's site, "We tried the AI Agent and it doesn't resolve anything", and describes AI Agent rollouts across three shops "trained on their real processes and edge cases rather than left on default settings". The budget brackets on the contact form aren't prices.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Susanne Gruber.
11. AthariCommerce: certified, with the badge claim to check, 3/10
AthariCommerce, in Cologne, is a Shopify agency for food, fashion and lifestyle brands with Partner and Services Certified. Its profile says it's "die einzige deutsche Gorgias Certified Services Partner Agentur" (the only German one), but the directory lists Micha Weber Supportcoach and Hyghstreet as certified too. The profile links a Gorgias customer story and says customer support is part of its work, without describing AI or after-launch help. Its one review, posted more than two years ago, says "Gorgias bei uns extrem schnell und effizient aufgesetzt werden" (Gorgias was set up very quickly and efficiently).
Scores: standing 2, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 1.
Leadership isn't named on its profile.
12. Glint: customer care for 20 Italian brands, 3/10
Glint, in Milan, says on its profile that "In Italy, we collaborate with over 20 brands, offering strategic and operational customer care support." It ticks 11 services, including both outsourcing and strategy. Its single review, from December 2024, describes organizing chat and email inside Gorgias. glint.it is a parked domain and we found no other site.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Leadership isn't named on its profile.
13. Radikal: retention work with Gorgias certification, 3/10
Radikal, in Antwerp, holds Partner and Services Certified and describes "expert customer retention strategies and a sprinkle of Gorgias prowess" on its profile, plus training and support as a store grows. We found no site to read.

Leadership isn't named on its profile.
14. TGKS: an IT firm that maintains Gorgias, 3/10
TGKS, in Sint-Niklaas, calls itself an "ITaaS partner" on its profile and covers "seamless implementation and tailored optimization to ongoing maintenance and expert support" of Gorgias, plus integrations with Shopify and Magento. Its site sells managed IT, cloud and Google Workspace services, and doesn't mention Gorgias.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Tommy Van Haute, founder, per LinkedIn.
15. Ancora Squad: certified, described in two sentences, 2/10
Ancora Squad, in Barcelona, holds Partner and Services Certified and lists English, French and Spanish. Its Spanish-language profile offers to implement and optimize Gorgias and cites "10 años de experiencia en el mundo del Customer Service". We found no site. It's first alphabetically in a seven-way tie on 2 points.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.

What the badges tell you in Europe
Nine of the 17 Elite, Premier and Services Certified agencies here score 2 or less. Two of the nine Elite listings, Ask Phill and Panagora, don't even tick Gorgias Implementation and Optimization. Gorgias doesn't publish what earns each tier, and its partner program pays partners a revenue share on the customers they bring. A Shopify Plus agency that recommends Gorgias on every build can climb the tiers without configuring a single rule, so the badge tracks referrals and the relationship more than help-desk skill.
Services Certified is a better signal, but not a reliable one. Of the ten certified firms, AXOME, Dtails, Hyghstreet and Ancora Squad score on the badge alone. The most detailed AI Agent scopes come from custo.tech, Micha Weber, Yagemi and two solo consultants, and three of those five aren't Elite or Premier.
Reviews are thinner than in North America. Micha Weber has 7, custo.tech, Achille and Mavenwit 3 each, and five other listings 1 each. In our global ranking, Springboard alone has 105. Three of the reviewed listings, Mavenwit, Orange Trail and YourStoreMatters, are marketing agencies we didn't score.
Working with a Gorgias partner in Europe
Language. This is the main reason to hire locally. Valeur lists seven languages, Onepilot six, Ancora Squad three, and most German and French firms list their own language plus English. Ask who writes and reviews AI Agent guidance and macros in each language you sell in, because an agent tuned in English won't automatically answer well in German.
Time zones. Every firm above works on Central European time or one hour off it. Gorgias's company information page lists offices in Paris and Lisbon among its nine, so its own support overlaps with your working day too.
Data location. Gorgias's privacy notice says it may "process and store personal information both inside the United States and overseas", and that transfers out of the European Economic Area are covered by standard contractual clauses. Its introduction sends clients in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK to a separate EU Privacy Notice, which we didn't read. If your DPO needs a contractual answer, ask Gorgias for that notice and its transfer terms; a partner can't change where the data sits. An outsourcer that brings its own AI, such as Achille, adds its own processor and hosting terms to check.
Pricing. Gorgias's company information page lists AI Agent at $0.90 per AI-resolved conversation on annual billing and $1.00 on monthly. Among the agencies, only Onepilot publishes a figure, and it's for agents. Everyone else quotes after a call, though custo.tech and Yagemi publish timelines.
Platforms. Gorgias's AI Agent needs a connected Shopify store. If you run JTL, Shopware or another platform, read our guide to Gorgias for non-Shopify stores and ask the agency how it gets order data into the ticket, as Yagemi describes for JTL.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A Spanish or pan-European brand that wants setup, AI and agents | custo.tech | Most complete scope, timelines on the page |
| A German-speaking brand that wants one expert | Micha Weber Supportcoach | Most reviews in the region, AI Agent configuration |
| A DACH store, possibly on JTL | Yagemi | Published AI Agent process and monthly review |
| A French brand that wants agents plus AI | Achille or Onepilot | Outsourced agents with their own AI |
| A Nordic brand needing local-language agents | Valeur Customer Service | Seven languages listed, Elite and certified |
| A French brand reorganizing customer care | Flows | Gorgias-only setup and continuous optimization |
| A brand whose AI Agent "doesn't resolve anything" | Susanne Gruber or Anja Thomsen | Both describe retraining AI Agent on real processes |
| A brand moving to Gorgias from another help desk | custo.tech | A migration from Zendesk in its reviews; see our Gorgias migration checklist |

What we check before an AI agent goes live on a partner-built Gorgias account
An AI agent works inside whatever rules, tags and fields the agency left behind, so we read that setup before writing the agent's instructions.
Rules that fire on the agent's own writes. An agent that tags a ticket or adds a note can set off a rule that hands the ticket straight back to it. We add a unique tag when the agent's trigger fires, exclude that tag from the trigger's own conditions, and version the tag (v1, v2) when the logic changes.
The fields the agent reads and fills. We list which custom field values the agent needs to read and which fields it should set, so its writes land where the partner's routing expects them.
Internal note or public reply. We confirm which one the agent writes before it runs on its own, and we test its trigger by creating a ticket that matches.
Refunds. With Shopify connected, an agent can refund an order after a confirmation step, but the refund covers everything still refundable on the order. Partial refunds stay with a person, so a macro that promises one needs a human step.
Past tickets. Before go-live we replay past tickets against the agent in a simulation, and the AI Knowledge Builder turns historical tickets into knowledge base articles.
When you don't need an agency at all
An agency earns its fee on migrations, Views, Rules and SLAs, multi-store setups and outsourced agents. If Gorgias already runs the way you want and the only new piece is an AI agent, there's a third route: an AI vendor whose own team builds and tunes its agent on top of your Gorgias.
Macha is that kind of vendor, and it's our product. It suits teams already on Gorgias that want tickets resolved by an agent someone else builds and tunes, and it's the wrong fit if you need a migration or a Gorgias rebuild. It isn't a Gorgias partner and isn't ranked above. On the done-for-you route, our team reads about a month of your past tickets, builds the agent for the first category and runs it in safe mode, where drafts land as Gorgias internal notes until your team approves them. It costs about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, with setup and a success manager included, and the trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit. Macha runs on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom; the Macha on Gorgias page shows how it sits inside the ticket. For migrations and rebuilds, hire one of the agencies above, and keep two AI agents on separate channels or tags so they never answer the same ticket. Our Gorgias AI Agent explainer covers what your own admin can set up before you hire anyone.
FAQs
Who is the best Gorgias partner in Europe?
Outside the UK and Ireland, custo.tech in Barcelona scored highest on our five criteria with 8 of 10, for its Services Certified badge, AI Agent training on past tickets, published timelines and monthly retainers. Micha Weber Supportcoach, Achille and Yagemi follow on 6. custo.tech also ranks 6th of 17 in our global Gorgias ranking.
Are there Gorgias Services Certified partners in Germany?
Yes, three when we read the directory on October 29, 2026: Micha Weber Supportcoach (Premier), Hyghstreet (Premier) and AthariCommerce (Partner). AthariCommerce's profile calls itself the only German one, but the directory's tier field lists all three as certified.
How do I find a Gorgias partner in Europe?
Open Gorgias's directory at agencies.gorgias.com, set Location/Region to your country, and tick Gorgias Implementation and Optimization under Services. In our global count on October 14, 2026, the region filter returned 47 agencies for Germany, 45 for France and 11 for Spain, because it includes agencies based elsewhere that serve those markets. Then read each agency's own site for a scope, a price and an after-launch plan, because the directory shows none of them.
<div class="docs-callout"><div><p class="docs-callout-title">Are you listed here?</p><p class="docs-callout-body">Partners and app makers can send corrections with a public source to [email protected]. We fix facts within a week. Scores follow the rubric above, not requests.</p></div></div>
How we researched this
On October 29, 2026 we took every listing in Gorgias's agency directory with a European country, from the public search the directory page itself calls, with each listing's badge, review count and description, and set aside the 59 in the UK and Ireland. On October 29 and 30 we read 42 directory profiles in a real browser, so we could see which services each one ticks: all 17 Elite, Premier and Services Certified listings and 25 Partner listings whose descriptions mention support, customer service or Gorgias. We then read the agency sites linked above. Seven firms had no site we could find, so they're scored from their profiles. The Partner listings we read but didn't score tick Implementation and Optimization without describing any support work, or describe marketing and build work only.
Gorgias facts come from its privacy notice, its company information page and its partner program page. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. Quotes in German, French, Spanish and Italian are given in the original with our translation. The rubric and tie rule are copied from our global Gorgias ranking. "Who runs it" lines come from each agency's own about or team page where it names its leaders; where it doesn't, we used MoltSets and QuickEnrich, two B2B people databases, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any agency, and none paid for placement. For every help desk, see our cross-desk partner ranking.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside the help desks support teams already use. Nobody paid to be listed here, and Macha isn't ranked.
