Best AI Support Implementation Partners (2026): 18 Agencies, Vendors and Freelancers Ranked by Help Desk
The best AI support implementation partner depends on your help desk and on who you want tuning the agent after launch. Scored on five public criteria on October 14, 2026, the top three were vendors that include setup and ongoing tuning in their price: AdelanteCX, Fini and Macha (our product). Siena, Fin Deployment Services and Smart Instinct, the best-documented agency ($3,750 to $17,500 per build), followed. Freelance gigs start around $50 and stop at handoff. Below: the ranked table, one section per provider, and how to choose by help desk.
Key takeaways
- Vendor-led services that bundle setup with ongoing tuning scored highest on our five criteria, ahead of agencies, because most agencies cap post-launch help or sell it as a retainer.
- Smart Instinct published build prices of $3,750, $10,500 and $17,500 on October 14, 2026, with 2 to 6 weeks to launch and retainers from $1,000 a month.
- Zendesk's partner directory listed 318 partners on October 14, 2026, and 70 of them held the AI Agents product certification.
- Faye's implementation jumpstart includes up to 42 hours of configuration and up to 12 hours of post-launch support over 5 business days, with no published price.
- An Upwork package for Gorgias AI Agent setup costs $1,700 with 10-day delivery and lists ongoing optimization after handoff as not included.
Disclosure: Macha publishes this blog, and Macha is one of the entries. We score every provider on the same five criteria, link each claim to the provider's own page or official directory, and say where Macha loses: on proof, and on help desk projects such as migrations. It ranks third.
How we ranked them
Each provider gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria, for a maximum of 10. We checked every page on October 14, 2026, without logging in or contacting anyone.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Help desks covered | Four or more of Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Front | Two or three | One |
| AI agent work shown publicly | AI-specific scope published (knowledge, actions, testing) | AI mentioned as part of a wider service | Not mentioned |
| Published price and timeline | Both published | One of the two | Neither |
| Post-launch support | Ongoing tuning included in the price | Bounded hours, or a separate retainer or subscription | Not stated |
| Proof | Named client results or published benchmarks | Partner tier, awards, reviews or a written guarantee | None found |
Ties are broken by the post-launch score, then proof, then the price score, then the lower entry price, then alphabetically. We weight post-launch support because it is where buyers lose the most money. An agent built in week one needs changes every time a policy, product or carrier changes, and whoever makes those changes decides whether the agent keeps working. Our rollback post covers how pilots get switched off when nobody owns that work, and our AI customer support implementation guide walks through the phases any of these providers should run.

Scores per criterion are in each section below. The official partner directories follow the list; they aren't scored because each lists many firms.
Which providers are worth a call?
1. AdelanteCX: managed ecommerce agent, 9/10
AdelanteCX (its site is getadelante.com) sells a managed AI agent for Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento brands. On its pricing page, checked October 14, 2026: $900 a month for 5,000 AI messages, $1,499 at 10,000 and $2,999 at 25,000, with extra messages at $0.18 at entry. There's no setup fee and no free trial, but there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. The plan runs days 1 to 3 to map and connect, days 4 to 7 to train and test, and days 8 to 10 to launch and monitor. The agent works inside Zendesk, Gorgias or Freshdesk.
Per ticket, Adelante's own page puts 5,000 messages at about 1,250 tickets, which is $0.72 a ticket. On its stated rule of 3 to 5 messages per ticket, the range is about 1,000 to 1,667 tickets, or $0.54 to $0.90 a ticket.
Scores: help desks 1, AI work 2, price and timeline 2, post-launch 2, proof 2. It's listed as a Premier partner in Zendesk's directory and publishes named case studies. It ties with Fini and Macha on 9. It matches Fini on proof and moves ahead of it on the price score, because both a price and a timeline are on the page.
Adelante suits ecommerce brands with roughly 1,000 tickets a month or more that want order changes, returns and exchanges handled end to end.
2. Fini: implementation included, billed per resolution, 9/10
Fini's pricing page says "One plan covers the platform, implementation, and a monthly allowance of tickets." Rates on October 14, 2026: $0.89 per resolved ticket on Growth (up to 3,000 tickets included), $0.69 on Scale (up to 10,000) and $0.49 on Enterprise. Growth comes with shared customer success. Scale adds white-glove onboarding and a dedicated AI engineer. The FAQ says Fini "goes live in 14 days and is fully autonomous in 30", and eligible new enterprise customers get a 90%-resolution-in-90-days money-back guarantee. Help desks listed include Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gorgias, Front and Freshdesk. Its homepage shows named customer results, such as Atlas going "from 15% to 70% automation on key journeys."
The price cards show no plan fee, though the pricing page's structured data lists $3,600 a month for Growth and $9,000 for Scale (checked October 14, 2026), so confirm the fee in your quote. Our Fini pricing breakdown traces how it changed through 2026.
Scores: help desks 2, AI work 2, price and timeline 1 (rates and timeline yes, plan fee no), post-launch 2, proof 2. Per-resolution billing means Fini earns more when the agent closes more tickets, so the incentive points the right way. It also means your bill moves with resolution rate, so budget for the good months.
3. Macha (our product): AI layer set up and tuned for you, 9/10
Macha runs AI agents inside the help desk you already use: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom. It isn't a partner of any of those help desks and doesn't sell help desk licenses or migrations. It sells the AI layer with the implementation work included. Our team analyzes about a month of your past tickets, builds the knowledge base and the agent for the first category, and runs it in safe mode, where drafts land as internal notes and nothing reaches a customer until your team approves. When the drafts are right, that category moves to public replies and the team starts the next one. The guarantee on our done-for-you page is "live in safe mode within 7 days, or your first month is free".
What we publish on our pricing page: about $0.40 per ticket, $299/month for 750 tickets, which includes setup and a dedicated success manager who handles your changes (new categories, instruction changes, new tools). The trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit, with the same setup and success manager. The price per ticket stays flat whichever AI model the agent runs.
Scores: help desks 2, AI work 2, price and timeline 2, post-launch 2, proof 1. We lose a point on proof because we don't publish named client results, and that's why we rank behind AdelanteCX and Fini. On price, $0.40 a ticket is below Adelante's roughly $0.72 and Fini's $0.49 to $0.89 per resolution, though Fini only bills tickets it resolves.
Macha fits teams on one of those help desks that want the AI agent built, tested and tuned by someone else, and don't want a project with an end date. Not a fit: a migration, a help desk rebuild (routing, SLAs, views), or a help desk Macha doesn't run on. For those, use a partner from the sections below.
4. Siena: ecommerce agent with onboarding, 8/10
Siena's pricing page lists $750 a month for its core AI engine and unlimited sandbox, plus $0.90 per automated ticket, with "Expert onboarding plus dedicated Slack support". A customer quote on the same page from Spanx says Siena "handles 50% of our conversations at 90%+ CSAT". Its integrations page names Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, Kustomer and Gladly. No timeline is published.
Scores: help desks 1 (three of the six desks this list covers), AI work 2, price and timeline 1, post-launch 2, proof 2. At 750 automated tickets a month that's $750 + $675 = $1,425 before any help desk fees.
Siena suits ecommerce brands, and it's one of the few options here for teams on Kustomer or Gladly.
5. Fin Deployment Services: Intercom's own team, 8/10
Fin Deployment Services sells two engagements. Launch covers knowledge, behavior, tone and actions, pre-launch testing "with real customer queries", and post-launch optimization. Scale covers escalation rules, a roadmap and team upskilling. The page promises "Sandbox on day 1, pilot in weeks, enterprise rollout in under 90 days" and shows a 72% average Fin resolution rate from 5,000+ deployments. The call to action is "Contact Deployment Services"; there's no price. Fin's homepage says Fin is native to Intercom "but also works excellently with" Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot and Freshdesk.
Scores: help desks 2, AI work 2, price and timeline 1, post-launch 1, proof 2. It sits on top of Fin's own outcome billing, covered in our Fin pricing breakdown.
6. Smart Instinct: published prices on most help desks, 8/10
Smart Instinct describes itself as "a helpdesk implementation and AI agent setup agency" and publishes the same tiers on its Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom and Front pages. On October 14, 2026: a $750 audit credited toward a project, Essential $3,750 (1 platform, 1 integration, 2 to 4 weeks, up to 33 hours), Professional $10,500 (5 integrations, 3 to 5 weeks, 90 hours) and Premium $17,500 (2 platforms, 8 integrations, 4 to 6 weeks, 150 hours). Retainers start at $1,000 a month, migrations at $3,500 and enterprise at $25,000. It calls itself a Zendesk Advanced Partner, an Intercom Solution Partner and a Gorgias Managed Services Partner, and lists HubSpot Service Hub among 23+ platforms. We found no Freshdesk page.
Its "Best for" list includes "Someone internal will own the configuration afterward," and its "Not a fit if" list includes wanting "a guaranteed deflection percentage in the contract."
Scores: help desks 2, AI work 2, price and timeline 2, post-launch 1, proof 1.
Smart Instinct suits teams with an admin who will run the agent after the build, or one that budgets the retainer. A year of the Essential build plus the entry retainer for 11 months comes to $3,750 + $11,000 = $14,750, before the help desk's own AI fees.
7. Faye: Intercom and Zendesk specialist, 7/10
Faye calls itself "the Fin Service Partner of the Year" on its Intercom services page, and Zendesk's directory lists it as a Premier partner. Its implementation jumpstart page, written for CRM, CX and AI projects in general, is unusually specific about hours: up to 3 one-hour current-state workshops, up to 7 one-hour future-state workshops, up to 42 hours of configuration, up to 5 hours of training and "up to 12 hours of post-launch support over a period of 5 business days following go-live." Its Fin rollout post says "A focused jumpstart typically runs a few weeks." Ongoing work runs through Axia for Fin, an annual subscription; the site menu also lists Axia for Zendesk and Freshworks. No price is published.
Scores: help desks 1, AI work 2, price and timeline 1, post-launch 1, proof 2: the rollout post reports a B2B SaaS client whose share of conversations handled by Fin went from 36% to 62% over three months, with the method described.
Faye suits teams rolling Fin out across several groups, where workshops and training matter as much as configuration.
8. Fiverr Gorgias AI gigs: cheapest entry, 6/10
Two Fiverr gigs for Gorgias AI Agent setup (sellers pious_michael and liampluglab) showed prices to us in Indian rupees on October 14, 2026. At about 100 rupees to the dollar they come to roughly $50, $250 and $650, and $245, $595 and $1,295, with 3, 5 and 7 day delivery. On the first, AI Agent setup starts at the middle tier. The second sizes tiers by number of ticket categories and adds "30-day calibration" at the top. Prices on Fiverr change with the viewer's currency, so treat these as approximate.
Scores: help desks 0, AI work 2, price and timeline 2, post-launch 1, proof 1.
9. Upwork Gorgias AI Agent package: fixed price, stops at handoff, 6/10
The Upwork Project Catalog listing "You will get Gorgias AI Agent Setup" showed $1,700 with 10-day delivery on October 14, 2026. Our same-day reading of the listing: AI Agent setup, guidance from top ticket drivers, escalation and fallback, testing, a Loom handoff and 30 days of QA monitoring are included. Help center writing from scratch, custom integrations, migration and "ongoing optimization after handoff" are not. The seller showed Top Rated Plus with 5.0 from 28 reviews.
Scores: help desks 0, AI work 2, price and timeline 2, post-launch 1, proof 1.
10. Leafworks: Zendesk AI in the DACH region, 5/10
Leafworks calls itself the largest Zendesk Premier Partner in the DACH region, with around 1,000 customer service projects. It publishes one client figure: 32% of Grover's messaging requests resolved by Zendesk AI agents as verified resolutions. On timeline it says "There is no reliable standard duration," and on cost that it depends on your plan, features and usage. Its free AI audit is a sensible first step for a German-speaking Zendesk team.
Scores: help desks 0, AI work 2, price and timeline 0, post-launch 1, proof 2.
11. Cloudstride: priced Intercom projects, 5/10
Cloudstride says it was the first partner globally to complete Intercom's new 2026 Services Certification. It publishes three ranges: Essential 2 to 4 weeks at EUR 2,500 to 4,000, Standard 4 to 8 weeks at EUR 4,000 to 7,000, and Complex 8+ weeks from EUR 7,000, plus a fixed-fee Discovery and Roadmap from EUR 1,200 that's deducted if you go ahead. Fin setup is one part of the implementation scope, next to inbox, workflow and migration work. The page asks for a project owner, a support lead, a technical contact and testers.
Scores: help desks 0, AI work 1, price and timeline 2, post-launch 1 (a client quote mentions ongoing configuration support; no scope on the page), proof 1.
12 to 14. Gorgias and Intercom specialists without prices, 4/10 each
- CatalyzeX (Gorgias directory) is a BPO that says it will "implement, monitor, train, and constantly iterate Gorgias' AI agent" and claims 30 to 50% automation rates without naming clients. Scores 0, 2, 0, 1, 1.
- Optimise:CX (Gorgias directory) lists "AI support agent setup and training" and "Ongoing CX optimisation". Scores 0, 2, 0, 1, 1.
- Otonomee describes itself as a Certified Fin AI Solution Partner and sells a knowledge-base audit, build and ongoing management. Scores 0, 2, 0, 1, 1.
15. RevPartners: the clearest HubSpot package, 4/10
RevPartners sells a Service Hub launch with prices on the page: Customer Support 14 days for $2,000, Customer Onboarding 14 days for $2,000, both together 30 days for $3,250, "the same for HubSpot Pro + Enterprise plans." The support package lets you pick knowledge base support or "foundational customer agent setup", and the FAQ says it configures HubSpot's native AI "using your included account credits." It describes itself as one of seven partners accredited for Service Hub. Post-launch support isn't described.
Scores: help desks 0, AI work 1, price and timeline 2, post-launch 0, proof 1. The AI part is one option inside a help desk launch, so pair it with someone who'll tune the agent afterward.
16 to 18. Help desk services and smaller listings
- Freshworks Professional Services offers custom onboarding packages, a Managed Services plan with "a monthly bucket of hours for configuration", and end-to-end bot implementation for Freshchat. No price. Scores 0, 1, 0, 1, 1.
- custo.tech is a Gorgias "Partner & Services Certified" agency offering "full setup, AI Agent training, and BPO coverage," with 3 directory reviews (one unnamed reviewer says "we automated over 40% of our support volume"). AI Agent training is one line in a wider service, so it gets 1 for AI work. Scores 0, 1, 0, 0, 1.
- Premium Plus lists "Knowledge base optimisation for AI" and "AI configuration and strategy" among its Zendesk partner services and makes a point worth knowing: buying Zendesk through a partner, "The licence cost is the same." Scores 0, 1, 0, 0, 1.
The official directories
Zendesk's partner directory listed 318 partners on October 14, 2026: 227 offering Implementation, 70 with the AI Agents product certification and 68 with the Copilot certification. Filter by AI Agents first. agencies.gorgias.com lets you filter by budget bracket and service, and Gorgias offers to match you with a partner. Freshworks' partner directory has a Service Partner tab. We found no public Front solutions-partner directory: front.com/partners returned a 404 on October 14.
Who to call on each help desk
| Help desk | Agencies and partners with AI setup on their own pages | Help desk vendor's own service | AI vendors with setup included | Freelancer route |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk | Smart Instinct, Faye, Leafworks, Premium Plus; 70 AI Agents certified partners in the directory | Not reviewed for this page | AdelanteCX, Fini, Macha, Siena; Fin with Deployment Services | Not checked |
| Gorgias | Smart Instinct, CatalyzeX, Optimise:CX, custo.tech | Not reviewed for this page | AdelanteCX, Fini, Macha, Siena | Upwork $1,700 package; Fiverr gigs about $245 to $1,295 |
| Intercom | Faye, Cloudstride, Otonomee, Smart Instinct | Fin Deployment Services | Fini, Macha, Siena | Not checked |
| Freshdesk | Faye (Axia for Freshworks); Service Partner tab in the Freshworks directory | Freshworks Professional Services | AdelanteCX, Fini, Macha; Fin with Deployment Services | Not checked |
| HubSpot | RevPartners, Smart Instinct | Not reviewed for this page | Fini, Macha; Fin with Deployment Services | Not checked |
| Front | Smart Instinct | Not reviewed for this page | Fini, Macha | Not checked |
On Front we found one agency publishing implementation work (Smart Instinct) and no public partner directory, and on Freshdesk few agency pages describe Freddy AI setup. On both, a vendor that includes setup is the simplest route we found. For the wider picture of who sells this work, by provider type, see who can set up AI customer support for you. For how each desk's own AI works, see our guides to Gorgias AI Agent, Freddy and other agents on Freshdesk, HubSpot's customer agent and Front AI.
What does each route cost?
| Route | What you pay to start | What you pay after launch | What's usually left with your team |
|---|---|---|---|
| Agency with published prices | $2,000 (RevPartners) to $17,500 (Smart Instinct Premium); EUR 2,500 to 7,000+ (Cloudstride) | Retainer from $1,000 a month (Smart Instinct), or bounded hours (Faye: 12 hours) | Tuning, unless you buy the retainer |
| Agency without published prices | A quote after discovery | A quote, or a managed-service subscription | Depends on the contract |
| Freelancer | About $245 to $1,700 | Nothing, or more hours | All tuning after 30 days at most |
| Vendor with setup included | Nothing separate: Macha $299/month for 750 tickets; AdelanteCX $900 a month; Siena $750 a month plus $0.90 a ticket | The same monthly price | Approvals and policy decisions |
An agency paid per build earns nothing from month four unless you buy a retainer, which is why post-launch help is usually capped in hours or days. A vendor that charges monthly earns only while the agent keeps working, so tuning is part of its own interest. Agencies that configure the help desk's own AI also leave you paying that AI's meter as well, such as Zendesk's per-resolution fee (our Zendesk AI pricing guide has the rates). Our hidden costs post covers what else lands on the invoice.
How do you choose an AI implementation partner?
Three questions settle most of the choice.
- Is this an AI project or a help desk project? If you're also migrating, redesigning routing or adding a brand, you need a help desk partner. If the help desk works and you want an AI agent on it, an AI vendor that includes setup will usually be cheaper and faster.
- Who will change the agent in month four? If you have an admin with a few hours a week, a fixed-price agency build or a freelancer is fine. If you don't, pick a route where tuning is in the price.
- Which AI are you buying? Most partners configure the help desk's own AI. Vendors like AdelanteCX, Fini, Macha and Siena run their own agent on your desk. Decide that first, because it decides who can implement it.
| You are | Look at first | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A Shopify brand on Gorgias, no developer, under 1,500 tickets a month | AdelanteCX, Macha or Siena, or the Upwork package if someone will maintain it | Order lookups and returns need tuning as policies change |
| An Intercom team already paying for Fin | Fin Deployment Services, Faye or Cloudstride | You're buying Fin; these are the people who deploy it |
| A Zendesk team mid-migration | A certified partner from the directory (Leafworks, Faye, Smart Instinct) | A migration is a project with an end date |
| A Freshdesk team that wants an AI agent, not a Freshdesk rebuild | Macha, Fini or AdelanteCX | Few agencies publish Freddy AI setup work |
| A HubSpot Service Hub team launching the help desk itself | RevPartners for the launch, then whoever will tune the agent | RevPartners prices the help desk; AI is one option inside it |
| A Front team | Fini or Macha, or Smart Instinct for Front configuration | We found no public Front partner directory to search |
| A team with 10,000+ tickets a month and a procurement process | Fini, Fin Deployment Services, or an agency with an enterprise tier | Pilots with written targets and security reviews take this size |
Who does each job on each route?
| Job | Agency or partner | Freelancer | Vendor with setup included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Choose what to automate first | Partner, in discovery workshops | You | Vendor, from your past tickets |
| Write and fix knowledge articles | Often extra scope | Usually excluded | Vendor |
| Connect order, billing and other tools | Partner, priced per integration | Simple ones only | Vendor |
| Test on real tickets before launch | Partner | Freelancer, once | Vendor, in safe mode |
| Read conversations after launch | You, or the partner on a retainer | You | Vendor |
| Change instructions when a policy changes | You, or a retainer | You | Vendor |
Testing deserves its own line in any contract. Ask for the normal case, an escalation, an edge case and a tone check on your own tickets before anything goes live. Our guide to testing agents on real data before launch shows what that looks like.
Questions to ask a partner before you sign
- Which AI will you configure, the help desk's own or a third-party agent, and who bills me for it?
- What price and timeline will you commit to in writing, and what's outside scope?
- How many hours of post-launch support are included, over how many days?
- Who reads conversations after launch, and how fast do you change the agent when I ask?
- What does a retainer cost, and what does it cover each month?
- Which tests do you run on my past tickets before launch?
- Can we start with one ticket category, with drafts reviewed by my team?
- Who owns the configuration and the knowledge articles if we stop working together?
- What resolution rate have you reached for a company like mine, and how was it measured?
- Are you a certified partner for this help desk, and at what tier? Check the answer in the official directory.
Be wary of anyone who promises a resolution percentage before seeing your tickets. Smart Instinct makes the same point on its own pricing page.
When do you need a full help desk partner instead?
An AI vendor, including Macha, isn't the right hire for every job. Use a certified help desk partner when you are:
- moving from one help desk to another, with historical tickets to migrate;
- redesigning routing, SLAs, views, forms or brands;
- building custom help desk apps or a CRM, ERP or telephony integration;
- buying licenses and want one firm to own the contract;
- rolling the help desk's own AI out across many teams, with workshops and training.
Many teams do both: a partner for the help desk project and an AI vendor for the agent that runs on top. They don't conflict, and a good partner will tell you when the AI layer isn't their job.
Common questions
Who is the best Zendesk AI implementation partner?
For a Zendesk migration or rebuild, start with Zendesk's partner directory and filter by the AI Agents certification (70 partners); Smart Instinct publishes prices, and Leafworks and Faye publish the most detail about their AI work. For an AI agent on a Zendesk setup that already works, AdelanteCX, Fini and Macha include setup and ongoing tuning in their price, and Fin runs on Zendesk with Fin Deployment Services available.
Which agency can set up Gorgias AI Agent for a Shopify store?
Smart Instinct publishes Gorgias builds from $3,750, and CatalyzeX, Optimise:CX and custo.tech list AI Agent setup in the Gorgias directory. Freelance packages ran from about $245 on Fiverr to $1,700 on Upwork, and both stop at handoff. Vendors that run their own agent on Gorgias with setup included are AdelanteCX, Fini, Macha and Siena.
Who can help implement Intercom Fin?
Fin Deployment Services is Intercom's own team, with "enterprise rollout in under 90 days" and no published price. Faye, Cloudstride and Otonomee are Intercom partners; Cloudstride publishes EUR 2,500 to 7,000+ by project size.
Is there an implementation partner for Freshdesk's Freddy AI?
Freshworks sells it through its Professional Services team and lists service partners in its directory, but few agencies publish Freddy AI setup work. Faye lists a managed service for Freshworks. If you want an AI agent on Freshdesk without a Freshdesk project, AdelanteCX, Fini and Macha include setup, and Fin works on Freshdesk with Fin Deployment Services available.
Does a HubSpot Solutions Partner set up the customer agent?
Some do as part of a Service Hub launch. RevPartners offers "foundational customer agent setup" as an option in its $2,000, 14-day support package. Ask how long they'll support the agent after launch, because the package page doesn't say.
Is Macha a Zendesk, Gorgias or Intercom partner?
No. Macha is an AI vendor that runs on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom and includes setup and ongoing tuning by its own team. It doesn't resell help desk licenses or do migrations. If your help desk isn't on that list, Macha isn't available there today.
How much does it cost to hire an agency to set up AI customer support?
Published agency prices on October 14, 2026 ran from $2,000 at RevPartners to $17,500 at Smart Instinct, plus the help desk's AI fees and any retainer. Freelance gigs that include AI setup ran from about $245 to $1,700. Vendors with setup included charge a monthly price instead of a setup fee.
How we researched this
On October 14, 2026 we read the public page of every provider listed, plus the Zendesk, Gorgias and Freshworks partner directories. We started from the pages ChatGPT and Claude cited in our October 13 survey of buyer questions about Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, Freshdesk and HubSpot AI implementation, and added providers from the official directories. Zendesk's directory and Upwork block scripted requests, so we read them in a logged-out browser. Fiverr showed prices in Indian rupees, converted at about 100 rupees to the dollar. We didn't hire, contact or sign up with any provider, so we scored only what each publishes. One reviewer applied the scoring rubric. A provider with strong unpublished terms will score lower here than it deserves, so ask for them.
Prices change. We'll re-check every entry by December 14, 2026. If you run one of these firms and something is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
If you want a second opinion before calling anyone, our free support audit grades your past tickets by category and shows which ones an AI agent could handle. You can then take the report to any partner on this list.
