How Much Does Fini AI Cost? Fini Pricing Explained (2026)
Fini AI charges per resolved ticket: $0.89 on its Growth plan, $0.69 on Scale and $0.49 on Enterprise, according to its pricing page as of October 11, 2026. Each plan also carries a monthly ticket allowance and is billed in advance, but the plan fee itself isn't printed. In July 2026 the same page listed it: $3,600 a month for Growth and $9,000 for Scale. This guide explains why Fini's own pages give four different answers, what a resolution is, and what Fini would cost at 750, 1,500, 3,000 and 10,000 tickets a month next to a per-ticket price.
Key takeaways
- As of October 11, 2026, Fini lists $0.89 per resolved ticket on Growth, $0.69 on Scale and $0.49 on Enterprise; the $0.49 people quote is the Enterprise rate.
- Fini's July 2026 pricing page printed plan fees of $3,600 a month for Growth (2,000 resolutions) and $9,000 for Scale (8,000); by Fini's September 21, 2026 capture they were gone.
- On rates alone, Macha, at about $0.40 per ticket, costs less per resolved ticket than Fini Growth once the agent resolves about 45% of tickets, Scale above 58% and Enterprise above 82%.
- If Fini still charges a plan fee near July's $3,000 annual-billing rate, a 3,000-ticket team pays at least $3,000 a month on Growth against Macha's $1,199.
- Fini's 90% in 90 days guarantee covers new enterprise customers with 1M+ tickets a year; Macha promises to have you live in safe mode within 7 days.

Fini figures are from usefini.com on October 11, 2026; Macha's from getmacha.com the same day. Every cost below is our arithmetic on those published rates, worked in the open.
Disclosure: Macha publishes this blog and sells an AI agent priced per ticket. We've shown the cases where Fini's model costs less, and we link every Fini source so you can check them.
Why do Fini's prices look different depending on where you read them?
Search "Fini AI pricing" and you'll find four answers. They come from Fini's own pages at different dates, and from third parties who quoted those pages.
1. The pricing page today. Three plans, each priced per resolved ticket, each with a monthly ticket allowance. The page says "One plan covers the platform, implementation, and a monthly allowance of tickets," and its billing FAQ says "The plan is billed in advance with annual, quarterly, or monthly payment options, while overage is billed monthly in arrears." The plan's own dollar price isn't on the page, and the FAQ answer to "How much does Fini cost?" gives only the three rates.
2. Fini's llms.txt. This is the file Fini writes for AI answer engines. Its version dated October 9, 2026 says pricing "Starts at $0.49 per resolution: one flat, usage-based rate, no named Growth/Scale/Enterprise tiers." Two days after that update, the pricing page still shows three named tiers at three rates. The same file asks AI engines not to quote "$0.69 per resolution flat", a "$1,799 monthly minimum" or a "free Starter tier", calling them retired figures. That's why chatbots and search summaries so often say Fini "starts at $0.49". They're reading Fini's own summary, which describes the Enterprise rate as the starting price.
3. The $3,600 and $9,000 figures. These come from Fini's own pricing page in July 2026, preserved in an Internet Archive capture from July 20. That version listed Growth at $3,600 a month, or $3,000 a month billed yearly ($36,000 a year), including 2,000 resolved tickets; Scale at $9,000, or $7,500 billed yearly ($90,000), including 8,000; and an FAQ that priced Enterprise at $18,000 a month with 30,000 resolutions. The per-resolution rates you see today were the overage rates "after that". eesel's Fini alternatives post, last edited August 19, 2026, copied that table, which is how the figures spread.
By the September 21 capture, the dollar plan fees were gone, the allowance had changed from 2,000 resolutions to "up to 3,000 tickets", and the rates had moved to the top of each card. The overage table on that capture still read "2,000 resolutions" and "8,000 resolutions"; today it reads "upto 3,000 tickets" and "upto 10,000 tickets".
4. Older versions. The June 6 capture shows a free Starter plan for 50 tickets and a Growth plan at $0.69 per resolution with a $2,999 minimum monthly bill. That's where the "free tier" in some AI summaries comes from. When we checked Google on October 8, its AI Overview for "fini ai pricing" still said Fini "starts at $0.49 per resolution, alongside a free tier".
So what does Fini cost? The rate per resolved ticket is public; the monthly commitment isn't. The current page says there are "no usage minimums" and Fini's billing docs estimate spend as resolutions times your rate, which points to paying only for what's resolved. But the same page still bills "the plan" in advance for an allowance, and until July that plan had a printed price. Below we cost both readings, and in the last section we list what to ask Fini's sales team to settle it in writing. For the product itself, see our complete Fini AI guide.
What counts as a resolution on Fini's bill?
Fini's pricing page defines a resolution as "the customer's issue was solved end to end, with no human handover". Its billing docs are stricter. The agent must fully solve the issue "with no human ever touching the conversation and no customer reply for 72 hours."
Fini doesn't charge for:
- conversations escalated to your team, including escalations triggered by a guardrail, missing knowledge or a failed API call
- conversations waiting on the customer, and sessions the customer abandons
- greetings and spam
- conversations the customer reopens within 72 hours
- any conversation a teammate replied to or worked on
That's a strict definition, and it favors the buyer. A ticket where the agent drafts a perfect answer and a person clicks send isn't a resolution, so you don't pay for it.
Two other units are available. The pricing page offers a flat per-conversation rate "on request" for high-volume or low-handle-time profiles, and the overage table lists it: $0.69 per conversation on Growth and $0.49 on Scale, against $0.89 and $0.69 per resolution. You can switch metric at renewal. Voice is separate on every plan: $0.89 per answered call for the first 10,000 a month, $0.59 from 10,001 to 50,000, and $0.35 above that.
Per-resolution pricing gives Fini a plain incentive. It earns more as its agent resolves more, so its interest in resolution quality lines up with yours, and its docs say as much: "Your incentives and Fini's line up." The flip side is that your bill rises with success, and "what counts as a resolution" becomes the clause your invoice depends on. Fini's definition is public and tight, which is to its credit. We compare the pricing shapes across vendors in per-action vs per-resolution pricing.
Macha counts differently. One ticket is one thread with one person, charged once however many messages it takes, up to 50. The ticket counts whether the agent resolves it or hands it to your team. So Macha charges for tickets its agent works and then escalates, which Fini doesn't, and Fini charges more for each ticket it does resolve.
What would Fini cost at 750, 1,500, 3,000 and 10,000 tickets a month?
Assumptions, so you can rerun them with your own numbers:
- The agent works every ticket in the monthly volume, and "resolved" uses Fini's definition: solved with no human touch.
- Fini's plan is the smallest one whose allowance fits the volume: Growth up to 3,000 tickets, Scale at 10,000. If Fini would put a smaller team on Scale's $0.69 with no fee, use the Scale break-even of 58%.
- Fini, rates only: resolved tickets × the plan's rate, with no plan fee (the reading Fini's docs suggest).
- Fini, July 2026 fees: the July pricing page on yearly billing, Growth $3,000 a month with 2,000 resolutions and Scale $7,500 with 8,000, plus the overage rate on resolutions above the allowance, taking whichever plan is cheaper. On monthly billing, add $600 to every Growth figure and $1,500 to every Scale figure.
- Macha: the tier that matches the volume. $299 a month for 750 tickets, $599 for 1,500, $1,199 for 3,000, $1,999 for 5,000, $2,999 for 7,500 and $3,999 for 10,000, with custom pricing above that.
| Tickets a month | Resolved | Resolved tickets | Macha bill | Fini, rates only | Fini, July 2026 fees (yearly billing) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 50% | 375 | $299 | $333.75 (375 × $0.89) | $3,000 (Growth) |
| 750 | 70% | 525 | $299 | $467.25 (525 × $0.89) | $3,000 (Growth) |
| 750 | 90% | 675 | $299 | $600.75 (675 × $0.89) | $3,000 (Growth) |
| 1,500 | 50% | 750 | $599 | $667.50 (750 × $0.89) | $3,000 (Growth) |
| 1,500 | 70% | 1,050 | $599 | $934.50 (1,050 × $0.89) | $3,000 (Growth) |
| 1,500 | 90% | 1,350 | $599 | $1,201.50 (1,350 × $0.89) | $3,000 (Growth) |
| 3,000 | 50% | 1,500 | $1,199 | $1,335.00 (1,500 × $0.89) | $3,000 (Growth) |
| 3,000 | 70% | 2,100 | $1,199 | $1,869.00 (2,100 × $0.89) | $3,089 ($3,000 + 100 × $0.89) |
| 3,000 | 90% | 2,700 | $1,199 | $2,403.00 (2,700 × $0.89) | $3,623 ($3,000 + 700 × $0.89) |
| 10,000 | 50% | 5,000 | $3,999 | $3,450.00 (5,000 × $0.69) | $5,670 (Growth: $3,000 + 3,000 × $0.89) |
| 10,000 | 70% | 7,000 | $3,999 | $4,830.00 (7,000 × $0.69) | $7,450 (Growth: $3,000 + 5,000 × $0.89) |
| 10,000 | 90% | 9,000 | $3,999 | $6,210.00 (9,000 × $0.69) | $8,190 (Scale: $7,500 + 1,000 × $0.69) |
- On rates alone, the two are close, and the resolution rate decides. At 750 tickets and 50%, Fini's $333.75 is $34.75 more than Macha's $299. At 10,000 tickets and 50% on Scale, Fini's $3,450 is $549 less than Macha's $3,999. At 70% and 90%, Macha's bill is lower at every volume.
- If the plan fee is a fixed monthly commitment, small teams pay for capacity they don't use. Under July's yearly-billing fees, a 750-ticket team resolving 90% uses 675 of its 2,000 included resolutions and pays $3,000, which is $4.44 per resolved ticket ($3,000 / 675). Macha's $299 works out to $0.44.
- At 10,000 tickets, Fini's Enterprise rate changes the picture. At $0.49, 9,000 resolutions cost $4,410 on rates alone, close to Macha's $3,999. Enterprise is "Contact us" today, and in July its FAQ priced it at $18,000 a month, so treat that as a quote to request rather than a number to plan on.
The table doesn't count the human cost of the tickets the agent doesn't resolve. That cost is the same under both vendors, so it doesn't change which bill is lower, but it's the bigger number in most support budgets. Our post on the economics of cost per resolution works through it.
At what resolution rate is Macha cheaper than Fini?
Divide Macha's tier price by the tickets it includes and you get the cost of a worked ticket: $299 / 750 = $0.399, and the other tiers round to the same $0.40. Divide that by the share of tickets the agent resolves and you get Macha's cost per resolved ticket. Fini's cost per resolved ticket, before any plan fee, is simply its rate. Set the two equal and solve for the resolution rate.
| Fini plan | Fini rate per resolved ticket | Macha is cheaper above | Arithmetic |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $0.89 | about 45% | $0.399 / $0.89 = 44.8% at 750 tickets; 44.9% at 1,500 and 3,000 |
| Scale | $0.69 | 58% | $0.3999 / $0.69 = 58.0% at 10,000 tickets |
| Enterprise | $0.49 | 82% | $0.3999 / $0.49 = 81.6% at 10,000 tickets |
Below those rates, Fini's per-resolution model is the cheaper bill. A 750-ticket team whose agent resolves 30% would pay Fini $200.25 (225 × $0.89) against Macha's $299. Resolution pricing protects you here, because you don't pay for the agent's misses.
Macha's cost per resolved ticket at the three rates in the cost table:
| Resolution rate | Macha per resolved ticket | Arithmetic |
|---|---|---|
| 50% | $0.80 | $0.399 / 0.5 |
| 70% | $0.57 | $0.399 / 0.7 |
| 90% | $0.44 | $0.399 / 0.9 |
With a fixed plan fee, the break-even falls. At July's $3,000 yearly-billing Growth fee, Macha's whole bill at 750, 1,500 or 3,000 tickets ($299, $599 or $1,199) is below Fini's fee before a single resolution is counted. At 10,000 tickets, Fini Growth reaches Macha's $3,999 once it resolves about 3,123 tickets ($3,000 + 1,123 × $0.89 = $3,999.47), a 31% resolution rate.
Fini advertises 90% resolution. If your agent gets near that, Macha's $0.44 per resolved ticket is about half of Fini Growth's $0.89 and below Scale's $0.69 and Enterprise's $0.49. If you expect a lower rate on your first categories, which is common while knowledge gaps get filled, check the rates-only row for your volume.
What does Fini's price include, and what costs extra?
Included on every plan. The whole platform, implementation, voice at its standard rate card, and no seat fees. Fini's pricing FAQ says compliance is included at no extra charge: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA-compliant and BAA-eligible handling, GDPR and CCPA.
What changes by plan. The person you get. Growth lists "Shared customer success" and priority email support. Scale adds "White-glove onboarding" and a "Dedicated AI engineer", plus extras such as custom API actions, scheduled reports and quarterly business reviews. Enterprise adds a "Dedicated engineer pod" with a 15-minute SLA, the 90-day free pilot, data residency, BAA and DPA terms, and a "switching-cost credit" of up to $50,000.
Billing terms. The plan is billed in advance, annually, quarterly or monthly; yearly billing includes two months free. Overage bills monthly in arrears at your plan's rate, and unused allowance rolls forward one month. Multi-year terms take off 15% for two years and 20% for three on Growth and Scale, 15% and 25% on Enterprise, with another 5% for paying a year upfront. Prices are in USD, with contracts available in EUR, GBP and AUD.
The guarantee. Fini's homepage offers "90% resolution in 90 days, or you pay $0." The terms limit it to a new enterprise customer handling 1M+ tickets a year, with at least 100,000 AI-handled interactions in the 90 days. It pays out if resolution is below 90%, AI CSAT doesn't beat human CSAT, or first response averages over 30 seconds. It covers Fini subscription fees only, can be claimed once, excludes pilots and discounted deals, and Fini calls it "a promotional program" it may "suspend, modify, or terminate" at any time. A team at 3,000 tickets a month handles 36,000 a year, 3.6% of the threshold.
Trials. The 90-day free pilot is for Enterprise customers. Growth and Scale have no published self-serve trial, though the homepage invites any prospect to "Send 1,000 real tickets, we'll prove it on your data", a sales-led proof. The "90 day risk-free trial" label beside that offer on the homepage points to the enterprise guarantee, not a self-serve trial.
Where Macha fits
Macha fits teams on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom handling a few hundred to 10,000 tickets a month who want the agent built and run for them without an enterprise contract. It's an AI agent layer on the help desk: the agent reads the ticket, searches your knowledge, looks things up in tools like Shopify or Stripe, and replies or leaves an internal note in your help desk. It's priced on one plan by volume, about $0.40 per ticket, billed monthly, with no overages and unlimited seats.
The price includes the work Fini splits across its tiers. Macha's done-for-you setup is the same on the trial and every plan: you connect your help desk and tools in about 15 minutes, the Macha team analyzes about a month of past tickets, builds the knowledge base and the agent, tests it on past tickets, and runs it in safe mode, with drafts as internal notes, until your team approves the replies. After that, a dedicated success manager handles your changes: new categories, instruction edits, new tools. At Fini, a dedicated person starts on Scale; at Macha, from the $299 plan and on the trial.
Macha's guarantee is live in safe mode within 7 days of connecting your help desk, or your first month is free. It covers time to go live, the part our team controls, and makes no promise about resolution rates the way Fini's does.
Two costs come with this model. In safe mode a person approves each reply before it goes out, and those tickets bill like any other while your team still sends the answer; the saving at that stage is drafting time, not headcount. And because Macha bills tickets the agent hands off, the setup is built to point the agent only at categories the ticket analysis says it can finish, one category at a time. Our Macha vs Fini comparison covers setup, channels and actions side by side.
When is Fini the better buy?
- You need compliance paperwork now. Fini lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS Level 1, GDPR, CCPA and HIPAA with a BAA. Macha's security page says SOC 2 is in progress, expected December 2026, and Macha doesn't offer HIPAA.
- You need voice. Fini prices answered calls on every plan. Macha has no voice channel.
- Your expected resolution rate is low, or uncertain, and you're on rates-only terms. Below about 45% on Growth, paying only for resolutions costs less than paying for every ticket worked.
- You're an enterprise over a million tickets a year. You qualify for the guarantee and the 90-day pilot, the $0.49 rate applies, and Fini's engineer pod is a deeper bench than one success manager.
- Your help desk isn't on Macha's list. Macha runs on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom; Fini's integrations list is longer, so check yours on both.
Per-resolution pricing also helps finance teams, because the bill moves with outcomes and a bad month for the agent is a cheap month. If that matters more than a fixed tier, Fini's model is built for it. For other options, our Fini AI alternatives guide compares eight, and Macha vs Intercom Fin covers the other outcome-priced agent people confuse with Fini.
Questions to ask Fini before you sign
Fini's sales team can settle the open points in one call. Ask for each answer in the order form:
- What is the plan fee for my tier, and is it a prepaid allowance or a cap? If you pay for 3,000 tickets of allowance and resolve 600, the rates-only table doesn't apply to you.
- Is there a minimum commitment? The page says "no usage minimums" and also bills the plan in advance, and Fini's own review post, last updated August 19, 2026, says annual pricing "includes two months without the monthly plan fee". Get the number in writing.
- How does the allowance count tickets? The page now says "tickets"; the July version said "resolved tickets". Ask whether escalated tickets use up allowance.
- Would per-conversation pricing be cheaper for me? At $0.69 per conversation on Growth, it costs less than $0.89 per resolution once more than about 78% of conversations resolve ($0.69 / $0.89 = 77.5%).
- What does a dedicated person cost on Growth? It's listed from Scale.
- What happens at renewal? Enterprise lists "No price increases"; ask what applies on your plan.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Fini AI cost? As of October 11, 2026, Fini charges $0.89 per resolved ticket on Growth (up to 3,000 tickets a month), $0.69 on Scale (up to 10,000) and $0.49 on Enterprise. The plan is billed in advance, and its fee isn't printed on the pricing page; in July 2026 it was $3,600 a month for Growth and $9,000 for Scale on monthly billing.
Does Fini AI have a free plan or free trial? No free plan today. The free Starter tier shown on Fini's June 2026 pricing page is gone, and Fini's llms.txt lists it as retired. Enterprise prospects get a 90-day free pilot; Growth and Scale have no published self-serve trial.
Is Fini's $0.49 per resolution the starting price? No. $0.49 is the Enterprise rate. Fini's llms.txt describes it as the starting price of "one flat" rate with no named tiers, but its pricing page lists Growth at $0.89 and Scale at $0.69.
Is Fini cheaper than Macha? It depends on the resolution rate and the plan fee. On rates alone, Fini costs less per resolved ticket when its agent resolves less than about 45% on Growth, 58% on Scale or 82% on Enterprise. Above those rates, Macha, at about $0.40 per ticket, costs less, and that price includes done-for-you setup and a dedicated success manager who handles your changes. If Fini's plan carries a fee like July's $3,000 a month, Macha costs less at every volume up to 3,000 tickets.
What doesn't Fini charge for? Escalations to your team, conversations a teammate touched, greetings, spam, abandoned sessions, and conversations the customer reopens within 72 hours. Seats are free.
Who qualifies for Fini's 90% in 90 days guarantee? New enterprise customers handling over 1 million tickets a year, with at least 100,000 AI-handled interactions in the first 90 days. It refunds or waives subscription fees for that period if resolution, CSAT or response-time targets are missed, and Fini can change or end the program at any time.
How we researched this
- Sources and access dates: Fini's pricing page, llms.txt (last updated October 9, 2026), guarantee terms (last updated 27/08/2025), homepage and billing docs were read and screenshotted on October 11, 2026, with a generic browser and no login. Macha's pricing page was captured the same day; Macha's tiers are from our own pricing data, last changed September 15, 2026.
- Earlier Fini pricing: Internet Archive captures of usefini.com/pricing from June 6, July 20 and September 21, 2026. eesel's Fini alternatives post, last edited August 19, 2026, carries the same July plan fees. The Google AI Overview wording is from our own search check on October 8, 2026.
- Arithmetic: Fini rates-only cost = resolved tickets × rate. July-fee cost = plan fee + (resolved tickets − allowance) × rate when positive, cheaper of Growth and Scale. Macha per worked ticket = tier price / tier tickets ($299 / 750 = $0.399; $3,999 / 10,000 = $0.3999). Break-even = Macha per worked ticket / Fini rate. The 10,000-ticket July break-even solves $3,000 + (R − 2,000) × $0.89 = $3,999, so R ≈ 3,122.5, or 3,123 whole tickets.
- Assumptions: the resolution rates are scenarios, not customer data. Fini's plan fee today is unknown, so we show both readings rather than pick one. We didn't buy or run Fini, and Fini's 90% resolution rate is its own claim.
To see what the agent would resolve on your own tickets before you compare bills, start a trial with $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit; the done-for-you setup is included.
