Best Zendesk Implementation Partners for AI Agents (2026): 15 Ranked From the Official Directory
The best Zendesk implementation partners for AI agents are the ones that hold Zendesk's AI Agents certification and also say, on their own sites, what they build and who tunes it after launch. Of 318 partners in Zendesk's directory on October 14, 2026, 67 offered Implementation and held the AI Agents certification. Scored on five stated criteria, AdelanteCX ranked first, followed by Gravity CX and Market Disrupt. Of the 15 we scored, only AdelanteCX publishes a price.
Key takeaways
- Zendesk's partner directory listed 318 partners on October 14, 2026, and 67 of them offered Implementation services and held the AI Agents product certification.
- AdelanteCX was the only one of the 15 scored partners to publish a price on its own site: $900 a month for 5,000 AI messages, with no setup fee.
- Gravity CX publishes a four-phase Zendesk launch over 4 to 6 weeks, and its directory profile promises a refund of the services fee if a six-week launch slips.
- 31 of the 67 AI Agents certified implementation partners had zero reviews in the directory, and 15 had 10 or more.
- 729 Solutions, a Premier partner that ChatGPT named in our October 13, 2026 test, listed no product certifications in the directory, so the AI Agents filter doesn't return it.
Disclosure: Macha publishes this blog. Macha isn't a Zendesk partner and isn't in this ranking. It sells an AI agent that runs inside Zendesk with setup included, and it appears once, in the section on when you don't need a partner. Every partner below comes from Zendesk's own directory, filtered the way a buyer would filter it, and every claim links to the partner's own page or profile, read on October 14, 2026. We didn't contact or hire any of them.
How we ranked them
We filtered Zendesk's partner directory to Services offered: Implementation plus Product Certifications: AI Agents, which returned 67 partners. We read every one of the 67 profiles, then the websites of the partners whose profiles describe AI work or that serve English-speaking buyers, and scored 15 of them. Each gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | A Premier level plus the AI Agents certification | AI Agents certification at an Advanced level, or no level shown | Not in the filtered results |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents | AI or automation described in general terms | No AI service described |
| Price or timeline published | Both, or a price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning or managed service described | A short hypercare period, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count. The scoring is ours and rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of a partner's work, which you only learn from references and a pilot.

Which Zendesk partners do AI agent work?
1. AdelanteCX: a managed AI agent with a price on the page, 10/10
AdelanteCX's directory listing is titled "Managed AI Support Agent for Ecommerce & Shopify", and it holds Premier levels on both the implementation and solution paths with 48 reviews, more than any other North American partner in the filtered set except Envoy. Its pricing page is the only price we found among the 15 partners we scored: $900 a month for 5,000 AI messages, $1,499 at 10,000 and $2,999 at 25,000, extra messages at $0.18, no setup fee, no free trial, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. The page says a ticket usually takes 3 to 5 AI messages and puts 5,000 messages at about 1,250 tickets, which is about $0.72 a ticket. The launch runs days 1 to 3, 4 to 7 and 8 to 10, and the starting plan includes "ongoing optimization".
Unlike most partners here, AdelanteCX runs its own AI agent connected to your Zendesk rather than configuring Zendesk's AI agents, and its site lists Zendesk AI as an alternative to itself. That puts it closer to the vendor-led route than to a classic implementation project, and our price criterion favors that kind of packaged offer.
Scores: 2, 2, 2, 2, 2. One caveat from our reading of the profile: the visible reviews are several years old and describe classic Zendesk setup work, from before it sold the AI agent. Check references for the AI product itself.
Best for: Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento brands that want order tracking, returns and exchanges handled by an agent someone else runs.
2. Gravity CX: the clearest published timeline, 8/10
Gravity CX, in Melbourne, serves Australia and New Zealand. Its implementation page lays out four phases over 4 to 6 weeks (week 1, weeks 2 to 4, week 5, then week 6 plus a 14-day stabilization period) and says most clients move to its Managed Zendesk subscription afterward. Its directory profile is more specific about AI than most: "We also deploy Zendesk AI agents, Copilot and Voice AI. We tune them against your real ticket data." The same profile promises "You're live in six weeks, or the services fee is refunded", and claims 150+ implementations and 200K+ AI resolutions. Managed Zendesk gives you a named consultant, a rolling improvement plan reviewed monthly, and quarterly reviews. No price is published; the implementation page offers a 45-minute scoping call that covers "what investment to expect".
Scores: 2, 2, 1, 2, 1.
Best for: teams in Australia or New Zealand with 20 to 100 agents, moving to Zendesk or rebuilding it, that want AI agents in the same project.
3. Market Disrupt: monthly tuning named on the page, 8/10
Market Disrupt, in Fort Worth, has Premier levels on both paths but only one directory review, which is what holds its score down. Its Zendesk page lists "AI agents & workflow automation" as a service and promises "Help center and AI deflection that resolve questions before a ticket exists", and says "Most implementations go live in a few weeks: the first week maps your current desk and designs the target instance". It's one of the few partner pages that names what happens after go-live in measurable terms: "monthly tuning against response, resolution & deflection". It also sells Claude AI services.
Scores: 2, 2, 1, 2, 1.
Best for: US teams that want a smaller firm to run the Zendesk instance and its AI month to month.
4. Envoy: the most reviewed US partner, 7/10
Envoy has 94 directory reviews and eight product certifications, and its profile claims "over 500 projects". Its AI transformation page says Envoy guides teams "from strategy and tool selection to rollout and optimization" and goes "beyond setup to make sure AI actually works for your team", including "tuning performance as your business evolves". Managed services covers ongoing admin work. The AI page describes AI in general terms rather than Zendesk AI agents specifically, and there's no price or timeline.
Scores: 2, 1, 0, 2, 2.
Best for: North American and European teams that want a large Zendesk practice with a long review history.
5. Leafworks: Zendesk AI in German-speaking Europe, 7/10
Leafworks calls itself the largest Zendesk Premier Partner in the DACH region, with around 1,000 customer service projects. Its Zendesk AI page covers AI agents, Copilot, routing and connections to CRM, ERP, shop and logistics systems, and publishes one client result: a share of Grover's messaging requests resolved by Zendesk AI agents as verified resolutions. The same page says Grover's Zendesk consolidation (three business units, eleven support addresses, four languages) took 5 weeks. On timelines in general it is candid: "There is no reliable standard duration." It offers a free AI audit.
Scores: 2, 2, 0, 1, 2.
Best for: German-speaking teams with integrations into back-office systems.
6. Faye: enterprise Zendesk work with a managed service after it, 7/10
Faye is a Premier partner on both paths, serves North America in the directory, and holds seven product certifications, including AI Agents, Copilot, Quality Assurance and Workforce Management. Its Zendesk services page calls it "a Zendesk Partner of the Year, two years running" and lists a GPT Agent Assist app for Zendesk. Its AI services page covers "Strategy, rollout, governance, and ongoing support". After launch, Faye sells Axia, a managed service billed as "one annual or monthly subscription" at "a fixed, flat-rate fee". The fee isn't shown.
Scores: 2, 1, 0, 2, 2. It ties Envoy and Leafworks on 7 and ranks behind them on review count. Faye also runs Intercom Fin projects, which we cover in our cross-desk partner ranking.
Best for: enterprise and commercial teams running several Zendesk products (QA, WFM, Copilot) that want one firm for the build and the years after it.
7. Helping: 100 reviews in Spain, 6/10
Helping, in Barcelona, has 100 directory reviews, the most in the filtered set, and its profile claims more than 950 projects since 2008. The profile says it designs and implements Zendesk "in all its dimensions", naming AI agents ("agentes de IA") alongside channels, integrations and automations. We found no price, timeline or post-launch scope.
Scores: 2, 2, 0, 0, 2.
Best for: Spanish-speaking teams in Spain.
8 to 11. Strong Zendesk shops where AI is one line, 5/10 each
These four score the same for different reasons, listed in review-count order.
- advoCX (London, 17 reviews) runs Learn and Launch phases, assessments and ongoing administration, but its services page doesn't describe AI work. Scores 2, 0, 0, 1, 2.
- LaPlante Management (Colorado Springs, 16 reviews) works as an outsourced Zendesk admin team, either alongside your staff or standing in for them. That's useful after an AI launch, but the site doesn't describe AI work. Scores 2, 0, 0, 1, 2.
- CustomerHD (Raleigh) pairs Zendesk services with a BPO team and lists AI chat, an AI voice agent and AI quality reviews. Its profile shows the AI Agents certification but no partner level. Scores 1, 2, 0, 1, 1.
- Kilted Consultant (UK): its directory profile describes new builds that include "configuration across the Zendesk suite, including AI Agents and Copilot", then "a hypercare period after launch" and "ongoing support once you're live". It claims 100+ instances managed and has no directory reviews yet. Scores 2, 2, 0, 1, 0.
12 to 15. Listed with the certification, little detail on AI, 3 to 4/10
- CRM Scene (London, 3 reviews): its profile promises "AI-Powered Automation" of customer interactions and ticket handling with "GPT-powered solutions". Its site returned 403 to our fetch. Scores 2, 1, 0, 0, 1.
- Aktie Now (Coral Gables): the profile says it stays "accountable for the outcome" in cost per ticket and retention, with no AI detail. Scores 2, 0, 0, 1, 1.
- TELUS Digital (Las Vegas): an enterprise contact center operator combining Zendesk with "GenAI expertise" and workforce management. Scores 2, 1, 0, 1, 0.
- ShadowRock (El Dorado Hills): the profile lists team certifications including "AI Agents Advanced (AIAA)" and Action Flows, and 200+ clients, without describing an AI service. Scores 2, 1, 0, 0, 0.
The other 52 of the 67 are mostly regional specialists, in Latin America, the Nordics, France, Germany, the Middle East and Asia. The region table below lists the Premier-level ones by where they work.
Partners AI answers name that the filter doesn't return
When we asked ChatGPT and Claude who can implement Zendesk AI on October 13, 2026, they cited several names that don't come back from the Implementation plus AI Agents filter. They may still be good hires, but the directory can't vouch for their AI certification.
- 729 Solutions (San Francisco) holds Premier levels on both paths and calls itself a "Premier Zendesk implementation, consulting and development partner" (its profile claims 300+ projects; its Zendesk page says 120), but its profile lists no product certifications. Its Zendesk page sells certified professionals "by the hour every month".
- Smart Instinct calls itself "a Zendesk Advanced Partner" on its Zendesk page and publishes the market's clearest prices: a $750 audit, builds at $3,750, $10,500 and $17,500 taking 2 to 4, 3 to 5 and 4 to 6 weeks, and retainers from $1,000 a month. Its Zendesk page first lists "AI agents and Copilot configured" in the $10,500 tier and core ticketing in the $3,750 tier, though its general pricing page says the $3,750 Essential tier includes AI that "answers the easy questions and escalates the rest". It wasn't among the 67 filtered results.
- Premium Plus ranks on Google for "zendesk implementation partner" with an explainer that says the license cost is the same whether you buy through a partner or direct. It isn't among the 67 filtered results.
- Cloudstride and Otonomee come up in the same answers but are Intercom Fin specialists; our cross-desk ranking and our Intercom partner ranking cover them.
What do Zendesk partner tiers and the AI Agents certification actually tell you?
Each directory profile carries levels per partnership path, read from the profile data on October 14, 2026. The implementation path showed Premier or Advanced. The solution path, for partners that resell Zendesk, showed Premier or Authorized. Some profiles also carry Featured or Spotlight tags, which are placement labels. A card shows a PREMIER badge if any of its levels is Premier: 47 of the 67 did, 34 of them at Premier on the implementation path, and 7 showed no level at all. A few profiles list two levels on the same path (atlantis dx shows both Advanced and Premier Implementation Partner), so ask the partner which one is current.
The AI Agents product certification is a separate filter. All 67 partners holding it alongside Implementation also hold the Copilot certification. ShadowRock's profile names it "AI Agents Advanced (AIAA)". The directory pages we read don't explain what a partner has to do to earn it, so treat it as Zendesk confirming the partner's people were trained and assessed on that product. Zendesk's public Academy runs AI agents courses at three levels, from getting started to "Configure, test, and optimize AI agents".
| What the directory verifies | What it doesn't |
|---|---|
| The partner is in Zendesk's program, at the level shown | How many AI agent projects the partner has shipped |
| Its people hold the product certifications listed | Resolution rates on any client's account |
| The regions, languages, segments and services it chose to list | Prices, timelines or how long support lasts after launch |
| Reviews left by its customers, with a count | Whether those reviews are about AI work or older Zendesk setups |
Reviews are thin. On October 14, 31 of the 67 had zero reviews, and only 15 had 10 or more. A Premier badge on a profile with no reviews tells you about the partner's standing with Zendesk, not with customers.
How do you filter the Zendesk partner directory for AI work?
- Open zendesk.com/marketplace/partners. It showed 318 partners on October 14, 2026.
- Under Services offered, tick Implementation (227). This is broader than the Partner types filter "Implementation Partner" (197), which only returns partners enrolled on that path.
- Under Product Certifications, choose AI Agents (70 on its own). With Implementation ticked, the count was 67.
- Narrow by Region serviced. Within the 67: Western Europe 32, North America 17, Middle East & Africa 13, Global 12, Latin America 12, Eastern Europe 10, Southeast Asia 8.
- Narrow by Languages (English 62, Spanish 18) and Served Segments (Commercial 63, SMB 60, Enterprise 59).
- Open each profile and check the levels, the number of reviews and the website link. Then read the partner's own site for AI work, a timeline and what happens after go-live, because the directory doesn't carry them.
| Region | Premier-level partners with Implementation and AI Agents (directory, October 14, 2026) |
|---|---|
| North America | AdelanteCX, Aktie Now, BCR.CX, CRM Scene, Envoy, Faye, Kilted Consultant, LaPlante Management, Market Disrupt, ShadowRock, SoftwareOne, The SaaSy People, TELUS Digital, PuntoShop, ROCA.WORK |
| UK and Ireland | advoCX, CRM Scene, Kilted Consultant, redk CRM Solutions, The SaaSy People |
| Eastern Europe | advoCX, Contact Center Live, CRM Scene, Kilted Consultant, redk CRM Solutions, ROCA.WORK, Sovellin |
| Western Europe | Aktie Now, atlantis dx, Cloudhuset, cloudmotion, Concentrix, Contact Center Live, Customerz, Envoy, HappiRel, Helping, Leafworks, neteleven, OPEN Digitalgruppe, ROCA.WORK, SEIF, SoftwareOne, Sovellin, Vaimo, XPCLOUD |
| Australia and New Zealand | Gravity CX, TELUS Digital |
| Latin America | BCR.CX, CXC Global, MakeITSimple, SIS Consulting, VerneLabs, Witbor, plus Aktie Now, Concentrix, PuntoShop and ShadowRock |
| Middle East and Africa | advoCX, Connect, CRM Scene, CX Experts, Databeys, GrowON Enterprise, redk CRM Solutions |
| Asia | DEMETER ICT, Eclect (Japan), JM Information, KEEN BEST Technology, SIEBRE.NET, plus Concentrix in Southeast Asia |
The UK row uses each partner's head office, because the directory has no UK region; those partners list Western Europe or Global. SoftwareOne and TELUS Digital list most regions, so they belong on several rows.
Who does each job: your team, a partner or a vendor
| Job | Your team | Zendesk partner | Vendor-led AI setup |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pick the ticket categories to automate first | Approves | Runs discovery workshops | Analyzes past tickets |
| Fix help center content the AI answers from | Supplies policy | If scoped | Vendor's team |
| Build order and account lookups | Grants access | Builds action flows or integrations | Vendor's team |
| Test on real tickets before launch | Reviews results | Runs the test plan | Vendor's team, in a draft-only mode |
| Read conversations after launch | Unless a managed service is bought | Only on a retainer or managed service | Included in most vendor prices |
| Fix wrong answers and add categories | Your admin | Retainer or a new project | Vendor's team |
| Migrations, routing, SLAs, custom apps | Approves | Core partner work | Not offered |
The incentive explains the gap. A partner paid per project or per hour earns more from a bigger build and nothing from week three after go-live unless you buy more time, and a partner that also resells Zendesk earns on the license whatever the AI resolves. Partners are built for projects with an end date, so the weekly work of reading AI conversations and fixing misses is either a separate managed service (Faye's Axia, Gravity CX's Managed Zendesk, Market Disrupt's monthly tuning) or it falls back to your admin. Our test-run guide covers what a good pre-launch test plan looks like, whoever runs it.
What does a Zendesk AI implementation partner cost?
None of the other 14 partners we scored publishes a price, so the table uses what we could find, all read on October 14, 2026. For scale: Zendesk freelancers started at about $5 an hour on Upwork, and Freelancer.com bids ran $10 to $34 an hour, when we checked on October 13, 2026, and none of the partners in this list publishes a day rate.
| Route | What you pay to start | What you pay after launch | Who tunes it after launch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your admin builds Zendesk AI agents | No setup fee; each plan includes a set number of automated resolutions, then Zendesk bills $2.00 per automated resolution pay-as-you-go (Zendesk pricing) | The same meter | Your admin |
| Directory partner with no published price (14 of the 15 we scored) | Scoped on a call | Managed service or retainer, also scoped | The partner if you keep paying, otherwise your admin |
| Zendesk partner with published prices (Smart Instinct, outside the filter) | $750 audit; $10,500 for the first tier that lists AI agents | Retainer from $1,000 a month | The partner on a retainer |
| Managed AI agent from a partner (AdelanteCX, its own agent rather than Zendesk's) | No setup fee | $900 a month for 5,000 AI messages | Included |
| Vendor-led AI layer (Macha, our product) | No setup fee | $299/month for 750 tickets | Included, with a dedicated success manager |
The partner and Zendesk numbers stack: a partner usually configures Zendesk's own AI agents, so the resolution meter keeps running on top of the partner's fee. Smart Instinct's Professional build, the first tier that lists AI agents, plus 11 months of its entry retainer comes to $10,500 + $11,000 = $21,500 before any Zendesk AI fees. Our Zendesk AI pricing breakdown covers the meter in detail.
Which partner fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A US ecommerce brand on Zendesk and Shopify, no admin to spare | AdelanteCX, or a vendor-led AI layer | Both include tuning after launch in a monthly price |
| An enterprise team adding AI to Zendesk QA, WFM and Copilot | Faye or Envoy | Large practices, multi-product certifications, long review histories |
| A 20 to 100 agent team in Australia moving to Zendesk | Gravity CX | Published 4 to 6 week plan with stabilization and a refund promise |
| A US team that wants someone to run Zendesk month to month | Market Disrupt or LaPlante Management | Ongoing admin is the core offer |
| A German-speaking team with ERP and shop integrations | Leafworks | Integration depth and a published client result |
| A Spanish-speaking team in Spain | Helping | 100 reviews and AI agents named in its implementation scope |
| A UK team that needs AI agents set up in a new Zendesk build | Kilted Consultant or advoCX | UK-based Premier partners; check references, since reviews are few for Kilted |
| A team on AI agents Essential or legacy bots | A partner or vendor that will rebuild on the current agents | Zendesk migrates remaining Essential agents in January 2027 and legacy bots from February 2027 |
| A team that only needs the AI agent, not a Zendesk rebuild | A vendor-led setup | A partner project adds cost without adding the weekly tuning |
On the Essential and legacy row: Zendesk's removal notice says it will migrate remaining Essential AI agents itself in January 2027 and legacy bots from February 2027. Our Essential end-of-support post covers what changes.
What should you ask a Zendesk partner before you sign?
- How many Zendesk AI agent projects have you shipped in the last 12 months, and can I speak to two of those clients?
- Who on the project holds the AI Agents certification, and will that person do the build?
- Will you configure Zendesk's own AI agents, a third-party agent, or your own product? Each bills differently.
- What does the AI need from us before kickoff: help center access, policies, sample tickets, a point person?
- How will you test the agent on our real tickets before customers see it, and which cases (normal questions, escalations, edge cases, tone)?
- What's included after go-live, for how long, and what does ongoing tuning cost per month?
- Who reads the AI conversations each week after the project ends?
- Do you quote resolution rates before seeing our data? (A good answer is no.)
- Is our Zendesk license priced the same through you as direct?
- Who owns the configuration, documentation and any custom apps if we stop working together?
Red flags, from what we read on 67 profiles:
- A guaranteed resolution or deflection percentage before anyone has looked at your tickets.
- A profile with a Premier badge and zero reviews, plus no named references when you ask.
- "AI" in the description but no AI Agents certification, or the reverse: the certification with no AI service anywhere on the site.
- A statement of work that ends at go-live with no line for who fixes wrong answers in week three.
- A quote for AI setup bundled into a license resale, where you can't see what the services cost.
Once you have a shortlist, our guide to choosing a Zendesk implementation partner covers the scorecard, published day rates and the statement-of-work clauses to negotiate.
When don't you need a Zendesk partner?
You don't need a partner if Zendesk is already set up the way you want and the only new thing is the AI agent. A partner earns its fee on migrations, routing and SLA redesigns, custom apps, CRM work and multi-product rollouts. For the AI layer alone, two other routes exist. Your admin can build Zendesk's own AI agents, which our Zendesk AI implementation guide walks through route by route. Or an AI vendor's own team can set its agent up inside your Zendesk.
Macha is our product, and it's the second kind. It isn't a Zendesk partner and doesn't sell Zendesk licenses or migrations. On the done-for-you route, our team analyzes about a month of your past tickets, builds the knowledge base and the agent for the first category, and runs it in safe mode, where drafts land as internal notes in your Zendesk and nothing reaches a customer until your team approves. Connecting Zendesk takes about 15 minutes. The promise on that page is "live in safe mode within 7 days, or your first month is free".
It costs about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, and that includes setup and a dedicated success manager who handles your changes after launch: new categories, instruction changes, new tools. The trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit, with the same setup. Macha fits teams on Zendesk that want tickets resolved by an agent someone else builds and tunes. It's not the answer for a migration or a Zendesk redesign; hire a partner from the list above for that, and the two can run side by side. If you're comparing Zendesk's own agents with a third-party one first, read Zendesk AI agents vs a third-party agent. To see which of your categories an agent could take first, request a free support audit.
Common questions
Who is the best Zendesk AI implementation partner?
It depends on your region and on who you want running the AI after launch. On our five criteria, AdelanteCX scored 10 of 10 for publishing a price, a 10-day plan and included tuning. It runs its own AI agent inside Zendesk rather than configuring Zendesk's, it focuses on ecommerce, and it lists North America as its only directory region. Gravity CX and Market Disrupt followed at 8, each with a published timeline and a managed service after go-live, then Envoy, Leafworks and Faye at 7.
Who can implement Zendesk AI agents for our support team?
Three kinds of provider can. A Zendesk implementation partner (67 held the AI Agents certification and offered Implementation on October 14, 2026), your own Zendesk admin using Zendesk's AI agents, or an AI vendor whose team sets up its agent inside your Zendesk. Partners suit projects that include a migration or redesign; the other two suit adding AI to a desk that already works.
What is the Zendesk AI Agents partner certification?
It's a product certification shown on partner profiles in Zendesk's directory and used as a filter there. 70 partners held it on October 14, 2026. The directory doesn't publish what earning it requires, so read it as evidence of trained, assessed people, not of shipped AI projects or results.
What's the difference between Premier and Advanced Zendesk partners?
They're levels within Zendesk's partner program, shown per path on each profile: Premier or Advanced on the implementation path, Premier or Authorized on the solution (reselling) path. Premier is the higher level. Neither level tells you a partner's AI experience, prices or review history, so check those separately.
How much does a Zendesk implementation partner charge for AI?
Of the 15 partners we scored from the 67 AI Agents certified implementation partners, only one published a price on October 14, 2026: AdelanteCX, at $900 a month for 5,000 AI messages with no setup fee. Smart Instinct, which calls itself a Zendesk Advanced Partner but wasn't in the filtered results, publishes $10,500 for the first build tier that includes AI agents and retainers from $1,000 a month. The rest quote after a call.
Do I need a Zendesk partner to add AI to Zendesk?
No. Zendesk's AI agents can be configured by your admin, and a third-party AI vendor can set up its own agent without a partner. A partner is worth hiring when the project also includes a migration, a routing or SLA redesign, custom apps or CRM integration work.
How long does a partner-led Zendesk AI implementation take?
The published timelines run from 10 days (AdelanteCX) and "a few weeks" (Market Disrupt) to four phases over 4 to 6 weeks plus a 14-day stabilization period (Gravity CX). Leafworks says there's no reliable standard duration. Most partners in the directory don't publish one.

On October 14, 2026 we read Zendesk's partner directory in a logged-out browser, because scripted requests get a 403. We applied the Implementation and AI Agents filters, recorded the facet counts, and read the profile data (levels, regions, certifications, review counts, website) for all 67 partners returned, plus 729 Solutions. We then read the partners' own pages linked above. The names AI answers cite come from our October 13, 2026 test of ChatGPT and Claude on implementation questions, and the freelancer rates from public Upwork and Freelancer.com pages read the same day. Two sites, CRM Scene and The SaaSy People, refused our request, so for them we used only their directory text. Prices, timelines and quotes are as published that day; partners change them, so confirm before you sign. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner, and no partner paid for placement. Per-ticket arithmetic for AdelanteCX uses its own figure of about 1,250 tickets for 5,000 messages. The Zendesk resolution price comes from Zendesk's pricing page, read the same day. For the full set of routes and phases across every help desk, see our AI customer support implementation guide.
