Best Zendesk Partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (2026): 10 Ranked
The best Zendesk partner in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on our rubric is OPEN Digitalgruppe in Kassel, which scores 9 out of 10, followed by Leafworks and neteleven at 7. Zendesk's partner directory lists 10 implementation partners with a head office in the region on October 29, 2026: eight in Germany, two in Switzerland and none in Austria. We scored all 10 on the same five criteria as our global ranking, using only their public pages, and only neteleven publishes a price for a Zendesk setup.
Key takeaways
- OPEN Digitalgruppe ranks first at 9/10 for named Zendesk AI Agents work, a few-week timeline and fully managed services after go-live.
- Only four of the 10 partners hold Zendesk's AI Agents certification, and all four are Premier Solution Partners based in Germany.
- neteleven is the only partner in the region that publishes a setup price: a Zendesk Starter package at about $8,350 (€7,500) plus VAT, live 14 days after you hand over the data.
- No partner on Zendesk's list has its head office in Austria, so Austrian teams pick from German or Swiss firms.
- Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on is free on Suite Professional or higher, but Zendesk doesn't switch it on for you.

Levels and review counts come from each partner's Zendesk directory profile, read on October 29, 2026. "Not published" means we found no figure on the profile or the pages of the partner's site we read.
How we ranked them
We took every partner in Zendesk's directory with the partner type Implementation Partner and a head office in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. That returned 10. We read each directory profile, then each partner's own site for AI work, prices, timelines and what happens after launch. The rubric is the one from our global ranking of Zendesk implementation partners, word for word, so a partner's score here matches its score there. Each partner gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | A Premier level plus the AI Agents certification | A Premier level without the certification, or the certification at an Advanced level or with no level shown | Neither |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents | AI or automation described in general terms | No AI service described |
| Price or timeline published | Both, or a price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning or managed service described | A short hypercare period, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count, and where reviews also tie, by directory standing. The scoring rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of anyone's work, which you only learn from references and a pilot.
Which Zendesk partners in DACH do AI agent work?
Each entry gives its points in rubric order, then who runs the firm and who it suits.
1. OPEN Digitalgruppe: Zendesk AI Agents plus managed services, 9/10
OPEN Digitalgruppe, in Kassel, sells Zendesk through its OPEN CX unit and is first in our global ranking too. Its Zendesk partner page says Zendesk AI Agents "beantworten Anfragen rund um die Uhr automatisch" (answer requests around the clock) and that projects run "häufig in wenigen Wochen", often in a few weeks. After go-live the page promises "dauerhaftes Coaching, Updates, jährliche Kunden-Events" (ongoing coaching, updates and yearly customer events), and support that runs "bis zu vollständig gemanagten Services", up to fully managed services. The same page calls OPEN a Premier Partner at Zendesk's "höchster Partnerstufe". No price is published, which is the only point it drops. In a directory review, Norbert Schinkel describes a Freshdesk to Zendesk migration with "klare Deadlines" and says OPEN offered advice "über den eigentlichen Scope hinaus" (beyond the agreed scope).
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Jan Müller, managing director (Geschäftsführer) of OPEN Digitalgruppe and OPEN CX, according to OPEN's about page.
Best for: German-speaking teams that want Zendesk AI agents built and then run as a managed service by the same firm.
2. Leafworks: around 1,000 projects and a published AI result, 7/10
Leafworks, in Norderstedt near Hamburg, calls itself "the largest Zendesk Premier Partner in the DACH region" and its Zendesk AI page cites "around 1,000 customer service projects". It has the most directory reviews in the region, 23, and its profile lists seven languages, from German and English to Croatian and Polish. The AI page says Zendesk AI Agents "answer questions, follow defined procedures and perform authorised actions in connected systems", and it publishes one client result: "32% of Grover's messaging requests are resolved by Zendesk AI Agents as Verified Resolutions." The same page says the Grover setup brought three business units and four languages into one Zendesk in 5 weeks, while warning that for Zendesk AI "there is no reliable standard duration." It offers a free AI audit. One directory reviewer, Dirk Demsar, calls it "lösungsorientiert" with "schnelle Reaktionszeiten" (solution-focused, quick to respond). Its directory profile says "Our work continues after go-live" without defining a service, which scores 1. neteleven also scores 7; Leafworks ranks above it on reviews, 23 to none.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Robert Cwicinski, CEO, per Leafworks' team page, which also lists Remo Deplazes as CEO of Leafworks Switzerland.
Best for: German- and Swiss-based teams with Zendesk tied into CRM, ERP, shop or logistics systems, especially across several languages.
3. neteleven: the only published Zendesk price in the region, 7/10
neteleven, in Munich, is the one partner of the 10 that tells you what a Zendesk setup costs. Its Zendesk Starter page prices the package at about $8,350 (€7,500) plus VAT, with Zendesk licenses on top, and promises "Go-Live in 14 Tagen" once you've supplied all the data. The scope is spelled out: up to 5 groups, 10 business rules, 20 macros, 5 SLAs, 8 views, one dashboard with 8 reports, and two 1.5-hour training sessions each for agents and admins. Add-ons cost about $2,800 (€2,500) each. The starter package itself only covers one day on call after go-live, but neteleven's customer service page says "Wir verlassen Sie nicht nach dem Launch" and describes continuous support, a regular review of existing use cases, new use cases and a quarterly goal review. That earns 2 for after launch.
AI is where it's thin. The same page says "KI-Chatbots beantworten Standardanfragen automatisch", and its Zendesk AI Support Kit turns out to be trial support for Zendesk's Copilot add-on: four short sessions adding up to about two hours. Nothing on the pages we read describes building Zendesk AI agents, so it scores 1. It holds the AI Agents certification in the directory data and has no reviews yet.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: a smaller German team that wants a fixed-price Zendesk setup with a known scope, and plans to add AI agents later.
4. Guidoo Services: priced AI assessments and a monthly admin service, 6/10
Guidoo Services, in Berlin, runs its website as a Zendesk help center. Its directory profile says it was founded by a former Zendesk employee with more than 10 years in CX, that it has "delivered hundreds of successful projects", and that its largest rollout covered more than 1,300 agents. Its Kickstart package for a new Zendesk promises "Go live within 2 to 6 weeks" with your most important channels, with whole projects usually running one to two months. On AI it sells a Zendesk AI assessment for about $560 (€499), or about $1,100 (€999) with two consultation calls: an analysis of your Zendesk setup and a report on "where (and if)" AI can help. Nothing we read describes building AI agents, so it scores 1 there. After launch, its post-launch support page offers an Admin Service, "a commitment on both sides to spend 4 hours per month on improving your Zendesk", usually for three to six months, plus bulk hours and ad-hoc help. It has 7 reviews and an Advanced Implementation badge.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on the pages we read; the directory profile says a former Zendesk employee founded it.
Best for: teams that want a priced look at Zendesk AI before committing to a build, then a few hours a month of admin help after launch.
5. Helpando.it: data migrations by an ex-Zendesk founder, 4/10
Helpando.it lists Berlin as its base on the directory and San Francisco, New York, Berlin and London in its site footer. Its about page says Fabian Dittrich founded it in 2013 after working in Zendesk's Professional Services team, working with "a global team of freelancers and contractors". The profile claims "over 650 successful projects" and carries 15 reviews, the third-most in the region after Leafworks and OPEN Digitalgruppe. The work is mostly migrations, account merges, help center design and custom apps. On AI, its services page says it delivers "conversational AI, chatbots, and custom API integrations" through a partnership with Quiq, a separate AI vendor, so ask whose agent a project would use. After launch the profile lists "General Zendesk Consulting and health checks" without a scope. Its scoping form promises a quote within 24 hours but shows no prices. On 4 points with atlantis dx, its 15 reviews put it first of the two.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Fabian Dittrich, founder, per Helpando's about page.
Best for: teams moving to Zendesk from another help desk, or merging two Zendesk accounts.
6. atlantis dx: a Hamburg agency with Zendesk alongside CRM work, 4/10
atlantis dx was founded in Hamburg in 1994 and its company page puts the team at more than 40. It sells Zendesk next to SugarCRM, Shopware and Make. Its Zendesk page lists a free demo instance, license advice and resale, implementation, custom integrations with CRM, ERP and ecommerce systems, admin training, and "Laufende Wartung und Support" with "Regelmäßige Reportings" and a personal contact. AI shows up as "KI-gestützte Bots und Add-ons" in general terms. It describes Zendesk projects for SIMONSWERK and for SVO, where it added Make as middleware. The directory data gives it Premier levels and the AI Agents certification, though its live profile shows Advanced Implementation and Premier Solution badges, and it has no reviews.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Michael Märtin heads the company (Geschäftsführung), per atlantis dx's company page, which also lists Denis Rathig, Radek Paluszak and Dario Waechter as partners in management.
Best for: German mid-market firms that want Zendesk connected to a CRM or shop system by an agency that builds both.
7. dtms: telephony inside Zendesk, 3/10
dtms, which the directory lists in Hamburg and whose legal notice gives a registered office in Mainz, describes itself on its directory profile as "the second largest value-added service network operator in Germany" and a Zendesk Premier Solution Provider, though the profile shows no badge. Its Zendesk offer is Dialog Control, a call routing product "100% developed in-house" whose agent client sits inside the Zendesk interface. The profile says dtms supports customers through rollout and "in the ongoing operation of your multi-channel solution", with no scope given. Its own homepage adds AI for its call center products, a "dtms Voicebot" it calls "unseren KI-Agenten" (our AI agent) and "KI und automatisierte Systeme", which is AI described in general terms rather than Zendesk AI agents.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Karsten Rudloff, Bernd Schneider and Dirk Moysich, the managing directors (Geschäftsführung) named on dtms's legal notice.
Best for: German call centers that want phone calls documented in Zendesk through a German telephony provider.
8. INSPITEC: a five-person team for travel companies, 2/10
INSPITEC, in Stuhr near Bremen, says on its profile that "Our team of three consultants and two developers is a small one" and that most of its Zendesk work has been multichannel setups for large travel companies in Germany. Its site says the firm was founded in March 2013. The profile lists ongoing support and outsourcing as services without describing them, and its directory certifications are Customer Service and Contact Center, not AI Agents. It has one review.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Ralf Pieper and Michael van Loosen, founders and managing partners (Geschäftsführende Gesellschafter), per INSPITEC's site.
Best for: travel and tourism companies that want a small team with sector experience.
9. OBJECT ECM: a Zürich document management firm that resells Zendesk, 2/10
OBJECT ECM is a document management and digitization firm in Zürich. Its Zendesk page calls it a "strategischer Partner von Zendesk" and describes the product rather than a Zendesk service. Its directory profile lists artificial intelligence among the areas it works in, in general terms, and says OBJECT "integrates, extends and maintains" the solutions it sells. Its site has a maintenance and support offer, not specific to Zendesk. It shows no directory level and has no reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: Swiss companies already using OBJECT for document management that want Zendesk from the same supplier.
10. ADT Consulting: a French-speaking Swiss consultancy, 1/10
ADT Consulting, in Pully near Lausanne, runs its site in French and English and says it has "over 15 years of CX expertise". Its only line on AI is a warning: "Customer Service software, including AI, will not magically solve your problems and diminish your costs." Client testimonials mention keeping to budget and a tight schedule, but the site publishes no price, timeline or post-launch service. Its directory profile lists North America as its region, which is worth asking about. It has 2 reviews and an Advanced Implementation badge without the AI Agents certification.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Arnaud de Theux, Managing Director and founder, per LinkedIn. The site doesn't name him.
Best for: French-speaking teams in western Switzerland, including public sector, that want a consultant for the Zendesk setup itself.
Working with a Zendesk partner in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Languages. Five of the 10 profiles list German: OPEN Digitalgruppe, Leafworks, neteleven, atlantis dx and INSPITEC. Leafworks is the only one listing more than two languages. In Switzerland, ADT Consulting works in French and English. The other profiles don't fill in the languages field, so ask.
Austria. No partner on Zendesk's list has its head office in Austria. Every German and Swiss partner here works in Vienna's time zone, so Austrian teams pick a German-speaking firm from this list.
Time zones. All 10 are headquartered in Central European Time; Helpando.it also lists US and London offices.
Data residency. Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on lets you host service data in the European Economic Area, among five regions. It's free on Suite Professional or higher, but Zendesk doesn't turn it on for you: you ask your account representative or Zendesk support. The same article says data held by third-party services sits outside the add-on's scope. That matters if a partner builds on a separate AI vendor, as Helpando does with Quiq, so ask where that vendor processes your tickets.
Zendesk's prices. Zendesk's German pricing page listed Suite Team at about $60 (€55) per agent per month billed annually (about $80, €69, monthly) and Suite Professional at about $130 (€115), or about $170 (€149) monthly, on October 29, 2026. Automated resolutions by Zendesk's AI agents cost about $1.67 (€1.50) each on a committed volume or $2.23 (€2.00) pay-as-you-go. A partner's fee sits on top of both. At neteleven's published $8,350, a 10-agent team on Suite Professional billed annually would spend $8,350 + (10 × $130 × 12) = $23,950 in its first year before any AI resolutions. Our Zendesk AI pricing breakdown covers the resolution meter in detail.
Licenses through a partner. OPEN Digitalgruppe, Leafworks, neteleven, atlantis dx, INSPITEC, dtms and OBJECT all list reselling. Buying licenses through the partner that builds your instance is common here, so ask whether the price matches buying direct and who owns the account if you part ways. Mind the incentive too: a partner that resells Zendesk earns on every license you add, whatever the AI resolves, and earns nothing from the weeks after go-live unless you buy a support package.
How the DACH partners compare with the global ranking
OPEN Digitalgruppe leads the global list of 31 as well as this one, and Leafworks sits 14th there, among eight partners on 7; both keep their global scores here. neteleven would also score 7 globally, and its $8,350 starter package is one of the few published Zendesk implementation prices we've found anywhere: in the global ranking only six of 31 partners publish a price. After the top three, Guidoo Services scores 6 on its priced AI assessments and monthly Admin Service. Helpando and atlantis dx score 4, dtms 3, and the bottom three score 1 or 2, mostly because their pages say nothing about AI, prices or post-launch work. Four DACH partners hold the AI Agents certification, against 67 worldwide in the global post's filter.
What we check when a partner-built Zendesk account reaches us
Macha's team sets up AI agents inside Zendesk accounts that a partner often built first. These are the checks we run before an agent touches a ticket.
- Ticket fields. We read the field definitions, then the values on recent tickets. An agent can write dropdown, text and checkbox values, so a dropdown with stale options or a required field nobody fills in becomes the agent's problem too.
- Triggers. We look for the exact conditions that should send a ticket to an agent. A broad trigger sends everything. For our own triggers we use a tag-and-exclude pattern: add a unique tag when the trigger fires, exclude that tag from the trigger's conditions, and version the tag when the logic changes, so a ticket can't loop.
- Macros and past replies. Macros show what the team already says. About a month of past tickets shows what customers actually ask, which decides the first category to automate.
- Internal note or public reply. We confirm which one each agent writes before anything goes autonomous. In safe mode, drafts land as internal notes and nothing reaches a customer until the team approves.
A partner who documents fields, triggers and tags makes all four checks faster, whoever runs the AI afterward.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A German team that wants AI agents and someone to run them afterward | OPEN Digitalgruppe | Names Zendesk AI Agents and sells up to fully managed services |
| A team with Zendesk tied into ERP, shop or logistics systems | Leafworks | Around 1,000 projects, a published Grover AI result and seven languages |
| A smaller team that wants a fixed price before the first call | neteleven | $8,350 plus VAT, live 14 days after you supply the data |
| A team that wants a priced AI assessment before any build | Guidoo Services | $560 assessment, then an Admin Service of 4 hours a month |
| A team migrating from another help desk or merging Zendesk accounts | Helpando.it | Migration specialist with 15 reviews, quote within 24 hours |
| A firm that wants Zendesk wired to SugarCRM or a shop system by one agency | atlantis dx | Builds the CRM and ecommerce side as well |
| A German call center that needs telephony inside Zendesk | dtms | Its own call routing product with a client inside Zendesk |
| A travel company | INSPITEC | Zendesk multichannel work mostly for travel firms |
| A team in western Switzerland working in French | ADT Consulting | Swiss consultancy with a French-language site |
| A team in Austria | OPEN Digitalgruppe or Leafworks | No Austrian partner is listed; both work in German |
| A team whose Zendesk works and only wants an AI agent | A partner or a vendor-led setup | A full partner project adds cost without the weekly tuning |
On the last row: if Zendesk is already set up the way you want, a partner earns its fee on migrations, routing, integrations and multi-product rollouts more than on the AI layer alone. Your admin can build Zendesk's own agents with our Zendesk AI implementation guide, or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up inside your Zendesk. Zendesk AI agents vs a third-party agent compares the two. Macha, our product, is the second kind: it fits teams already on Zendesk that want an agent built, tested and tuned by the vendor's team, and the Macha on Zendesk page explains how it runs inside the ticket. It's the wrong fit if you need a migration or a Zendesk redesign; hire a partner from the list above for that. If you're hiring a partner, our guide to choosing a Zendesk implementation partner covers the questions and contract clauses, and our cross-desk partner ranking covers firms that work on more than one help desk.

How we researched this
On October 29, 2026 we took every partner in Zendesk's partner directory data with the type Implementation Partner and a head office in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, which gave 10. We read all 10 profiles on Zendesk's UK site (zendesk.co.uk) the same day for levels, certifications, review counts and profile text, and read the pages of each partner's own site linked above. Where the directory's filter data and a live profile disagree on levels, as with atlantis dx, the table shows the live badges and the score follows the directory data, the same method as our global post. OPEN Digitalgruppe and Leafworks keep the scores from that post, whose pages were re-read on October 29; we found no newer public fact that changes them.
Two sites refused our fetch tool: guidooservices.com redirects to Guidoo's Zendesk help center, which returned an error, and dtms.de failed with a certificate error. We read both live in a real browser on October 29, 2026 instead, including Guidoo's service, pricing and post-launch articles and dtms's homepage and legal notice. The "Who runs it" lines come from each partner's own About or Team page where it names its leaders. Where it doesn't, we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". Of the leaders whose LinkedIn activity we checked, read-only, none had posted four or more times in the previous 90 days; that check never affects a score. Zendesk's prices come from zendesk.de/pricing and the data residency facts from Zendesk's help center, both read on October 29, 2026. Prices, timelines and quotes are as published on that date; confirm them before you sign. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. Macha isn't a Zendesk partner and isn't ranked here, and nobody paid to be listed.
