The best Salesforce implementation partners for a mid-market Agentforce Service project are the ones that say on their own sites what the service agent will do on your cases, what happens after launch, and what the first agent costs or how long it takes. AppExchange listed 2,852 consultants with the Agentforce Service competency on October 29, 2026. We read the sites of about 45 that looked mid-market and service-focused, left out global systems integrators and the firms they own, and scored 15 on five public criteria. Ksolves ranked first at 8 of 10, followed by Ascendix and Noltic at 7. Two of the 15 publish a price for a first agent.

Key takeaways

  • Ksolves is the best-scoring Agentforce Service partner for mid-market teams, at 8 of 10, with a 4 to 6 week QuickStart and a managed service for running agents.
  • Only ENWAY and Strategic Growth publish a price for a first agent: about $5,000 (€4,500) per agent in 2 weeks, and $10,000 for one virtual agent.
  • Published first-agent timelines run from 2 weeks per agent at ENWAY to a 6-week pilot at LaunchPad Lab.
  • None of the 15 publishes a named client's Agentforce service result with a figure; Ksolves' unnamed SaaS client, with first-contact resolution up from 61% to 89%, comes closest.
  • Most ranked firms hold Expert level in Agentforce Service on AppExchange, so check the separate Agentforce competency, which only 6 of the 15 show at any level.

"Agentforce Service level" is what each firm's AppExchange listing showed on its Competencies tab on October 29, 2026. "Not published" means we found no figure on the pages we read; a call may get you one.

How we ranked them

Salesforce lists its consulting partners on AppExchange, which now carries the AgentExchange name. On October 29, 2026 it showed 4,891 consultants, and 2,852 of them under the Agentforce Service product competency, the product formerly called Service Cloud. That pool includes the largest systems integrators in the world, so we filtered it three ways. We dropped global systems integrators and firms that now sit inside one. We dropped firms whose own sites don't describe Agentforce work for customer service. Then we kept firms that name small or mid-market buyers on their sites, or sell a fixed-scope first engagement: a QuickStart, pilot or proof of concept, or, at Ignyto, a readiness assessment that ends in a costed plan. That test is ours and it's loose: Ksolves (600+ people) and Salesfive (430+ employees) are large, and Ksolves pitches its full implementation at enterprises, but Ksolves sells a 4 to 6 week QuickStart and Salesfive names mid-market buyers. Coastal publishes the only named Agentforce service figure we found (case response from 7 days to 2.4 hours at Rolf C. Hagen), but it has been part of TCS since January 2026, per TCS's completion filing, so it isn't ranked.

Each partner then gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria, for a maximum of 10. The shape matches our cross-desk ranking of AI support implementation partners; the first criterion is new because AppExchange shows competency levels that help desk directories don't. The post-launch bar also differs: here a separately sold managed service for the agent earns 2, where the parent gives a separate retainer 1, because almost no Salesforce partner includes tuning in the build price.

Ties are broken by the post-launch score, then proof, then price, then AppExchange review count, then alphabetically. We weight post-launch work because an Agentforce agent changes cost as well as quality over time: every action it calls draws Flex Credits, so a design nobody revisits keeps billing at its launch-week shape. Our Agentforce pricing breakdown has the rates.

Salesforce's FY27 consulting partner program overview sets two competency levels. Accredited asks for 2+ projects, an average CSAT of 4.0+ and 4+ certifications; Expert asks for 15+ projects, 4.4+ CSAT and 30+ certifications. Several listings we read show Expert next to fewer than 15 eligible projects, so ask a partner how many of its projects were service agents. Agentforce Service and Agentforce are separate competencies: 13 of the 15 ranked firms show a level in Agentforce Service, but only 6 of the 15 show any level in Agentforce.

Which Agentforce Service partners score highest?

1. Ksolves: a 4 to 6 week QuickStart and managed agents, 8/10

Ksolves lists three engagements: an Agentforce QuickStart in 4 to 6 weeks, a full implementation in 8 to 16 weeks, and Managed Agentforce Services, where a "Dedicated Ksolves team manages your agent ecosystem post-launch." Its customer service agent "Autonomously resolves Tier-1 support cases, routes complex issues to humans, and updates Service Cloud records." A case study for an unnamed B2B SaaS company with 40,000 active accounts reports first-contact resolution rising from 61% to 89% and about 42% of inbound support handled without a person, using knowledge-grounded answers and escalation on low confidence. It calls itself a Summit Consulting Partner, and AppExchange shows Expert in Agentforce Service (20 eligible projects) and Accredited in Agentforce. No price is published. AppExchange hides the names on project reviews, but one verified customer in the United States, after a 3-month project, wrote in October 2026: "Our business' main goal was to upgrade to AgentForce with the current functionality we had with the Einstein bot."

Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on the pages we read, and our people search found no leader at the company's domain. Its site cites a team of 600+.

2. Ascendix: a Service Agent in 2 to 3 weeks, 7/10

Ascendix sells an Agentforce Quick Start Package: "Launch your first AI agent in just 2-3 weeks," with "30 hours of professional services to configure, deploy, and optimize your Service Agent." Its consulting page describes a service agent across email, chat, phone, social and portals that resolves issues and escalates complex cases "while maintaining a full conversation context," and an Ongoing Support and Optimization service that "continuously monitors and optimizes your Agentforce agents" with regular performance assessments. It calls itself a Summit Partner with offices in the US, Portugal and Eastern Europe, and its homepage leads with real estate; it stays in because its Agentforce pages offer a Service Agent to any Salesforce customer. AppExchange shows Accredited in both Agentforce Service and Agentforce. One verified customer there, a US company after a 13-month project, wrote in January 2026 that the team "brought a rare combination of technical depth and business understanding, which made our Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation both smooth and strategically aligned." Neither page we read prints a price, and Ascendix's pages blocked our fetch, so we read them in a real browser.

Thirty hours is a small, bounded build. It fits a team with one clear case type and an admin who can own the agent after the first month, or one that buys the optimization service.

3. Noltic: managed services that watch agent accuracy, 7/10

Noltic's Agentforce page says an agent "can respond, retrieve account details, take approved actions, or route the request to the right person," and lists data grounding, security and testing among its services. After launch, its managed services team "monitors usage, accuracy, and task results" and adjusts the agent. Its page says there is no standard timeline. It calls itself a Summit Consulting Partner, and AppExchange shows Expert in Agentforce Service (11 eligible projects) and Accredited in Agentforce. The page names client logos but no Agentforce results. On AppExchange, a verified customer in the Netherlands, 16 months into a support engagement, wrote in May 2026: "Working with this partner for Salesforce support has been a very positive experience."

Who runs it: Igor Petrovych, CEO and co-founder, per Noltic's about page, which says the firm was founded in 2017 and has 70 people.

4. Salesfive: a live WhatsApp service agent for RTL+, 6/10

Salesfive says Agentforce "automatically handles standard inquiries such as status queries or common issues" and passes complex issues to staff, and offers managed services covering "the administration, further development, and ongoing operation" of the Agentforce instance. Its RTL+ story describes a service agent built on Agentforce and integrated into WhatsApp on the streaming service's existing Service Cloud, live as an MVP, with handover rate and cost per contact "significantly reduced" but no figures. The site targets "Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses" and shows an Implementation Partner of the Year 2025 award. AppExchange shows Expert in Agentforce Service (11 eligible projects) and no Agentforce level.

Who runs it: Florian Gehring and Timur Nurdogan, managing directors, per Salesfive's about page, which lists 430+ employees.

Salesfive suits teams that speak German and service teams that want a messaging channel like WhatsApp in the first release.

5. ENWAY: a published price per agent, 6/10

ENWAY prices its Agentforce QuickStart at about $5,000 (€4,500) per AI agent, marked as an estimate, with a 2-week timeline per agent. The steps run from discovery and configuration in Agent Builder through testing and deployment to "one month of full support after Agentforce implementation." A Service Agent for technical support is one of the agents offered. It works from Limassol and London and claims 150+ projects. Its AppExchange listing shows a 5.00 rating from 36 reviews and lists Agentforce Service with one certification and no competency level.

ENWAY is the cheapest published route to a first service agent in this list. The month of support ends the included help, so budget for someone to tune the agent after that.

6. VRP Consulting: a 5-week QuickStart, 6/10

VRP Consulting sells a fixed-price Agentforce QuickStart that goes live in 5 weeks on one use case "grounded in your CRM and knowledge base," with two weeks of post-launch support and optional managed services. The price isn't printed. For Tipico, it describes hybrid agents handling customer service across chat and email with human escalation for complex cases, without figures. It calls itself the "largest independent Salesforce Partner in the ecosystem," with 10 offices in 8 countries. AppExchange shows Expert in Agentforce Service (10 eligible projects) and no Agentforce level.

7. Nebula Consulting: a UK Agentforce Service Agent for Sonardyne, 6/10

Nebula Consulting says "Standard Proof of Concepts will take around 4 weeks" and calls itself "one of the first partners in the UK to implement Agentforce." A Sonardyne case study linked from its homepage describes an Agentforce Service Agent that gives the service team information from several sources in one place, with faster onboarding and case resolution reported in words, not figures. Ongoing work runs through its managed services, Nebula Advance. AppExchange shows Accredited in both Agentforce Service (8 eligible projects) and Agentforce.

8. Ad Victoriam Solutions: routine inquiries with a human handoff, 5/10

Ad Victoriam Solutions (AdVic) describes Agentforce handling "routine inquiries like order tracking, password resets, and product information requests," routing cases and making "seamless handoffs to human agents when complex issues arise." It offers an Agentforce Activator Package as a download, without contents on the page, and a managed services line. No price, timeline or Agentforce client result is published. AppExchange shows Expert in Agentforce Service (7 eligible projects) and no Agentforce level.

9. Ignyto: deflection measured every quarter, 5/10

Ignyto's Service Cloud page describes "Agentic first-line response grounded in your own records and knowledge, governed by your rules and escalation paths," and says measures are baselined before the build and reviewed "at go-live and every quarter after": deflection rate, handling time, first-contact resolution and CSAT per case. Its Agentforce page adds a fixed-scope readiness assessment that ends in a costed plan, and states it is a Salesforce Summit partner, founded in 2016, with 35+ people. No price or timeline is published, and the named client results we found aren't Agentforce work. AppExchange shows Expert in Agentforce Service (7 eligible projects) and no Agentforce level.

Scores: competencies 1, AI work 2, price and timeline 0, post-launch 1 (measures reviewed quarterly; tuning the agent isn't described as a service), proof 1.

Who runs it: Simon Collins, Managing Director, per Ignyto's team page.

Ignyto suits Irish and UK teams that want the before-and-after numbers agreed in writing before the build starts.

10. CUBE84: case routing and standard responses, 5/10

CUBE84 says "We set up Agentforce to handle the routine work that slows your team down: case routing, data entry, standard responses," and offers ongoing managed services. Its Agentforce page lists governance, monitoring and optimization as a consulting area without describing it. It calls itself a Crest Partner, can start "within a week of signing the contract," and serves nonprofit, higher education, housing, financial services and manufacturing clients. AppExchange shows Expert in Agentforce Service with 27 eligible projects, the highest count here, and Accredited in Agentforce.

11. Vantage Point: the clearest service-agent scope without a price, 5/10

Vantage Point's Agentforce page promises "Four to six weeks for one production agent with a fixed scope": about a week of discovery, two of configuration, testing in weeks three and four, then launch. Its service agent "Answers client questions in web chat, messaging or voice, looks up accounts and cases, and hands off to a person," and the agent is scored against test conversations built from real records. Each package includes a post-launch support window, and the rollout advice is to pilot with a small group and review transcripts weekly. The fee is fixed per package but "quoted after a short discovery." A free Agentforce Discovery and POC runs three 30-minute sessions over about two weeks. The page says there's no published Agentforce case study yet. AppExchange shows Accredited in Agentforce Service and 19 reviews.

Vantage Point focuses on financial services, and its free proof of concept is a low-cost way to test whether a first case type is worth building.

12. Silver Softworks: a Summit partner for SMB and mid-market, 4/10

Silver Softworks names "SMB to Mid-Market businesses" as its market and calls itself a Summit status implementation partner. Its Agentforce page describes "automated, 24/7 customer interactions" and links Quick Start Packages and Salesforce Support without describing the agent work in detail. AppExchange shows Expert in Agentforce Service (9 eligible projects) and no Agentforce level.

13. LaunchPad Lab: a 6-week pilot with 10 service topics, 4/10

LaunchPad Lab's Agentforce pilot promises an MVP in 6 weeks with 10 service topics, 30 actions such as "Get Order Delivery Status," 5 customer service journeys, knowledge base setup and a round of user acceptance testing. For 30 days after launch "our team will be on-call to address defects." No price is printed. The Chicago firm's AppExchange listing shows 13 reviews and Agentforce Service with no competency level.

The scope is the most detailed in this list, which makes the pilot easy to compare against other quotes.

14. Strategic Growth: a $10,000 starter agent, 4/10

Strategic Growth prices FastTrak Plus at $10,000: one design session, one virtual agent, three actions such as "Issue refund" or "Change Phone Number," native Salesforce automations with no external systems, and one knowledge transfer session. Its Custom Fit option is quoted after a call, and the stated aim is that your team can "administer Agentforce post go-live," so no managed support is offered on the page. It calls itself a Premier Salesforce consulting partner. AppExchange shows a 4.96 rating from 262 reviews and Accredited in Agentforce Service.

15. Cloudgaia: Expert competencies, thin service detail, 4/10

Cloudgaia lists agent design and implementation, AI strategy and governed scaling, and says it serves mid-market, enterprise and smaller companies. Its Agentforce Service blurb stays general, and we found no managed services offer or Agentforce client result. AppExchange shows Expert in Agentforce Service (13 eligible projects) and Accredited in Agentforce, which is why it makes the list.

What does an Agentforce Service partner charge?

Two of the 15 publish a first-agent price, so the comparison is short:

SourcePriceWhat it covers
ENWAYAbout $5,000 per agent (estimate)2 weeks per agent, one month of support
Strategic Growth$10,000One virtual agent, three actions, no external systems
AscendixNot published30 hours of services, 2 to 3 weeks
Customertimes (not ranked)$50K to $90KA first production agent on clean data, 6 to 8 weeks

Customertimes isn't ranked because its page describes its Agentforce clients as enterprise organizations and its smallest published first agent costs $50K, but its range shows where the ceiling sits. The gap between about $5,000 and $90,000 is mostly scope: a few actions on clean Salesforce data against integrations with outside systems, Data Cloud work and a security review. Our Service Cloud AI implementation guide breaks those phases down by week, and our Agentforce guide covers what the product includes.

The incentive runs one way. A partner paid per project earns nothing once the agent is live unless you buy a retainer, which is why bounded support windows (two weeks at VRP, a month at ENWAY, 30 days at LaunchPad Lab) are common. Ksolves, Ascendix, Noltic and Salesfive describe ongoing agent work, and that's where most of the points separating the top four from the rest come from.

What we check before an AI agent goes live on a help desk

Macha doesn't run on Salesforce, but the checks we run before an agent goes live on the help desks we do support carry over. We read the ticket field definitions and the values on real tickets, because an agent that writes a field or a tag has to use the values your workflows already expect. We list every trigger that fires on new tickets: if one sends an auto-acknowledgment and the agent also replies, the customer gets two emails. Any trigger that tags a ticket excludes that tag from its own conditions, so the agent can't loop on its own update. We confirm whether a reply posts as an internal note or a public reply before anything runs on its own.

Then we look at the tickets. Our team analyzes about a month of past tickets to pick the first category, builds the knowledge base from them, and replays past tickets against the agent before launch, as our test-run guide describes. The agent starts in safe mode, where drafts land as internal notes and nothing reaches a customer until the team approves. On Service Cloud the same questions apply to case fields, flows and Omni-Channel routing, so ask any partner above how it covers each one.

FAQs

Who is the best Salesforce Agentforce Service partner for a mid-market company?

On our five public criteria, Ksolves scored 8 of 10, followed by Ascendix and Noltic at 7. Ksolves publishes a 4 to 6 week QuickStart and a managed service for running agents. If price matters most, ENWAY and Strategic Growth are the two that publish one.

How do you choose a Salesforce implementation partner for Agentforce Service?

Open the partner's AppExchange listing and check the Competencies tab for both Agentforce Service and Agentforce, then read its own Agentforce page for what the service agent does on cases, a timeline, and who tunes the agent after launch. Ask for a named customer with a service agent in production. Our RFP template turns that into questions you can send.

How many Salesforce partners have Agentforce Service expertise?

AppExchange showed 2,852 consultants under the Agentforce Service product competency on October 29, 2026, out of 4,891 consultants in all.

How much does an Agentforce Service implementation cost?

Published first-agent prices ran from about $5,000 (€4,500) per agent at ENWAY and $10,000 at Strategic Growth to $50K to $90K at Customertimes, which serves enterprise clients. Agentforce usage is billed by Salesforce on top; our pricing breakdown has the rates.

How long does it take a partner to launch an Agentforce service agent?

Published timelines were 2 weeks per agent at ENWAY, 2 to 3 weeks at Ascendix, 4 to 6 weeks at Ksolves and Vantage Point, 5 weeks at VRP Consulting and 6 weeks at LaunchPad Lab.

What's the difference between Accredited and Expert on AppExchange?

Salesforce's FY27 program sets Accredited at 2+ projects, 4.0+ average CSAT and 4+ certifications, and Expert at 15+ projects, 4.4+ CSAT and 30+ certifications. Agentforce Service and Agentforce are separate competencies, so check both.

Is Macha a Salesforce partner?

No. Macha doesn't run on Salesforce and isn't in this ranking. It runs AI agents on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom.

How we researched this

On October 29, 2026 we read AppExchange's consultant directory in a logged-out browser, filtered to the Agentforce Service product competency (2,852 of 4,891 consultants). We loaded the first 876 results in AppExchange's default order and read the sites of about 45 firms that looked mid-market and service-focused, plus firms that publish Agentforce packages, found by web search and checked against the same filter. We left out global systems integrators and firms that now sit inside one, such as Coastal (part of TCS since January 2026), Torrent (now part of ZS), Profit4SF (part of Eviden) and Pracedo (merged into Ascendion), and firms whose sites don't describe Agentforce work for service. For each ranked firm we opened its AppExchange listing's Competencies tab for its rating, review count and competency levels. Ascendix, Torrent and Spaulding Ridge blocked our fetches, so we read them in a real browser; Atrium came from a Wayback Machine copy of October 12, 2026.

The "Who runs it" lines come from each firm's own pages where they name a leader; otherwise we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". None of the 15 leaders posted often enough on LinkedIn for our activity check to note. The screenshots are each firm's homepage. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner, and the scores, applied by one reviewer to public pages only, measure what a buyer can check before a sales call, not the quality of the work.

Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026.

Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents for help desks. Macha doesn't run on Salesforce, so it isn't an option for cases in Service Cloud and isn't ranked here. Nobody paid to be listed.

Macha has been a great addition to our support toolkit. It generates clear, well-organized responses that fit naturally into our workflow. One feature we particularly appreciate is its ability to automatically reply in the same language as the ticket.

Support team is very helpful and responsive. Really enjoy how lightweight this is within Zendesk itself vs other more intrusive tools.

So far it's pretty good! Our queries are a little nuanced, so we can't always use it, but it's got enough utility for us. It can even incorporate our bilingual country with greetings in a second language.
