Best Zendesk Partners in the UK (2026): All 11 UK Implementation Partners Ranked
Zendesk's partner directory lists 11 implementation partners with a UK head office, and on five public criteria The SaaSy People ranks first with 8 points out of 10, as the only one that publishes a services price. Seven partners follow on 6 points, led by Route 101, whose 61 reviews are more than the other ten have combined. This page scores all 11 on the rubric from our global ranking, shows every score, and covers what changes when your partner, your agents and your data sit in the UK.
Key takeaways
- The SaaSy People ranks first among the 11 UK Zendesk partners with 8 of 10 points, and it's the only one that publishes a services price, from about $1,350 (£995) a day.
- Seven UK partners tie on 6 points, and Route 101 leads them on reviews with 61, more than the other ten partners have combined.
- Only 3LI Global publishes an implementation timeline, of 2 to 8 weeks, so most UK buyers get dates only after a scoping call.
- Six of the 11 UK partners have no directory reviews at all, so references matter more here than the badge on the profile.
- Zendesk can host ticket data in a UK region under its Data Center Location add-on, though some data types stay in the EEA or US.

Levels, certifications, addresses and review counts come from each partner's Zendesk directory profile, read on October 29, 2026. "Not published" means we found no figure on the profile or on the partner's pages we read. The SaaSy People's prices come from a Wayback Machine copy of its pricing page.
How we ranked them
We took every partner in Zendesk's partner directory with the Partner type Implementation Partner and a head office in the UK. That returned 11; the directory has no UK region, so the profile address decides who counts. We read all 11 profiles and the partners' own pages, then scored each on the five criteria from our global ranking of Zendesk implementation partners, word for word, so a UK partner's score here matches its score there unless we found a newer public fact.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | A Premier level plus the AI Agents certification | A Premier level without the certification, or the certification at an Advanced level or with no level shown | Neither |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents | AI or automation described in general terms | No AI service described |
| Price or timeline published | Both, or a price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning or managed service described | A short hypercare period, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count, and where reviews also tie, by directory standing. Seven partners score 6. Route 101 (61 reviews), advoCX (17), Appamondo (4) and CRM Scene (3) go first on reviews. Kilted Consultant, redk and 3LI Global have none, so standing puts Kilted and redk ahead of 3LI Global. Kilted and redk tie on both, so we list them alphabetically. The scoring is ours and rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of a partner's work, which you only learn from references and a pilot.
Six UK partners appear in our global list of 31: The SaaSy People at 8, advoCX at 20, CRM Scene at 23, Kilted Consultant at 25, redk at 26 and 3LI Global at 27. All six score the same here as there.
The 11 UK Zendesk partners, ranked
1. The SaaSy People: the only UK partner with a published price, 8/10
The SaaSy People, in Birmingham, holds the AI Agents certification and a Premier Solution level, with an Advanced Implementation badge. Its pricing page, in a Wayback Machine copy of May 9, 2026, lists Expert Services from about $1,350 (£995) per day for implementation, migration or optimization work, and Managed Services from about $70 (£49) per hour for "ongoing platform administration once your implementation is live", including automation updates and continuous optimization. That scores 2 on price and 2 after launch. Its Zendesk page, in a Wayback Machine copy of May 12, 2026, says it can configure Fin AI for Zendesk, "mapping your Zendesk ticket types and Help Centre content into Fin so your AI agent can resolve common queries and create or update Zendesk tickets when needed." That's an AI agent build on Zendesk, scored 2 as our global ranking scores CustomerHD's AI voice agent and Officers' Fin and Zendesk builds, though the agent is Intercom's Fin, not Zendesk's own. The profile has no reviews.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Reece Couchman, who founded The SaaSy People in 2019, per its about page (Wayback Machine copy of October 7, 2026). Reece Couchman has posted 9 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly about exhibiting at Intercom Fin events and the firm's service lines, so ask how much of its current AI work is on Zendesk.
Best for: UK teams that want a price before the first call, a Fin agent working Zendesk tickets, or outsourced support staff from the same firm.
2. Route 101: the most reviewed Zendesk partner in the UK, 6/10
Route 101, in Bristol, has 61 directory reviews, the most of any UK partner, which puts it first of the seven on 6 points. Its about page says it was founded in 2011 and has about 200 employees. Its directory profile describes "Round-the-clock assistance from our UK-based support desk" with ITIL-aligned managed services, which scores 2 after launch. Its health checks highlight "Copilot, generative replies, and AI agents", and its Zendesk partner page describes AI agents in general terms: advice, not a described build, so AI scores 1. It lacks the AI Agents certification and publishes no price or timeline. One reviewer, Fred Morgan, wrote: "The thing that I was most impressed with was how Vitesse teams were hands-on, particularly through the build stage, ensuring that vital knowledge was shared with our teams."
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Russell Attwood, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, per Route 101's meet the team page, which also names James Hewitt as Head of Amazon and Zendesk Practices and Fiona Virtue as Head of Public Sector.
Best for: UK organizations, public sector included, that want a large partner with a 24/7 UK support desk after go-live and a long review history to check.
3. advoCX: 17 reviews and a managed admin service, with AI not on the page, 6/10
advoCX, in London, has 17 directory reviews, the second-highest count in the UK, and its profile says its consultants have "previously completed hundreds of Zendesk implementations". It holds Premier levels on both paths and the AI Agents certification. Its services page offers "ongoing Zendesk administration to support you beyond your initial launch", sold "as a managed service with a fixed set of hours allocated per month". That's a managed service, worth 2 after launch. Neither page describes AI work, and there's no price or timeline. Our global ranking also scores it 6, with 2 points after launch for the same page. One reviewer, Tim Jones, wrote: "The team took the time to listen to what we wanted to achieve and to understand how we work as a business, before suggesting well thought out ways to implement what we needed and then helping us to put it all in place."
Scores: standing 2, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Lumi Fagbure, founder, per LinkedIn; advoCX's site doesn't name its leadership. Lumi Fagbure has posted 5 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly short pieces about how support teams handle customer email.
Best for: UK teams that need a Zendesk build or monthly administration from a reviewed partner, with AI as a later step.
4. Appamondo: Zendesk AI agents inside a continuous improvement cycle, 6/10
Appamondo, in Middlesbrough, holds Premier levels on both paths and has 4 directory reviews. Its homepage describes a framework called SORT, "Powered by Zendesk. AI agents, Copilot, QA and WFM stitched into a single Resolution Learning Loop™", and an "Optimisation & Zendesk AI" service of "expert optimisation and AI delivery". Naming Zendesk AI agents in its delivery scope scores 2, as Helping's does in our global ranking. After launch, "Continuous Improvement via SORT is how we keep your Zendesk working hard every quarter. Measuring, tuning, and evolving against your Scan diagnosis, as an extension of your team." That's ongoing tuning, worth 2. No price or timeline is published, and without the AI Agents certification it scores 1 on standing. Its profile adds bespoke plug-ins and extensions built with the Zendesk API.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Rick Hutchinson, co-founder, and Michael Smith, director, both per LinkedIn. Appamondo's homepage doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: UK teams that want a quarterly improvement cycle around Zendesk AI, or a custom app or integration with older internal systems.
5. CRM Scene: managed optimization, with AI agents described in general terms, 6/10
CRM Scene, in London, holds Premier levels on both paths and the AI Agents certification, and has 3 directory reviews. Its Zendesk page lists implementation, migration and automation work, plus "managed optimization" covering "Backlog delivery, reporting, QA, permissions, release control, admin ownership, training, and continuous improvement". That's a managed service, worth 2 after launch. Its AI agents page designs "specialized AI agents" with human approval, evaluation and "Managed AgentOps", but for CRM, support, finance and other systems in general, without naming Zendesk's AI agents, so AI work stays at 1. No price or timeline is published. Our global ranking scores it the same, 6. One reviewer, Miguel Martin, wrote: "They reviewed our messy setup, then gave us a clear plan and implemented the changes in a controlled way."
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Reda, Founder and Solution Architect, per CRM Scene's team page, which gives first names only.
Best for: teams in the UK, the Gulf or elsewhere that want an overgrown Zendesk cleaned up and then managed, in several languages.
6. Kilted Consultant: AI agents in new builds and retainer tiers with a set cadence, 6/10
Kilted Consultant, in Grangemouth, describes new builds on its directory profile that include "configuration across the Zendesk suite, including AI Agents and Copilot", then "a hypercare period after launch". Our global ranking scores it the same, 6. Its how we work page sets out four retainer tiers named after Scottish mountains: Corbett, for example, includes "monthly calls & reports, quarterly optimisation", and Munro adds "12-month roadmapping". That's a managed service, worth 2 after launch. Prices aren't shown, and the profile has no reviews, so ask for references.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Jason McDonald, founder, who started Kilted Consultant in October 2023, per its about page.
Best for: UK teams setting up Zendesk for the first time that want AI agents in the build and a monthly retainer after it.
7. redk CRM Solutions - UK: AI agents set up and then adjusted, 6/10
redk CRM Solutions - UK is the London listing of redk, which its team page says was "Founded in 2005 by two engineers fresh out of university". It ranks 26th of 31 in our global list, also on 6. Its Get Started with Zendesk AI page offers to "Set up Zendesk AI Agents for 24/7 autonomous support" and says "We monitor, analyse and adjust so your setup keeps delivering as your business changes." Its Zendesk partner page describes "ongoing optimisation for your AI solutions". Technical support is sold in packs of 25, 40, 100 and 200 hours, with no price. It has no directory reviews.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Francisco Javier Rodríguez, Chief Executive Officer, per redk's team page.
Best for: UK teams that want Zendesk AI agents set up and then adjusted by a firm with a separate AI and automation practice.
8. 3LI Global: the only UK partner with a published timeline, 6/10
3LI Global, in London, is the only UK partner that publishes how long an implementation takes. Its Zendesk page says "A focused Zendesk implementation typically takes 2-8 weeks depending on complexity". Its managed Zendesk page offers "Monthly optimization sprints and quarterly strategic reviews", sprints that include "AI tuning", and "Intent recognition and article suggestion tuning". Plans run from 15 to 200+ hours a month, each priced on quotation. It shows only an Advanced Implementation level, so standing scores 1 even with the AI Agents certification, and it has no reviews yet, which puts it last of the seven on 6.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site. Its about page says the firm is named after its founder, Ali, and gives no surname or title.
Best for: UK teams that want a timeline before the first call and a monthly managed service with AI tuning written into it.
9. Ventrica: Zendesk inside an outsourced customer service operation, 4/10
Ventrica, in Southend-on-Sea, is a customer service outsourcer that also implements Zendesk. Its Zendesk partner page says it will "design bot flows, self-service portals and intelligent routing journeys using Zendesk AI tools", which counts as AI agent work, and lists "Continuous optimisation and support" plus 24/7 support for high-priority issues, without a scope. Its homepage says "Pricing linked to results – sharing risk and reward", with no figure. It doesn't hold the AI Agents certification and has no directory reviews.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Ray Biggs, Chief Executive Officer, per Ventrica's meet the team page.
Best for: UK brands that want outsourced agents and the Zendesk build from the same company.
10. Ciptex: contact center and telephony first, 3/10
Ciptex, in Manchester, has built cloud contact center and telephony projects "Since 2006", per its profile, and calls itself "a Twilio Gold Consulting Partner and Zendesk Partner". Its services page offers "24/7 technical support to keep your customer engagement platforms running smoothly" without a Zendesk-specific scope, and its homepage describes "AI solutions and services" in general terms. It has one directory review.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site. Thomas Kharchi is chief revenue officer, per LinkedIn. Thomas Kharchi has posted 8 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly about Ciptex team wins, such as a record month for booked sales meetings and the G-Cloud supplier submission. Stuart Heil is head of support and quality, per LinkedIn. Stuart Heil has posted 10 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly about busy weeks running the support team, including a move to a new device management platform.
Best for: UK teams whose Zendesk project is mostly voice, telephony or Twilio Flex integration.
11. ION: Zendesk is a small part of a finance-systems practice, 1/10
ION, in Newcastle upon Tyne, describes itself on its profile as "the CFOs' choice for technology infrastructure and transformation services within the UK, EU and US mid-market". Its homepage shows a Zendesk logo linking to a Zendesk page under an /archive/ path. That page says ION will "provide you the guidance and support needed", without a scope, and mentions AI only as a Zendesk chat feature. The profile shows no level, no certifications and no reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: UK mid-market finance teams already working with ION on finance systems, who want Zendesk from the same supplier.
What the UK pool says about AI work
Six of the 11 hold the AI Agents certification: advoCX, CRM Scene, Kilted Consultant, redk, The SaaSy People and 3LI Global. Kilted, redk and 3LI Global describe building Zendesk's own AI agents, The SaaSy People describes configuring Intercom's Fin, CRM Scene describes AI agents in general terms, and advoCX describes no AI work. Appamondo and Ventrica describe AI agent work without the certification. The badge and the service don't line up in the UK any more than they do globally.
Reviews are thin. Six of the 11 have none, and only Route 101 (61) and advoCX (17) reach 10. Neither describes building AI agents.
The money tells you where each partner's attention goes. Seven of the 11 list reselling among their services, so they earn on your Zendesk license whatever the AI resolves. Ventrica and The SaaSy People also sell outsourced agents, and an outsourcer earns less when an AI agent resolves the tickets its staff would have handled, so ask how they price AI work against the seats they already sell you. Partners paid for ongoing tuning, such as 3LI Global's sprints, Appamondo's quarterly cycle or Kilted's tiers, earn more by keeping the agent working after launch.
Working with a Zendesk partner in the UK
Hours and languages. All 11 have a UK head office. Route 101 runs a 24/7 UK-based support desk, and Ventrica offers 24/7 support for high-priority issues. Beyond English, advoCX lists German and Italian, CRM Scene Arabic, French and Spanish, redk Arabic and Spanish, and 3LI Global Arabic.
Public sector. Five list Public Sector Contractor among their directory services: Route 101, Kilted Consultant, The SaaSy People, Ventrica and Ciptex.
Data residency. Zendesk's Regional Data Hosting Policy lists the United Kingdom as a hosting region for ticketing data, for accounts entitled to the Data Center Location add-on, which the UK pricing page shows on Suite Professional, not Suite Team. Secondary Service Data, troubleshooting logs and platform ML analytics data can't be hosted in the UK. AI agents data follows your region only for AI agents accounts created on or after March 10, 2026; older ones host in the EEA or the US and can't yet be moved. If UK hosting matters, ask your partner to check that date before the build.
Local pricing. On October 29, 2026, the UK pricing page listed Suite Team at about $60 (£45) per agent a month paid yearly and Suite Professional at about $120 (£89), with committed automated resolutions at about $1.73 (£1.30). Our Zendesk AI pricing breakdown covers how the resolution meter adds up.
What we check when a partner-built Zendesk is ready for an AI agent
Macha's agents run inside the Zendesk a team already has, whoever built it, so the partner's configuration is what the agent works with. These are our checks before one goes live.
- Ticket fields. The agent reads field definitions and the values on each ticket, and can write dropdown, text and checkbox values. We confirm which custom fields are actually filled in, because an empty field gives it nothing to route on.
- Triggers. We set the conditions in Zendesk's admin through a custom webhook, so only the tickets meant for the agent reach it. Each trigger adds a unique tag when it fires and excludes that tag from its own conditions, which stops the agent's update from firing it again. We test with a matching ticket and check the payload was copied into the trigger body.
- Past tickets. We read about a month of past tickets for the categories they fall into, then replay past tickets against the agent before choosing where it starts.
- Safe mode. Drafts land as internal notes, and nothing reaches a customer until your team approves. Before autonomous mode, we confirm whether each reply goes out as an internal note or a public reply.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A team that wants a price before the first call | The SaaSy People | From $1,350 a day for projects and $70 an hour after launch |
| A UK team that wants the longest review history | Route 101 | 61 reviews and a 24/7 UK support desk |
| A team that wants a quarterly improvement cycle | Appamondo | SORT cycle with AI agents, Copilot and QA, plus custom apps |
| A team with an overgrown Zendesk to clean up | CRM Scene | Managed optimization and reviews about restructuring |
| A team new to Zendesk that wants AI agents in the first build | Kilted Consultant | AI Agents and Copilot in new builds, then monthly retainer tiers |
| A team that wants AI agents tuned every month after launch | 3LI Global or redk | Monthly sprints with AI tuning; ongoing optimisation of AI solutions |
| A team that wants a timeline before the first call | 3LI Global | 2 to 8 weeks for a focused implementation, the only published timeline |
| A team that needs Zendesk administration more than AI | advoCX | 17 reviews and monthly administration hours |
| A team supporting customers in Arabic or across the Gulf | CRM Scene, redk or 3LI Global | All three list Arabic on their profiles |
| A brand that also wants outsourced agents | Ventrica or The SaaSy People | Both sell outsourced customer service alongside Zendesk |
| A team whose project is mainly telephony | Ciptex | Contact center and Twilio work since 2006 |
| A public sector buyer | Route 101 | Lists public sector work and a named Head of Public Sector |
If your Zendesk already works and the only new piece is an AI agent, you may not need a partner at all. Your admin can build Zendesk's own agents, which our Zendesk AI implementation guide walks through. Or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up inside your desk. Macha is the second kind and our product. It runs AI agents inside Zendesk, the Macha team sets them up and monitors them, and it costs about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, with a trial of $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit. Macha suits teams that want tickets resolved without a rebuild; for a migration, routing redesign or custom app, hire one of the partners above. If you're weighing Zendesk's agents against a third-party one, read Zendesk AI agents vs a third-party agent. Whoever builds it, test the agent on your real tickets first; our test-run guide covers what a good test plan looks like.
FAQs
Who is the best Zendesk partner in the UK?
On our five criteria, The SaaSy People ranks first with 8 of 10 points: it publishes prices, describes a managed service and configures Fin AI agents for Zendesk, but has no directory reviews. Route 101 leads the seven partners on 6 points with 61 reviews. Which fits depends on whether you need reviews, AI work or a published price most.
Which UK Zendesk partners hold the AI Agents certification?
Six of the 11 UK implementation partners held it on October 29, 2026: advoCX, CRM Scene, Kilted Consultant, redk, The SaaSy People and 3LI Global. Route 101, Appamondo, Ventrica, Ciptex and ION didn't. The certification shows trained people, not shipped AI projects, so ask for client references either way.
Can Zendesk store our data in the UK?
Yes, for customers entitled to the Data Center Location add-on. Zendesk's Regional Data Hosting Policy lists the UK as a region for ticketing data, with exceptions: some secondary and analytics data stays in the EEA or US, and AI agents data follows the UK region only for AI agents accounts created on or after March 10, 2026.
How much does a Zendesk partner in the UK cost?
Only The SaaSy People publishes a price: Expert Services from about $1,350 (£995) a day and Managed Services from about $70 (£49) an hour, in a May 2026 copy of its pricing page. 3LI Global's plans of 15 to 200+ hours a month and redk's support packs of 25 to 200 hours are priced on request. Zendesk's own UK plans start at about $60 (£45) per agent a month paid yearly.
Do I need a UK-based partner for a UK Zendesk project?
Not necessarily. Our global ranking includes European partners that serve the UK, such as Premium Plus. Our guide to choosing a Zendesk implementation partner covers the questions to ask any of them.
<div class="docs-callout"><div><p class="docs-callout-title">Are you listed here?</p><p class="docs-callout-body">Partners and app makers can send corrections with a public source to [email protected]. We fix facts within a week. Scores follow the rubric above, not requests.</p></div></div>
How we researched this
On October 29, 2026 we read all 11 profiles on zendesk.co.uk, because scripted requests to zendesk.com get a 403. Levels, certifications, review counts, languages, services and addresses come from those profiles, and the three review quotes are copied from them word for word. The same day we read the partners' pages linked above. Three sites refused our scripted fetch, so we opened them in a real browser: appamondo.com and crmscene.com loaded live, and for thesaasypeople.com, which still blocked us, we used Wayback Machine copies from May 9, May 12, October 7 and October 16, 2026. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026.
"Who runs it" lines come from each partner's own About or Team page; where it names no one, we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and wrote "per LinkedIn". LinkedIn post counts don't affect any score. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside help desks. Nobody paid to be listed, and Macha is not a Zendesk partner and is not ranked here.
