Best Zendesk Partners in the Middle East and Africa (2026): 22 Firms Ranked
Zendesk's partner directory lists 23 implementation listings, from 22 firms, that serve the Middle East and Africa, and only 13 of those listings have an address in the region. On five public criteria, CX Experts in South Africa ranks first with 9 points out of 10, followed by 3LI Global's UAE listing, Databeys, with 8. This page scores all 22 firms on the rubric from our global ranking, shows every score, flags the firm that appears twice, and covers what changes when your customers write in Arabic or French and your data can't be hosted in the region.
Key takeaways
- CX Experts ranks first among the 22 Zendesk partner firms serving the Middle East and Africa with 9 of 10 points, and it publishes a services price of zero for direct customers.
- Databeys and 3LI Global are the same firm with two directory listings, and the UAE listing scores 8 against the London listing's 6.
- Only 13 of the 23 listings have a directory address in the Middle East or Africa; the rest sit in the UK, the US, Norway, Japan and India.
- Only four listings, from three firms, publish a price or a timeline, so most buyers in the region get numbers only after a scoping call.
- Zendesk has no data hosting region in the Middle East or Africa, so ticket data sits in the US, the EEA, the UK, Japan or Australia.

Levels, certifications, addresses and review counts come from each partner's Zendesk directory profile, read on October 30, 2026. "Not published" means we found no figure on the profile or on the partner's pages we read.
How we ranked them
We took every listing in Zendesk's partner directory that offers Implementation and names Middle East & Africa, or Africa, among the regions it serves. That returned 23 listings from 22 firms, because 3LI Global appears twice. A London or Tokyo firm counts if it lists the region. We read all 23 profiles and the partners' own pages, then scored each on the five criteria from our global ranking of Zendesk implementation partners, word for word, so a partner's score here matches its score there unless we found a newer public fact.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | A Premier level plus the AI Agents certification | A Premier level without the certification, or the certification at an Advanced level or with no level shown | Neither |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents | AI or automation described in general terms | No AI service described |
| Price or timeline published | Both, or a price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning or managed service described | A short hypercare period, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count, and where reviews also tie, by directory standing; where both tie, we list partners alphabetically. The scoring is ours and rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of a partner's work, which you only learn from references and a pilot.
Seven listings appear in our global list of 31: CX Experts at 3, advoCX at 20, CRM Scene at 23, SoftwareOne at 24, redk at 26, 3LI Global at 27 and TELUS Digital at 30. All seven score the same here as there.
The 22 partners, ranked
1. CX Experts: services funded by vendor commission, 9/10
CX Experts, in Umhlanga, South Africa, is the only partner here with Premier levels, the AI Agents certification and 10 or more reviews. Its pricing page says: "That's why we never charge our direct customers for consulting, implementation, or ongoing support." It earns "a small commission on every deal" from software vendors instead and doesn't define "direct customer"; others buy Professional Service Plans, priced on request. Its directory profile describes "Automation, AI & Bots" in general terms and promises "health checks, regular reviews and optimisation". A reviewer named Matt wrote, 11 months before our read, that it stood up "a new Zendesk instance in a very short timeframe".
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Dave Hobbs, "Head of Customer Success and Optimisation", per LinkedIn; the CX Experts site doesn't name its leadership. Dave Hobbs has posted 17 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly about Zendesk projects and automation in South African customer service.
Best for: teams in South Africa or the Gulf buying Zendesk licenses, once they've confirmed they count as a direct customer.
2. 3LI Global (listed as Databeys and as 3LI Global): a 2 to 8 week timeline and monthly AI tuning, 8/10
3LI Global has two directory listings. Its UAE listing, Databeys, in Ras al Khaimah, shows Premier Implementation and Premier Solution levels, the AI Agents certification and two reviews, and databeys.com now redirects to 3LI Global's site. Its London listing shows only an Advanced Implementation level and no reviews, so it scores 6, as in our global ranking; we rank the firm on its UAE listing. Both point at the same pages. Its Zendesk page says "A focused Zendesk implementation typically takes 2-8 weeks depending on complexity", and its managed Zendesk page sells "Monthly optimization sprints and quarterly strategic reviews" that include "AI tuning", on plans of 15 to 200+ hours a month priced on quotation. One anonymous reviewer on the Databeys profile, almost three years before our read, wrote: "Working with Databeys for our Zendesk implementation was a great experience."
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 1.
London listing: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 0 = 6.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site. 3LI Global's about page says the firm is "named after founder Ali", with no surname or title.
Best for: Gulf teams that want a timeline before the first call and Premier standing on the contract. Ask which of the two listings your contract sits under.
3. advoCX: a UK managed admin service, with AI not on the page yet, 6/10
advoCX, in London, has 17 directory reviews, the most in this pool, and lists Middle East & Africa among five regions. Its profile says its consultants have "previously completed hundreds of Zendesk implementations". Its services page offers "ongoing Zendesk administration to support you beyond your initial launch", sold as a managed service with a fixed set of hours each month, which scores 2 after launch. Neither page describes AI work, and there's no price or timeline. Tim Jones, more than two years before our read, wrote that "The team took the time to listen to what we wanted to achieve and to understand how we work as a business".
Scores: standing 2, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Lumi Fagbure, founder, per LinkedIn; advoCX's site doesn't name its leadership. Lumi Fagbure has posted 5 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly short pieces about how support teams handle customer email.
Best for: teams that need a Zendesk build or monthly administration from a firm with a long review history, with AI as a later step.
4. CRM Scene: managed optimization, with AI agents described in general terms, 6/10
CRM Scene, in London, lists Arabic, English, French and Spanish, which makes it one of five partners here that work in Arabic. Its profile promises "AI, GPT-powered solutions, and advanced API integrations" and says "if it can be automated, we'll automate it." Its Zendesk page lists "managed optimization" covering backlog delivery, QA, release control and admin ownership, worth 2 after launch. Its AI agents page designs agents for CRM, support and finance systems without naming Zendesk's own, so AI work scores 1. Miguel Martin, six months before our read, wrote: "They reviewed our messy setup, then gave us a clear plan and implemented the changes in a controlled way."
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Reda, "Founder · Solution Architect", per CRM Scene's team page, which gives first names only.
Best for: teams with an overgrown Zendesk that work in Arabic or French and want a managed service after the cleanup.
5. SoftwareOne: Zendesk AI agents from a large IT group, scored on its profile, 6/10
SoftwareOne's listing sits in Oslo and covers all 13 directory regions. The profile says "SoftwareOne and Crayon are now one" and lists "Deployment of Zendesk AI Agents, chatbots, and automated workflows that resolve routine tickets", which scores 2. Its after-launch offer, "End-to-end support: From initial strategy and architecture to ongoing training and support", has no defined scope, worth 1. The website link goes to Crayon's Norwegian site, and we found no Zendesk page there, so the scores rest on the profile. It lists Public Sector Contractor among its services, one of three in this pool.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: The profile names no one, and we found no Zendesk team page on SoftwareOne's site.
Best for: enterprises and public bodies that already buy software through SoftwareOne and want Zendesk AI agents on the same contract.
6. redk CRM Solutions UK: Zendesk AI agents set up and then adjusted, 6/10
redk's London listing serves Western and Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and works in Arabic, English and Spanish. Its Get Started with Zendesk AI page offers to "Set up Zendesk AI Agents for 24/7 autonomous support" and says "We monitor, analyse and adjust so your setup keeps delivering as your business changes." Its Zendesk partner page describes "ongoing optimisation for your AI solutions", and technical support comes in packs of 25 to 200 hours with no price. It has no directory reviews.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Francisco Javier Rodríguez, Chief Executive Officer, per redk's team page.
Best for: teams working in Arabic or Spanish that want Zendesk AI agents set up and then adjusted.
7. Unwired Logic: managed services from Tokyo and Bali, 5/10
Unwired Logic's listing gives Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Bali and the US as locations and lists Middle East & Africa among eight regions, and its homepage says its self-storage practice serves clients in "the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific". Its managed services promise to "keep the stack honest long after go-live", worth 2 after launch. AI appears as an "Operations, Data & AI Audit", in general terms. It holds a Premier Implementation level without the AI Agents certification and has one review, almost five years old.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Aaron Farney, Director, per Unwired Logic's about page.
Best for: self-storage operators in the region, and firms that want Zendesk wired to Aircall or a property management system.
8. Connect: a contact center integrator with managed services, 5/10
Connect's listing is in Johannesburg, and its site says it was founded in 1990. Its profile calls it the "most qualified Zendesk Premier partner in EMEA" and mentions "AI-enhanced automation", which scores 1. Its Connect360 managed services promise "ongoing monitoring and management" of the client's cloud environment, worth 2 after launch, though the page doesn't name Zendesk. It integrates Zendesk with Genesys Cloud, Five9 and Amazon Connect. It has no directory reviews.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Martin Cross, Chief Executive Officer, and Bruce Arnold, Chief Executive Officer (SA), per Connect's leadership page, which also names Justin Paulsen as Managed Services Director.
Best for: South African contact centers that run Zendesk next to a separate voice platform.
9. GrowON Enterprise: published setup timelines in Türkiye, 5/10
GrowON, in Istanbul, holds a Premier Implementation level and the AI Agents certification. Its Zendesk page, in Turkish, sells a 2-week accelerated setup for email, chat and social channels and a 5-week package that adds Explore reporting and a Guide help center, plus a health check of triggers, automations and macros. That's a timeline without a price, worth 1. The profile mentions "specialized AI routing" and "ongoing optimization" without a defined service, so AI and after-launch help each score 1. It also built a free sidebar app, GrowOn Note Taker. It has no reviews.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 1, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Tugbay Askin, Founder and CEO, per GrowON's team page, which lists four more founders.
Best for: Turkish teams that want a fixed-length setup and support in Turkish.
10. OAPPS.IO: an app maker with eight reviews, 4/10
OAPPS.IO's listing is in Sheridan, US, and serves Eastern Europe and Middle East & Africa. It's best known for its apps: the profile lists 20, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Viber and 3CX integrations, and a "Gatekeeper Bot" described as an "AI-powered pre-chat data collection bot", which is AI in general terms. Its services cover discovery, configuration, migration ("90M+" records), training and "Support post go-live", with no scope. It has eight reviews, several of them naming Anton Mintsev and an earlier company name, Ontec. One, seven months before our read, praised "their proactivity and care for our processes and all members of our team."
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Anton Mintsev, co-founder, per LinkedIn; the site doesn't name its leadership.
Best for: teams that need messaging channels such as Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber inside Zendesk.
11. Origin Technology Solutions: admin as a service from Cairo, 4/10
Origin, in Cairo, works in Arabic, English and French and holds the AI Agents certification with no level shown. Its profile says its arm Origin CX "proudly holds the title of the first Zendesk Partner in Mena" and offers "Admin-as-a-service, audits, and system optimization", worth 2 after launch. Neither the profile nor its website describes AI work, so that scores 0. Its three reviews are detailed. Ahmed Elgizouli wrote, more than a year before our read: "Their ability to tailor Zendesk to our unique workflows made a significant impact on our efficiency and customer satisfaction."
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Nevien Magdy, Founder and CEO, per LinkedIn; the site doesn't name its leadership.
Best for: Egyptian and Gulf teams that want a local administrator on retainer and support in Arabic.
12. IT BYTES: AI agent setup and paid Zendesk apps from India, 4/10
IT BYTES, in Dehradun, India, says on its profile that it was founded in 2011, and it lists every directory region. Its storefront, helpdeskshop.com, lists "AI Agent Setup", ticket classification and GPT integration under its Zendesk implementation services, which scores 2 for AI work. Its implementation page offers "ongoing technical support and maintenance", including "troubleshooting issues, managing upgrades, and adding new features as your business grows", without a managed service or retainer, worth 1. It also sells seven Zendesk apps, from $4 per agent a month, and help center themes from $99, but publishes no service price. Manny K wrote, almost two years before our read: "They successfully migrated our data, workflows, knowledgebase from Kustomer to Zendesk."
Scores: standing 0, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Manish Kumar, CEO, per LinkedIn; the site doesn't name its leadership.
Best for: remote projects on a tight budget, especially migrations and help center themes, if a team in India suits your hours.

What the Middle East and Africa pool says about who you'd hire
Thirteen of the 23 listings have an address in the region: four in South Africa, three in Israel, two in Egypt, and one each in the UAE, Türkiye, Kenya and Morocco. The other ten list the region alongside others, from London (four), the US (three), Norway, Japan and India. Only CX Experts and 3LI Global's Databeys listing combine a regional address with Premier levels and the AI Agents certification. Contact center and IT integrators such as Connect, Servion, TELUS Digital and Worex score low here because their pages describe AI in general terms, which says little about how well they run a large voice project.
Fifteen listings resell Zendesk, so they earn on your license whatever the AI resolves, and CX Experts funds its services entirely from vendor commission. Partners paid for ongoing work, such as 3LI Global's monthly sprints or Origin's admin service, earn more by keeping the agent working after launch, so ask each one which way its income runs.
Working with a Zendesk partner in the Middle East and Africa
Languages. Four firms list Arabic: CRM Scene, 3LI Global (on both listings), redk and Origin. Three list French: CRM Scene, Maroc Cloud and Origin. CloudCom describes work with Hebrew-speaking organizations, and GrowON's site is in Turkish. If you answer customers in several languages, your partner will set up Zendesk's dynamic content, which our guide to multilingual dynamic content walks through, so ask who will maintain the translations after launch.
Data residency. Zendesk's Regional Data Hosting Policy lists the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia as hosting locations for accounts with the Data Center Location add-on. None is in the Middle East or Africa, so a partner can choose among those five but can't keep ticket data in the region. AI agents data follows the chosen location only for AI agents accounts created on or after March 10, 2026; older ones host in the EEA or the US. If a regulator asks where data sits, get that answer from Zendesk's documents rather than a proposal.
Public sector. Three list Public Sector Contractor among their directory services: SoftwareOne, TELUS Digital and Origin, whose site shows a citizen portal for Egypt's Public Prosecution and an HR app for the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi.
What we check before an AI agent goes live on a partner-built Zendesk
Macha's agents run inside the Zendesk a team already has, whoever built it, so the partner's configuration is what the agent works with. These are the checks we run before one goes live.
- Ticket fields. The agent reads field definitions and the values on each ticket, and can write dropdown, text and checkbox values. We confirm which custom fields are filled in, because an empty language or category field gives the agent nothing to route on.
- Triggers. We set the conditions in Zendesk's admin through a custom webhook, so only the tickets meant for the agent reach it. Each trigger adds a unique tag when it fires and excludes that tag from its own conditions, which stops the agent's update from firing it again. We test with a matching ticket and check the payload was copied into the trigger body.
- Past tickets. We read about a month of past tickets for the categories they fall into, then replay past tickets against the agent before choosing where it starts.
- Safe mode. Drafts land as internal notes, and nothing reaches a customer until your team approves. Before autonomous mode, we confirm whether each reply goes out as an internal note or a public reply.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A South African or Gulf team buying licenses | CX Experts | No services invoice for direct customers, 13 reviews |
| A Gulf team that wants a timeline and monthly AI tuning | 3LI Global (Databeys listing) | 2 to 8 weeks, monthly sprints with AI tuning, Premier levels |
| A team that wants the longest review history | advoCX | 17 reviews and monthly administration hours |
| A team with an overgrown Zendesk, working in Arabic or French | CRM Scene | Managed optimization and reviews about restructuring |
| A team that wants Zendesk AI agents set up and adjusted, in Arabic or Spanish | redk | Monitors and adjusts AI agents after setup |
| An enterprise or public body buying through a large IT group | SoftwareOne | Deploys Zendesk AI agents, Public Sector Contractor |
| A Turkish team that wants a fixed-length setup | GrowON | 2-week and 5-week setup packages |
| A contact center running Zendesk beside Genesys, Five9 or Amazon Connect | Connect or Servion | Voice integration and managed services |
| An Egyptian team that wants an administrator on retainer | Origin | Admin as a service, Arabic and French |
| A Hebrew-speaking team in Israel | CloudCom or SimpleBU | Local resellers, Zendesk AI or managed services |
| A team that needs Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber inside Zendesk | OAPPS.IO | Messaging apps plus implementation |
| A small team that wants an expert review first | Moshe Anisman | Free evaluation, then outsourced administration |
If your Zendesk already works and the only new piece is an AI agent, you may not need a partner at all. Your admin can build Zendesk's own agents, which our Zendesk AI implementation guide walks through. Or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up inside your desk. Macha is the second kind and our product. It runs AI agents inside Zendesk, the Macha team sets them up and monitors them, and it costs about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, with a trial of $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit. Macha suits teams that want tickets resolved without a rebuild; for a migration, routing redesign or custom app, hire one of the partners above. If you're weighing Zendesk's agents against a third-party one, read Zendesk AI agents vs a third-party agent. Whoever builds it, test the agent on your real tickets first; our test-run guide covers what a good test plan looks like.
FAQs
Who is the best Zendesk partner in the Middle East and Africa?
On our five criteria, CX Experts ranks first with 9 of 10 points: Premier levels, the AI Agents certification, 13 reviews, a managed service and a published price of zero for direct customers. 3LI Global follows with 8 on its UAE listing, Databeys, and it publishes a timeline and monthly AI tuning. Which fits depends on whether you need reviews, AI work or a timeline most.
Is there a Zendesk partner in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?
Databeys, the 3LI Global listing in Ras al Khaimah, is the only one in this pool with a UAE address. No listing has a Saudi address, though Worex says it has an office in Riyadh. Four firms list Arabic: CRM Scene, 3LI Global (on both listings), redk and Origin.
Which Zendesk partners in South Africa hold the AI Agents certification?
Three of the four South African listings hold it: CX Experts, Connect and WhySatisfy. Jasco doesn't. CX Experts and Connect also show Premier levels; WhySatisfy shows none.
Can Zendesk host our data in the Middle East or Africa?
No. Zendesk's Regional Data Hosting Policy offers the US, the EEA, the UK, Japan and Australia for accounts with the Data Center Location add-on, and AI agents data follows that choice only for AI agents accounts created on or after March 10, 2026.
How much does a Zendesk partner in the region cost?
Only CX Experts publishes a figure, and it's zero for direct customers. 3LI Global publishes a 2 to 8 week timeline and GrowON sells 2-week and 5-week setup packages, all priced on request. Our guide to choosing a Zendesk implementation partner covers what to ask for in a quote.

How we researched this
On October 30, 2026 we read all 23 profiles on zendesk.co.uk in a real browser, because review text loads with JavaScript. Levels, certifications, review counts and ages, languages, services and addresses come from those profiles, and the review quotes are copied from them word for word. The same day we read the partners' pages linked above. CloudHop's site refused our browser, so we used a Wayback Machine copy of July 5, 2025. Databeys' web address redirected to 3LI Global's site, so we scored that listing on 3LI's pages. The seven partners also in our global ranking were scored there on October 29, 2026, and we found no newer public fact that changes a score. We checked each firm's About page and, for Servion, its ownership, for signs that it belongs to a global integrator; none does.
"Who runs it" lines come from each partner's own About or Team page; where it names no one, we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and wrote "per LinkedIn". LinkedIn post counts don't affect any score. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside help desks. Nobody paid to be listed, and Macha is not a Zendesk partner and is not ranked here.
