Best HubSpot Service Hub Partners in DACH: Germany, Austria and Switzerland (2026): 25 Scored From HubSpot's Directory
IXTENSA, MAN Digital and Thorit share the top score among HubSpot Service Hub partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, at 6 of 10 on the same five criteria as our global ranking, with Huble, SAGE Marketing and RYZE Digital next at 5. We scored all 25 partners that HubSpot's Solutions Directory shows for the DACH region with Service Hub onboarding, using only public pages read on October 30, 2026. None of the 25 holds HubSpot's Service Implementation accreditation and none publishes a price for setting up HubSpot's customer agent, so the scores turn on Service Hub pages, prices, timelines and help after launch.
Key takeaways
- IXTENSA, MAN Digital and Thorit tie as the best-scoring HubSpot Service Hub partners in DACH at 6 of 10, each with a Service Hub page and a published timeline or price.
- MAN Digital is the only one of the 25 with a fixed Service Hub onboarding price: about $1,650 (€1,500) for Professional over one month.
- None of the 25 partners describes setting up HubSpot's customer agent with real scope, so nobody scores the full 2 points on that criterion.
- HubSpot hosts EU accounts in Germany, but it assigns a data center by the IP address you sign up from, so check yours before tickets go in.
- 21 of the 25 list German on their directory profiles; MAN Digital, SAGE Marketing, Plutonic and In Bounds Marketing don't.

How we ranked them
We pulled every partner in HubSpot's Solutions Directory that the directory's DACH filter returns and that offers Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding: 25 of the 272 partners it lists for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We read each firm's directory profile and site, and scored it on the rubric from our global HubSpot Service Hub partner ranking, copied word for word so the pages agree.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot credentials | Holds the Service Implementation accreditation | Elite or Diamond tier without it | Lower tier |
| Customer agent work described | Says it sets up customer agent, with scope such as knowledge sources, handoff rules or testing | Mentions Breeze or AI agents in general terms | No AI work described |
| Price or timeline published | A price for the AI work | A price or timeline for related work only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Tuning or managed AI support with a price or a stated length | Ongoing support described without a price or length | Not described |
| Service Hub focus | A page for Service Hub or support | Service Hub listed among hubs | No Service Hub mention |
Ties are broken by the customer agent score, then by how much scope the firm shows before a call. Three rules of application. The directory's Service Hub onboarding tick is how firms got into the pool, so it doesn't earn the Service Hub point; the firm's own site or directory description has to. The directory's budget brackets ("$5,000+", "Any Budget") don't count as a published price. And HubSpot certification badges such as "Breeze Essentials Partner" are courses individuals pass, so a badge alone doesn't count as AI work.
The 14 highest-scoring partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
1. IXTENSA: a Service Hub page with weeks attached, 6/10
IXTENSA, a Diamond partner in Lautertal, says on its directory profile that it has worked only on HubSpot since 2018. Its Service Hub page is the most detailed in this pool: tickets created from email, forms, chat and phone, routing and escalation workflows, SLAs per ticket type and customer segment, a knowledge base, and CSAT and NPS surveys. A focused rollout with ticketing, SLAs and training typically takes 4 to 8 weeks if you already use HubSpot,. Customer agent appears only as an add-on that raises the scope. Its HubSpot AI page covers agents in general and says each is tested before it goes live. After launch, its support page offers monthly work on a commitment of usually 12 months or a set block of hours, without a price.
Who runs it: Matthias Hechler and Andreas Jährling, both Geschäftsführer (managing directors), per IXTENSA's about page, which dates the company to 1998.
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 1, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.

None of them is a Service Hub package. Its HubSpot page says a typical onboarding takes 5 to 10 weeks and explains Breeze, including that the customer agent "beantwortet Support-Anfragen automatisch" (answers support requests automatically), but doesn't say n.b.s sets it up. Service Hub is listed among the paid hubs.

The bottom 11, in brief. BOOK-A-CODEE is a Karlsruhe freelancer who customizes Service Hub in two-week sprints. OMMAX, a Munich management consultancy, offers "AI-powered virtual agents" for routine service requests on its customer experience page, without naming HubSpot or Service Hub; it keeps the 1 it scored in our UK list. straight. and SMYCO mention Breeze or prospecting agents only in their directory descriptions. Karsten Köhler, a Leipzig freelancer and former HubSpot DACH marketing manager, has a domain that forwards to LinkedIn, so we scored the directory description. Cliqua, Plutonic, Bloom Rocket and In Bounds Marketing describe ongoing help but no Service Hub work. consign partners lists HubSpot for inbound marketing only, and Highberg, an Amsterdam consultancy with a Hamburg office, doesn't mention HubSpot on the pages we read.
Working with a HubSpot partner in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
Where the firms sit. Eighteen of the 25 are headquartered in the region: 12 in Germany, 3 in Austria and 3 in Switzerland. Huble, Hatchi Digital and Highberg are based elsewhere but list an office in Germany. MAN Digital, SAGE Marketing, Prime B2B Services and Plutonic have no office in the region at all. Three of the top six are in that last group or the one before it, so ask where the people doing your work sit.
Language. 21 of the 25 list German on their directory profiles. MAN Digital, SAGE Marketing, Plutonic and In Bounds Marketing don't. If your agents and customers write in German, your knowledge base has to be in German, and someone has to write it. Ask who.
Data hosting. HubSpot hosts accounts in five AWS locations, one of them in Germany, and assigns a data center "based on the geolocation of your IP address at sign-up", per its cloud infrastructure and data hosting FAQ. The same FAQ says data can be processed outside the hosting location if you "choose to work with a Solutions Partner" that does so, and that HubSpot staff may access it from other regions for support. A partner team in Kraków, Tel Aviv or Dublin is an ordinary GDPR question for your data protection officer.
Prices. Five partners publish figures: MAN Digital, SAGE Marketing, n.b.s, NoDitch and Pipeline Pilots. Only MAN Digital prices Service Hub onboarding. Every DACH-headquartered firm that publishes a price does it in euros.
Why so few of these partners price AI work
HubSpot's partner tiers measure the HubSpot revenue a partner sources: about $55,000 a month for Elite and $25,000 for Diamond, as our global ranking works out from HubSpot's points table. That's a sales measure. A partner's business model is project fees and retainers, so its incentive is to price the work it can scope before seeing your tickets. Every figure in this pool is for onboarding, a CRM build, a block of hours or a monthly plan. Nobody prices tuning a support agent, because nobody knows what that takes until the agent has answered real tickets. Our customer agent cost guide does the credit arithmetic, and our Service Hub pricing guide covers seats and onboarding fees. Our cross-desk partner ranking covers other help desks.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A German team already on HubSpot that wants ticketing, SLAs and a knowledge base | IXTENSA | Detailed Service Hub page; 4 to 8 weeks |
| A team that wants a fixed Service Hub onboarding price | MAN Digital | About $1,650 (€1,500) for Professional in one month; English-speaking |
| A large manufacturer that wants AI agents run after launch | Thorit | Managed agents with escalation analysis and regression checks |
| A support team in several countries | Huble | Service Hub page, Munich office, 11 languages |
| An English-speaking team that wants a monthly admin at a known price | SAGE Marketing | Retainers from $2,000 a month |
| A team in Austria | brandREACH or n.b.s | Vienna-area firms; n.b.s publishes its packages |
| A small team that wants Service Hub live fast | Hatchi Digital | 2 to 4 weeks for a small team |
| A team on HubSpot and Jira Service Management | NoDitch | Works across both ecosystems |
| A team that wants nobody internal maintaining the AI | A vendor-led agent | Setup and tuning sit in the subscription |
What to ask a DACH partner before you sign
- Is HubSpot's customer agent a line item in this scope, with knowledge sources, handoff rules and a test plan, or a later add-on?
- Who writes and maintains the German knowledge base articles the agent answers from?
- Who reads the agent's conversations each week after go-live, and what does that cost a month?
What we check when a partner-built HubSpot help desk reaches us
When a team brings Macha onto a Service Hub account that a partner set up, the partner's choices decide what an AI agent can do on its first day. These are the checks we run first, and each one is a fair question for a partner before you sign.
- Which ticket properties hold real data. An agent reads a ticket and updates it, so we look at which properties are filled in on past tickets and which were created and then left empty. A routing rule built on an empty dropdown does nothing for an agent.
- What customers actually ask. We read past tickets to see which categories arrive and how often, then pick the first one for the agent to take. Where the knowledge base has no article for a category, our AI Knowledge Builder drafts articles from those historical tickets.
- Workflows that react to the agent's own changes. A HubSpot workflow that fires on a property change will fire on the agent's change too. We mark tickets the agent has touched and keep that mark out of the rule's own conditions, so the two don't loop.
- Notes before replies. We confirm whether the agent's output lands as an internal note or a public reply. It starts in safe mode, drafting replies as notes on the ticket until your team says they're right. Before that, we replay past tickets against it in a simulation, and after launch Studies reviews its conversations against its instructions.
When don't you need a HubSpot partner?
You don't need one if Service Hub already runs the way you want and the only new piece is the AI agent. Your admin can set up customer agent (our guide), or a vendor's team can run its own agent on your tickets; our HubSpot AI implementation guide compares the routes.
Macha is our product, and it's the vendor kind: AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. It isn't a HubSpot partner and isn't ranked here. Its HubSpot connector reads and updates tickets, contacts and deals, adds notes, and fires on new tickets and property changes. Pricing starts at $299/month for 750 tickets, setup included. It suits teams already running Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom that want tickets handled end to end without anyone on staff tuning the AI, and it's the wrong fit if you need a help desk built or a migration done. See Macha on HubSpot; the trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit.
FAQs
Who is the best HubSpot Service Hub partner in Germany?
On our five criteria, IXTENSA, MAN Digital and Thorit tie at 6 of 10. IXTENSA has the most detailed Service Hub page, Thorit describes the most AI agent work after launch, and MAN Digital publishes a fixed onboarding price but doesn't list German. Huble, SAGE Marketing and RYZE Digital scored 5.
How much does Service Hub onboarding cost from a DACH partner?
Few publish it. MAN Digital charges about $1,650 (€1,500) for Service Hub Professional over one month and about $3,350 (€3,000) for Enterprise over two. HubSpot seats and credits come on top.
Do any partners in Germany, Austria or Switzerland set up HubSpot's customer agent?
Not with published scope. Huble lists an "AI-Powered Customer Agent" service and IXTENSA offers customer agent as a scope add-on, but neither describes knowledge sources, handoff rules or testing.

How we researched this
On October 30, 2026 we pulled the 25 partners that HubSpot's Solutions Directory returns for Germany, Austria and Switzerland with Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding, and read every profile and site that day, mostly in German. Review counts come from the directory's own data. Plutonic's script-rendered site was read in a real browser. Huble, MAN Digital, SAGE Marketing and OMMAX keep the scores from our UK list, and Thorit the score from our Nordic list. We checked each firm's ownership; none belongs to a global IT integrator. The "Who runs it" lines come from each firm's own site where it names a leader, and otherwise from MoltSets, a B2B people database, marked "per LinkedIn". Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. One reviewer scored public pages; we didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents for help desks. Nobody paid to be listed, and Macha isn't ranked.
