The best HubSpot Service Hub implementation partners for AI are the ones whose own sites say how they set up customer agent, what it costs and who tunes it after launch. On October 14, 2026, HubSpot's Solutions Directory listed 3,553 partners, but only 12 held its Service Implementation accreditation, and the directory has no filter for AI work. Scored on five stated criteria, Bluleadz, INSIDEA, Campaign Creators and RevPartners came out on top. Published AI prices run from $1,500 for a custom Breeze agent at SmartBug to $2,500 for a customer agent setup with 30 days of tuning at Bluleadz.

Key takeaways

  • HubSpot's Solutions Directory listed 3,553 partners on October 14, 2026, and only 12 held the Service Implementation accreditation, 11 of them Elite.
  • Bluleadz, INSIDEA, Campaign Creators and RevPartners scored 8 of 10 on our five criteria, which reward described customer agent work, prices, help after launch and a Service Hub focus.
  • Bluleadz prices a native customer agent setup with 30 days of tuning from $2,500, and AI managed support from $2,000 a month.
  • The Service Implementation accreditation requires a Service Hub Enterprise customer with at least 75 assigned seats, so it signals large help desk builds, not AI skill.
  • For a team that wants nobody internal maintaining the AI, Macha's team sets up and tunes an agent on Service Hub at about $0.40 per ticket, with no setup fee.
Best HubSpot Service Hub Implementation Partners for AI (2026): 11 Ranked From HubSpot's Directory

Disclosure: Macha publishes this blog. Macha isn't a HubSpot Solutions Partner and isn't in the ranking. It sells an AI agent that runs on top of HubSpot with setup included, and it appears in the vendor section and in the section on when you don't need a partner. Every partner below comes from HubSpot's own directory, and every claim comes from the firm's own site, read on October 14, 2026. We didn't contact or hire any of them. This page is the partner list for our HubSpot AI implementation guide, which covers the routes, phases and weeks.

How we ranked them

We checked HubSpot's Solutions Directory in a browser, counted partners by tier, service and accreditation, and pulled the 12 holders of the Service Implementation accreditation. The directory has no AI filter, so we added Elite partners whose directory cards describe Breeze or customer agent work, then read each firm's Service Hub, AI and pricing pages. Eleven made the scored list. Each gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.

Ties are broken by the customer agent score, then by how much scope the firm shows before a call. The scores are ours, and they reward what you can check before a sales call. They don't measure the quality of anyone's work, and the directory's star ratings (4.9 or 5.0 for every firm here) don't separate them either.

Which HubSpot partners set up customer agent on Service Hub?

1. Bluleadz: the clearest price for a customer agent setup, 8/10

Bluleadz is an Elite partner that calls itself the most-reviewed Elite partner. Its pricing page prices "Native Agent Implementation" from $2,500: setting up HubSpot's Customer or Prospecting Agent "complete with data audits, knowledge sources, guardrails, routing workflows, and 30 days of tuning". After that, "AI Managed Support" covers tuning and credit monitoring from $2,000 a month, for agents Bluleadz built or ones you built. Sales Hub or Service Hub onboarding starts at $1,500 on Professional and $3,000 on Enterprise. Its AI services page says every agent "starts semi-autonomous" with people approving changes, and that it sets credit caps at the portal level. Its AI page names its Solutions Architecture Design, CRM Data Migration and Platform Enablement accreditations, and its directory card claims seven in all; Service Implementation isn't among the 12 holders.

Scores: 1, 2, 2, 2, 1.

Best for: a Service Hub team that already has a working help desk and wants customer agent set up properly, with a priced option for someone to keep tuning it.

2. INSIDEA: fixed fees for onboarding and for AI work, 8/10

INSIDEA is an Elite partner. Its Service Hub onboarding is a fixed fee: $2,000 for Professional over 8 weeks, or $3,000 on a 4-week Fast Track, and $4,000 for Enterprise over 10 weeks. Onboarding includes 30 days of post-launch support, then managed operations from $2,000 a month. INSIDEA notes that when a partner delivers onboarding, HubSpot's own required onboarding fee "can often be waived". AI work is priced separately on its AI pricing page: a two-week discovery sprint from $2,000, a production agent built over 60 to 90 days with 60 days of post-launch support (scoped at proposal), and managed AI operations from $2,000 a month. Its AI page recommends customer agent on your knowledge base for deflecting support, and a custom agent when "answers require a live lookup in another system".

Scores: 1, 2, 2, 2, 1.

Best for: a team that wants HubSpot onboarding and a customer agent decision from one firm, with fixed prices for each step.

3. Campaign Creators: customer agent scope plus priced support plans, 8/10

Campaign Creators is an Elite partner and a Service Implementation holder that has done more than 600 HubSpot onboardings, per its directory card. Its AI agent implementation page covers customer agent end to end: the use case, knowledge sources, configuration, hours, ignore lists, escalation paths, testing of real scenarios, team training and "ongoing optimization". It says customer agent shouldn't answer complaints, legal concerns, VIP accounts or regulated topics. There's no price or timeline for the AI work ("timeline depends"). After launch, its HubDesk plans cost $1,250, $1,750 or $2,750 a month for admin support with unlimited ticket submissions.

Scores: 2, 2, 1, 2, 1.

Best for: a large Service Hub team that wants an accredited partner to scope customer agent carefully and stay on a monthly plan.

4. RevPartners: a fixed-price Service Hub launch with customer agent as an option, 8/10

RevPartners is an Elite partner and one of the 12 Service Implementation holders. Its Service Hub launch page is the most specific we found: a Customer Support package for $2,000 in 14 days, a Customer Onboarding package at the same price, and both for $3,250 in 30 days, "the same for HubSpot Pro + Enterprise plans". The support package builds a ticket pipeline, an intake form, the help desk inbox, routing and a support dashboard. One line item lets you choose either knowledge base support or a chatbot or "foundational customer agent setup", and the FAQ says it configures HubSpot's native AI "using your included account credits". It's a starter configuration, one item among many, not a tuned agent. After launch you get recorded how-to clips in a training document, and RevPartners sells ongoing RevOps work without a price on the page. The page still says it's one of "only seven" accredited partners; the directory showed 12 on October 14.

Scores: 2, 1, 2, 1, 2. The customer agent item gets 1 point because the page describes no scope for it.

Best for: a team switching on Service Hub Professional or Enterprise that wants the help desk and a first customer agent in two weeks for a known price.

5 to 7. Elite partners with AI programs and less after-launch detail

  • SmartBug Media (Elite, 7/10) builds custom agents "natively on HubSpot Breeze" from $1,500 per agent, with human sign-off gates, on its AI services page. It warns that "agents drift without fine-tuning" and recommends monthly optimization, priced on request. A Service Hub page covers the help desk. Scores 1, 1, 2, 1, 2.
  • New Breed (Elite, 6/10) lists customer agent and "routing, task creation, and orchestration for customer support" on its AI services page, with ongoing refinement and "measurable impact within 30-90 days". Scores 1, 2, 1, 1, 1.
  • Aptitude 8 (Elite, Service Implementation holder, 6/10) runs a 90-day Activate program that builds AI agents for one team, then an Operate service that keeps managing them, per its AI services page. The program is written around go-to-market roles rather than support. Scores 2, 1, 1, 1, 1.

8 to 11. Accredited or Service Hub specialists with thin AI detail

  • Instrumental (Elite, Service Implementation holder) describes testing, QA, launch support and "ongoing refinement" for AI in sales and service processes on its AI services page, without a price. Scores 2, 1, 0, 1, 1.
  • Blue Frog (Elite, Service Implementation holder) covers Breeze adoption across HubSpot on its AI enablement page; its directory card names Service Hub and migrations from Zendesk and Salesforce Service Cloud. Scores 2, 1, 0, 1, 1.
  • 1406 Consulting (Elite) runs a Breeze AI Quick Start that "typically takes 10 weeks" and mentions customer agents among other tools. Scores 1, 1, 1, 1, 1.
  • Orange Marketing (Diamond) has a dedicated Service Hub implementation page that includes chatbots and the knowledge base, takes "a few weeks to a couple of months", and stays "a few weeks after launch". It doesn't describe customer agent. Scores 1, 0, 1, 1, 2.

The other seven Service Implementation holders are Markentive (France), Elixir Solutions (Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Sweden), Avidly APAC, BONANA, iO, HAL Company (Latin America) and Awtana (Diamond), all Elite except Awtana. We read their directory cards but not enough of their sites to score them. If you're in their regions, they're the accredited shortlist.

What does HubSpot's own onboarding cover?

HubSpot requires a one-time onboarding fee on Service Hub Professional ($1,500) and Enterprise ($3,500), per our Service Hub pricing guide. Its Service Hub onboarding page lists remote consulting on intake channels, a ticket pipeline, live chat, standardized responses, the knowledge base, ticket automation and reporting. Customer agent isn't on the list, and the page says that "if you need additional help executing, you'll want to enlist a certified Solutions Partner." HubSpot also lets partners waive onboarding fees for their clients, up to a $6,000 value per client, per its partner program page. So buying through a partner can cover the onboarding you would otherwise pay HubSpot for. Ask before you sign.

What do HubSpot freelancers charge for Service Hub and AI work?

Both pages below were read without logging in on October 14, 2026.

  • Upwork: its HubSpot experts page rates them 4.8 out of 5 from 8,510 client reviews. The four showcased profiles charged $20 to $75 an hour, and Upwork's guide says most HubSpot work costs $15 to $40 an hour, with "full implementation and integration" projects at $3,000 to $12,000.
  • PeoplePerHour: its HubSpot page showed fixed-price offers such as a CRM setup and pipeline configuration for $415 and an "AI Integration: Salesforce, HubSpot & Pipedrive" offer for $170.

A freelancer suits one bounded job, such as cleaning up knowledge base articles or building a ticket pipeline. Most stop at handoff, so decide who will read customer agent's conversations each week. Our guide to who can set up AI customer support has a job-post template.

Vendors that set up their own agent on HubSpot

A third route skips the partner: an AI vendor whose own team sets up its agent on your HubSpot tickets. These vendors aren't HubSpot partners and don't configure customer agent; they run their own agent on top.

VendorWhat it chargesSetupAfter launch
Fini$0.89 per resolved ticket on Growth; the page's structured data lists Growth at $3,600 a month (our breakdown)"Implementation Included"; "goes live in 14 days and is fully autonomous in 30"Included
Macha (our product)$299/month for 750 tickets, no setup feeOur team; live in safe mode within 7 days or the first month is freeIncluded, with a dedicated success manager

Self-serve agents for HubSpot, which you set up yourself, are compared in HubSpot Breeze alternatives. Prices were read on October 14, 2026.

What do HubSpot partner tiers and accreditations mean?

HubSpot runs two separate badges, and buyers mix them up.

Tiers measure the HubSpot revenue a partner sources. From July 15, 2026, the program has five tiers: Solutions Partner, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite, per HubSpot's 2026 tiers page. Partners climb by earning points on the HubSpot subscriptions they source, assist or manage: 5 sourced points per $100 of monthly recurring revenue, per HubSpot's tier points explainer. Elite needs 2,750 sourced points, which works out to about $55,000 of monthly HubSpot revenue a partner has sourced, before growth-market bonuses. Elite and Diamond also need average gross revenue retention of at least 80% and 75%. Entry costs $400 a month, waived if the partner's own HubSpot subscription is at least that much.

TierSourced points neededRoughly, sourced HubSpot revenue a monthPartners in the directory
Elite2,750$55,00097
Diamond1,250$25,000241
Platinum425$8,500670
Gold115$2,300810
Solutions Partner (untiered)Above 0 from January 2027Any1,735

The revenue column is our arithmetic (points ÷ 5 × $100) at the standard rate; growth markets earn double points. The untiered count is the 3,553 total less the four tier filters.

Accreditations measure delivery. HubSpot awards them to partner firms, not people, after references and a review of real projects, per its accreditations page. The directory lists nine: Content Experience, CRM Implementation, Custom Integration, Data Migration, HubSpot Customer Training, Onboarding, Platform Enablement, Service Implementation and Solutions Architecture Design. None covers AI or customer agent.

The Service Implementation accreditation is the one closest to support work. A partner must be Platinum or above, have at least 3 full-time staff, and profile a customer with at least 200 employees, Service Hub Enterprise and at least 75 assigned Service Enterprise seats. That makes it a strong signal for a large help desk build and a weak one for a 10-person team adding customer agent. Certifications are different again: they're HubSpot Academy courses that individuals pass.

Filtering HubSpot's Solutions Directory step by step

  1. Open the directory and click Filters.
  2. Under Services, pick Help Desk Implementation. That cut 3,553 partners to 1,108 on October 14, 86 of them Elite. Knowledge Base Development and Customer Support Training are also there; when we checked the list, it had no entry for AI work.
  3. For a large or complex help desk, add the Service Implementation accreditation. That filter returned 12 partners; with Help Desk Implementation as well, 10.
  4. Set Budget to your bracket ($0 to $2,500, $2,500 to $5,000, or $5,000 and up), plus Country and Languages.
  5. Open each partner's website and look for a page that names customer agent and says what happens after launch. The directory cards are marketing copy and don't show prices for AI work.
  6. Ask for references from customer agent projects, not just Service Hub builds.

What does each route cost and who does each job?

RouteWhat you pay to startAfter launchWho tunes the AI
Your admin sets up customer agentNo setup fee; $0.50 per resolved conversation (50 credits), 3,000 credits a month included on Service Hub Professional (our HubSpot AI guide)The same credit meterYour admin

Freelancer$170 (a PeoplePerHour offer) to $3,000 or moreNothing after handoffYour admin
Solutions Partner$1,500 per custom Breeze agent (SmartBug) to $2,500 for a customer agent setup (Bluleadz); $2,000 for a Service Hub launch with a customer agent option (RevPartners)30 to 60 days of tuning, then AI support from $2,000 a month (Bluleadz, INSIDEA)The partner, while you pay
Vendor-led agentNo setup fee at Macha; implementation included at FiniThe vendor's monthly priceThe vendor's team

Here's the first year on the partner route, using Bluleadz's published prices: $2,500 for the setup with 30 days of tuning, then 11 months of AI managed support at $2,000, is $2,500 + $22,000 = $24,500 before HubSpot seats and credits. Skip the retainer and the cost drops to $2,500, but the tuning becomes your admin's job from month two. Customer agent's own meter is small by comparison: at 750 conversations a month with half resolved, that's 375 × 50 = 18,750 credits, less 3,000 included, so 15,750 credits, bought as 16 packs of 1,000 at $10: $160 a month. A partner's business model is project fees and retainers, and its tier rises with the HubSpot revenue it sources, so the reading of conversations in month three is either a retainer or your problem. Our implementation cost guide runs the numbers across desks.

What should you ask a HubSpot partner before you sign?

  1. Which tier do you hold, and which accreditations, as shown in the directory today?
  2. How many customer agent projects have you shipped in the last 12 months, and can I speak to two of those customers?
  3. Is customer agent a configured line item in your scope, or an add-on after go-live?
  4. Which knowledge base articles will you rewrite so the agent can answer from them, and is that in the price?
  5. How will you test before customers see a reply: normal questions, escalations, edge cases and tone? HubSpot says previewing and testing don't use credits.
  6. Which channels will the agent answer on, and which will it never touch?
  7. Who reads the agent's conversations every week once the project ends, and what does that cost a month?
  8. Will you set credit spending limits so other HubSpot features don't drain the same credits?
  9. Will you waive or cover HubSpot's onboarding fee if we buy through you, and do you earn on the seats we buy?
  10. Who owns the configuration and documentation if we stop working together?

Red flags, from what we read across the partner sites:

  • A credential claim that doesn't match the directory, such as an accreditation count that's out of date or a tier name the directory's filter doesn't list.
  • A trial length, credit price or plan requirement that doesn't match HubSpot's own documentation.
  • A resolution percentage promised before anyone has seen your tickets.
  • A scope that ends at go-live with no line for who fixes wrong answers in week three.
  • An AI page written entirely about sales and marketing agents, hired for a support agent.

When don't you need a HubSpot partner?

You don't need a partner if Service Hub already runs the way you want and the only new thing is the AI agent. A partner earns its fee on a first Service Hub build, migrations, pipelines, routing and SLAs, CRM data work, custom integrations, and procurement rules. Our Freshdesk to HubSpot migration guide shows the size of that work. For the AI alone, two routes skip the partner. Your admin can set up customer agent, which our customer agent guide walks through, or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up on top of HubSpot. Our guide to building an AI agent for HubSpot compares those routes.

Macha is our product, and it's the vendor kind. It isn't a HubSpot partner and doesn't resell HubSpot. On the done-for-you route, our team analyzes your past HubSpot tickets, fills the knowledge gaps for the first category, builds the agent on your existing Service Hub, and runs it in safe mode: it drafts replies as notes on the ticket until your team says they're right, then replies. The promise is "live in safe mode within 7 days, or your first month is free". Your part is about 15 minutes to connect HubSpot and the tools answers come from, and about 5 minutes a day reviewing drafts. The HubSpot connector reads and updates tickets, contacts and deals, adds notes, and fires on new tickets and property changes.

It costs about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, which includes setup and a dedicated success manager who handles new categories, policy changes and new tools after launch. The trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit, with the same setup. Macha runs on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom; see Macha on HubSpot. It suits teams on HubSpot that want tickets worked end to end without anyone on staff maintaining the AI, and it's the wrong fit if you only need a help desk built. It doesn't replace a partner for a Service Hub build, a migration or CRM work; hire one from the list above for that, and split customer agent and Macha by channel or pipeline so they never answer the same ticket. To see which categories an agent could take first, request a free support audit.

Common questions

Who is the best HubSpot Service Hub implementation partner for AI?

It depends on what you need besides the AI. On our five criteria, Bluleadz, INSIDEA, Campaign Creators and RevPartners scored 8 of 10. Bluleadz publishes the clearest customer agent price, $2,500 with 30 days of tuning; INSIDEA prices onboarding and AI work separately; Campaign Creators is the accredited partner with the most detailed customer agent scope; and RevPartners sells a $2,000, 14-day Service Hub launch with a customer agent option.

Does a HubSpot Solutions Partner do AI?

Many say they do, but the directory can't tell you which. Its services filter has no AI option and none of HubSpot's nine accreditations covers AI, so check each partner's own site for a customer agent page with scope, price and after-launch support. Of the 11 we scored, four described customer agent setup with real scope.

How much does a HubSpot partner charge to set up customer agent?

The published prices we found were $2,000 for RevPartners' 14-day Service Hub launch, where customer agent is one option, and from $2,500 at Bluleadz for a native agent setup with 30 days of tuning. SmartBug prices custom Breeze agents from $1,500 each. Ongoing AI support runs from $2,000 a month at Bluleadz and INSIDEA. HubSpot credits and seats come on top.

What is the HubSpot Service Implementation accreditation?

A credential HubSpot awards to partner firms that have built Service Hub for large customers. Applicants must be Platinum or above, with at least 3 full-time staff, and must profile a Service Hub Enterprise customer with at least 200 employees and 75 assigned Service Enterprise seats. On October 14, 2026, 12 partners held it.

Do I need a partner to set up HubSpot's customer agent?

No. A HubSpot admin can set up customer agent on any Professional or Enterprise hub that has credits, and HubSpot's own onboarding covers the help desk but not customer agent. A partner is worth hiring when the project also includes a first Service Hub build, a migration, routing and SLAs, or CRM data work.

What do HubSpot partner tiers mean?

Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite reflect how much HubSpot revenue a partner has sourced, measured in points per $100 of monthly recurring revenue, plus retention for Diamond and Elite. They say nothing direct about AI or support skill. Accreditations are the delivery signal, and only one, Service Implementation, is about help desks.

How we researched this

On October 14, 2026 we read HubSpot's Solutions Directory in a logged-out browser window with optional cookies declined, and used its own filters to count partners by tier, service and accreditation. The directory's page source doesn't carry the listing data and scripted requests didn't return it, so counts are what the filters displayed; the directory's search box didn't apply our query, so we didn't count partners by keyword. We then read the Service Hub, AI and pricing pages linked above, HubSpot's 2026 tier and points pages, its accreditation pages, its Service Hub onboarding page and its partner program page. Upwork was read in a logged-out browser and PeoplePerHour by direct fetch. HubSpot's pricing page served us rupees, so US dollar seat and onboarding prices come from our Service Hub pricing guide (read September 24, 2026), and customer agent facts from our HubSpot AI implementation guide (October 14). Seven accredited partners were checked in the directory only. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner, and none paid for placement. For the same ranking on other desks, see our Zendesk partners, Freshdesk partners, Gorgias partners and Intercom partners pages, our cross-desk partner ranking, and the AI customer support implementation guide.
