Best HubSpot Service Hub Partners in Brazil (2026): 17 Scored From HubSpot's Directory
Three HubSpot partners share the top score for Service Hub work in Brazil, at 6 of 10 on the same five criteria as our global ranking: Dig RevOps, Tropical Hub and HAL Company. Aconcaia is next at 5. We scored all 17 partners that HubSpot's Solutions Directory returns for Brazil with Service Hub onboarding, using only public pages read on October 30, 2026. Below are each firm's scores, prices and leaders, plus what to check on Portuguese support, hosting and the LGPD.
Key takeaways
- Dig RevOps, Tropical Hub and HAL Company tie as the best-scoring HubSpot Service Hub partners in Brazil at 6 of 10, each for a different reason.
- Dig RevOps is the only firm in the pool that publishes a price for a customer agent setup: $1,500, with knowledge base grounding and handoff rules listed.
- HAL Company is the only firm here with HubSpot's Service Implementation accreditation, and it has a São Paulo office among five in Latin America.
- No partner in this pool scored above 6, against 8 for the top firms in our global ranking, because almost nobody publishes prices.
- HubSpot has no data center in South America, though its software, onboarding, support and knowledge base all come in Portuguese (Brazil).

How we ranked them
We pulled every partner in HubSpot's Solutions Directory that the directory's Brazil filter returns and that offers Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding: 17 firms. We read each directory profile and each firm's site, mostly in Portuguese, and scored it on the rubric from our global HubSpot Service Hub partner ranking, copied word for word so the pages agree.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot credentials | Holds the Service Implementation accreditation | Elite or Diamond tier without it | Lower tier |
| Customer agent work described | Says it sets up customer agent, with scope such as knowledge sources, handoff rules or testing | Mentions Breeze or AI agents in general terms | No AI work described |
| Price or timeline published | A price for the AI work | A price or timeline for related work only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Tuning or managed AI support with a price or a stated length | Ongoing support described without a price or length | Not described |
| Service Hub focus | A page for Service Hub or support | Service Hub listed among hubs | No Service Hub mention |
Ties are broken by the customer agent score, then by how much scope the firm shows before a call. Tied firms form a tier, so the order inside a tier isn't a verdict. Every firm ticked the directory's Service Hub onboarding box, so that tick doesn't earn the Service Hub point; its own site or description has to name Service Hub or offer support work. Listing "atendimento" or after-sales as a business area doesn't count. Directory budget brackets don't count as a price, and a priced retainer with no AI work earns 1 point for after launch, as RevPartners' did in the global ranking.
The 17 HubSpot Service Hub partners in Brazil, ranked
1. Dig RevOps: a priced customer agent setup, 6/10
Dig RevOps is a Gold partner with offices in Brazil, Latin America and the United States, per its site. Its AI agent implementation page sells a Customer Agent Implementation for $1,500, "Best for: Resolving inbound demand 24/7 across Chat, WhatsApp, and Email", including native agent setup, routing for chat and WhatsApp, "Knowledge base grounding" and "Handoff rules & team training". Deployment takes 2 to 4 weeks if your data is already structured, or 6 to 8 weeks with cleanup. Nothing on that page covers the weeks after launch; its implementation page promises "close hyper-care support during initial rollout". In August 2026, a little over two months ago, C.A. Ballesteros Cortes wrote on its directory profile, in the directory's English translation from Spanish, "Dig RevOps has been an exceptional strategic partner for IFX." The site never names Service Hub; the support agent offer earns its Service Hub point.
Who runs it: Breno Mendes, founder, per LinkedIn. Dig RevOps' site doesn't name its founder.
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 2, price 2, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 1.
Best for: a small team that wants HubSpot's customer agent answering chat and WhatsApp within a month, at a known price.
2. Tropical Hub: a Smart Service page and a 30-day onboarding, 6/10
Tropical Hub is an Elite partner listed as remote, with Custom Integration and Onboarding accreditations; its site calls it "Made in Brasil". Its customer success page sells Smart Service on Service Hub: tickets and SLAs, knowledge bases and self-service flows, bots and chat, and AI sentiment analysis to flag churn risk. Its onboarding page says onboarding "Normalmente ocorre em um sprint de 30 dias", stretching to 45 or 60 days with several hubs. Its projects average 6 to 12 months in 90-day waves and can move to a recurring governance model, unpriced. AI agents appear in its directory description ("AI agents built on well-architected data") without a support scope.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 1, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.
Best for: a team that wants a Service Hub help desk with a knowledge base live in about a month.
3. HAL Company: the only Service Implementation accreditation in the pool, 6/10
HAL Company is an Elite partner and one of HubSpot's 12 Service Implementation holders. Its profile lists offices in Buenos Aires, Bogotá, Mexico City, Santiago and São Paulo, and eight accreditations. Its Service Hub page says it accompanies a Service Hub implementation end to end and "automatiza tickets y encuestas", then trains your team. Its AI adoption page lists better customer service among the areas where it applies HubSpot's AI, run by a HubSpot Certified Trainer, without describing an agent setup, and promises to keep answering questions about new features. No prices or timelines. The site footer reads "A KAZE Technologies company", and the profile says HAL belongs to a business group headquartered in Spain. In July 2026, three months ago, S. Fernandez wrote on its profile, in the directory's translation from Spanish, "Our experience with HAL was very positive."
Who runs it: Cecilia Hayafuji, CEO, per LinkedIn. HAL's about page names no leaders.
Scores: credentials 2, customer agent 1, price 0, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.
Best for: an enterprise help desk in Brazil and Spanish-speaking Latin America that wants an accredited partner billing in each country.
4. Aconcaia: a Service Hub page and Customer Agent named, 5/10
Aconcaia is a Diamond partner that sells "RevOps as a Service" and works in Portuguese. Its Service Hub page sets out its own process, from mapping and AI integration to execution and "Pós-implementação e sustentação", with "Suporte especializado e contínuo com equipe certificada." Its Breeze page describes Customer Agent, and its homepage lists "Criação e configuração de agentes de IA" as a service. The scope it gives is general: a data and process review "antes da IA entrar em ação", access permissions, real use cases and training, without knowledge sources, handoff rules or tests for the support agent. So it earns 1 point, not 2. No prices or timelines.
Who runs it: Maurício Rech, CEO and co-founder, per Aconcaia's about page, which also names Rafael Longo as CRO and co-founder.
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 1, price 0, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.
Best for: a southern Brazil B2B team that wants Service Hub and Breeze set up by one Portuguese-speaking firm on a monthly arrangement.
5. Reevia: tested custom agents and licenses billed in reais, 4/10
Reevia is a Diamond partner founded in Blumenau in 2024, per its about page. Its directory description offers HubSpot licenses "em dólar ou nacionalizado em reais, com nota fiscal brasileira", and integrations with TOTVS, SAP and other Brazilian ERPs. Its custom agents page defines data sources, business rules and human review points, tests agents in real scenarios before delivery, and monitors them afterwards. Those agents are for business processes in general, not a support agent, so customer agent work gets 1 point. Its support service is a "Pacote de horas com escopo claro", unpriced. Its Service Hub page describes the product, including Customer Agent, rather than Reevia's own implementation.
Who runs it: Juliano Depiné, founder, per Reevia's about page.
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 1, price 0, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 1.
Best for: a mid-sized company that wants to buy HubSpot in reais and connect it to a Brazilian ERP.
6. Insight Sales: Breeze in every hub build, 4/10
Insight Sales is a Diamond partner that says it's one of eight HubSpot Diamond partners in Brazil. Its HubSpot page offers end-to-end implementation of "Marketing, Sales, Service, Content e Data Hubs" with Smart CRM and Breeze, plus ongoing optimization of workflows, training and reports. Its data and AI page lists "Agentes, modelos e automações" without a support use case. No prices or timelines.
Who runs it: Its about page describes its founder as an outbound marketing pioneer in Brazil without a name. Per LinkedIn, Brenda Curi Linhares is co-founder and CMO.
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 1, price 0, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 1.
Best for: a company that wants every hub implemented together by a senior team.
7. elefante RevOps: published implementation prices, no AI, 4/10
elefante RevOps is a Diamond partner listed as remote. Its implementation page publishes more than any other firm here: an end-to-end project "Starting at $1,500" with a scoped quote after assessment, phased implementation support at $8,000 a month, month to month, a typical 14 to 24 weeks to go-live, and 30 days of post-launch support. Service is one of the hubs it implements, keeping "tickets, your knowledge base, customer health, and deal history in one place". It describes no AI agent work. In July 2026, nearly four months ago, P. Teri wrote on its profile, "Working with the Elefante team was awesome from start to finish."
Who runs it: Colten Roderigue, co-founder and CEO, per elefante's about page, which also names Garo Aroian as co-founder and CRO.
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 0, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 1.
Best for: a growth-stage company that wants a RevOps team on a long engagement at known monthly cost.
8. Navier: implementation inside the retainer, 4/10
Navier is a Platinum partner serving B2B firms in southern Brazil and São Paulo with yearly revenue from about $934,500 (R$5 million), per its directory description, which also says implementation is part of the recurring contract, "sem setup cobrado à parte e sem success fee". Plans run from a 3-month project plus a 6-month retainer to 24 months. Its customer success page sets up Service Hub to centralize "tickets, histórico, health score e pesquisas de satisfação". No AI work is described. Both reviews shown on its profile name Fenício, and a Navier partner, Mário R. Faccioni, is also cited on FENICIO's site; neither site states a corporate link.
Who runs it: Mário R. Faccioni and Rodrigo Roza, partners, per Navier's about page.
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 0, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.
Best for: a mid-sized B2B company that wants customer success and tickets structured on Service Hub without a separate setup fee.
9. FENICIO: WhatsApp agents with a human handoff, 3/10
FENICIO is a Gold partner in the directory's data (its profile page showed the plain Solutions Partner badge on October 30) that works with its own team rather than subcontractors. Its AI agents page builds WhatsApp agents that qualify leads and handle customer conversations around the clock, integrated with HubSpot, with your team trained to take over conversations and ongoing optimization of the agent's flows. It's FENICIO's own agent, with no knowledge base or test plan described. Its HubSpot page promises to "unificar marketing, vendas e atendimento" but names only Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, so it earns no Service Hub point. Its homepage sets an action plan within 90 days, then follow-up "por até 12 meses".
Who runs it: Sandro Schuh, founder, per FENICIO's about page, which says Sandro Schuh started it after 25 years in B2B sales, including leading TOTVS RS's small business area.
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 1, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 0.
Best for: a sales-led company whose customers write on WhatsApp and who want a person to take over mid-conversation.
10. SCIENT: go-to-market engineering with a Service Hub section, 3/10
SCIENT is a Platinum partner that works in Portuguese. Its HubSpot page has a Service Hub section with "Tickets com SLA tracking" and renewal workflows 90 days before contract end, offers "Desenvolvimento de agentes de IA acoplados ao HubSpot" for revenue teams, and promises "suporte contínuo à operação". No prices or timelines.
Who runs it: Giovanni Salvador, co-founder and CEO, and Matheus Pinheiro, co-founder and CTO, per SCIENT's company page.
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 1, price 0, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 1.
Best for: a B2B SaaS company that wants its CRM data cleaned up before any agent goes live.
11. LetsFlow: real estate, WhatsApp and lead routing, 2/10
LetsFlow is a Gold partner at a São Paulo address that specializes in Brazilian real estate developers and brokerages. Its homepage covers HubSpot integrations with the WhatsApp Business API and property portals, lead distribution, and an AI chatbot that qualifies buyers and hands the broker a summary. It sells projects, monthly consulting or a bank of hours, unpriced. It lists Marketing, Sales and Operations Hubs, not Service Hub.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 1, price 0, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 0.
Best for: a property developer whose leads arrive on WhatsApp and portals.
12. Agile Think: AI agent builds with no HubSpot work on its site, 2/10
Agile Think is an untiered São Paulo partner founded in 2015 by André Vidal and Leandro Stok, per its about page. Its homepage offers "Construção de Agentes Inteligentes" and an AI Evolution stage for continuous improvement, but never names HubSpot or support work.
Who runs it: André Vidal and Leandro Stok, founders, per Agile Think's about page.
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 1, price 0, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 0.
Best for: a company that wants AI agents built and has someone else running HubSpot.
13 to 17. The rest of the pool, at 2 or less
- IasbeckCo (Elite, São Paulo and Curitiba, 2/10) was founded in 2023 by Ícaro Iasbeck, per its about page. Its homepage offers CRM support with "Consultoria estratégica mensal" and "Suporte técnico ilimitado", unpriced. Its directory description lists "Pós-vendas" as an area, but its site names neither Service Hub nor AI. In July 2026, three months ago, V. de Mesquita wrote on its profile, in the directory's translation from Portuguese, "I would like to express my immense satisfaction with the work Iasbeck has done in implementing our CRM." Scores 1, 0, 0, 1, 0.
- WeSimplifi (Platinum, remote, 2/10) is the same firm our UK ranking scored at 2; its profile lists Portuguese and Spanish. Its HubSpot services page covers ticketing, live chat, knowledge base and SLA setup, without prices or AI. Founder per LinkedIn: Will Lench. In August 2026, two months ago, B. Ezekiel wrote on its profile, "We had a fantastic experience working with WeSimplifi." Scores 0, 0, 0, 1, 1.
- Logic Arts (untiered, São Paulo state, 1/10) says in its directory description that it builds "AI agents and automation with LAAI.dev"; its site covers marketing and CRM without naming HubSpot. Scores 0, 1, 0, 0, 0.
- ConnectX (untiered, Barueri, 1/10) is led by Cláudia Ferraz as a CRM consultant and fractional RevOps lead, per its homepage. Scores 0, 0, 0, 1, 0.

Dig RevOps leads the 6s on customer agent work. Tropical Hub shows more scope before a call than HAL Company, with a 30-day onboarding and a listed Service Hub build.
Working with a HubSpot partner in Brazil
Where the firms sit. Eleven of the 17 describe themselves as Brazilian or list a Brazilian address. HAL Company and Dig RevOps have Brazilian offices among others in Latin America. FENICIO and SCIENT work in Portuguese without naming a city. elefante RevOps and WeSimplifi list no Brazilian location.
Portuguese. All 17 profiles list Portuguese. HubSpot offers its software, support, onboarding, account management and knowledge base in Portuguese (Brazil), and rates only its Academy as "Limited", per its language offerings page. If customers write in Portuguese, the knowledge base an AI agent answers from has to exist in Portuguese.
Data hosting. HubSpot hosts accounts in the US, Canada, Australia and the EU, with no South American location, and assigns a data center by the IP address you sign up from, per its cloud infrastructure and data hosting FAQ. The same FAQ says data can be processed outside your hosting location when you work with a Solutions Partner. A Brazilian account's tickets will sit abroad either way.
LGPD. HubSpot's LGPD page says the features it built for GDPR "can also support compliance with the LGPD", and it covers the law's rules on transfers to third countries. Only Reevia mentions LGPD work in its directory description.
Prices and billing. Only Dig RevOps and elefante RevOps publish prices, both in US dollars. Reevia's directory description offers HubSpot licenses in reais with a Brazilian tax invoice, and HAL says it bills in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia and Spain.
Against the global list. None of the four firms that scored 8 in our global ranking is in the Brazil filter, so the ceiling here is 6.
Why so few Brazilian partners price support AI
HubSpot's tiers measure sourced HubSpot revenue: Elite needs about $55,000 a month, as our global ranking works out from HubSpot's points table. A partner earns project fees and retainers, so its incentive is to price work it can scope before seeing your tickets: onboarding, CRM builds and RevOps hours. Only Dig RevOps prices a support agent, because nobody can know what tuning takes until the agent has answered real tickets. Our customer agent cost guide does the credit arithmetic, and our Service Hub pricing guide covers seats and HubSpot's onboarding fee.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A small team that wants customer agent on chat and WhatsApp fast | Dig RevOps | $1,500, 2 to 4 weeks, knowledge base and handoff rules listed |
| A team that wants a Service Hub help desk live in a month | Tropical Hub | 30-day onboarding sprint, tickets, SLAs and knowledge base |
| An enterprise help desk across Latin America | HAL Company | Service Implementation accreditation, São Paulo office, local billing |
| A B2B team that wants Service Hub and Breeze from one firm | Aconcaia | Service Hub page, Customer Agent named, ongoing support |
| A company buying HubSpot in reais with a Brazilian ERP | Reevia | Licenses in reais, TOTVS and SAP integrations, tested agents |
| A team whose customers write on WhatsApp | FENICIO | Agents with a human handoff, 12 months of follow-up |
| A team that wants a long RevOps engagement at known cost | elefante RevOps | $8,000 a month, 30 days of post-launch support |
| A team that wants nobody internal maintaining the AI | A vendor-led agent | Setup and tuning sit in the subscription |
What to ask a Brazilian partner before you sign
- Which tier and accreditations does the directory show for you today?
- Is HubSpot's customer agent a line item in this scope, with knowledge sources, handoff rules and a test plan, or a later add-on?
- Who writes and maintains the Portuguese knowledge base articles the agent will answer from?
- Do you invoice in reais, and do you resell HubSpot licenses?
- Who reads the agent's conversations each week after go-live, and what does that cost a month?
What we check when a partner-built HubSpot help desk reaches us
When we bring Macha onto a Service Hub account a partner built, the partner's choices decide what an AI agent can do on day one. These are our first checks.
- Ticket properties that hold real data. The agent reads a ticket and updates it, so we look at which properties are filled in on past tickets and which were created and then left empty. A routing rule built on an empty dropdown does nothing for an agent.
- What customers actually ask. We read past tickets to see which categories arrive and how often, then pick the first one for the agent to take. Where the knowledge base has no article for a category, our AI Knowledge Builder drafts articles from those historical tickets.
- Workflows that react to the agent's own changes. A HubSpot workflow that fires on a property change will fire on the agent's change too. We mark tickets the agent has touched and keep that mark out of the rule's own conditions, so the two don't loop.
- Notes before replies. The agent starts in safe mode, drafting replies as internal notes on the ticket until your team says they're right. Before that, we replay past tickets against it in a simulation; after launch, Studies reviews its conversations against its instructions.
When don't you need a HubSpot partner?
Not if Service Hub already runs the way you want and the only new piece is the AI agent. Your admin can set up customer agent (our guide), or a vendor can run its own agent on your tickets; our HubSpot AI implementation guide compares the routes.
Macha is our product, and it's the vendor kind: AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. It isn't a HubSpot partner and isn't ranked here. Its HubSpot connector reads and updates tickets, contacts and deals, adds notes, and fires on new tickets and property changes. Pricing starts at $299/month for 750 tickets, setup included. It suits teams already running Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom that want tickets handled end to end without anyone on staff tuning the AI, and it's the wrong fit if you need a help desk built, an ERP integration or a migration done. See Macha on HubSpot; the trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit.

How we researched this
On October 30, 2026 we pulled the partners in HubSpot's Solutions Directory that its Brazil filter returns and that offer Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding: 17 firms. In the directory's data, 3 were Elite, 4 Diamond, 3 Platinum, 4 Gold and 3 untiered. We read every profile and site the same day, ConnectX's in a real browser because it renders in JavaScript. WeSimplifi keeps the score it got in our UK ranking. We checked each firm's About page and footer for ownership; HAL Company's footer names KAZE Technologies, and we found nothing saying it belongs to a global systems integrator. The "Who runs it" lines come from each firm's own site where it names a leader, and otherwise from MoltSets, a B2B people database, marked "per LinkedIn". Prices are in US dollars; the one figure published in reais was converted at the ECB reference rate of October 29, 2026. One reviewer scored public pages; we didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents for help desks. Nobody paid to be listed, and Macha isn't ranked.
