Best HubSpot Service Hub Partners in the UK (2026): 42 Scored From HubSpot's Directory
INSIDEA is the strongest HubSpot partner UK buyers can hire for Service Hub and AI work, scoring 8 of 10 on the same five criteria as our global ranking, with MO Agency and MAN Digital next at 6. We scored all 42 partners that HubSpot's Solutions Directory lists in the UK as offering Service Hub onboarding, using only their directory profiles and their own websites, read on October 29, 2026. Two of the 42 describe setting up HubSpot's customer agent with real scope, three publish a price for AI work, and at least eight are based mainly outside the UK.
Key takeaways
- INSIDEA is the best-scoring HubSpot Service Hub partner listed in the UK, at 8 of 10, ahead of MO Agency and MAN Digital at 6 each.
- Only INSIDEA and Growth London describe setting up HubSpot's customer agent with scope such as knowledge sources or escalation to a person.
- The lowest published Service Hub Professional onboarding prices are about $1,650 (€1,500) at MAN Digital and about $1,750 (£1,310) at Forbidden, against $2,000 at HubXpert and about $4,000 (£3,000) at MO Agency.
- Three firms price AI work on their own sites: INSIDEA's discovery sprint from $2,000, Flowbird's agent pilot at about $3,350 (£2,500) and Wellmeadow's AI intro at about $4,000 (£3,000).
- None of the 42 is among the 12 Service Implementation accreditation holders in our global ranking, so tier and each firm's own pages are the only signals before a call.

How we ranked them
We pulled every partner in HubSpot's Solutions Directory that lists the UK as a country and offers Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding: 42 firms. Then we read each firm's directory profile and its own Service Hub, AI, pricing and support pages, and scored it on the rubric from our global HubSpot Service Hub partner ranking, copied word for word so the two pages agree.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot credentials | Holds the Service Implementation accreditation | Elite or Diamond tier without it | Lower tier |
| Customer agent work described | Says it sets up customer agent, with scope such as knowledge sources, handoff rules or testing | Mentions Breeze or AI agents in general terms | No AI work described |
| Price or timeline published | A price for the AI work | A price or timeline for related work only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Tuning or managed AI support with a price or a stated length | Ongoing support described without a price or length | Not described |
| Service Hub focus | A page for Service Hub or support | Service Hub listed among hubs | No Service Hub mention |
Ties are broken by the customer agent score, then by how much scope the firm shows before a call. Every firm here ticked the directory's Service Hub onboarding box, which is how it got into the pool, so the Service Hub point needs the firm's own site or description. Directory budget brackets don't count as a price. The scores reward what you can check before a sales call, not the quality of anyone's work.
The 15 highest-scoring UK partners
1. INSIDEA: fixed fees for onboarding and for AI work, 8/10
INSIDEA is the most-reviewed firm in the UK pool, an Elite partner rated 4.99 from 512 reviews on its directory profile on October 29. It's the only firm here in our global ranking, where it placed second with the same 8 of 10. Its Service Hub onboarding is a fixed fee: $2,000 for Professional over 8 weeks and $4,000 for Enterprise over 10 weeks at the standard pace, with 30 days of post-launch support and then managed operations from $2,000 a month. AI work is priced separately on its AI pricing page: a two-week discovery sprint from $2,000, then a production agent built over 60 to 90 days with 60 days of post-launch support. Its AI page recommends customer agent on your knowledge base for deflecting support, and a custom agent when an answer needs a live lookup in another system. A directory review dated October 28, 2026, from M. Williams of The Blodgett Company, praises its "professional, knowledgeable, and reliable HubSpot onboarding and support".
Who runs it: Pratik Thakker, founder and CEO, per INSIDEA's about page, which says the firm was founded in 2022 with four people and now has "150+ people in 25+ countries". Pratik Thakker has posted 14 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly about how business owners adopt AI and where sales and follow-up work stalls.
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 2, price 2, after launch 2, Service Hub focus 1.
Best for: a UK team that wants Service Hub onboarding and a customer agent decision from one firm, at fixed prices for each step.
2. MO Agency: the most detailed Service Hub price list in the pool, 6/10
The clearest Service Hub offer in the UK pool is on the customer service page of MO Agency, an Elite partner with offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town, London and Dubai. A core Service Hub implementation starts from about $4,000 (£3,000) and typically takes 6 to 8 weeks for ticket pipelines, routing, SLAs and core automation. A comprehensive build runs 10 to 14 weeks at about $8,000 to $13,300 (£6,000 to £10,000) and adds the knowledge base, chatbot, feedback surveys and health scoring. It migrates from Zendesk, Freshdesk and Intercom, and support costs from $1,650 a month. The AI side is thinner: the chatbot "routes simple requests without agent involvement", and its AI page says the work is anchored in HubSpot's Breeze, without describing customer agent. A directory review dated October 27, 2026, from M. Yousif, says the team "onboarded and trained us on the platform" during a HubSpot migration.
Who runs it: Luke Marthinusen, founder and CEO, per LinkedIn. MO Agency's about page says it was founded in 2011 and has "35+ specialists across Johannesburg, Cape Town, and London".
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 1, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.
Best for: a team moving to Service Hub from Zendesk, Freshdesk or Intercom that wants a fixed starting price and a monthly service-ops retainer.
3. MAN Digital: priced onboarding and a staged agent build, 6/10
From its core team in Krakow, Elite partner MAN Digital publishes one of the cheapest onboardings in the pool. Its pricing page lists Service Hub onboarding at about $1,650 (€1,500) for Professional over one month and about $3,350 (€3,000) for Enterprise over two, and RevOps as a Service from about $2,150 (€1,950) a month on a 3-month minimum. Its AI agents page builds "agentic workflows" inside HubSpot, from a prototype with a go or no-go gate to live testing and ongoing hallucination audits. It doesn't name customer agent or put a price on the AI work. A customer success operations page covers ticketing and a shared inbox.
Who runs it: Przemek Orlikowski, CEO, per MAN Digital's about page, which dates the firm to 2016 and lists Romeo Mann as its founder.
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 1, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.
Best for: a B2B SaaS or services team that wants a cheap, fixed Service Hub onboarding and is open to a custom agent later.
4. Growth London: the only UK firm besides INSIDEA to scope customer agent, 5/10
Platinum partner Growth London has offices in London, Helsinki, Stockholm, Tel Aviv and New York. Its HubSpot AI and agents page offers a Customer Agent Setup that answers from your knowledge base and CRM data, escalates complex issues to people and covers out-of-hours support. That's enough scope for 2 points. Its customer service page builds a HubSpot ticketing pipeline, customer health signals and support reporting. It publishes no prices: support comes as a monthly retainer, a block of 20 to 40 hours, or ad hoc, all quoted on a call.
Who runs it: Jonathan Price, agency owner, per LinkedIn. Growth London's about page says it launched in 2017 and describes a "small team, senior expertise".
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 2, price 0, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.
Best for: a team that already knows it wants HubSpot's customer agent and is happy to get a quote after a scoping call.
5. Flowbird: a fixed-price, one-agent pilot, 5/10
Flowbird is a Diamond partner in Ashford, Kent. Its packages page is the plainest price list in the pool: a CRM data audit for about $1,000 (£750) over two weeks, HubSpot onboarding at about $2,650, $6,650 or $13,300 (£1,995, £4,995 or £9,995) for 6, 11 or 19 sessions, and an Agent Pilot for about $3,350 (£2,500) after the audit. The pilot page scopes "one agent, scoped to a single job it can be judged on", built with HubSpot's own agent tooling and measured for two weeks against an agreed baseline. The example jobs are internal, such as health scoring from support history. We found no Service Hub mention.
Who runs it: Jason Rainbird, founder and managing director, per Flowbird's about page, which says the firm has been at it "since 2013".
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 1, price 2, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 0.
6. HubXpert: Service Hub packages with prices and weeks, 5/10
Three priced Service Hub packages sit on the Service Hub implementation page of HubXpert, a Platinum partner with offices in London, Hamburg, Melbourne, Singapore and Dhaka. Service Foundation Setup costs $2,000 and up over 3 to 6 weeks, Service Automation Pro $4,500 and up over 6 to 10 weeks (knowledge base, customer portal, SLAs, surveys), and Service Enterprise $10,000 and up over 10 to 16 weeks. After launch, Service Hub optimization and support costs $45 an hour. None of the packages includes AI. A separate agentic AI page builds "custom AI agents that execute multi-step tasks independently".
Who runs it: Ratul Rahman, founder and CEO, per LinkedIn. HubXpert's about page names advisors but no leader.
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 1, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.

Working with a HubSpot partner in the UK
"UK" in the directory means a UK presence. The directory's country filter returns firms with a UK office or a UK listing, and at least eight of these 42 are based mainly outside the UK: MO Agency (Johannesburg), MAN Digital (Krakow), SAGE Marketing (Tel Aviv), Glare (Israel), Klakss (Paris), OMMAX (Munich), Leadopo (offices in Bratislava, Prague, Malaga and Warsaw) and Marketing Migration (Boston). At least 22 show "Remote" as their directory location. Ask where the people doing your work sit; Johannesburg runs one or two hours ahead of London, Krakow one.
Languages. Every site we read was in English except Klakss, whose site and directory card are in French, which helps a UK firm with French-speaking customers.
Data residency. HubSpot hosts EU accounts in Germany, assigns a data center by the IP address you sign up from, and lets paid accounts migrate to another regional data center later, per its cloud infrastructure and data hosting FAQ. If yours was opened from a US address, have your partner check it before tickets go in.
Public-sector buying. BabelQuest's directory card says it's on the G-Cloud 14 framework, which matters for public-sector buyers.
Against the global list. Our global ranking put Bluleadz, INSIDEA, Campaign Creators and RevPartners at 8 of 10. Only INSIDEA is listed in the UK; the next UK firms stop at 6, mostly for lack of a price on AI work or its tuning. Some UK agencies that top other "best HubSpot partner" lists, such as Six & Flow and Blend, didn't appear in the directory's UK plus Service Hub onboarding filter on October 29, so they aren't scored here.
Why so few UK partners price AI work
HubSpot's partner tiers measure how much HubSpot revenue a partner sources, as our global ranking explains. A tier says how much HubSpot a firm sells, not how well it tunes an AI agent. A partner's business model is project fees and retainers, so the work it prices is the work it can scope: onboarding, migrations, pipelines and hours of admin. Customer agent is harder to price before anyone has read your tickets, and the reading of its conversations in month three is either a retainer line or your team's job. Of the 42, INSIDEA is the only one that prices both AI work and the AI support after it.
Customer agent's credits come on top of whatever a partner bills; our customer agent cost guide does the math, and our Service Hub pricing guide covers seats and the onboarding fee a partner may waive.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A team that wants Service Hub onboarding and customer agent from one firm at fixed prices | INSIDEA | Priced onboarding, AI discovery and managed AI support |
| A team moving from Zendesk, Freshdesk or Intercom | MO Agency or Pineo | MO prices a Service Hub build from $4,000 with migration; Pineo prices a Zendesk move from $730 |
| A team that knows it wants HubSpot's customer agent | Growth London | The only UK-listed firm besides INSIDEA that scopes customer agent setup |
| A team that wants to test one agent before committing | Flowbird | A $3,350 pilot with a two-week measured window |
| A Service Hub Professional team on a tight budget | Forbidden or MAN Digital | Service Pro onboarding at $1,750 or $1,650 |
| A team that wants Service Hub by tier with hourly support after | HubXpert | Packages from $2,000 and $45 an hour afterwards |
| A manufacturer | Wellmeadow or Intergage | A Wellmeadow co-founder ran automotive factories; Intergage holds HubSpot's Manufacturing Industry Specialist badge |
| A public-sector buyer | BabelQuest | On the G-Cloud 14 framework |
| A team that wants nobody internal maintaining the AI | A vendor-led agent | Setup and tuning sit in the subscription |
What we check when a partner-built HubSpot help desk reaches us
When a team brings Macha onto a Service Hub account a partner set up, the partner's choices decide what an AI agent can do on day one. These are the checks we run first, and they're worth raising with a partner.
- Ticket properties. Our HubSpot connector reads tickets and updates their properties, so we look at which properties hold real values and which were created and never filled in. An agent can't route on a dropdown nobody uses.
- The categories in past tickets. We read past tickets to see which kinds of question actually arrive and pick the first category to take on. Where the knowledge base has gaps, our AI Knowledge Builder drafts articles from those historical tickets.
- Rules that fire on the agent's own updates. A workflow that reacts to a ticket change will react to the agent's change too. The fix is to mark the ticket when the rule fires and exclude that mark from the rule's own conditions.
- Notes before replies. We confirm whether the agent's output lands as an internal note or a public reply, and we replay past tickets against the agent in a simulation before it answers anyone. In safe mode it drafts notes until your team says they're right. After launch, Studies reviews its conversations against its instructions.
When don't you need a HubSpot partner?
You don't need a partner if Service Hub already runs the way you want and the only new piece is the AI agent. For the AI alone, your admin can set up customer agent, which our customer agent guide walks through, or a vendor's team can run its own agent on your HubSpot tickets. Our HubSpot AI implementation guide compares them.
Macha is our product, and it's the vendor kind: AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. Its HubSpot connector reads and updates tickets and adds notes, and pricing starts at $299/month for 750 tickets, setup included. It suits teams already running HubSpot Service Hub that want tickets handled end to end without anyone on staff tuning the AI, and it's the wrong fit if you need a help desk built or a migration done. See Macha on HubSpot; the trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit.
FAQs
Who is the best HubSpot Service Hub partner in the UK?
On our five criteria, INSIDEA scored highest at 8 of 10, with fixed prices for Service Hub onboarding, AI discovery and managed AI support. MO Agency and MAN Digital scored 6. Growth London is the other UK-listed firm that scopes customer agent setup, and Flowbird publishes the clearest AI pilot price, about $3,350 (£2,500).
How much does Service Hub onboarding cost from a UK partner?
The published prices we found include about $1,650 (€1,500) for Service Hub Professional at MAN Digital, about $1,750 (£1,310) at Forbidden, $2,000 at INSIDEA and HubXpert, and about $4,000 (£3,000) at MO Agency for a core Service Hub implementation. HubSpot seats and credits come on top.
Do any UK HubSpot partners set up customer agent?
Two describe it with real scope. INSIDEA recommends customer agent on your knowledge base and prices the AI work, and Growth London sells a Customer Agent Setup that answers from your knowledge base and CRM data and escalates complex issues. Most others mention Breeze or AI agents only in general terms.

How we researched this
We checked every firm's own pages on October 29, 2026. That day we pulled the list of partners in HubSpot's Solutions Directory that show the United Kingdom as a country and offer Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding: 42 firms, 8 Elite, 8 Diamond, 16 Platinum, 4 Gold and 6 untiered. The same day we read each firm's directory profile and its own Service Hub, AI, pricing, support and about pages. INSIDEA keeps its score from our global ranking. The "Who runs it" lines come from each firm's own site where it names a leader, and otherwise from MoltSets, a B2B people database, marked "per LinkedIn". Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner. For other desks, see our cross-desk partner ranking.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents for help desks. Nobody paid to be listed, and Macha isn't ranked.
