Best Gorgias Shipping and Order-Tracking Apps (2026): 14 App Store Apps Scored
The best Gorgias shipping and order-tracking apps in October 2026 are Corso Post Purchase and LateShipment.com, which each scored 9 of 10 on our five public criteria, followed by AfterShip Tracking, Sendcloud, ShipInsure, ShipAid and Onro on 8. The Gorgias App Store files 33 apps under Shipping & Fulfillment, and 23 of those Gorgias shipping apps track, fulfill, protect or validate shipments. Gorgias publishes no reviews, so we scored partner status, price, ticket actions, setup and update dates, and we show every score.
Key takeaways
- Corso Post Purchase and LateShipment.com share the top score of 9 of 10, and both let an agent raise a lost or damaged parcel from Gorgias. AfterShip Tracking scores 8 because both its paid plans are "Starting at" prices.
- ShipBob, the only Preferred Partner in the category, scores 5 because its fulfillment price is quoted on request and its listing was last edited in May 2022.
- Five of the 14 ranked apps create Gorgias tickets on their own: Sendcloud and LateShipment.com for delivery problems, Address Guard for bad addresses, Bigblue for delivery alerts and Hive for returns and issues logged in Hive.
- Shipping protection apps cost the merchant nothing up front; ShipAid's Shopify listing takes 9% of the protection revenue, and shoppers pay the fee at checkout.
- An AI agent working the same queue needs rules for the tickets these apps create, and someone has to decide who clicks the claim buttons.

How we scored them
We kept the 23 apps in the category whose job is tracking, fulfillment, shipping protection or delivery addresses. We left out AI agents, a fraud tool, a pre-order app, analytics, NetSuite, Linnworks, and Amphora, whose integration pulls Gorgias tickets into Amphora. Our roundup of Gorgias integrations covers the wider App Store.
Each app is scored 0 to 2 on five criteria. Gorgias shows no ratings or reviews, so the first criterion is marketplace standing.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketplace standing | Built-for or partner badge, or featured | Listed with docs | Listing only |
| Published price | Full price on the listing or vendor site | A free tier or "from" price only | Contact sales |
| Works in the ticket | Acts inside the ticket or agent workspace with documented features | View-only or limited | Unclear |
| Setup effort | Marketplace install with documented self-serve setup | Needs configuration help or an onboarding call | Custom work or undocumented |
| Maintained | Listing or app updated in the last 12 months | 12 to 24 months | Older or unknown |
Under our readings, a widget scores 2 for the ticket only if the agent can do something from it, such as file a claim, hold an order or insert tracking into a reply; a widget that shows data and links out scores 1. Setup scores 1 when it needs a hand-copied API key, a manual HTTP integration or an email to the vendor. For maintenance we used the latest publish or modify date in the listing's structured data, or a dated vendor article about the Gorgias integration. We didn't count Gorgias's help-center "Updated" dates, which appear on most partner articles. We score the price of the service behind the connector.
Ties are broken by Shopify App Store review count; those ratings never change a score.
Gorgias's own route sits outside the ranking. Its Track order option lets shoppers follow a shipped order with data "directly pulled from Shopify," and our guide to Order Management in Gorgias walks through it.
The 14 apps, ranked
Top tier, 9 of 10: Corso Post Purchase and LateShipment.com
Apps on the same score form one tier, ordered inside it by Shopify review count: 9 (ranks 1 and 2), 8 (3 to 7), 7 (8) and 6 (9 to 14).
1. Corso Post Purchase: the shipping claim and the return in one widget, 9/10
Corso also appears in our returns roundup with the same score, and it belongs in both. Its Trusted Partner listing describes a widget with order details and claim information that offers "simple actions to efficiently create shipping issue requests and access return details," plus quick actions to finalize return or warranty claims. The integration is "provided free of charge," and Corso's homepage says protection revenue "covers the full cost of the platform," with no fixed fees and no contracts.
Scores: standing 2, price 2, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 1.
Corso's business model funds the claim desk from the shoppers most likely to file a claim. The listing was last updated on September 25, 2025, 13 months before we checked, which costs it a point. Corso rates 4.9 from 21 reviews on Shopify.
Best for: brands that sell shipping protection and want lost-parcel claims and returns handled in the same widget.
2. LateShipment.com: the ticket arrives before the complaint, 9/10
LateShipment.com is the other Trusted Partner in the category. Its OAuth integration article, modified December 11, 2025, says it raises tickets "with the name and email address of the customer who is likely to face a poor delivery experience," before that experience happens. Agents can report an order as lost or damaged from Gorgias so LateShipment.com starts a carrier refund.
Scores: standing 2, price 1, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 2.
Price costs it a point. The listing says "Starts at $0.07 per shipment tracked," and the pricing page shows OneTrack Starter free for up to 150 shipments a month, with paid volume tiers set on a slider and shipping insurance at $0.69 per $100 of coverage. The listing was updated in January 2026. Its OneTrack app on Shopify launched in September 2026 and has no reviews yet, which puts it second in this tier behind Corso.
Best for: turning late and lost parcels into tickets before customers write in.
Second tier, 8 of 10: five apps
3. AfterShip Tracking: tracking you can drop into a reply, 8/10
AfterShip Tracking puts a customer's tracking events in the Gorgias customer sidebar: tracking number, status, estimated delivery date, carrier and order details. AfterShip's Gorgias integration page says agents can "inject responses into Gorgias live chats and tickets with just one click," and that Gorgias's AI Agent can use the tracking data to answer "where is my order?" questions. Setup is an authorization, documented in AfterShip's support article dated June 29, 2026.
Scores: standing 1, price 1, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 2.
AfterShip's tracking pricing quotes both paid plans as "Starting at" figures, so it gets 1 for price, the same as LateShipment.com. It starts Essentials at $29 a month for 6,000 shipments a year, with $0.08 per extra shipment, and Premium at $59 with $0.12 per extra; Premium adds API and webhooks. Enterprise is contact sales, and the listing notes a free plan. It was updated on May 5, 2026, and rates 4.6 from 1,511 reviews on Shopify, the largest following here.
Best for: high volumes of "where is my order?" tickets.
4. Sendcloud: five parcel events that open tickets, 8/10
Sendcloud is shipping software first: labels, carrier rates and branded tracking. Its Gorgias article lists five shipment events that create a Gorgias ticket automatically: shipment lost, delivery delayed, parcel damaged, pickup point changed and address error.
Scores: standing 1, price 2, works in the ticket 2, setup 1, maintained 2.
Setup loses a point because the second half is manual: an HTTP integration built in four steps with Sendcloud API keys, which then pulls shipment data into new tickets and into macros. The pricing page lists $0 for up to 20 parcels a month, then Lite at about $30 (€28) a month plus $0.11 (€0.10) a label, Growth at $100 (€87) plus $0.10 (€0.09), Premium at $190 (€175) plus $0.09 (€0.08) and Pro at $710 (€639) plus $0.08 (€0.07), with Enterprise custom. The listing was updated on October 26, 2026. Sendcloud rates 4.5 from 520 reviews on Shopify.
Best for: European stores already printing labels in Sendcloud.
5. ShipInsure: file the claim for the customer, 8/10
ShipInsure sells checkout shipping protection against lost, stolen and damaged parcels. Its Gorgias article says the widget shows customer, order and claim details, and that agents can start a claim from it; it also says the integration "does not create new tickets."
Scores: standing 1, price 2, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 1.
The listing says "It's Free!" and ShipInsure's homepage talks of "Pricing and Rev Share" without printing the share. The listing dates from July 2025. ShipInsure rates 4.8 from 67 reviews on Shopify.
Best for: stores that want agents filing protection claims during the conversation.
6. ShipAid: decide the claim from the ticket, 8/10
ShipAid has the widest set of buttons in this list. Gorgias's ShipAid article says that when a customer who filed a complaint opens a ticket, the widget lets the agent refund, reorder, allocate store credit, a discount or a gift card, or deny the complaint; "Other" sets a custom credit amount. The widget is single-use and disappears once the complaint is resolved, and ShipAid supports only Shopify stores.
Scores: standing 1, price 2, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 1.
ShipAid's homepage advertises a "$0 monthly software fee," and its Shopify listing charges 9% of the Shipping Guarantee revenue earned through the app. ShipAid earns more the more shoppers opt in. The Gorgias listing was last updated in July 2025. ShipAid rates 4.8 from 25 reviews on Shopify.
Best for: letting the agent who reads the complaint settle it.
7. Onro: delivery orders for brands running their own drivers, 8/10
Onro is last-mile delivery software for businesses that dispatch their own drivers. Its Gorgias article says the sidebar widget shows the five most recent delivery orders with order code, status, type, service and creation date, and links to the tracking page, the shipment label and the Onro Dispatcher. Setup runs over Gorgias OAuth and creates the widget for you.
Scores: standing 1, price 2, works in the ticket 1, setup 2, maintained 2.
Onro's pricing page lists Business at $239 a month with 1,500 deliveries included, and Enterprise at a custom price. The listing was published on October 21, 2026, eight days before we checked. Its Shopify app has no reviews.
Best for: local-delivery brands with their own drivers.
Third tier, 7 of 10: Spacefill
8. Spacefill: the warehouse in the sidebar, 7/10
Spacefill connects brands to their 3PL warehouses. The listing promises order preparation status, delivery details, an address update "to fix delivery issues before they escalate," and a one-click action to "open an incident with your 3PL" from the ticket. Its setup guide is three steps.
Scores: standing 1, price 0, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 2.
The Gorgias app is free, but Spacefill's site says "Pricing is based on the scope Spacefill connects, enriches and orchestrates," with no figures, so it scores 0 on price. The listing went up in October 2026. Its Shopify app has no reviews.
Best for: brands spread across several 3PLs who want one widget for all of them.
Fourth tier, 6 of 10: six apps
9. TrackingMore: tracking on a cheap plan, with limits, 6/10
TrackingMore shows a customer's order and "Real-time display of logistics order number status information" in the sidebar. Gorgias's TrackingMore article has you copy an account token from the Shopify app into Gorgias, and the widget only appears if the customer ordered in the last 30 days.
Scores: standing 1, price 2, works in the ticket 1, setup 1, maintained 1.
The pricing page lists Free at $0, Basic at $9 a month and Pro at $59, with Enterprise custom. The Gorgias listing was last updated in January 2025. TrackingMore rates 4.4 from 375 reviews on Shopify.
Best for: smaller stores whose tracking questions are about recent orders.
10. Address Guard: bad addresses caught before the parcel ships, 6/10
Address Guard validates shipping addresses. Its Gorgias article says the widget shows the latest order's address validation status and tags, and that Address Guard can create Gorgias tickets for address issues, with your own subject, body and triggering order tags.
Scores: standing 1, price 2, works in the ticket 1, setup 2, maintained 0.
The listing quotes $0.03 per US and $0.04 per international validation; Address Guard's pricing page now says $0.05 an order, so budget on the vendor page. The listing's newest date is October 28, 2024, a day more than two years before we checked. Address Guard rates 4.8 from 40 reviews on Shopify, with the Built for Shopify badge.
Best for: stores losing money to carrier address-correction fees.
11. Hive: change the order from the ticket, 6/10
Hive is a fulfillment network in Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the UK. Gorgias's Hive article shows widget buttons to put an order on hold, release it or change the address, with the change reflected in Hive. Returns and issues submitted in Hive open a Gorgias ticket, and you can tag those tickets automatically.
Scores: standing 1, price 0, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 1.
Hive publishes no prices; the listing dates from July 2025. Hive rates 4.7 from 23 reviews on Shopify.
Best for: European brands fulfilling with Hive whose agents need to stop an order before it ships.
12. Bigblue: escalate the lost parcel to the 3PL, 6/10
Bigblue is a fulfillment company with a Gorgias widget for order, package, return and support-request data. Gorgias's Bigblue article says Bigblue can push a draft ticket explaining a delivery issue "so you can reply in one click," with three alerts on by default, and the listing adds escalation of lost parcels to Bigblue.
Scores: standing 1, price 1, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 0.
The pricing page shows the app subscription at about $70 (£49) or $200 (£149) a month, but the fulfillment fee is a quote, so price scores 1. The listing hasn't been edited since September 2022. Bigblue rates 5.0 from 12 reviews on Shopify.
Best for: Bigblue customers who want late-parcel tickets drafted for them.
13. Voila: tracking without API keys, 6/10
Voila shows live shipment tracking in the ticket sidebar. Gorgias's Voila article describes an install with "no messy API keys, no developer needed." You connect the app in Gorgias, log in to Voila and authorize it, and Gorgias creates the HTTP integration behind the widget.
Scores: standing 1, price 1, works in the ticket 1, setup 2, maintained 1.
The widget is view-only, and every plan on Voila's pricing page is a "from" price, which scores 1. It lists a Tracking plan from $145 a month for 2,500 orders, Business from $175 and Ultimate from $275, with Enterprise on request. The listing was last updated in July 2025. Its Shopify app, from The Despatch Company, has one review.
Best for: UK shippers already using Voila for labels.
14. Narvar: search orders, shipments and sent notifications, 6/10
Narvar Connect & Care, listed in October 2026, adds a search to the sidebar by order ID, email or phone number. Narvar's setup guide says each order shows items, outbound shipments with carrier and estimated delivery, returns, the emails and texts sent to the customer, and a link that opens Narvar's return portal.
Scores: standing 1, price 0, works in the ticket 1, setup 2, maintained 2.
Searching and linking out score 1 in the ticket. The listing says the app "requires an existing Narvar subscription," with pricing from Narvar Support. This is a different listing from Narvar's older returns app on the App Store.
Best for: enterprise retailers already on Narvar who want agents to see which notifications a customer actually received.
Also scored: nine apps on 5 or less
| App | Score | Standing / price / ticket / setup / maintained | Why it lost points |
|---|---|---|---|
| ShipBob | 5 | 2 / 0 / 1 / 2 / 0 | Preferred Partner, but the widget is view-only, pricing is "Request a quote," and the listing was last edited in May 2022 |
| ShipMonk | 5 | 1 / 0 / 1 / 1 / 2 | Gorgias's article installs it through a preview link; pricing is "Get a Quote" |
| Parcel Panel (now CWILL Tracking) | 5 | 1 / 2 / 1 / 1 / 0 | Setup pastes an API key; the Gorgias integration needs the $59 Professional plan; listing from April 2024 |
| PrettyDamnQuick | 5 | 1 / 0 / 2 / 2 / 0 | Agents can change delivery method and pause orders, but no price is published and the listing dates from 2023 |
| Tratrack | 5 | 1 / 1 / 0 / 1 / 2 | The listing describes customer notifications, nothing an agent does in the ticket |
| SavedBy Package Protection | 5 | 0 / 2 / 2 / 0 / 1 | Claims from Gorgias, but the documentation link lands on SavedBy's help home |
| Extend | 4 | 1 / 0 / 0 / 1 / 2 | Setup starts with an email to Extend; the docs don't say what the widget does |
| Track by Loop (Wonderment) | 4 | 1 / 0 / 1 / 2 / 0 | Loop bought Wonderment; tracking pricing is through an account executive |
| Order Protection | 1 | 0 / 0 / 1 / 0 / 0 | Documentation link is the homepage, pricing is a custom quote, listing from April 2024 |
ShipBob, the only Preferred Partner here, gives a read-only view of order, address and tracking data per Gorgias's ShipBob article.
What a shipping app changes for an AI agent on the same Gorgias tickets
Macha reads and writes the same Gorgias tickets your team does and looks up orders with its built-in Shopify connector, so the shipping app shapes how we set up an agent.
We check four things. First, where the tracking status lives. Apps with an API, such as AfterShip on Premium or TrackingMore from Basic, are reached through custom API tools that Macha's team sets up during onboarding and keeps monitoring. Second, which tickets the app creates itself. Five ranked apps open tickets (Sendcloud, LateShipment.com, Address Guard, Hive and Bigblue), so we give the agent's trigger the tag-and-exclude pattern and make sure it doesn't answer a system ticket as if a customer wrote it. Third, who decides claims. Shopify's Create Refund in Macha refunds everything still refundable on the order and asks for confirmation, so a partial refund or a reship stays with a person or with ShipAid's and Corso's own buttons. Fourth, internal notes. Macha starts in safe mode with its drafts posted as internal notes, so we check that no shipping app's rule or HTTP integration fires on those notes as if an agent had replied.
Then we replay past tickets in a simulation before anything runs on its own.
Where AI fits
Macha runs AI agents inside the Gorgias account you already have, set up and monitored by the Macha team. It fits teams already running Gorgias whose shipping questions need the order and the tracking app together, where that app has an API the agent can reach. Pricing starts at $299/month for 750 tickets, with a trial of $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit. See which order-tracking apps an AI agent can use, how to send proactive shipping updates in Gorgias, and how agents work with shipping protection apps.
Which one fits your situation?
- Agents answer tracking questions all day: AfterShip Tracking, which puts the tracking into the reply; Voila if you want the simplest install and only need to read it.
- You want tickets before the complaint: LateShipment.com, or Sendcloud if you already ship with it.
- You sell shipping protection: ShipAid if agents should settle claims from the ticket, ShipInsure if they should file them, Corso if claims and returns belong together.
- Your 3PL holds the answer: Spacefill across several warehouses, Hive or Bigblue if you fulfill with them, ShipBob for a read-only view.
- Wrong addresses cost you money: Address Guard.
- You run your own drivers: Onro.
FAQs
What is the best shipping or tracking app for Gorgias?
On our rubric, Corso Post Purchase and LateShipment.com tie on 9 of 10, followed by AfterShip Tracking, Sendcloud, ShipInsure, ShipAid and Onro on 8. All 23 scored apps and every score are in the tables above.
Are Gorgias shipping integrations free?
The connector usually is. You pay for the service behind it: from $29 a month with AfterShip, about $30 a month plus label fees with Sendcloud, or a quote from 3PLs like ShipBob and ShipMonk. Shipping protection apps such as Corso, ShipAid and ShipInsure are funded by the fee shoppers pay at checkout.
Can Gorgias create tickets when a parcel is late or lost?
With an app, yes. LateShipment.com and Sendcloud create tickets for delayed, lost or damaged parcels, and Bigblue drafts alert tickets.

How we researched this
On October 29, 2026 we saved the Gorgias App Store's Shipping & Fulfillment category page: 33 apps, three with a partner badge (ShipBob Preferred; LateShipment.com and Corso Trusted). We kept the 23 apps that track, fulfill, protect or validate shipments and read each listing the same day, taking badge, developer, documentation link, pricing text and the publish and modify dates from the page's structured data.
We then read each app's Gorgias setup article and each vendor's pricing page, in a rendered browser where a page blocked plain fetching. Tratrack's documentation link (a Baback article) and PrettyDamnQuick's Gorgias article came from Wayback Machine copies. Shopify App Store ratings were read the same day and used only to order ties. We didn't install or test any app or contact any vendor.
Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside help desks, including Gorgias. Nobody paid to be listed, and Macha is not ranked here.
