The best Gorgias returns and exchanges apps in October 2026 are Synctrack Returns, ReturnZap and Corso Post Purchase, which each scored 9 of 10 on our five public criteria, followed by Redo, ReturnGO, Baback and Reveni on 8. Of the 32 apps in the Gorgias App Store's Return & Exchanges category, 17 run returns. Gorgias publishes no reviews, so we scored partner status, price, ticket actions, setup and update dates, and we show every score.

Key takeaways

  • Synctrack Returns, ReturnZap and Corso Post Purchase share the top score of 9 of 10, and all three let an agent start a return or claim from the Gorgias sidebar.
  • Loop Returns, the only Preferred Partner in the category, scores 6 because its Gorgias listing was last updated in June 2024 and its widget only displays return data.
  • The Gorgias listings for ReturnZap, Baback, PostCo and yayloh quote prices or terms that differ from each vendor's own pricing page, so check the vendor page before you budget.
  • Eight of the 15 widgets display return data without letting the agent act on it.

How we scored them

We started from the Gorgias App Store's Return & Exchanges category, saved on October 29, 2026, and kept the 17 apps whose main job is running returns and exchanges. We left out AI support agents, fraud and chargeback tools, shipping protection and tracking apps, and Together, which describes no Gorgias integration. Our roundup of Gorgias integrations covers the wider App Store. Each app scores 0 to 2 on five criteria.

A widget scores 2 for the ticket only if the agent can act from it, such as starting a return, approving an RMA or filing a claim; display and links out score 1. Setup scores 1 for hand-copied API keys, a manual HTTP integration or an email to someone. Maintenance uses the listing's publish and modify dates or a dated vendor article about the Gorgias integration; Gorgias's help center shows the same refresh date on nearly every partner article, so we didn't count it. Price is the returns platform's, since the connector is useless without it.

Gorgias's own route sits outside the ranking. Its Order Management return flow sends shoppers into the Loop Returns portal and needs an AI Agent subscription, and its AI Agent has a Loop Returns action for return status. Our Order Management guide covers it.

The 15 apps, ranked

Apps on the same score form one tier, ordered inside it by Shopify App Store review count (Shopify ratings never change a score): 9 (ranks 1 to 3), 8 (4 to 7), 7 (8 to 11), 6 (12 to 14) and 5 (15).

1. Synctrack Returns: start a return without leaving the ticket, 9/10

Synctrack Returns puts the RMA, refund, exchange order, items and return shipment in the Gorgias sidebar. An agent can create a return or exchange from the ticket. Its help article, dated March 19, 2026, says the integration needs the Premium plan or above.

Scores: standing 1, price 2, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 2.

Synctrack's pricing page lists a free Starter plan, Professional at $19.99, Premium at $49.99 and Enterprise at $149.99 a month. The Gorgias listing quotes "starting from $19.99," which is a tier below the one Gorgias needs. On Shopify it rates 4.9 from 133 reviews and carries the Built for Shopify badge.

Best for: smaller stores that want agents opening returns for under $50 a month.

2. ReturnZap: five recent returns and a Start return button, 9/10

ReturnZap's sidebar widget shows a customer's five most recent returns with return and shipment status. "Start return" opens ReturnZap's Shopify backend so the agent can pick the order; the Gorgias listing calls it a way to "create a return on behalf of a customer directly in ReturnZap with a direct link right from the Gorgias interface." Setup is three documented steps from the Gorgias App Store. Its help article, dated April 7, 2026, requires the Advanced plan.

Scores: standing 1, price 2, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 2.

ReturnZap's pricing page prices Advanced by monthly return volume, from $25 for up to 50 returns to $849 above 2,000. The Gorgias listing still quotes older plan names (Standard, Pro, Plus) at $29.95 to $179.95. It rates 4.8 from 115 reviews on Shopify, with the Built for Shopify badge.

Best for: a fixed monthly price inside a volume band.

3. Corso Post Purchase: file the shipping claim from the sidebar, 9/10

Corso is the only top-tier app with a partner badge (Trusted Partner), and its listing promises "the entire Corso Post-Purchase Platform in a Gorgias widget." Its widget shows a customer's three most recent orders and offers "Create Shipping Reorder Claim" and "Create Shipping Refund Claim" at the top. Corso's Gorgias guide shows the timeline confirming each claim, and a "View Return Request" link opens returns in Corso.

Scores: standing 2, price 2, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 1.

Corso charges $0 in fixed fees, and its homepage says protection revenue covers the platform, so Corso earns when shoppers buy shipping protection at checkout. The listing was last updated in September 2025. Corso rates 4.9 from 21 reviews on Shopify.

Best for: brands already selling shipping protection.

4. Redo: free returns, paid elsewhere, 8/10

Redo's Gorgias listing calls it "Always Free," and its pricing page lists Returns, Claims and Warranties at $0. The paid products sit around them, such as checkout optimization at $0.40 an order and support AI agents at $0.99 a resolution. Its setup guide, dated July 6, 2026, connects from the Gorgias App Store and loads the last two months of returns when a ticket changes.

It loses a point in the ticket because the guide shows returns alongside the ticket and links to Redo for processing. Its listing was updated on October 5, 2026. Redo rates 4.9 from 832 reviews on Shopify.

Best for: free returns software.

5. ReturnGO: approve and reject RMAs from Gorgias, 8/10

ReturnGO has the deepest RMA controls here. According to its Gorgias guide, dated May 20, 2026, agents can approve, reject or cancel an RMA, mark a shipment received, validate items and release an exchange. It also creates Gorgias tickets for return requests.

Scores: standing 1, price 1, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 2.

Setup is self-serve, with the API key pasted into ReturnGO's own Gorgias box and the connection approved in Gorgias. Its pricing page shows Premium "Starting at" $147 and Pro at $297 a month, while the Gorgias listing says to contact ReturnGO. It rates 4.9 from 407 reviews on Shopify.

Best for: teams where agents, not a warehouse, decide whether a return is approved.

6. Baback Returns: the most actions from the ticket, 8/10

Baback has the longest action list here. Gorgias's Baback article says agents can create RMAs, shipping labels, refunds or exchanges from any ticket. The listing's own documentation link returned a 404.

Baback Returns' listing on the Gorgias App Store, captured October 29, 2026

Scores: standing 1, price 1, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 2.

Baback's pricing page starts Lite at about $220 a month (€199) plus from about $1.10 (€0.99) per return request, with Plus and Enterprise on request. The Gorgias listing calls the integration free, but Baback's comparison table lists a Gorgias add-on at about $110 (€99) a month, so ask first. The listing was updated in January 2026. Baback rates 5.0 from 6 reviews on Shopify.

Best for: European brands that want agents to issue the label or exchange themselves.

7. Reveni: free on the listing, light in the ticket, 8/10

Reveni installs from the Gorgias App Store. Its widget shows returns and exchanges created in the last 75 days and links to the customer's Reveni profile.

Scores: standing 1, price 2, works in the ticket 1, setup 2, maintained 2.

Both the Gorgias listing and the Shopify listing say "Free," though Reveni's own site offers only a demo booking. The listing was published in January 2026. It rates 5.0 from 2 reviews on Shopify.

Best for: brands that only need agents to see the return.

8. AfterShip Returns Center: one-click replies with RMA status, 7/10

AfterShip Returns Center installs from the Gorgias App Store and shows up to three of a customer's most recent RMAs in the sidebar. Agents can insert responses into Gorgias chats and tickets with one click, and Gorgias's article says the Gorgias AI Agent can give return status updates and send pre-filled return portal links.

AfterShip Returns Center's listing on the Gorgias App Store, captured October 29, 2026

Scores: standing 1, price 1, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 1.

AfterShip's returns pricing quotes both paid plans as "Starting at" figures, so it gets 1 for price, like Loop and ReturnGO. It starts at $16 a month for Essentials (240 returns a year, $0.50 per extra return) and $99 for Premium (1,200 a year, $1 per extra), the tier listing support integrations. It rates 4.7 from 1,544 reviews on Shopify, with the Built for Shopify badge. The Gorgias listing was last updated in August 2025.

Best for: stores already on AfterShip tracking.

9. PostCo: ten return orders in the widget, 7/10

PostCo shows the latest 10 return orders matched by the customer's email. PostCo's help site didn't load, so we read its Gorgias article (last updated July 2024) from a Wayback Machine copy.

Scores: standing 1, price 2, works in the ticket 1, setup 2, maintained 1.

PostCo's pricing page says every plan includes every app: Checkout+ at $0 a month, funded by a fee shoppers opt into at checkout, or a subscription from $179 a month for up to 100 returns. The Gorgias listing still says "From $49 per month." PostCo rates 4.9 from 101 reviews on Shopify.

Best for: returns and order editing from one vendor.

10. Refundid: labels and return links from the ticket, 7/10

Refundid brings return labels, internal return notes and tracking into Gorgias. Agents can share a label, send a link to start a return and open the return in Refundid's portal. Gorgias's article says refunds can't be processed from Gorgias.

Scores: standing 1, price 2, works in the ticket 2, setup 2, maintained 0.

Its pricing page lists Core at $399 a month for up to 85 returns, a $0 Checkout+ plan funded by shopper cover, and custom pricing above 85 a month; instant refunds are priced separately. The Gorgias listing says only to contact Refundid, and it hasn't changed since July 2024, which costs it the maintenance points. It rates 5.0 from 13 reviews on Shopify.

Best for: stores offering instant refunds.

11. Pango: return status in the sidebar, free to start, 7/10

Pango installs from the Gorgias App Store and its widget shows return status, refund details and exchange options. Gorgias's article describes no actions from the ticket.

Scores: standing 1, price 1, works in the ticket 1, setup 2, maintained 2.

Pango's pricing page lists Checkout+ as free software plus return shipping, and Advanced as "Contact us." When we checked, its October 30, 2025 listing was one day inside 12 months. It rates 5.0 from 5 reviews on Shopify.

Best for: testing a shopper-funded returns model.

12. Loop Returns: the Preferred Partner, held back by its listing, 6/10

Loop is the category's only Preferred Partner. Gorgias's Loop article covers a sidebar widget with returns, exchanges and items, macro variables for the return status page URL, and a refresh when an agent adds the note "Update."

Scores: standing 2, price 1, works in the ticket 1, setup 2, maintained 0.

The widget displays and links out, and Loop's pricing shows Returns "Starting at $340 per month" for up to 1,000 returns, plus a free Checkout+ plan that "not every merchant qualifies" for. The Gorgias listing was last modified on June 7, 2024. Loop's Returns Data article says Gorgias owns the integration. Our rubric doesn't reward the Order Management flow and AI Agent action Gorgias built for Loop, real reasons to pick it. Loop rates 4.6 from 450 reviews on Shopify. Our Loop setup guide has the steps.

Best for: brands that want Gorgias's own AI Agent and self-service flows on returns.

13. yayloh: fashion returns with tickets created from the back office, 6/10

yayloh targets fashion brands. It can create a Gorgias ticket from yayloh for claims or out-of-stock exchanges, and adds a sidebar widget. Its setup guide, dated March 27, 2026, has you enter your Gorgias API key in yayloh before installing the app, and you drag the widget in by hand.

yayloh's pricing page starts at $190 a month; the Gorgias listing says $60. It rates 5.0 from 11 reviews on Shopify.

Best for: apparel brands whose returns team starts most contact.

14. ReturnLogic: a Trusted Partner with a read-only widget, 6/10

ReturnLogic holds a Trusted Partner badge and installs from the Gorgias App Store. Its features article says the integration "does not support actions like processing returns."

Scores: standing 2, price 1, works in the ticket 1, setup 2, maintained 0.

Its pricing page shows a usage-based plan at $3.90 to $0.25 per return with no platform fee, while its FAQ and the Gorgias listing say it starts around $300 a month. It rates 5.0 from 3 reviews on Shopify.

Best for: brands running warranty claims through the same portal.

15. Narvar Return & Exchange: a manual HTTP integration, 5/10

Narvar connects to Gorgias as an HTTP integration rather than an App Store install. Gorgias's Narvar article has you add a Narvar API key (from Narvar support if you don't have one) and a Basic authorization header generated in the Narvar app. The widget then shows up to 10 recent returns with shipping status, return reasons and dashboard links. The article describes no actions on the return itself.

Narvar Return & Exchange's listing on the Gorgias App Store, captured October 29, 2026

Scores: standing 1, price 0, works in the ticket 1, setup 1, maintained 2.

The listing says "Schedule a demo for pricing," and Narvar's site shows no price. The listing was published on October 13, 2026. Narvar rates 4.5 from 21 reviews on Shopify.

Best for: brands already running returns on Narvar.

Also scored: Frate Returns & Recommerce (5) and Happy Returns (4)

Frate Returns & Recommerce scored 5: standing 1, price 1, ticket 1, setup 2, maintained 0. It offers one-click exchanges and peer-to-peer returns and connects from the Gorgias App Store, and Gorgias's article says returns can't yet be started from website chat. Frate's pricing has a customer-funded plan with zero monthly fees and an unpriced fixed-cost plan. Its listing dates from October 28, 2024, just over 24 months back, so it trails Narvar on Shopify reviews (Frate has 7).

Happy Returns scored 4: standing 1, price 0, ticket 1, setup 1, maintained 1. Gorgias's article has you email your Retailer ID to Gorgias's partner team. The listing still calls it "a PayPal company," while its Shopify listing says "a UPS Company," where it rates 3.3 from 29 reviews.

What a returns app changes for an AI agent on the same Gorgias tickets

Macha reads and writes the same Gorgias tickets your team does and looks up orders with its built-in Shopify connector, so the returns app shapes how we set up an agent.

We check four things. First, which app holds the return. Shopify's Create Refund in Macha refunds everything still refundable on the order and asks for confirmation; it takes no custom amount, so a single-item return refund stays with a person or the returns app. Second, how the agent reaches that app. Apps with an API, such as Loop Returns, are reached through custom API tools that Macha's team sets up during onboarding and keeps monitoring. Third, which tickets the app creates itself, like ReturnGO's RMA tickets or yayloh's claim tickets, so the agent's trigger doesn't answer a system notification as if a customer wrote it. Fourth, internal notes. Some widgets refresh when a note is added, and Macha starts in safe mode with drafts posted as internal notes, built from your past Gorgias tickets, so we confirm those notes don't set off anything unexpected.

Where AI fits

The apps above run the return itself, and in the shopper-funded plans the business model is that checkout fees pay for the software. What's left in Gorgias is the conversation, such as "where's my refund?"

Macha runs AI agents inside the Gorgias account you already have, set up and monitored by the Macha team. It fits teams already running Gorgias whose returns questions need the returns app and the order together, where that app has an API the agent can reach. Pricing starts at $299/month for 750 tickets, with a trial of $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit. If your returns tickets are mostly status checks on Loop, Gorgias AI Agent's own Loop action may cover them first. Our walkthrough on automating returns in Gorgias with AI compares the routes,, and our returns apps comparison covers each vendor's API.

Which one fits your situation?

  • Agents should open returns from the ticket on a small budget: Synctrack Returns on Premium at $49.99 a month, or ReturnZap's Advanced plan priced by volume.
  • You sell shipping protection: Corso, where the claim and the return sit in the same widget.
  • You don't want to pay for returns software: Redo, Pango's Checkout+ or PostCo's Checkout+, each funded another way.
  • Agents approve returns: ReturnGO, the only widget here with approve and reject buttons.
  • Gorgias's AI Agent should do the work: Loop Returns, despite its score.

FAQs

What is the best returns app for Gorgias?

On our rubric, Synctrack Returns, ReturnZap and Corso Post Purchase tie on 9 of 10, followed by Redo, ReturnGO, Baback and Reveni on 8. Loop Returns, Gorgias's Preferred Partner, scores 6.

Does Loop Returns work with Gorgias?

Yes. Gorgias documents a sidebar widget, macro variables, an AI Agent action for return status, and an Order Management flow into the Loop portal that needs an AI Agent subscription. Loop's help center says Gorgias owns and maintains the integration.

Are Gorgias returns integrations free?

The connector usually is. You pay for the returns platform behind it: from $16 a month with AfterShip, $147 with ReturnGO or $340 with Loop. Redo's returns product is free, and Corso, PostCo, Refundid, Pango and Frate offer plans funded by fees shoppers pay at checkout.

How we researched this

On October 29, 2026 we saved the Gorgias App Store's Return & Exchanges category page: 32 apps, four with a partner badge (Loop Returns Preferred; ReturnLogic, Corso and LateShipment.com Trusted). We left LateShipment.com out as a delivery-issue tool. Swap Returns has a Gorgias listing ("From $59/month") and a Gorgias help-center article filed under Returns & Exchanges, but it isn't in the App Store's Return & Exchanges category, so it isn't in this pool. We kept the 17 apps that run returns and read each listing the same day and its structured-data dates.

We read each Gorgias setup article and each vendor's pricing page. AfterShip's pricing page blocked our fetch, so we read it and PostCo's pricing page in a browser; PostCo's help site didn't resolve, so its Gorgias article came from a November 2024 Wayback Machine copy. We didn't install or test any app or contact any vendor.

Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026.
