INSIDEA is the strongest HubSpot partner Australia and New Zealand teams can hire for Service Hub AI work, scoring 8 of 10 on the same five criteria as our global ranking, with HubXpert and Huble next at 5. We scored all 21 partners that HubSpot's Solutions Directory lists in Australia and New Zealand as offering Service Hub onboarding, using only public pages read on October 29, 2026. Only INSIDEA describes setting up HubSpot's customer agent with real scope, only INSIDEA prices AI work, and the prices the others publish are for onboarding, developer hours or monthly plans.

Key takeaways

  • INSIDEA is the best-scoring HubSpot Service Hub partner listed in Australia and New Zealand, at 8 of 10, ahead of HubXpert and Huble at 5 each.
  • INSIDEA is the only one of the 21 that names HubSpot's customer agent with scope and prices AI work, starting with a $2,000 discovery sprint.
  • Published Service Hub timelines run from 2 weeks for Starter at Thirtyfour Creative to 10 to 16 weeks for HubXpert's enterprise package.
  • HubSpot hosts accounts in Sydney, but it assigns a data center by the IP address you sign up from, so check yours before tickets go in.
  • None of the 21 holds HubSpot's Service Implementation accreditation, so tier and each firm's own pages are the only signals before a call.

How we ranked them

We pulled every partner in HubSpot's Solutions Directory that lists Australia or New Zealand and offers Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding: 21 firms. We read each firm's profile and site and scored it on the rubric from our global HubSpot Service Hub partner ranking, copied word for word so the two pages agree.

Ties are broken by the customer agent score, then by how much scope the firm shows before a call. Two notes. Every firm in the pool ticked the directory's Service Hub onboarding box, which is how it got into the pool, so that tick doesn't earn the Service Hub point; the firm's own site or directory description has to. And the directory's budget brackets ("$5,000+", "Any Budget") don't count as a published price. The directory's star ratings don't separate these firms either: every partner with reviews averages 4.9 or 5.0.

The 15 highest-scoring partners in Australia and New Zealand

1. INSIDEA: fixed fees for onboarding and for AI work, 8/10

INSIDEA is an Elite partner with the most directory reviews in this pool, 512 on its profile on October 29. Its Service Hub onboarding is a fixed fee: $2,000 for Professional over 8 weeks and $4,000 for Enterprise over 10 weeks, with 30 days of post-launch support and then managed operations from $2,000 a month. AI work is priced on its AI pricing page: a two-week discovery sprint from $2,000, a production agent built over 60 to 90 days with 60 days of post-launch support, and managed AI operations from $2,000 a month. A directory review dated October 28, 2026, from M. Williams of The Blodgett Company, praises its "professional, knowledgeable, and reliable HubSpot onboarding and support". Its AI page treats support deflection as "usually native", meaning customer agent on your knowledge base, and recommends a custom agent only when answers need a live lookup in another system.

Who runs it: Pratik Thakker, founder and CEO, per INSIDEA's about page. Pratik Thakker has posted 14 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly about how business owners adopt AI and where sales and follow-up work stalls.

2. HubXpert: Service Hub packages with prices and weeks, 5/10

HubXpert's directory profile lists offices in Campbellfield in Victoria, London, Hamburg, Singapore and Dhaka, alongside Platinum tier and the Custom Integration, Data Migration and Onboarding accreditations. Its Service Hub implementation page is the most specific Service Hub price list in this pool: Service Foundation Setup from $2,000 over 3 to 6 weeks, Service Automation Pro from $4,500 over 6 to 10 weeks (knowledge base, customer portal and automation), and Service Enterprise Implementation from $10,000 over 10 to 16 weeks. After launch, Service Hub optimization and support costs $45 an hour. None of the packages includes AI; a separate agentic AI page builds custom AI agents, with no price or scope. Its newest directory review, dated July 2, 2026, from S. Andler, calls the team "super knowledgeable about HubSpot" and is about marketing workflows rather than Service Hub.

The bottom six, in brief. Offline Insight sells a DIY CRM session at about $100 (AU$149). AllDemand builds "custom agents" for handovers and data enrichment inside HubSpot. Nexifi is a technology consultancy whose site doesn't mention HubSpot. Square Wave connects HubSpot to rental software for live events. Franklin Marketing's FAQ answers didn't render for us. PH Digital is a performance marketing agency. None of the last four describes Service Hub work.

Working with a HubSpot partner in Australia or New Zealand

Most of the pool is Australian. Eleven of the 21 are Australian firms, two more (Offline Insight and Square Wave) are remote firms serving Australia, and four are in New Zealand: Bloom Transitions, Aamplify, AllDemand and PH Digital. The top three are the exception. INSIDEA lists itself as remote, and HubXpert and Huble are international firms with one Melbourne-area office each, so ask where the people doing your work sit.

Data residency. HubSpot hosts accounts in five AWS locations, including Australia (Sydney), and assigns a data center "based on the geolocation of your IP address at sign-up", per its cloud infrastructure and data hosting FAQ. There's no New Zealand region in that list. Paid accounts can move to another regional data center later. If someone opened your account from an overseas address, ask your partner to check the data center before any Service Hub tickets go in.

Published prices. Dotsquares, CLCK Media, CC Digital Partners and Offline Insight publish figures, but only INSIDEA and HubXpert publish a Service Hub price.

How this pool compares with other lists. INSIDEA is the only one of the four firms that scored 8 in our global ranking to appear here, and the next-best firms stop at 5, mainly because none prices AI work or its tuning. Agencies that appear on other Australian "best HubSpot partner" lists, such as Hype & Dexter, Concentrate and Brighta Group, weren't in the directory's Australia and New Zealand plus Service Hub onboarding filter on October 29, so they aren't scored here. Our cross-desk partner ranking covers the other help desks.

Why so few of these partners price AI work

HubSpot's partner tiers measure how much HubSpot revenue a partner sources, as our global ranking explains. A tier says nothing direct about running a help desk or tuning an AI agent. A partner's business model is project fees and retainers, so the work it prices is the work it can scope before it has seen your tickets: onboarding, migrations, pipelines and hours of admin. That's why the prices this pool does publish cover onboarding, hours and monthly plans, and only INSIDEA prices an AI build and the support after it. Customer agent credits come on top of whatever a partner bills; our customer agent cost guide does the maths, and our Service Hub pricing guide covers seats and onboarding fees.

What we check when a partner-built HubSpot help desk reaches us

When a team brings Macha onto a Service Hub account a partner set up, the partner's choices decide what an AI agent can do on day one. These are the checks we run first, and they're worth raising with a partner before you sign.

  • Ticket properties and what's in them. An agent reads a ticket and updates it. We check which properties hold real data and which were created and never filled in, because an agent can't route on a dropdown nobody uses.
  • The categories in past tickets. We read past tickets to see which questions actually arrive. Where the knowledge base has gaps, our AI Knowledge Builder drafts articles from those historical tickets.
  • Workflows that could fire on the agent's own updates. A workflow that reacts to a ticket change will react to the agent's change too. The fix is to mark the ticket when the rule fires and leave that mark out of the rule's own conditions.
  • Notes before replies. We confirm whether the agent's output lands as an internal note or a public reply, and we replay past tickets against the agent in a simulation before it answers anyone. After launch, Studies reviews its conversations against its instructions.

When don't you need a HubSpot partner?

You don't need one if Service Hub already runs the way you want and the only new piece is the AI agent. Your admin can set up customer agent (our guide), or a vendor's team can run its own agent on your tickets; our HubSpot AI implementation guide compares the routes.

Macha is our product, and it's the vendor kind: AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. It isn't a HubSpot partner and isn't ranked here. Its HubSpot connector reads and updates tickets and adds notes, and pricing starts at $299/month for 750 tickets, setup included. It suits teams already running Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom that want tickets handled end to end without anyone on staff tuning the AI, and it's the wrong fit if you need a help desk built or a migration done. See Macha on HubSpot; the trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit.

FAQs

Who is the best HubSpot Service Hub partner in Australia?

On our five criteria, INSIDEA scored highest at 8 of 10, with fixed prices for Service Hub onboarding, AI discovery and managed AI support. HubXpert and Huble scored 5. Lupo Digital, engaging.io, Dotsquares and Thirtyfour Creative scored 4.

How much does Service Hub onboarding cost from an Australian partner?

Few publish it. The Service Hub prices we found: $2,000 for Professional and $4,000 for Enterprise at INSIDEA, and packages from $2,000, $4,500 and $10,000 at HubXpert. CLCK Media publishes prices for sales and marketing setups, from about $3,500 (A$4,950) and about $4,050 (A$5,750) excluding GST, but not for Service Hub. HubSpot seats and credits come on top.

Do any Australian HubSpot partners set up customer agent?

INSIDEA is the only one of the 21 whose site names customer agent with scope. Huble names an "AI-Powered Customer Agent" service without scope, Lupo Digital builds AI agents for support, and engaging.io builds HubSpot agents.

How we researched this

On October 29, 2026 we pulled the list of partners in HubSpot's Solutions Directory that show Australia or New Zealand and offer Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding: 21 firms. On their live profiles that day, 3 were Elite, 2 Diamond, 7 Platinum, 6 Gold and 3 untiered. Every site loaded. Franklin Marketing's collapsed FAQ answers didn't show even in a real browser, so we scored what was visible. INSIDEA keeps its score from our global ranking after we re-read its pricing and AI pages. The "Who runs it" lines come from each firm's own site where it names a leader, and otherwise from MoltSets, a B2B people database, marked "per LinkedIn". We checked LinkedIn posting counts read-only; they don't affect any score. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. One reviewer scored public pages; we didn't contact, hire or test any partner.

Macha has been a great addition to our support toolkit. It generates clear, well-organized responses that fit naturally into our workflow. One feature we particularly appreciate is its ability to automatically reply in the same language as the ticket.

Support team is very helpful and responsive. Really enjoy how lightweight this is within Zendesk itself vs other more intrusive tools.

So far it's pretty good! Our queries are a little nuanced, so we can't always use it, but it's got enough utility for us. It can even incorporate our bilingual country with greetings in a second language.
