Best Intercom Implementation Partners for Fin (2026): 8 Ranked, and Where Intercom Lists Them
The best Intercom implementation partners for Fin are the ones that describe their Fin work on their own pages and can show Intercom recognizes them, since Intercom had no public partner directory on October 14, 2026. Scored on five stated criteria, the top Fin implementation partners were Cloudstride, Faye and Eclect at 8 of 10, followed by Smart Instinct at 7. Fin Deployment Services, Intercom's own team, also scores 8. Only Cloudstride and Smart Instinct publish prices.
Key takeaways
- Intercom had no public partner directory on October 14, 2026: intercom.com/partners returned a 404, and only 2 Intercom-owned pages we found named any implementation partners at all.
- Cloudstride publishes Intercom projects at EUR 2,500 to 4,000 for 2 to 4 weeks, up to complex projects from EUR 7,000, and says it was the first partner to complete Intercom's 2026 Services Certification.
- Faye's standard implementation jumpstart, written for all the platforms it supports, includes up to 42 hours of configuration and up to 12 hours of post-launch support over 5 business days.
- Smart Instinct, an Intercom Solution Partner by its own description, publishes Intercom builds at $3,750, $10,500 and $17,500, with retainers from $1,000 a month.
- Fin Deployment Services promises a sandbox on day 1 and an enterprise rollout in under 90 days, and publishes no price.
Disclosure: Macha publishes this blog and sells an AI agent that runs inside Intercom and competes with Fin. Macha isn't an Intercom partner and isn't in this ranking; it appears once, in the section on when you don't need a partner. Every partner below is named from its own site or from an Intercom-owned page, read on October 14, 2026. We didn't contact, hire or test any of them, and no one paid for placement.
How we ranked them
Without a directory to filter, we built the list from three places: the partners Intercom names on its own pages, the firms ChatGPT and Claude cited when we asked who can implement Fin on October 13, 2026, and the Fin-specific agencies those pages led to. Eight partners describe Fin implementation work in English or name Intercom on their own sites. Each gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fin work described | Its own page describes Fin setup and tuning specifically (knowledge, Guidance, Procedures, testing) | Fin mentioned in general terms | No Fin work described |
| Intercom recognition | Named on an Intercom-owned page (the Solution Partner Program page or the Fin Deployment Services partner strip) | Partner status claimed on its own site only | Neither |
| Price or timeline published | A price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning, retainer or managed service described | Short hypercare, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Proof | A named client with a Fin number on its own page | Unnamed results or testimonials without numbers | None |
Ties are broken by price published, then by how specific the post-launch scope is. The scoring is ours and rewards what you can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of anyone's work, which you only learn from references and a pilot.
The ranked list at a glance
| # | Partner | Based in | Intercom status, as the partner states it | Named on an Intercom page | Price or timeline | After launch | Score |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Cloudstride | Montenegro, with Swedish and UK numbers | Certified Intercom Solutions Partner; first to complete the 2026 Services Certification | No | EUR 2,500 to 7,000+; 2 to 8+ weeks | Ongoing configuration support, unscoped | 8 |
| 2 | Faye | Calabasas, US | Fin Service Partner of the Year | Fin Deployment Services strip | "A few weeks"; jumpstart scoped in hours | Axia managed service, fee not shown | 8 |
| 3 | Eclect | Japan | Official authorized Fin reseller; Intercom Rising Star Partner of the Year | Fin Deployment Services strip | Not published | Post-launch improvement support | 8 |
| 4 | Smart Instinct | Florida, US | Intercom Solution Partner | No | $3,750 to $17,500; 2 to 6 weeks | Retainers from $1,000/month | 7 |
| 5 | Otonomee | Ireland | Certified Fin AI Solution Partner | No | Not published | Stabilization, then a retainer | 5 |
| 6 | The SaaSy People | UK and US | "Intercom Advanced Partner" (Faye's description; its site blocked us) | Program page and strip | Not published | Ongoing support (per Faye) | 4 |
| 7 | Escalate Ops | Buenos Aires and São Paulo | "Premier Partner" (its site's metadata) | Program page | Not published | Operational continuity, unscoped | 4 |
| 8 | DKM Ecosystem | China | Gold Partner (per Faye) | Program page and strip | Not published | Not described | 3 |
Not ranked, for comparison: Fin Deployment Services, Intercom's own team, scores 8 on the same criteria (2, 2, 1, 2, 1). "Not published" means we found no figure on the pages we read; a call may get you one.
Where does Intercom list its Solution Partners?
Nowhere as a searchable directory, as of October 14, 2026. We tried intercom.com/partners, /solution-partners, /partner-directory and /find-a-partner, and fin.ai/partners and /solution-partners: all returned 404. The page sitemaps of intercom.com and fin.ai list only two partner pages, both about joining. Zendesk and Gorgias run filterable directories, which is why our Zendesk partner ranking could start from 318 listed partners. On Intercom you assemble the list yourself from four places.
- The Solution Partner Program page. It's written for agencies that want to join ("Agencies, BPOs, and SIs are welcome to apply"), and it names four partners through quotes from their founders: Escalate Ops, The SaaSy People, DKM and BetterGrowth. BetterGrowth's own site describes go-to-market consulting and recruiting rather than Fin implementation, so it isn't in our list.
- The Fin Deployment Services page. A logo strip titled "Some of the partners in our network" shows The SaaSy People, DKM, Eclect, Faye and a firm labeled Iris, next to technology partners AWS, Stripe and Shopify. We couldn't match "Iris" to a Fin implementation firm, so it isn't ranked.
- The Intercom Community's Hire an Expert page. It features independent consultants, with a clear disclaimer that "experts operate independently and are not employed, contracted, or managed by Intercom." It's the freelancer route, covered below.
- Partners' own claims. Cloudstride, Smart Instinct and Otonomee all state an Intercom or Fin partner status on their sites without appearing on either Intercom page we read. That doesn't make the claims false. It means you verify them yourself.
Intercom's job ads show the program behind the scenes. A Partner Services Manager listing says "The majority of these deployments are delivered through our ecosystem of certified Service Delivery Partners", and describes certification pathways, re-certification, shadow engagements before a new partner delivers alone, and quarterly reviews of each partner's delivery quality. Intercom doesn't publish that network for buyers to browse.
Which Intercom partners do Fin implementation work?
Fin Deployment Services: Intercom's own team, not ranked
Before any partner, know what the vendor sells. Fin Deployment Services runs two engagements. Launch, for new Fin customers, covers a success scorecard, use-case prioritization, knowledge optimization, Guidance and task configuration, channel rollout, pre-launch testing "with real customer queries" and post-launch optimization. Scale, for existing customers, adds benchmarking, workspace cleanup, Procedure expansion and a team readiness review. The page promises "Sandbox on day 1, pilot in weeks, enterprise rollout in under 90 days" and cites a 72% average Fin resolution rate across 5,000+ AI deployments. The roles are Intercom's own: AI deployment consultants, AI agent engineers, CX architects. There's no price; the button says "Contact Deployment Services". The same page is candid that "You can set Fin up yourself, and many teams do."
Best for: teams committed to Fin that want the product's own engineers, especially at enterprise scale.
1. Cloudstride: published prices and a 2026 certification claim, 8/10
Cloudstride's Intercom page is the most complete partner page we found. It calls the firm "an official certified Intercom Solutions Partner" and says that in 2026 it became the first partner globally to complete Intercom's new Services Certification. It publishes three ranges: Essential, 2 to 4 weeks at EUR 2,500 to 4,000; Standard, 4 to 8 weeks at EUR 4,000 to 7,000, which includes Fin; and Complex, 8+ weeks from EUR 7,000. A fixed-fee Discovery and Roadmap starts at EUR 1,200 and is deducted from the implementation fee if you go ahead. Projects run on 1 to 2 working sessions a week, and you supply a project owner, a support lead, a technical contact and testers. The one named Fin result is a client quote from eKool in Estonia: "Fin now resolves nearly 79% of the conversations it handles", after a move from Freshdesk and work on Fin Procedures.
Fin is one part of a wider Intercom build here: workspace, channels, routing, workflows, migration. After launch, the page has a client testimonial about "ongoing configuration needs" but no scoped support offer. Cloudstride serves the Nordics, the UK and the Balkans.
Scores: 2, 1, 2, 1, 2.
Best for: European teams moving to Intercom, or rebuilding it, with Fin in scope and a fixed budget to plan around.
2. Faye: Fin numbers on the page and a managed service after, 8/10
Faye calls itself the "Fin Service Partner of the Year" on its Intercom services page, and appears in the partner strip on Intercom's Deployment Services page. It publishes four before-and-after results for the share of conversations Fin handles, all from unnamed clients: a B2B SaaS platform from 36% to 62% over 3 months, a digital identity provider from 41% to 67% over 6 weeks, and two that started under 10%. Its jumpstart page, a standard package for every CRM and CX platform it supports rather than a Fin-specific one, sizes the work in hours rather than dollars: up to 3 current-state workshops, up to 7 future-state workshops, up to 42 hours of configuration, up to 5 hours of training, and up to 12 hours of post-launch support over 5 business days. After that, Faye sells Axia, a managed service at "a fixed, flat-rate fee" billed annually or monthly. The fee isn't shown.
Faye's own partner list, which AI answers cite for this question, includes itself and says so. It also gives a benchmark worth borrowing: in healthy deployments Fin is involved in 60 to 70% of conversations and resolves 40 to 50%.
Scores: 2, 2, 1, 2, 1. Ties Cloudstride and Eclect; ranks behind Cloudstride, which publishes a price, and ahead of Eclect, because its post-launch offer is more specific.
Best for: US and UK teams that already run Fin and want someone measured on the resolution number, month after month.
4. Smart Instinct: the only US partner here with prices on the page, 7/10
Smart Instinct describes itself on its Intercom page as "a helpdesk implementation and AI agent setup agency, and an Intercom Solution Partner", and opens with prices: "We audit for $750, build from $3,750 and migrate from $3,500." Essential ($3,750, 2 to 4 weeks, up to about 15 agents) covers the inbox, Help Center, Messenger and Fin with basic escalation. Professional ($10,500, 3 to 5 weeks) adds Fin Procedures "wired to real systems". Premium ($17,500, 4 to 6 weeks) covers two platforms and multi-brand setups. Builds include up to 33, 90 or 150 hours, valid 90 days. Retainers start at $1,000 a month.
Two lines on the page are unusually honest. "Not a fit if" includes "Your help center is empty" and "You want a guaranteed deflection percentage in the contract." And "Who owns the configuration when you leave?" gets "You do, documented." The page publishes no client results.
Scores: 2, 1, 2, 2, 0.
Best for: US teams with an admin who'll own Fin afterward and want a fixed price before the first call.
3. Eclect: Fin in Japanese, from setup to operation, 8/10
Eclect, in Japan, appears in the Deployment Services partner strip and runs a dedicated Fin site that calls it an official authorized Fin reseller with a formal alliance agreement. It promises Japanese-language support from design before rollout through to use after launch, claims more than 800 SaaS implementations, and names its Fin clients: EventHub reached 50 to 60% self-resolution in its first month with Fin, per Eclect's case study. Its news page lists an alliance agreement with Intercom (January 29, 2026) and Intercom's "Rising Star Partner of the Year" award for the fastest-growing partner (March 3, 2026). No price or timeline is published. Eclect is also a Zendesk partner, which helps if you run both.
Scores: 2, 2, 0, 2, 2.
Best for: Japanese companies, or global teams with a large Japanese customer base, buying Fin in Japan.
5. Otonomee: a BPO that runs support and Fin together, 5/10
Otonomee, an Irish outsourcing firm, calls itself a "Certified Fin AI Solution Partner" on its Fin implementation page. It follows Fin's Analyze, Train, Test and Deploy stages and adds a fifth, Stabilize, which it calls "The part others skip": staying engaged after go-live "until resolution rates climb and hold". It audits, builds and manages the knowledge base, and sells "Ongoing support on retainer". Asked on its own FAQ whether Fin will resolve 80% straight away, it answers "Usually not from day one". No price, timeline or Fin result is published.
Scores: 2, 1, 0, 2, 0.
Best for: teams that also want human agents outsourced, with one firm running Fin and the people behind it.
6 to 8. Named by Intercom, thin on public detail, 3 to 4/10
- The SaaSy People (UK and US) is one of two firms, with DKM, on both Intercom pages we read. Faye's list describes it as "a certified, award-winning Intercom Advanced Partner" focused on implementation and migrations from Zendesk and Freshdesk. Its own site returned a 403 to our requests, so we couldn't read its Fin work, prices or post-launch terms. Scores 1, 2, 0, 1, 0.
- Escalate Ops (Buenos Aires and São Paulo) is quoted on the Solution Partner Program page, and its site's metadata calls it an official Intercom and Fin "Premier Partner" serving Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Its pages describe Fin in Intercom's marketing terms and promise ongoing support without a scope. Scores 1, 2, 0, 1, 0.
- DKM Ecosystem (China) is on both Intercom pages, and Faye calls it a Gold Partner for China and Asia-Pacific. Its Intercom page still says "AI Analyst (coming in 2024)", so ask what current Fin work it has shipped. Scores 1, 2, 0, 0, 0.
Open Graphy also says "Intercom recommends Open Graphy as Service Partner", but it sells hour-based Intercom packages and custom apps with little Fin detail, so we didn't rank it.
How do you verify a partner's Fin certification?
Partner status and individual certification are two different things, and agencies blur them. Four checks, in order of strength:
- Ask your Intercom account manager. The Solution Partner Program page says partners get "your dedicated partner manager", and Intercom's job ads describe it tracking each partner's certification status. Your account team can confirm whether a firm is in the program and current. It's the only check that reaches Intercom's internal list.
- Check the two Intercom pages. If the firm is on the Solution Partner Program page or the Deployment Services partner strip, Intercom put it there. Absence proves nothing, because both lists are short.
- Ask for the people's credentials, not the firm's logo. Fin Academy's certification page offers individual certifications (support agent and support manager), and credentials are issued through Intercom's credential site, credentials.intercom.com, run on Accredible. Ask the consultant who'll build your Fin for their credential link and open it. A firm-level claim such as Cloudstride's "Services Certification" should come with something you can check too.
- Ask for a reference on a Fin project from the last 12 months. Fin changed in 2026: Procedures replaced new Tasks on March 12, per Smart Instinct's page, and the company renamed itself from Intercom to Fin in May. A partner whose references are about inbox setups from 2023 hasn't shown you Fin work.
On titles: "Solution Partner" means membership of Intercom's program. "Advanced", "Premier" and "Gold" are tiers partners cite, but Intercom publishes no tier list, so ask what each requires. "Partner of the Year" is an award. "Authorized reseller" means the firm sells Fin licenses and earns on them.
Freelancers and community experts
For a smaller Fin setup, an independent consultant can be enough. The Intercom Community's Hire an Expert page features named consultants, among them Journey Mapper (Ireland and UK), whose Fin page says it has worked with Fin since the start and covers setup for regulated industries and complex integrations. The page is clear they're independent of Intercom.
On marketplaces, prices are lower and the scope narrower. On October 14, 2026, Freelancer.com's Intercom page showcased experts at $12 to $50 an hour, and PeoplePerHour listed fixed-price Intercom offers from $50 to $240, including a $240 "AI Integration: Zendesk, Intercom & Freshdesk" package. Upwork blocked our request. Most of these profiles list Intercom next to unrelated skills, so filter hard for Fin Procedures and data connector work. Our guide to who can set up AI customer support covers the freelancer route across help desks, including a job post you can reuse.
Who does each job: your team, a partner or a vendor
| Job | Your team | Intercom partner or Fin Deployment Services | Vendor with its own agent in Intercom |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pick the conversation topics to automate first | Approves | Discovery workshops or a success scorecard | Analyzes past conversations |
| Fix Help Center content the agent answers from | Supplies policy | If scoped | Vendor's team |
| Build Procedures or account lookups | Grants access | Within the tier's integration count | Vendor's team |
| Test on real conversations before launch | Reviews results | Runs the test plan with your testers | Vendor's team, in a draft-only mode |
| Read conversations after launch | Unless you buy more | Retainer, managed service or Scale engagement | Included in the vendor's price |
| Migrations, routing, multi-brand setup, custom apps | Approves | Core partner work | Not offered |
What does a Fin implementation partner cost?
Every partner price sits on top of Fin's own meter: Fin's pricing page listed $0.99 per outcome on October 14, 2026, and Intercom's pricing page starts seats at $29 per agent a month billed annually. Our Fin pricing breakdown models the bill.
| Route | What you pay to start | What you pay after launch | Who tunes it after launch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your admin sets up Fin | No setup fee | $0.99 per outcome plus seats | Your admin |
| Fin Deployment Services | Scoped on a call, not published | Scale engagement, also scoped | Intercom's team while engaged, then your admin |
| Cloudstride | EUR 1,200 discovery; EUR 2,500 to 7,000+ per project | Not published | Your admin, or more paid work |
| Smart Instinct | $750 audit; $3,750 to $17,500 per build | Retainer from $1,000 a month | Smart Instinct on a retainer |
| Faye | Jumpstart scoped in hours, price not shown | Axia flat fee, not shown | Faye on Axia |
| Freelancer | $12 to $50 an hour, or $50 to $240 fixed packages | Hourly | You, or more hours |
| Vendor with its own agent in Intercom (Fini) | Implementation included | $0.89 per resolution on Growth | Fini's team |
| Vendor with its own agent in Intercom (Macha, ours) | No setup fee | $299/month for 750 tickets | Macha's team, with a dedicated success manager |
The incentive structure explains the gaps. A partner paid per project earns more from a bigger build and nothing from week three after go-live unless you buy more time, which is why post-launch help is either bounded (Faye's standard jumpstart: 12 hours over 5 days) or a separate retainer. A partner that also resells Fin earns on the license whatever Fin resolves. And Fin itself earns per outcome, so its own team's interest is a higher outcome count. Put the post-launch terms in the contract.
A Smart Instinct Professional build plus a year of its entry retainer comes to $10,500 + 12 × $1,000 = $22,500, before Fin's outcomes and seats. Fini's visible price cards show no plan fee, but the page's structured data lists Growth at $3,600 a month; our Fini pricing breakdown has the detail.
Which partner fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A European team moving from Zendesk or Freshdesk to Intercom, Fin in scope | Cloudstride or The SaaSy People | Migration plus Fin in one project; Cloudstride publishes the price |
| A US team already on Fin with a resolution rate stuck under 40% | Faye, or Fin Deployment Services' Scale engagement | Both start from measuring the current numbers |
| A US team that wants a fixed price and will own Fin afterward | Smart Instinct | Published tiers, documented handover |
| An enterprise rolling Fin out across regions and teams | Fin Deployment Services | Intercom's own engineers and an under-90-day rollout plan |
| A Japanese company buying Fin | Eclect | Japanese-language support and Fin licensing in one place |
| A Latin American team, Spanish or Portuguese | Escalate Ops | The only partner we found serving that region |
| A team that wants support agents outsourced as well | Otonomee | A BPO that runs Fin and the human team together |
| A startup with good docs and under 500 conversations a month | Your own admin, or a community expert for a few hours | Fin's setup is quick at that size, and a partner adds more cost than value |
| A team on Intercom that wants an agent someone else builds and tunes every week | A vendor that runs its own agent inside Intercom | Tuning sits in the monthly price rather than a retainer |
What should you ask an Intercom partner before you sign?
- Are you in Intercom's Solution Partner Program today, at what level, and can my Intercom account manager confirm it?
- Who will build our Fin, and can I see that person's Fin credential?
- How many Fin projects have you shipped since Procedures replaced Tasks in March 2026, and can I speak to two of those clients?
- What do you need from us before kickoff: Help Center access, policies, conversation exports, a technical contact?
- How will you test Fin on our real conversations before customers see it, and which cases: normal questions, escalations, edge cases, tone?
- Do you resell Fin licenses, and is our price the same through you as direct?
- What's included after go-live, for how long, and what does ongoing tuning cost each month?
- Who reads Fin's conversations every week once the project ends?
- Will you quote a resolution rate before seeing our data? (A good answer is no.)
- Who owns the configuration, documentation and any custom apps if we stop working together?
Red flags, from what we read:
- A guaranteed resolution percentage before anyone has looked at your conversations. Smart Instinct and Otonomee both warn against this on their own pages.
- A partner status you can't confirm through Intercom, and no credential link for the person doing the work.
- References from inbox projects only, with no Fin Procedures or data connector work.
- A statement of work that ends at go-live with no line for who fixes wrong answers in week three.
- A quote that bundles Fin licenses with services, so you can't see what the services cost.
For the phases, days and test plan of the project itself, see our Intercom AI implementation guide; this page doesn't repeat them.
When don't you need an Intercom partner?
You don't need a partner if Intercom already works the way you want and the only new piece is the AI agent. Partners earn their fee on migrations, workspace redesigns, multi-brand and multi-region rollouts, and custom apps. For the agent alone, three other routes exist. Your admin can set up Fin, which Fin's pricing page says you can "Set up in under an hour"; the weeks go into content and Guidance, as our page on Fin not answering from your content shows. Fin Deployment Services can do it for you. Or a vendor can run its own agent inside your Intercom, instead of Fin. If you're setting Fin up yourself, follow our week-by-week Fin implementation plan.
Two vendors on that last route include setup. Fini connects to Intercom through OAuth, says its standard rollout "is live in 14 days, fully autonomous in 30", and lists "Implementation Included" on its pricing page, at $0.89 per resolution on Growth.
Macha is the other, and it's our product. It's a Fin competitor and not an Intercom partner: it doesn't configure Fin, resell Intercom or run migrations. On the done-for-you route, our team analyzes about a month of your past Intercom conversations, builds the knowledge base and the agent for the first category, and runs it in safe mode, with drafts as Intercom internal notes that nobody outside your team sees until you approve them. Connecting Intercom takes about 15 minutes, and the promise on that page is "live in safe mode within 7 days, or your first month is free". The Intercom connector reads conversations and contacts, replies, adds notes, assigns, tags and closes.
It costs about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, and that includes setup and a dedicated success manager who handles your changes after launch: new categories, instruction changes, new tools. The trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit, with the same setup. Macha fits teams on Intercom, B2B or ecommerce, that want conversations resolved by an agent someone else builds and tunes. If Fin is already working for you, keep it and hire a Fin partner to tune it. If you're moving to Intercom, hire a partner from the list above; the two can run side by side as long as Fin and the other agent never answer the same conversation. Our comparison of Fin and an AI agent layer covers that split. To see which of your categories an agent could take first, request a free support audit.
Common questions
Who can help me implement Fin?
Four kinds of provider can: your own Intercom admin, Fin Deployment Services (Intercom's own team), an Intercom partner agency such as Cloudstride, Faye or Smart Instinct, or an independent consultant from the Intercom Community. A vendor such as Fini or Macha sets up its own agent inside Intercom instead of configuring Fin.
Does Intercom have a partner directory?
Not a public one on October 14, 2026. intercom.com/partners and fin.ai/partners returned 404s. Intercom names a few partners on its Solution Partner Program page and in a logo strip on its Deployment Services page, and it confirms partner status through your account manager.
Who is the best Intercom implementation partner?
On our five criteria, Cloudstride, Faye and Eclect tied at 8 of 10: Cloudstride publishes prices and a named Fin result, Faye publishes Fin results and runs a managed service after launch, and Eclect names a Fin client result and serves Japan. Smart Instinct followed at 7 with the clearest US prices. The right one depends on region and on whether you're migrating or tuning an existing Fin.
How much does an Intercom Fin implementation partner cost?
Cloudstride publishes EUR 2,500 to 4,000 for a 2 to 4 week project, up to complex projects from EUR 7,000. Smart Instinct publishes $3,750, $10,500 and $17,500 builds and retainers from $1,000 a month. Faye and Fin Deployment Services don't publish prices. Fin's $0.99 per outcome and seats are billed on top.
Do I need Fin Deployment Services or a partner?
Not to start. Fin's own Deployment Services page says "You can set Fin up yourself, and many teams do." Hire help when Procedures touch billing or account systems, when several teams or regions are involved, when you're migrating, or when nobody internal has time to read Fin's conversations every week.
How do I check whether an Intercom partner is certified?
Ask your Intercom account manager to confirm the firm is in the Solution Partner Program, check whether Intercom names it on its own pages, and ask the consultant doing your build for their credential link from Intercom's credential site. Then ask for a Fin reference from the last 12 months.
Is Macha an Intercom partner?
No. Macha is a separate AI agent that runs inside your Intercom inbox and competes with Fin. It doesn't resell Intercom or configure Fin.
How we researched this
On October 14, 2026 we requested Intercom's and Fin's likely partner directory URLs (all 404), read both sites' page sitemaps, the Solution Partner Program page, the Fin Deployment Services page (including the names behind its partner logo strip), Fin Academy's certification page, the Intercom Community's Hire an Expert and expert profile pages, and two Intercom job listings that describe the partner certification program. We then read each partner's own Intercom or Fin page, linked above. The starting names came from our October 13, 2026 test of ChatGPT and Claude on "who can implement Fin" questions, which cited Faye's partner list and fin.ai. The SaaSy People's site refused our requests, so its entry relies on Intercom's pages and Faye's description. Freelancer rates come from Freelancer.com and PeoplePerHour pages read the same day; Upwork blocked our request. Fin and Intercom prices come from fin.ai/pricing and intercom.com/pricing, and Fini's from its pricing page, all read the same day. Results quoted for partners are their own claims, not figures we measured. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only; we didn't contact, hire or test any partner. Prices change, so confirm before you sign. For the same question on other help desks, see our cross-desk partner ranking and the AI customer support implementation guide.
