Best HubSpot Service Hub Partners in Canada (2026): 14 Scored From HubSpot's Directory
INSIDEA and RevPartners share the top score among HubSpot Service Hub partners that list Canada, at 8 of 10 on the same five criteria as our global ranking, and neither has an office in Canada. ClearPivot, Sector Growth and Huble come next at 5, and each has a Canadian office. We scored all 14 partners that HubSpot's Solutions Directory returns for Canada with Service Hub onboarding, using only public pages read on October 30, 2026. Below are each firm's scores, prices, timelines and leaders, plus what to check about data hosting and French.
Key takeaways
- INSIDEA and RevPartners tie as the best-scoring HubSpot Service Hub partners for Canada at 8 of 10, and both are US or remote firms without a Canadian office.
- RevPartners publishes the most specific Service Hub launch in the pool: $2,000 for a 14-day support build that can include a foundational customer agent setup.
- ClearPivot is the only firm here with a Montreal office and a dedicated Service Hub page, and it names customer agents among the AI agents it deploys and evaluates.
- HubSpot runs a Canadian data center in Montreal but assigns accounts by the IP address you sign up from, so check where your portal sits before tickets go in.
- Only 4 of the 14 partners list French on their directory profiles: ClearPivot, Huble, Sector Growth and Hatchi Digital.

How we ranked them
We pulled every partner in HubSpot's Solutions Directory that the directory's Canada filter returns and that offers Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding: 14 of the 211 partners it lists for Canada. We read each firm's directory profile and site, and scored it on the rubric from our global HubSpot Service Hub partner ranking, copied word for word so the pages agree.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot credentials | Holds the Service Implementation accreditation | Elite or Diamond tier without it | Lower tier |
| Customer agent work described | Says it sets up customer agent, with scope such as knowledge sources, handoff rules or testing | Mentions Breeze or AI agents in general terms | No AI work described |
| Price or timeline published | A price for the AI work | A price or timeline for related work only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Tuning or managed AI support with a price or a stated length | Ongoing support described without a price or length | Not described |
| Service Hub focus | A page for Service Hub or support | Service Hub listed among hubs | No Service Hub mention |
Ties are broken by the customer agent score, then by how much scope the firm shows before a call. Tied firms form a tier, so the order inside a tier isn't a verdict. Every firm ticked the directory's Service Hub onboarding box, which is how it got into the pool, so that tick doesn't earn the Service Hub point; its own site or description has to. Directory budget brackets don't count as a price, and a priced retainer with no AI work earns 1 point for after launch, as RevPartners' did in the global ranking.
The Canada filter returns firms that serve Canada, not only firms based there. RevPartners and INSIDEA list no Canadian office.
The 14 HubSpot Service Hub partners for Canada, ranked
1. INSIDEA: fixed fees for onboarding and for AI work, 8/10
INSIDEA is an Elite partner with 512 directory reviews in the data we pulled, listed as remote. Its Service Hub onboarding is a fixed fee: $2,000 for Professional over 8 weeks on the standard pace, and $4,000 for Enterprise over 10 weeks. Onboarding includes 30 days of post-launch support, then managed operations from $2,000 a month. AI work is priced separately on its AI pricing page: a two-week discovery sprint from $2,000, a production agent built over 60 to 90 days with 60 days of post-launch support, and managed AI operations from $2,000 a month. Its AI page recommends customer agent on your knowledge base for support deflection.
Who runs it: Pratik Thakker, founder and CEO, per INSIDEA's about page. Pratik Thakker has posted 14 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly about how business owners adopt AI and where sales and follow-up work stalls.
Scores: credentials 1, customer agent 2, price 2, after launch 2, Service Hub focus 1.
Best for: a team that wants onboarding and a customer agent decision from one firm at fixed prices, and is fine with a remote team.
2. RevPartners: a 14-day Service Hub launch with customer agent as an option, 8/10
RevPartners is an Elite partner and one of HubSpot's 12 Service Implementation holders, the only firm in this pool with that accreditation. Its directory profile lists five US offices and none in Canada. Its Service Hub launch page sells a Customer Support package for $2,000 in 14 days, a Customer Onboarding package at the same price, and both for $3,250 in 30 days, with the same pricing on Professional and Enterprise. The support package's line item reads "Knowledge Base OR Chatbot/Cust. Agent", so a foundational customer agent setup is one choice among several, with no scope described. After launch you get recorded walkthroughs, and many clients move to its RevOps-as-a-Service retainer. In August 2026, a little over two months ago, J. Merenciano wrote on its directory profile, "Overall we had a great experience working with RevPartners and Lauren."
Who runs it: Brendan Tolleson, co-founder and CEO, per LinkedIn. RevPartners' about page lists him in its team roster without a title. Brendan Tolleson has posted 9 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly about RevPartners' growth, hiring and its tie-up with Walker Sands.
Scores: credentials 2, customer agent 1, price 2, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2. The customer agent item gets 1 point because the page describes no scope for it.
Best for: a team switching on Service Hub Professional or Enterprise that wants the help desk and a first customer agent in two weeks for a known price.
3. ClearPivot: a Service Hub page and a Montreal office, 5/10
ClearPivot is a Platinum partner with five offices, one of them in Montréal, and its profile lists English and French. Its Service Hub implementation page covers a service ticket pipeline, a unified team inbox with message routing, a self-serve knowledge base with reports on how customers use it, surveys and SOPs. Its homepage has an AI deployment section listing "Context management & knowledge layer buildout" and "AI agent deployment, eval & training", with customer agents first among the agent types. It's a list, but it names customer agent, a knowledge layer and evaluation, the scope the rubric asks for. There's no price or timeline anywhere we looked, and after launch the site promises a Solutions Architect "every step of the way" without terms. In August 2026, two months ago, B. Kriha wrote on its directory profile, "I can't say enough good things about ClearPivot. They are a great company to work with."
Who runs it: Chris Strom, Principal, who founded ClearPivot in 2009, per its team page.
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 2, price 0, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 2.
Best for: a Quebec team that wants a help desk and customer agent built by a French-speaking firm with a Montreal office.
4. Sector Growth: AI agents with test sets, not yet for support, 5/10
Sector Growth is an Elite partner whose profile lists offices in Toronto, Miami, Bogotá and Barcelona, with French among 11 languages. Its custom AI agents page describes retrieval on your own data, "Golden test sets and CI evals" and human approval gates. None of it is written for support or customer agent. A managed services retainer includes an "AI & Breeze" pillar at a flat monthly fee it doesn't publish. In August 2026, nearly three months ago, R. Wright wrote on its directory profile, "Our onboarding experience with Sector Group exceeded our expectations from start to finish."
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.

Its FAQ puts small-team onboarding at two to four weeks and a full implementation at four to twelve.
Who runs it: Hatchi's about page gives first names only: Brian, founder, and Olivia, Director of Customer Success.
Scores: credentials 0, customer agent 1, price 1, after launch 1, Service Hub focus 1.

ProfitPad is a Platinum partner founded in Vancouver, with a remote team across Canada, the US and Armenia, per its about page. It works mostly with distributors and manufacturers. Its homepage publishes more prices than anyone else in the pool: a $3,000 adoption diagnostic (credited if you start a build within 60 days), a $5,000 sales process setup that goes live in 3 weeks, and builds from $5,000, most between $5,000 and $20,000, taking about 3 to 6 weeks. Every project includes 30 days of support, then an optional retainer. A team member builds "AI agents and automation". Nothing on the site mentions Service Hub or tickets. In June 2026, four months ago, J. Claussen wrote on its directory profile, "We had a great experience working with ProfitPad and Josh Koh on our HubSpot cleanup and process improvements."
Who runs it: Vitaly Kan, founder, per ProfitPad's about page.

ClearPivot sits above two Elite firms at 5 because the tie rule looks at customer agent work first.
Working with a HubSpot partner in Canada
Where the firms sit. Seven of the 14 have their base in Canada: Sector Growth, NAV43, Inbox and Foes in Toronto, ProfitPad (founded in Vancouver, now remote), Emergent Logic in Surrey and Stratefuse across British Columbia and Ontario. Three more are based elsewhere with a Canadian office: ClearPivot in Montréal, and Huble and Hatchi Digital in Vancouver. RevPartners, INSIDEA, GTM Ops and HigherOps list no Canadian office. The two top scorers are in that last group, so ask where your project team sits.
French. HubSpot offers its software, knowledge base, onboarding and support in French, per its language offerings page. Partners are a different matter: only ClearPivot, Huble, Sector Growth and Hatchi Digital list French on their profiles, and only ClearPivot has an office in Quebec. If customers write in French, the knowledge base an AI agent answers from has to exist in French.
Data hosting. HubSpot runs five AWS hosting locations, one of them in Montreal, and assigns a data center "based on the geolocation of your IP address at sign-up", per its cloud infrastructure and data hosting FAQ. Paid accounts can move to another regional data center. The same FAQ lists cases where data is processed outside your hosting location, including consulting services from Solutions Partners and HubSpot's own support staff. An account opened from a US office may not be in Montreal, so check before tickets go in.
Prices. INSIDEA, RevPartners, ProfitPad and GTM Ops publish figures, all in US dollars; only the first two price Service Hub work.
How this pool compares with the global list. Two of the four firms that scored 8 in our global ranking turn up here because they serve Canada. Without them, the ceiling is 5.
Why so few of these partners price support AI
HubSpot's tiers measure sourced HubSpot revenue: Elite needs about $55,000 a month and Platinum about $8,500, as our global ranking works out from HubSpot's points table. That's a sales measure. A partner's business model is project fees and retainers, so its incentive is to price work it can scope before seeing your tickets: onboarding, CRM builds, diagnostics and RevOps hours. Nobody based in Canada prices the tuning of a support agent, because nobody can know what that takes until the agent has answered real tickets. Our customer agent cost guide does the credit arithmetic, and our Service Hub pricing guide covers seats and HubSpot's onboarding fee.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A team that wants onboarding and AI work at fixed prices | INSIDEA | $2,000 onboarding; AI discovery from $2,000; managed AI ops priced |
| A team switching on Service Hub that wants it live in two weeks | RevPartners | $2,000 for 14 days, customer agent option, accredited |
| A Quebec team that needs French and a local office | ClearPivot | Montreal office, Service Hub page, customer agents named |
| A support team in several countries | Huble | Vancouver office, Service Hub page, 11 languages |
| A regulated business with an ERP or EMR | Sector Growth | Integration work, CASL and HIPAA named, tested AI agents |
| A small team that wants Service Hub live within a month | Hatchi Digital | 2 to 4 weeks; pay-per-ticket help after |
| A distributor that needs HubSpot tied to its ERP | ProfitPad | Fixed fees from $5,000, 30 days of support included |
| A SaaS company that wants RevOps at a known monthly price | GTM Ops | Retainers from $4,000 a month |
| A team that wants nobody internal maintaining the AI | A vendor-led agent | Setup and tuning sit in the subscription |
What to ask a Canadian partner before you sign
- Which tier and accreditations does the directory show for you today, and where do the people on my project work?
- Is HubSpot's customer agent a line item in this scope, with knowledge sources, handoff rules and a test plan, or a later add-on?
- Who writes and maintains the French knowledge base articles, if we need them?
- Is our account in HubSpot's Montreal data center, and from which countries will your team access it?
- Who reads the agent's conversations each week after go-live, and what does that cost a month?
What we check when a partner-built HubSpot help desk reaches us
When we bring Macha onto a Service Hub account a partner built, the partner's choices decide what an AI agent can do on day one. These are our first checks, and fair questions for a partner.
- Ticket properties that hold real data. The agent reads a ticket and updates it, so we look at which properties are filled in on past tickets and which were created and then left empty. A routing rule built on an empty dropdown does nothing for an agent.
- What customers actually ask. We read past tickets to see which categories arrive and how often, then pick the first one for the agent to take. Where the knowledge base has no article for a category, our AI Knowledge Builder drafts articles from those historical tickets.
- Workflows that react to the agent's own changes. A HubSpot workflow that fires on a property change will fire on the agent's change too. We mark tickets the agent has touched and keep that mark out of the rule's own conditions, so the two don't loop.
- Notes before replies. The agent starts in safe mode, drafting replies as internal notes on the ticket until your team says they're right. Before that, we replay past tickets against it in a simulation, and after launch Studies reviews its conversations against its instructions.
When don't you need a HubSpot partner?
Not if Service Hub already runs the way you want and the only new piece is the AI agent. Your admin can set up customer agent (our guide), or a vendor can run its own agent on your tickets; our HubSpot AI implementation guide compares the routes.
Macha is our product, and it's the vendor kind: AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. It isn't a HubSpot partner and isn't ranked here. Its HubSpot connector reads and updates tickets, contacts and deals, adds notes, and fires on new tickets and property changes. Pricing starts at $299/month for 750 tickets, setup included. It suits teams already running Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom that want tickets handled end to end without anyone on staff tuning the AI, and it's the wrong fit if you need a help desk built or a migration done. See Macha on HubSpot; the trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit.

INSIDEA and RevPartners tie at 8 of 10, but neither has a Canadian office. Among firms with one, ClearPivot, Sector Growth and Huble tie at 5.
How much does Service Hub onboarding cost from a partner serving Canada?
INSIDEA charges $2,000 for Service Hub Professional over 8 weeks and $4,000 for Enterprise over 10. RevPartners charges $2,000 for a 14-day support build, or $3,250 for support plus customer onboarding in 30 days. HubSpot seats and credits come on top.
Do any Canadian HubSpot partners set up customer agent?
RevPartners and INSIDEA do, without Canadian offices. ClearPivot, in Montreal, lists customer agents among the agents it deploys and evaluates, without a price.

How we researched this
On October 30, 2026 we pulled the partners in HubSpot's Solutions Directory that its Canada filter returns (211 partners) and that offer Service Hub Professional or Enterprise onboarding: 14 firms. On their live profiles that day, 4 were Elite, 3 Platinum, 3 Gold and 4 untiered. Review counts come from the directory's own data. We read every profile and site the same day. INSIDEA and RevPartners keep the scores they got in our global ranking, and Huble and Hatchi Digital keep the scores from our other regional rankings, after we re-read the pages behind them. We checked each firm's About page for ownership; none says it belongs to a larger integrator. The "Who runs it" lines come from each firm's own site where it names a leader, and otherwise from MoltSets, a B2B people database, marked "per LinkedIn". All prices are shown in US dollars, as the firms publish them. One reviewer scored public pages; we didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents for help desks. Nobody paid to be listed, and Macha isn't ranked.
