Best Zendesk Partners in Latin America (2026): 14 Spanish-Speaking Partners Ranked
The best Zendesk partners in Spanish-speaking Latin America for a team that wants AI agents are CXC GLOBAL in Mexico City and Witbor in Argentina, both on 7 out of 10 on the five criteria we use for our global ranking, with PuntoShop in the Dominican Republic on 6. Zendesk's directory listed 14 implementation partners with a head office in the region on October 29, 2026. Three hold Zendesk's AI Agents certification, six have customer reviews, and none publishes a price. Below, all 14 are scored from public pages, followed by what's specific to the region: Spanish AI agents, data hosting, Zendesk's dollar prices in Mexico and WhatsApp.
Key takeaways
- CXC GLOBAL and Witbor share first place on 7 out of 10, and CXC GLOBAL ranks ahead on its 30 directory reviews, the most of the 14.
- Only 3 of the 14 partners hold the AI Agents certification in Zendesk's directory: CXC GLOBAL, Witbor and PuntoShop.
- None of the 14 publishes a price, and only Idyliko states any timeline, a promise of results "en semanas", so the rest quote after a call.
- Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on hosts data in the US, EEA, UK, Japan and Australia, so no Zendesk region keeps ticket data in Latin America.
- Zendesk's Mexican pricing page lists Suite Professional at US$115 per agent a month billed annually, with extra automated resolutions at $1.50 committed or $2.00 pay-as-you-go.

How we ranked them
We used the rubric from our global ranking of Zendesk implementation partners word for word, so a partner's score here would match its score there. None of these 14 appears in that ranking, so every score below is new. Each partner gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | A Premier level plus the AI Agents certification | A Premier level without the certification, or the certification at an Advanced level or with no level shown | Neither |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents | AI or automation described in general terms | No AI service described |
| Price or timeline published | Both, or a price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning or managed service described | A short hypercare period, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count, then by directory standing, then alphabetically, as in the global ranking. A tie-break winner isn't a better partner, only an earlier line. Levels come from Zendesk's directory data, not from badges on a partner's site; several partners here call themselves Premier while the directory shows no level. We also checked each About page for a parent company, because a firm owned by a global integrator belongs in a different comparison; none is, and the one with a parent (Zubia) is noted in its entry. The scoring rewards what a buyer can check before a call, not the quality of anyone's work.
The 14 Zendesk partners in Latin America, ranked
1. CXC GLOBAL: 30 reviews and an AI certification its site barely uses, 7/10
CXC GLOBAL, which trades as CXC Latam, says on its about page that it was born in Mexico and has been a Premier partner since 2018. The directory shows a Premier Solution level and the AI Agents certification, along with Copilot, Contact Center, Workforce Management and QA certifications. It has 30 directory reviews, the most in the region. Its profile says it stays with you "incluso después del proceso para conocer las métricas de mejora e incluso seguimos sugiriéndote optimizaciones", tracking improvement metrics and suggesting optimizations after the project, which earns 2 after launch. AI is where the score drops. Its solutions page mentions artificial intelligence once, as messaging "aprovechando la Inteligencia Artificial e Integraciones", which is general. No page we read shows a price or a timeline.
Daniela Alvarado, in a review posted about a year before we read the profile, wrote that the team's "atención y respuesta inmediata fueron fundamentales para cumplir con los plazos y objetivos establecidos" (its attention and immediate response were key to meeting our deadlines and goals). It ties Witbor on 7 and ranks first on review count, 30 to 7. CXC also publishes two free Zendesk apps, CXConnect for proactive WhatsApp campaigns and CXC Latam Insights for account monitoring.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Zujhen Bravo Alvarado, Socio Director (managing partner), per LinkedIn. CXC's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: Mexican and regional teams that want a long review history and post-launch follow-up, once they've asked who holds the AI Agents certification and what they've built with it.
2. Witbor: the region's clearest AI agent and optimization pages, 7/10
Witbor lists "LATAM, EEUU, UE" with Argentina as the country in its directory profile, and also works on Oracle. We read its site through Wayback Machine copies. Its Zendesk page (copy of May 19, 2026) says it configures "Suite, WFM, QA y Advanced AI Agents" and adapts "bots y flujos con la voz de tu marca", bots and flows in your brand's voice, the most specific AI agent work in this pool, worth 2. Its optimization page (copy of July 10, 2026) describes an ongoing service that finds blind spots and bottlenecks "especialmente aquellas que surgen post-implementación", especially those that appear after go-live. That earns 2 after launch.
Witbor also builds three WhatsApp apps for Zendesk (Witalker Suite, WitWave and WitAsk). No price or timeline is published. Fede Galván wrote 11 months before we read the profile that Witbor implemented Zendesk "para formalizar y volver más segura la atención a los clientes vía Whatsapp" (to formalize customer service on WhatsApp and make it more secure). Its 7 reviews are the point it drops against CXC.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Román Reynoso, CEO and cofounder, per Witbor's team page (Wayback Machine copy of June 14, 2026), which also names Andres E. Rantica as Chief Sales Officer and Alejandro Villa as Chief Operations Officer.
Best for: teams that want Zendesk AI agents configured and someone looking for problems after launch, especially if WhatsApp is the main channel.
3. PuntoShop: AI-certified, with a site about other software, 6/10
PuntoShop, in Santo Domingo, holds a Premier Implementation level and the AI Agents certification, plus Copilot, Contact Center, WFM and QA certifications. Its directory profile says "We implement Zendesk's Advanced AI to deflect routine inquiries" and "Post-launch, we provide continuous auditing to refine your workflows, triggers, and automations as your business grows." Those lines score 2 on both criteria. The catch is its website, which on October 29 described AI consulting around monday.com and Miro and didn't mention Zendesk on any page we read. The profile has no reviews and no price or timeline. Ask for Zendesk AI agent references.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site or profile, and the people database we use returned no one.
Best for: Caribbean and US Hispanic teams that want an AI-certified partner and can check its Zendesk references directly.
4. Zenital: 26 reviews and recurring monthly support, 5/10
Zenital lists offices in Montevideo and Porto Alegre, works in Spanish, Portuguese and English, and calls itself "a spin-off of Hikko", a Uruguayan software company. The directory shows a Premier Solution level without the AI Agents certification, and 26 reviews, the second most here. Its consulting line works "through recurring monthly support", which scores 2 after launch. Neither its site nor its profile describes AI, so it scores 0 there, and it publishes no price or timeline.
A reviewer from Webcontinental's IT team, 20 days before we read the profile, wrote that a project expected to take 8 months "foi entregue em menos de 4", was delivered in under 4. Clive Hesketh, 10 months before, wrote that Zenital helped deliver "our replacement for Salesforce", guiding the team "from proof of concept through to production".
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Andrés Ugarte, CEO, per LinkedIn. Zenital's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: teams moving to Zendesk from another CRM or help desk that want monthly support afterward, with AI agents as a later project.
5. Dypsa Soluciones Tecnológicas: a 45-year-old firm with 11 reviews, 4/10
Dypsa, in Buenos Aires, says on its about page that it has more than 45 years in systems consulting and more than 80 staff. Its site calls it a Zendesk Premier partner, but the directory shows no level, so it scores 0 for standing. Its services page integrates Zendesk "con diferentes soluciones (bots, softwares de gestión) y también con telefonía", automation in general terms, worth 1. It sells its own connector that links a cloud IP switchboard to Zendesk. Maintenance is listed across its IT work without a Zendesk scope, worth 1. It has 11 reviews; the most recent, from a bank more than two years before we read it, says "Federico estuvo presente en todos los detalles".
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Fabian Capristo, CEO, per LinkedIn. Dypsa's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: Argentine teams that need Zendesk connected to an existing phone system or older back-office software.
6. Idyliko: CX consulting with a Zendesk practice, 3/10
Idyliko, in Monterrey, is a customer experience consultancy first, with journey maps and NPS work on its homepage. Its Zendesk page promises to transform your customer experience "en semanas", in weeks, the only timeline any of the 14 publishes, worth 1. The same page offers "Bots con IA" and "Automatización con IA para escalar operación", AI in general terms, worth 1, and says it keeps the platform working "en el día a día de la operación", support without a defined scope, worth 1. Its directory profile lists only Design/Guide Theming, no level and no reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 1, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Miguel Angel Briones P., CEO and co-founder, per LinkedIn, with Ileana Treviño as co-founder and operations manager. Idyliko's site doesn't list a team.
Best for: teams that want a customer journey redesign and a Zendesk setup from the same consultancy.
7. Zerviz Technologies: Premier on both paths, with no site we could read, 2/10
Zerviz Technologies, in Santiago de Chile, is one of two partners here with a Premier level on the implementation path, and holds Premier Solution too. Its directory profile claims "the largest number of certified engineers in our market", and the directory's data lists 250 projects. zerviz.com refused connections on October 29 and 30 and has no readable Wayback copy, so this entry rests on the profile. It describes no AI work, timeline or post-launch service, and its 2 reviews are more than five years old. It ties Perceptiva on 2 points and 2 reviews and ranks ahead on directory standing.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its directory profile, and its own site didn't load.
Best for: Chilean teams that already know the firm, once it has shown recent Zendesk work.
8. Perceptiva: an integration firm that has moved on to AI connectivity, 2/10
Perceptiva, in Montevideo, has 2 directory reviews from more than four years ago, both about Zendesk integration projects. Its site now sells "AI connectivity" through Google Cloud, Axway and Kong, and its solutions page doesn't mention Zendesk, so it scores 1 for AI in general terms. The directory shows no level, and no post-launch service is described.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: teams whose Zendesk project is mostly an API integration with enterprise systems, after confirming Perceptiva still takes Zendesk work.
9. 3Pi: a license and implementation shop in Bogotá, 2/10
3Pi, in Bogotá, trades as 3Pi Tech, pitches WhatsApp for Zendesk on its landing page, and claims more than 7 years on the platform and more than 15 projects. Its profile says it took Stanley Black & Decker "from 0 to 20,000 daily interactions". Automation appears in general terms, worth 1, and "Administración y optimización de la plataforma" comes without a scope, worth 1. No level shows in the directory, and it has no reviews. It's the first of three partners tied on 2 points with no reviews and no level, placed alphabetically.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Miguel Betancourt, CEO, per LinkedIn, with Andrea Gualtero Mosquera as co-founder and CTO. 3Pi's page doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: Colombian teams buying Zendesk licenses with a WhatsApp rollout in the same project.
10. In2clouds: Zendesk next to Amazon Connect, 2/10
In2clouds, in San José, Costa Rica, describes 14 years of cloud consulting on its directory profile and pairs Zendesk with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex for "the automation of customer-facing processes", worth 1. The profile mentions "development, implementation and support" without a support scope, worth 1. Its listed site redirects to in2clouds.io, which rendered an empty page on October 29, so the profile is our source.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its directory profile, and its site didn't render.
Best for: Central American teams running Amazon Connect for voice that want it tied into Zendesk.
11. JBconsulting: AI agents promised in general terms, 2/10
JBconsulting, in Tlajomulco, near Guadalajara, holds Advanced Implementation and Authorized Solution levels. Its profile claims "more than 100 successful implementations" and offers "AI Agents solutions, integrating artificial intelligence into customer service channels to optimize ticket management", without saying whose agents or how, so 1 point. It promises to "accompany our clients throughout the entire process of adopting and optimizing their platforms", support without scope, worth 1. Its site also sells Freshservice and Dynamics 365. No reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: teams around Guadalajara comparing Zendesk with Freshservice or Dynamics.
12. Common Sense People: a listing whose domain is for sale, 0/10
Common Sense People lists Mexico and six other countries on its directory profile, which describes digital transformation in general. Its listed site, commonsense.io, redirected to a domain-for-sale page on October 29. It's first of three on 0, placed alphabetically.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its directory profile, and its domain is parked.
Best for: buyers who can confirm the firm is still trading before a call.
13. Siscotel: cloud integration with no Zendesk page, 0/10
Siscotel lists Panama in the directory, while its own site gives an address in Caracas and claims 20 years in software, integration and cloud services. The site doesn't mention Zendesk.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Miguel Benatuil, Director, per LinkedIn, with Luis Franco as partner and technical director. Siscotel's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: teams already working with Siscotel on other systems.
14. Zubia People & Business: a marketing agency with a Zendesk listing, 0/10
Zubia People & Business, in Mexico City, sells demand generation and commercial digital transformation, and its logo reads "a Digixcem360 company": the Italian media and consulting group Digital360 bought 51% of Zubia in 2022. That's not a global integrator, so Zubia stays in. Its profile lists Implementation and Training, and the site doesn't mention Zendesk.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Alaide Gutiérrez, Directora de Estrategia Go-to-Market B2B, per LinkedIn. Zubia's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: teams that want marketing and CRM work from an agency and Zendesk set up alongside it.
Partners that serve Latin America from outside it
Four partners in our global ranking list Latin America or work in Spanish from head offices elsewhere: BCR.CX in São Paulo (7, with a published 2 to 4 week AI agent timeline), Helping in Barcelona (8, with 100 reviews), Aktie Now in Coral Gables (4) and ShadowRock in El Dorado Hills (3).
Working with a Zendesk partner in Latin America
Spanish AI agents
Zendesk lists Spanish among the languages supported by AI agents for use cases, generative replies, agentic AI, automatic translations and pronoun formality, without regional variants. If your customers write in Mexican or Rioplatense Spanish, test the agent on real tickets from each market, and ask the partner how it will test formality (tú, usted and vos) in replies.
WhatsApp is where these partners build
Three of the 14 publish WhatsApp apps on Zendesk's marketplace: Witbor (three), CXC GLOBAL (CXConnect) and Zenital (WhatsApp Audio Player). Witbor's profile says Witalker can message outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window, so these partners have already dealt with the rules your agent will run into. Read our guide to connecting WhatsApp to Zendesk before you pay for an app that duplicates the native setup.
Data residency
Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on offers hosting in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia, with no Latin American location. It's free on Suite Professional and higher but isn't switched on automatically. A partner can't change where Zendesk stores data, so check any residency promise in a proposal against that page.
Zendesk's dollar prices in Mexico, and the reseller incentive
Zendesk's Mexican pricing page shows prices in US dollars. These are the figures on October 29, 2026.
| Zendesk plan or item | Billed annually | Billed monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Support Team | US$19 per agent a month | US$25 per agent a month |
| Suite Team | US$55 per agent a month | US$69 per agent a month |
| Suite Professional | US$115 per agent a month | US$149 per agent a month |
| Suite Enterprise + Copilot | Contact sales | Contact sales |
| Automated resolution, committed | US$1.50 each | US$1.50 each |
| Automated resolution, pay-as-you-go | US$2.00 each | US$2.00 each |
The page includes 5 automated resolutions per agent a month on the Team plans and 10 on Suite Professional. A 20-agent Suite Professional account pays $2,300 a month for seats billed annually and gets 200 included resolutions. At 2,000 automated resolutions a month, the other 1,800 cost $2,700 committed or $3,600 pay-as-you-go, on top of the seats. Our Zendesk AI pricing guide runs the same model in more detail.
Nine of the 14 hold a Solution level or list reselling, so they can sell you the licenses. That ties part of their income to seat count and resolution volume, which grows whether or not tickets are resolved well. Ask each one how it's paid on licenses and whether its fee changes if you buy licenses direct.
When you don't need a partner
If Zendesk already works and you only want an AI agent, our Zendesk AI implementation guide covers the routes, and Zendesk's own AI agents compared with a third-party agent covers the trade-off. Macha, which publishes this blog, is a third-party route: its team sets up and monitors AI agents inside the help desk you already use, at about $0.40 per ticket. It isn't a Zendesk partner and doesn't resell licenses. Macha fits teams already on Zendesk that want tickets resolved by an agent someone else builds and tunes, and it's the wrong choice for a migration or a Zendesk redesign; hire one of the partners above for that. The trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit; see pricing.
What we check before an AI agent goes live on a partner-built Zendesk
Macha's team sets up AI agents inside Zendesk accounts that partners often built. We read the ticket field definitions as well as the values, because an agent that sets a dropdown or text field needs the options the partner created, not guesses. We read about a month of past tickets to find the categories an agent could take first, then replay past tickets against the agent before it touches a live one. We look at the existing triggers, because the agent starts from a Zendesk trigger and webhook, and a broad condition sends it tickets it shouldn't see. Each trigger adds a tag when it fires and excludes that tag in its own conditions, so the agent's own update can't fire it again. Then the agent runs in safe mode, with drafts posted as internal notes, and we confirm a reply lands as an internal note before anyone switches on public replies. A partner that documents its fields, tags and triggers shortens all of that.
Which one fits your situation?
| Your situation | Partner to talk to first | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You want Zendesk AI agents configured and tuned | Witbor | Names Advanced AI Agents and bot tuning, and an optimization service after go-live |
| You want the longest review history in the region | CXC GLOBAL | 30 directory reviews and follow-up on metrics after launch |
| You're in the Caribbean or serve US Hispanic customers | PuntoShop | AI-certified, lists North America; ask for Zendesk references |
| You're moving from Salesforce or another CRM | Zenital | 26 reviews, migration projects in them, and monthly support afterward |
| You need Zendesk tied to an existing phone system | Dypsa | Sells its own IP telephony connector for Zendesk |
| You run Amazon Connect for voice | In2clouds | Pairs Zendesk with Amazon Connect and Lex |
| WhatsApp is your main channel | Witbor or CXC GLOBAL | Both publish their own WhatsApp apps for Zendesk |
| You want CX strategy and a Zendesk setup together | Idyliko | A CX consultancy with a Zendesk practice |
| You serve Brazil as well as Spanish-speaking markets | Zenital, or BCR.CX from outside the pool | Zenital works in Spanish and Portuguese; BCR.CX publishes an AI agent timeline |
If a partner you're considering isn't in the top four, ask for two references from AI agent projects finished in the last year. The 78 directory reviews across these 14 firms, in the ones we read, describe setups and migrations rather than AI agents. Our guide to choosing a Zendesk implementation partner has the questions and statement-of-work clauses to use.

How we researched this
We took the 14 partners in Zendesk's directory with the Implementation Partner type and a head office in Spanish-speaking Latin America on October 29, 2026: five in Mexico, two each in Argentina and Uruguay, and one each in Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and Panama. Levels and the AI Agents certification come from the directory's data. We read every profile on zendesk.co.uk in a real browser on October 29 and 30 for review counts, review text and descriptions, then each partner's own site at the pages linked above.
For Witbor we read Wayback Machine copies from May to July 2026. Zerviz, Common Sense People and In2clouds are scored on their profiles because their sites failed.
The "Who runs it" lines come from a partner's own team page where it names leaders (Witbor). For the rest we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". Prices are shown in US dollars, as Zendesk's Mexican page publishes them. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents for help desks. Nobody paid to be listed here, and Macha isn't ranked.
