Zendesk's partner directory lists 34 implementation partners with a US head office, and on five public criteria Market Disrupt and CustomerHD rank first with 8 points out of 10. Envoy, PartnerHero and Faye follow on 7, and Envoy's 94 reviews are more than half of all the reviews the 34 have between them. Below, all 34 are scored on our global ranking's rubric, the top 15 are written up, and the US specifics follow.

Key takeaways

  • Market Disrupt and CustomerHD rank first among the 34 US Zendesk partners with 8 of 10 points, and Market Disrupt goes first on directory standing.
  • Only 8 of the 34 US partners hold Zendesk's AI Agents certification, and 18 show no partner level on their directory profile at all.
  • Four of the top 15 publish a service price, from PartnerHero's $1,750 a month managed help desk to Servion's $37,500 discovery and launch engagement.
  • Envoy has 94 directory reviews, more than half of the 181 the 34 partners have in total, while 18 partners have none.

Levels, addresses and review counts come from each partner's Zendesk directory profile, read on October 30, 2026.

How we ranked them

We took every partner in Zendesk's partner directory with the Partner type Implementation Partner and a head office in the United States: 34 of the 88 partners with a US address. We read all 34 profiles and the partners' own sites, then scored each on the five criteria from our global ranking of Zendesk implementation partners, word for word, so a US partner's score here matches its score there.

Ties are broken by review count, and where reviews also tie, by directory standing. Where both tie, we list partners alphabetically, as the global ranking does. The scoring is ours and rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of a partner's work, which you only learn from references and a pilot.

Three readings needed a decision. Only a price for the partner's own service counts, and only a timeline for a Zendesk or AI build. A partner's own AI agent working Zendesk tickets scores 2 for AI work, as CustomerHD's voice agent does in the global ranking.

The eight partners shared with our global list keep their scores from it. TELUS Digital, ranked there from a Las Vegas address, is listed as a Solution Provider only, so it isn't in this pool.

The top 15 US Zendesk partners, ranked

1. Market Disrupt: monthly AI tuning written on the page, 8/10

Market Disrupt, in Fort Worth, holds Premier levels on both paths and the AI Agents certification. Its Zendesk page lists "AI agents & workflow automation", says "Most implementations go live in a few weeks", and promises "monthly tuning against response, resolution & deflection" after launch. No price is published, and one review keeps it off 10. Ryan Staring wrote about a month ago: "We weren't handed a tool and pushed out the door."

Who runs it: Philip Viele, CEO, per LinkedIn. Market Disrupt's site doesn't name its team.

Best for: teams that want Zendesk AI agents tuned every month.

2. CustomerHD: a starting price and an AI voice agent, 8/10

CustomerHD, in Raleigh, publishes a price. Its directory profile says "Our professional implementation packages start at $5,000" and offers an "Ongoing Subscription" for continuous optimization and reporting. Its homepage lists an "AI voice agent that answers queries and saves your team's time" beside an outsourced agent team. The profile shows the AI Agents certification but no level badge, so standing scores 1. It ties Market Disrupt on points and reviews and goes second.

Best for: teams that want a known starting price, with outsourced agents as an option.

3. Envoy: 94 reviews and managed services, 7/10

Envoy, in San Francisco, has 94 reviews, more than the other 33 combined. Its AI transformation page covers "strategy and tool selection to rollout and optimization" in general terms, worth 1, and its managed services page covers ongoing admin, worth 2. No price or timeline is published. Sharon White wrote about a year ago that the team's recommendations "helped us not only roll out new AI functionality within Zendesk, but also unlock more value from the tools we were already using."

PartnerHero, listed in New York City as "PartnerHero (Formerly SupportOps)",. Its help desk page sells Migration and Optimization plans from $1,750 a month on a 90-day rolling agreement, with unlimited help desk requests, custom reporting and proactive monitoring, a managed service worth 2. It names "AI & rule-based bots" but doesn't describe building and tuning Zendesk AI agents, so AI work scores 1. An Advanced Implementation level without the certification scores 0 on standing. Marco Velasco praised its Zendesk migrations almost five years ago. Crescendo, which sells its own AI customer experience platform, announced on October 2, 2024 that it had acquired PartnerHero, so ask whose AI agent a project would use.

Faye, in Calabasas, is Premier on both paths with the AI Agents certification and 14 reviews. Its Zendesk services page says "We are proud to be a Zendesk Partner of the Year, two years running". Its AI services page covers "Strategy, rollout, governance, and ongoing support" in general terms, worth 1. After launch it sells Axia, a managed service at "a fixed, flat-rate fee" that isn't shown.

Its profile names it the 2024 Zendesk North American Commitment to Excellence Partner of the Year. Jordan Grieve, 4 months ago, called the team "Knowledgable, prepared, and kept our project on track."

7. Servion Global Solutions: a priced launch engagement from a contact center integrator, 6/10

Servion, in Princeton, calls itself a global systems integrator. Its directory profile describes "a full-service Zendesk implementation and managed services partner" for teams "navigating CCaaS migration and AI transformation", which scores 2 after launch and 1 for AI. Its homepage offers the JourneyWorCX Discovery + LaunchPad engagement, "normally $100K", for $37.5K, promising to "deploy AI-powered agents" in 60 days. The offer isn't tied to Zendesk, so ask whether it applies. The certification with no level badge scores 1, and it has no reviews yet.

8. VIPdesk Connect: its own AI agent with prices on the page, 6/10

VIPdesk Connect, in Alexandria, Virginia, sells VIPdeskAI alongside remote customer care. Its homepage offers "Custom GenAI bots that automate 50%+ of routine inquiries across chat, voice, email, and social", says they work with helpdesks "including Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, and more", and promises "continuous tuning post-launch". Its plans and pricing page lists a Rapid Launch Chatbot at $2,995 a month with no implementation fee, and Managed AI CX programs that "typically start at $9,995/month". Like CustomerHD's voice agent, it's the partner's own AI working Zendesk tickets, worth 2. It shows no level, certification or reviews.

SATRDE, in Hendersonville, Tennessee, says on its Zendesk page that "Most projects follow our 7–9 week delivery process" with a dedicated project manager and solution architect. Its managed services page sells "Bundled hours, drawn down as you need them", worth 2. Prices are "scoped and priced separately", and neither page mentions AI. Its homepage carries a May 23, 2024 announcement that "Every public sector organization in Texas can now procure Zendesk solutions through SATRDÉ". Victoria Young wrote about six years ago that it "delivered within the given timeline".

Its Zendesk page promises to "build AI agent workflows" during onboarding, then lists "AI agent monitoring and tuning" in every Operate cycle with a "Quarterly maturity re-score", worth 2 for AI work and 2 after launch. "Zendesk live in 3 weeks" is a timeline worth 1; there's no price. An Advanced level without the certification scores 0.

11. 729 Solutions: integrations and custom development, 4/10

729 Solutions, in San Francisco, is Premier on both paths and calls itself an AMER Partner of the Year on its Zendesk page. Its profile claims "more than 300 successful projects" and offers "automations, chat bots, better self serve and deflection", AI in general terms. After launch it offers certified admins by the hour, support without a defined scope. It lacks the AI Agents certification and publishes no price or timeline. It scores 4, as in our global ranking, and four reviews put it ahead of Aktie Now. An anonymous reviewer wrote almost three years ago that 729 "helped us rebuild our Zendesk from the ground up".

12. Aktie Now: accountable for operating results, 4/10

Aktie Now lists Coral Gables, Florida, as its directory address and was founded in 2016, per its about page. Its profile says "Aktie Now owns the outcome of your Zendesk operation" and "we stay in the operation until the result is measurable in cost, retention, or revenue." It holds Premier levels and the AI Agents certification, but none of its text describes AI work, and there's no price or timeline. Felipe Capusso calls it "part of the Coaktion ecosystem" on LinkedIn, and Coaktion isn't a global integrator.

OAPPS.IO lists Sheridan, Wyoming, on its profile, but its about page puts its main headquarters in Dubai. Its profile says it has 9 marketplace apps and has migrated "90M+" records into Zendesk. "Support post go-live" appears without a scope, and its prices are for its own apps. Its 8 reviews are the most on 3 points; the newest, 7 months ago, thanks "Anton Mintsov and the team for their advice and practical guidance."

Best for: teams that need messaging apps inside Zendesk or a large migration.

14. BrainSell: a CRM consultancy now inside Atlantic, 3/10

BrainSell, in Danvers, Massachusetts, was founded in 1994, per its profile. Its homepage says "BrainSell is now the Activated Intelligence Division of Atlantic!"; nothing says Atlantic is a global integrator, so it stays in. Its Zendesk page lists "Chatbot Services" and "Post-Implementation Support" without a scope, 1 point each. The prices there are Zendesk license prices, so price scores 0. Much of its work is CRM, such as SugarCRM.

ModSquad, in Sacramento, is an outsourced support and moderation company. Its profile helps "from configuration through expansion" and is "always on call to assist you with all of your ongoing customer experience requirements", support without a scope. Its homepage describes "Human-led, agentic AI, across every channel" in general terms. No price, timeline or level is shown. Tucker Smith wrote over two years ago that ModSquad sent data "directly to Salesforce instead of more complex routing through Zendesk". It ties BrainSell on every count and is listed after it alphabetically.

What the US pool says about AI work

The certification and the service don't line up. Only Market Disrupt and L5.ai describe building and tuning Zendesk's own AI agents, and L5.ai isn't certified, while certified LaPlante Management and Aktie Now describe no AI work.

The money explains much of it. Eighteen of the 34 list reselling, so they earn on the Zendesk license whatever the AI resolves. Eight list BPO and eleven list staffing or outsourcing, and an outsourcer earns less when an AI agent resolves tickets its people would have handled. When CustomerHD, PartnerHero, ModSquad or Hire Horatio quotes an AI project, ask how it prices that work against the seats you already buy. VIPdesk sells its own AI, and so does PartnerHero's owner, Crescendo. That changes the incentive again. A partner that owns the agent earns on it every month, which helps tuning and hurts neutrality.

Reviews are thin outside four firms. The 34 have 181 between them, Envoy alone has 94, and only Envoy, PartnerHero (22), LaPlante Management (16) and Faye (14) reach 10.

Working with a Zendesk partner in the US

Where your data lives. Zendesk's Regional Data Hosting Policy lists the United States as a hosting region for accounts entitled to the Data Center Location add-on. AI agents data follows your chosen region only for AI agents accounts created on or after March 10, 2026; older ones are hosted in the EEA or the US. If US hosting is in your contract, check that date.

Government and healthcare. Zendesk's Trust Center says "Zendesk is FedRAMP authorised with Low Impact Software-as-a-Service (LI-SaaS) and is listed in the FedRAMP Marketplace", and that Zendesk AI is eligible for its Business Associate Agreement, which needs the Advanced Compliance add-on. 729 Solutions, ShadowRock and SATRDE list Public Sector Contractor on their profiles.

Regions and languages. Thirty-two of the 34 list North America; OAPPS.IO and Tollanis don't. Aktie Now, ShadowRock and Hire Horatio also list Latin America, and Aktie Now, ShadowRock and menze work in Spanish.

What Zendesk costs before a partner does. A Wayback Machine copy of Zendesk's US pricing page from October 29, 2026 shows Support Team at $19 per agent a month paid yearly, Suite Team at $55 and Suite Professional at $115, with Copilot as a $50 add-on. AI agents bill per automated resolution on top; see our Zendesk AI pricing breakdown.

What we check when a US partner hands over a Zendesk instance

Macha's agents run inside the Zendesk a team already has, so they work with whatever the partner configured. Before an agent goes live, we check four things.

  • Ticket fields. The agent reads field definitions and the values on each ticket, and can write dropdown, text and checkbox values. A field the partner created and nobody fills in gives the agent nothing to route on.
  • Triggers. We set conditions in Zendesk's admin through a custom webhook, so only the tickets meant for the agent reach it. Each trigger adds a unique tag when it fires and excludes that tag from its own conditions, so the agent's update can't fire it again. We test it with a matching ticket.
  • The categories in past tickets. We read about a month of past tickets to see which categories they fall into, then replay past tickets against the agent before picking where it starts.
  • Safe mode. Drafts land as internal notes, and nothing reaches a customer until your team approves. Before autonomous mode, we confirm whether each reply goes out as an internal note or a public reply.

If your Zendesk already works and you only want an AI agent, you may not need a partner. Your admin can build Zendesk's own agents with our Zendesk AI implementation guide, or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up inside your desk. Macha is the second kind and our product. It runs AI agents inside Zendesk, the Macha team sets them up and monitors them, and it costs about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, with a trial of $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit. It suits teams that want tickets resolved without a rebuild; for a migration, a routing redesign or a custom app, hire a partner above, and the two can run side by side. Our comparison of Zendesk AI agents vs a third-party agent covers that choice, and our test-run guide covers testing on real tickets first.

FAQs

Who is the best Zendesk partner in the US?

On our five criteria, Market Disrupt and CustomerHD tie on 8 of 10, and Market Disrupt ranks first on directory standing. Envoy, PartnerHero and Faye follow on 7.

Which US Zendesk partners hold the AI Agents certification?

Eight of the 34 on October 30, 2026: Market Disrupt, CustomerHD, Envoy, Faye, LaPlante Management, Servion, Aktie Now and ShadowRock. The certification shows trained people, not shipped AI projects, so ask for client references either way.

How much does a Zendesk partner in the US cost?

Few publish a price. CustomerHD's packages start at $5,000, PartnerHero's managed help desk starts at $1,750 a month, Servion lists its launch engagement at $37,500, and VIPdesk's AI plans start at $2,995 a month. The rest quote after a call.

Can a Zendesk partner work with US government or healthcare data?

Zendesk is FedRAMP authorized at the Low Impact SaaS level, and Zendesk AI can be covered by its Business Associate Agreement with the Advanced Compliance add-on. 729 Solutions, ShadowRock and SATRDE list public sector contracting.

Do I need a US-based partner for a US Zendesk project?

Not necessarily. Our global ranking includes partners elsewhere that list North America, such as ROCA.WORK and The SaaSy People, and our cross-desk partner ranking covers multi-desk firms. Our guide to choosing a Zendesk implementation partner lists questions to ask.

On October 30, 2026 we read all 34 profiles on zendesk.co.uk in a real browser, and the partners' own pages linked above. Levels, certifications, review counts, services, regions and addresses come from the profiles, and review quotes are copied word for word. The eight partners shared with our global ranking keep the scores we gave them on October 29, 2026. For Editz's site, the Crescendo release and Zendesk's US pricing page, which redirects by location, we used Wayback Machine copies. Prices are shown in US dollars, as every partner here publishes them.

We checked each top-15 partner's About page for a parent company, because a firm owned by a global integrator would be left out. PartnerHero (Crescendo), BrainSell (Atlantic) and Aktie Now (Coaktion) have owners, but none is a global integrator.

"Who runs it" lines come from each partner's own site, or from MoltSets, a B2B people database, marked "per LinkedIn". LinkedIn post counts don't affect scores. One reviewer applied the scores to public pages only, and we didn't contact, hire or test any partner.

Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside help desks. Nobody paid to be listed, and Macha is not a Zendesk partner and is not ranked here.

Macha

About Macha

Macha is an AI agent platform that works on top of the help desk you already use (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, Intercom or HubSpot) and connects to the rest of your stack, even your own internal systems. It is done for you: the Macha team analyzes your past tickets, builds the knowledge base and the agents, and runs them in safe mode until the drafts are right. Pricing is about $0.40 a ticket, and that includes setup and a dedicated success manager who handles your changes. Learn more about Macha →

The application seems excellent to me! We are still testing, and we need support for some details and they were extremely efficient too!

Macha has been a great addition to our support toolkit. It generates clear, well-organized responses that fit naturally into our workflow. One feature we particularly appreciate is its ability to automatically reply in the same language as the ticket.

Support team is very helpful and responsive. Really enjoy how lightweight this is within Zendesk itself vs other more intrusive tools.

So far it's pretty good! Our queries are a little nuanced, so we can't always use it, but it's got enough utility for us. It can even incorporate our bilingual country with greetings in a second language.
