Best Zendesk Partners in the Netherlands and Belgium (2026): 8 Ranked
Three Zendesk partners in the Netherlands and Belgium share the top score of 8 out of 10 on our rubric: Premium Plus in Sint-Niklaas, RealConnections in Utrecht and cloudmotion in Amsterdam. Premium Plus is listed first because it has 50 directory reviews to RealConnections' 5 and cloudmotion's none. Zendesk's directory lists 8 implementation partners with a head office in the Benelux, six Dutch and two Belgian, and we scored all 8 on the same five criteria as our global ranking, using only public pages. Two of them, cloudmotion and RealConnections, publish prices for their own work.
Key takeaways
- Premium Plus, RealConnections and cloudmotion tie at 8/10, and Premium Plus is listed first only because it has 50 directory reviews.
- cloudmotion is the only Benelux partner that publishes yearly prices for Zendesk AI agent packages, from about $3,050 (€2,750) to about $7,950 (€7,150) a year.
- Only two of the 8 Benelux listings hold Zendesk's AI Agents certification in the directory data: cloudmotion and Contact Center Live.
- cloudmotion and Byteleaders merged in 2025 into cloudmotion group, so two of the 8 listings belong to one company under the same managers.
- Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on can keep service data in the European Economic Area for free on Suite Professional or higher, but you have to ask for it.

Levels come from Zendesk's directory data and review counts from live profiles, read October 30, 2026. "Not published" means we found no figure.
How we ranked them
We took every partner in Zendesk's directory with the type Implementation Partner and a head office in the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg. That gave 8, and none in Luxembourg. We read each profile in full, reviews included, then each partner's own site for AI work, prices, timelines and post-launch help. The rubric is the one from our global ranking of Zendesk implementation partners, word for word. Each partner gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | A Premier level plus the AI Agents certification | A Premier level without the certification, or the certification at an Advanced level or with no level shown | Neither |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents | AI or automation described in general terms | No AI service described |
| Price or timeline published | Both, or a price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning or managed service described | A short hypercare period, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count, and where reviews also tie, by directory standing; where both tie, we list partners alphabetically. The scoring rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call, not the quality of anyone's work, which you learn from references and a pilot.
Three partners tie at 8, so read the top of the list as one tier.
Two of the listings share an owner. cloudmotion's about page says that in 2025 the contact center firm Byteleaders and cloudmotion "zijn samengegaan tot cloudmotion group", merged into one group. Both sites give the same Amsterdam address and name Heimen van Duinkerken and Ralph Heeneman as directors. Neither is owned by a global integrator, so both stay in the ranking, but if you invite both to pitch, you're talking to one company twice.
Which Zendesk partners in the Benelux do AI agent work?
Each entry gives its points in rubric order, who runs it and who it suits.
1. Premium Plus: a Zendesk-only firm with 50 reviews, 8/10
Premium Plus works only on Zendesk. Its profile lists offices in Amsterdam, Antwerp, Lille, London, Porto and Copenhagen around its head office in Sint-Niklaas, and its about page claims 1000+ projects, 30+ employees and four Zendesk Partner of the Year awards. Its implementation page lays out five steps over a "Typical duration: 6–8 weeks", from discovery in week 1 to launch in week 8. After go-live, Premium Care offers "continuous access to Zendesk expertise" as an ongoing working relationship, which scores 2.
The October 29, 2026 edition of our global ranking scored Premium Plus 7, with 1 for AI work, from its implementation page. That edition didn't read its optimization page, online since at least January 2026. It lists "Tuning bots and AI-powered flows to reduce handle time without losing control" and adding "visibility into bot performance, containment, Copilot impact" to dashboards. That's a partner saying it tunes Zendesk's AI, which takes AI work to 2 and the total to 8. Since October 30, 2026 our global ranking reads the same page and scores Premium Plus 8 as well.
Two reviews, each more than a year old, describe AI projects. An anonymous reviewer said Premium Plus "helped us with Ultimate GPT (Zendesk AI) implementation". Thabo De Keyzer described a move "from standard Zendesk messaging to an AI-powered chatbot" and added, "While we handled the build internally, their feedback was incredibly valuable", so on that project Premium Plus advised and the client built. It doesn't hold the AI Agents certification in the directory data, so standing scores 1.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Kurt Pinoy, CEO, who signs a reply to a review on Premium Plus's directory profile as "Kurt Pinoy - CEO". Kurt Pinoy has posted 19 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly about client projects, new hires and Zendesk events.
Best for: Benelux, French and UK teams that want a Zendesk-only firm for an 8-week build and a standing relationship after it.
2. RealConnections: a per-agent monthly price for help after launch, 8/10
RealConnections, in Utrecht, is the only partner in the 8 that prices its post-launch service per agent. Its profile says "With us you'll get your Zendesk journey to the next-level for a flat fee" and "We strongly believe in a subscription model, and offer our service on per agent basis, with monthly contracts." Its Remote Consultancy announcement puts a number on it: from about $33 (€30) per agent a month, with a minimum of 10 agents and monthly cancellation. That buys a fixed consultant, a monthly digital check-in and a quarterly visit. The page promises you'll work "minimaal 25% efficiënter" (at least 25% more efficiently); ask how that's measured.
On timelines, its Zendesk page says it aims to be live "binnen 2, 4 of 8 weken" (within 2, 4 or 8 weeks), and promises to see a customer's question within half an hour. A price plus a timeline scores 2. Its AI page offers Zendesk AI agents and Neople, a separate AI product, with tailored implementation and "Doorlopende ondersteuning" for further optimization after launch. RealConnections also works on Intercom, Okta and Microsoft 365, so ask which AI product a proposal uses; they bill differently.
All 5 directory reviews are at least three years old. The newest, from Victoria, praises "their level of a step by step walk through in all questions or problems".
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Jalle van Goor den Oosterlingh, CEO, per RealConnections' Remote Consultancy announcement.
Best for: Dutch teams of 10 or more agents that want a named consultant every month at a known per-agent price.
3. cloudmotion: published prices for AI agent packages, 8/10
cloudmotion, in Amsterdam and Apeldoorn, holds Premier levels on both paths plus the AI Agents, Copilot, Quality Assurance and Workforce Management certifications in the directory data, the widest set in the Benelux. Its AI agents page is the only one in the 8 that prices Zendesk AI agent work. Yearly packages, excluding VAT:
| Package | Price a year | Knowledge sources | Use cases | Procedures | API actions | Languages | Health check |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AI-agent Starter | About $3,050 (€2,750) | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 | Yearly |
| AI Junior Agent | About $5,500 (€4,950) | 2 | 1 | 5 | 0 | 1 | "Tweejaarlijks"* |
| AI Agent Medior | About $7,950 (€7,150) | 3 | 2 | 10 | 1 | 2 | Quarterly |
| Maatwerk (custom) | On request | Custom | More than 2 | Custom | Custom | On request | On request |
*"Tweejaarlijks" can mean every two years or twice a year; ask cloudmotion which.
The page says the packages turn into "doorlopende verbeteringspakketten", ongoing improvement packages, after the first implementation. An extra language costs about $1,200 (€1,100) on Starter and about $3,200 (€2,860) on Medior, which matters in a market that answers in Dutch, French and German. cloudmotion describes its role as configuring the AI agents in Zendesk, then measuring performance and fine-tuning answers, which scores 2.
After launch, its managed admin page offers fully outsourced, co-managed or on-call administration, and says changes are tested in a Zendesk Sandbox before they go live. With no reviews, it's third of the three on 8.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Heimen van Duinkerken, algemeen directeur (managing director), who founded cloudmotion in 2012, per its about page, which also lists Ralph Heeneman as commercial director.
Best for: teams that want to know what a Zendesk AI agent build costs per year before the first call, and need more than one language.
4. Contact Center Live: Zendesk inside a contact center practice, 6/10
Contact Center Live, in Naarden, keeps its global score of 6. It holds the AI Agents certification with a Premier Solution and an Advanced Implementation level, has 24 directory reviews, and lists contact lines for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany on its homepage. That page describes what Zendesk's AI agents do ("lossen complexe problemen autonoom op, op elk kanaal", they solve complex problems autonomously on every channel) more than how Contact Center Live builds them, which scores 1. The profile offers to analyze an existing Zendesk for "quick wins and long-term optimizations", support without a defined scope, which scores 1. No price or timeline is published.
Its reviews describe the work well. Marga Roos Lindgreen, more than two years before October 30, 2026, wrote that the team merged seven business units into one instance, so the company now works "verdeeld over 6 landen in 1 omgeving" (across 6 countries in 1 instance), all "in minder dan 5 maanden" (in under 5 months). An anonymous reviewer of the same age noted that its "strippenkaart", a prepaid bundle of hours, "heeft geen einddatum" (has no end date). The homepage says it's ISO 27001 certified.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Boudewijn Chamuleau, founder, per Contact Center Live's homepage. Its team page says it has worked with contact centers since 2007. Christian Schneemann is Head of AI Customer Contact Solutions, per LinkedIn. Christian Schneemann has posted 5 times on LinkedIn in the last 90 days, mostly short Dutch posts recommending contacts looking for work.
Best for: multi-country teams that need Zendesk joined to telephony and contact center tooling, and want a prepaid bundle of hours afterward.
5. pluscloud: a long list of Marketplace apps, 4/10
pluscloud, in Eindhoven, says on its homepage that it has been a Premier Zendesk Partner since 2013, and its about page dates the firm to 2005. Its directory profile lists 14 apps it built for Zendesk, such as Ticket Field Magic, which can hide, disable or require ticket fields. It also resells Wildix telephony. None of that app work is scored.
On the rubric it's thin. The services page lists implementation, Smart Routing, Make.com automation and a free Zendesk Health Check, which counts as automation in general terms, with no AI agent work described. It also lists "pluscloud Care for Zendesk", described in one line as "ongoing support, and continuous enhancements", which scores 1 without a scope. No price or timeline for Zendesk work appears. All 3 directory reviews are almost six years old or more, and parts of the about page still carry placeholder template text, so ask for current references. It ties Byteleaders on 4 and ranks ahead on review count.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Martijn Snels, Founder and CEO, per pluscloud's about page, which lists Ad Boelens as co-founder and Voice Director.
Best for: teams that need custom Zendesk apps or telephony wired into Zendesk more than an AI agent build.
6. Byteleaders: outsourced agents priced per resolution, plus Zendesk setup, 4/10
Byteleaders, in Amsterdam, is a customer service outsourcer first. Its about page says Ralph Heeneman founded it in January 2018, that it became a certified Zendesk partner in August 2020, and that it has a team of 25. Its homepage prices outsourced agents "From €2.18 per resolved conversation", about $2.43, with a minimum of 200 conversations a month. That's a price for its people answering your customers, not for Zendesk work, so price scores 0.
The model mirrors Zendesk's own AI billing. Byteleaders says "You only pay for successfully resolved tickets", and Zendesk bills its AI agents per automated resolution. Both meters give the supplier an incentive to count a ticket as resolved, so ask how each one defines it.
Its Zendesk page covers implementation, CRM and ecommerce integrations, and "ongoing maintenance, technical support, and optimisation services following deployment" without a scope, which scores 1. Its AI page describes Zendesk's AI through Answer Bot, Explore and Guide, without saying how Byteleaders configures or tunes an AI agent, which scores 1. The single review, about two years old, is from Rachelle Amahorseija of Dstrezzed, and says Byteleaders handled both the outsourced service and "de implementatie van onze Zendesk tot in de puntjes" (our Zendesk implementation down to the last detail). Byteleaders belongs to cloudmotion group with cloudmotion (#3).
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Heimen van Duinkerken, general manager, per Byteleaders' about page, which lists founder Ralph Heeneman as commercial director.
Best for: ecommerce and SaaS teams that want Zendesk set up and staffed by the same firm, in Dutch, English, German, French or Spanish.
7. 5CA: a remote outsourcer with a translation app, 1/10
5CA, in Utrecht, is an outsourcer with a remote workforce. Its about page says it offers customer service in 28 languages and 78 countries. Its profile lists staffing, system integration, BPO and CX consulting, and its site sells "Analytics, AI and Automation" as tech solutions in general terms, which scores 1. 5CA built AICX Translate for Zendesk, a free-to-install Marketplace app for "AI-powered language translation for text and images". The directory shows no level, certification or reviews, and no page we read describes Zendesk implementation, prices or post-launch work.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: 5CA's about page names David Bos as CTO and no chief executive. Niels van der Vlugt is Director and Head of Data, AI and Product Development, per LinkedIn.
Best for: teams that want multilingual outsourced agents working inside their own Zendesk, with an AI translation app.
8. Abano: an Atlassian partner with a Zendesk sideline, 0/10
Abano, in Kontich, leads its homepage with "Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner", then "Zendesk Qualified Partner" and "Freshworks Partner". Its Zendesk page says Qualified "means we meet training standards within Zendesk", offers possible extra license discounts and support with implementations. Nothing describes AI, prices, timelines or post-launch help, and the directory shows no level, certification or reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: teams already running Jira or Confluence with Abano that want a small Zendesk project from the same supplier.
Working with a Zendesk partner in the Benelux
Where they are. Six of the 8 are Dutch: two in Amsterdam (cloudmotion and Byteleaders), two in Utrecht (RealConnections and 5CA), one in Naarden and one in Eindhoven. The two Belgian firms are Premium Plus in Sint-Niklaas and Abano in Kontich. No partner lists a head office in Luxembourg. All of them sit on Central European Time.
Languages. Only two profiles fill in the languages field: cloudmotion lists English and German, and Contact Center Live lists English. Byteleaders' site offers service in Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish, and Premium Plus lists offices in Antwerp and Lille as well as Sint-Niklaas. For a Belgian team, ask who will write the French knowledge base articles your AI agent answers from, and what an extra language costs. cloudmotion is the only one that prices it.
Data residency. Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on lets you host service data in the European Economic Area, one of five regions with the US, UK, Japan and Australia. It's free on Suite Professional or higher, but it isn't switched on automatically; you contact your account representative or Zendesk support. Service data processed by non-Zendesk services, including Marketplace apps, falls outside it. That matters here because pluscloud, Premium Plus and 5CA all sell their own Zendesk apps, and RealConnections offers Neople, so ask each where its tool processes your tickets.
Zendesk's prices. Zendesk's Dutch pricing page listed Suite Team at about $60 (€55) per agent per month and Suite Professional at about $130 (€115), both billed annually, on October 30, 2026. The same page says AI agents are included in every Suite plan and billed per automated resolution, counting only requests the agent solved without escalation to a person. A partner's fee sits on top. Take a 10-agent team on Suite Professional: licenses come to 10 × $130 × 12 = $15,600 a year. cloudmotion's AI Junior Agent package adds about $5,500, for $21,100 before any resolutions. RealConnections' Remote Consultancy at the 10-agent minimum adds about $4,000 a year (€3,600) instead, for $19,600. Our Zendesk AI pricing breakdown covers the resolution meter.
Licenses through a partner. Premium Plus, cloudmotion, pluscloud, Byteleaders, Contact Center Live and Abano all list reselling. The incentive runs one way. A reseller earns on every license you add, whatever the AI resolves, and earns nothing from the weeks after go-live unless you buy a care package. That's why the after-launch criterion weighs as much as AI work, and all three partners at 8 sell something specific for those months.
How the Benelux partners compare with the global ranking
Our global ranking of 31 partners scored two of these firms. Its October 29 edition put Premium Plus 10th at 7; the optimization page, which that edition didn't read, takes it to 8 here, and since October 30 the global ranking has it 6th on 8 too. Contact Center Live sits 19th at 6 and keeps that score. cloudmotion and RealConnections weren't in it: cloudmotion held the AI Agents certification but wasn't among the profiles we wrote up, and RealConnections lacks the certification, so the directory filter didn't return it. Both would have scored 8 there, level with Helping, Premium Plus and SEIF.
Two of the 8 publish a price for their own Zendesk work, against six of the 31 in the global ranking. cloudmotion's table also lists the procedures, API actions and languages each tier includes, so you can compare a quote line by line.
What we check before an AI agent goes live on a partner-built Zendesk
Macha's team sets up AI agents inside Zendesk accounts that a partner often configured first. These are the checks we run before an agent touches a ticket.
- Ticket fields. We read the field definitions, then the values on recent tickets. An agent can write dropdown, text and checkbox values, so a dropdown full of retired options or a required field nobody fills in becomes the agent's problem too.
- Triggers. We look for exact conditions that should route a ticket to an agent, because a broad trigger sends everything. For our own triggers we use a tag-and-exclude pattern: add a unique tag when the trigger fires, exclude that tag in the trigger's conditions, and version the tag when the logic changes, so a ticket can't loop. We test a new trigger by creating a ticket that should match it.
- Macros and past tickets. Macros show what the team already says. About a month of past tickets shows what customers actually ask, and that decides the first category worth automating. We also replay past tickets against the agent before launch; our test-run guide describes how.
- Internal note or public reply. We confirm which one each agent writes before anything goes autonomous. In safe mode, drafts land as internal notes and nothing reaches a customer until the team approves.
Whichever partner you hire, ask for written documentation of triggers, tags and views when the project ends; it makes every one of these checks faster.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A Belgian or Dutch team that wants a Zendesk-only firm and long review history | Premium Plus | 50 reviews, 6 to 8 week builds, Premium Care after launch |
| A team of 10 or more agents that wants a named consultant at a known monthly price | RealConnections | About $33 per agent a month, monthly check-ins, quarterly visits |
| A team that wants a priced Zendesk AI agent build | cloudmotion | Yearly AI agent packages from about $3,050 |
| A team answering in two or more languages | cloudmotion | The only partner that prices extra languages |
| A multi-country team with telephony in the mix | Contact Center Live | 24 reviews, contact center work, contact lines in NL, BE and DE |
| A team that needs custom Zendesk apps | pluscloud | 14 Marketplace apps on its profile |
| A team that wants Zendesk staffed by outsourced agents | Byteleaders or 5CA | Byteleaders prices per resolved conversation; 5CA works in 28 languages |
| A team whose Zendesk works and only wants an AI agent | A partner or a vendor-led setup | A full partner project adds cost without the weekly tuning |
On the last row: if Zendesk already works the way you want, a partner earns its fee on migrations, routing and integrations more than on the AI layer. Your admin can build Zendesk's own agents with our Zendesk AI implementation guide, or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up inside your Zendesk; Zendesk AI agents vs a third-party agent compares the two. Macha, our product, is the second kind. It fits teams already on Zendesk that want an agent built, tested and tuned by the vendor's team, and the Macha on Zendesk page explains how it runs inside the ticket. It's the wrong fit for a migration or a Zendesk redesign; hire a partner from this list for that. Our guide to choosing a Zendesk implementation partner covers the contract clauses, and our cross-desk ranking covers multi-desk firms.

How we researched this
On October 30, 2026 we took every partner in Zendesk's partner directory data with the type Implementation Partner and a head office in the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg, which gave 8. Levels and certifications come from that directory data. We read all 8 profiles on Zendesk's UK site (zendesk.co.uk) the same day in a real browser, which shows review text and age, then the partner pages linked above.
The "Who runs it" lines come from each partner's own pages where they name leaders. Where they don't, we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". We also checked, read-only, how often those leaders posted on LinkedIn in the previous 90 days; that never affects a score. Zendesk's prices come from zendesk.nl/pricing and the data residency facts from Zendesk's help center, both read on October 30, 2026. Confirm prices and timelines before you sign. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. Dutch quotes are translated by us. One reviewer applied the scores to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside the help desk a team already uses, set up and monitored by the Macha team. Macha isn't a Zendesk partner and isn't ranked here, and nobody paid to be listed.
