Best Zendesk Partners in Brazil (2026): All 14 Implementation Partners Ranked
The best Zendesk partner in Brazil for a team that wants AI agents is BCR.CX, which scored 7 out of 10 on the same five criteria we use for our global ranking, followed by Eteg Technology on 6 and MakeITSimple on 5. Zendesk's partner directory listed 14 implementation partners with a Brazilian head office on October 29, 2026. Only 3 of them hold Zendesk's AI Agents certification, only 2 have any customer reviews, and none publishes a price. Below, all 14 are scored from their directory profiles and websites, with what's specific to Brazil: Portuguese AI, data hosting and Zendesk's local prices.
Key takeaways
- BCR.CX ranks first among the 14 Brazilian Zendesk partners with 7 out of 10, the only one that publishes an AI agent timeline of 2 to 4 weeks.
- Only 3 of the 14 partners hold the AI Agents certification in Zendesk's directory: BCR.CX, SIS Consulting and MakeITSimple.
- Reviews are almost absent in Brazil, with 10 directory reviews across all 14 partners, 7 of them on BCR.CX's profile.
- Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on offers hosting in the US, EEA, UK, Japan and Australia, so no Zendesk region keeps ticket data in Brazil.
- Zendesk sells Suite Professional in Brazil at about $140 (R$755) per agent a month billed annually, and automated resolutions at about $2.24 (R$12) each pay-as-you-go.

How we ranked them
We used the rubric from our global ranking of Zendesk implementation partners word for word, so a partner's score here matches its score there. BCR.CX, the only Brazilian partner in that ranking, keeps its 7. Each partner gets 0, 1 or 2 points on five criteria.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | A Premier level plus the AI Agents certification | A Premier level without the certification, or the certification at an Advanced level or with no level shown | Neither |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents | AI or automation described in general terms | No AI service described |
| Price or timeline published | Both, or a price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning or managed service described | A short hypercare period, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count, and where reviews also tie, by directory standing. Brazil needed one more step, because 12 of the 14 have no reviews and several share a standing too. Where both tie, we put the partner with more projects in the directory's own data first, and if projects tie too, we go alphabetically. Each entry placed this way says so. The scoring rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call, not the quality of the work, which you learn from references and a pilot.
The 14 Zendesk partners in Brazil, ranked
1. BCR.CX: a published AI agent timeline and a BPO arm, 7/10
BCR.CX, in São Paulo, publishes how long an AI agent takes, which nobody else in Brazil does. Its AI page says a chat and WhatsApp agent "consegue estar em produção em 2 a 4 semanas" (can be in production in 2 to 4 weeks) and a voice agent normally takes 4 to 6 weeks, with the whole implementation done inside Zendesk. The same page cites 67% of Dass's resolutions automated with no handoff to a human. Its Zendesk page says the investment depends on scope, license and usage, and that the full timeline is set after a free assessment. The homepage claims more than 500 employees and more than 13 years in the market. Its profile has 7 reviews, the most in Brazil, and lists BPO among 12 services. After launch it offers support and optimization without a defined scope, which holds it to 1 point there.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 1, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Isabela Fernanda Oliveira, Head of Implementation, per LinkedIn. BCR.CX's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: Brazilian retail and service brands that want AI agents on WhatsApp, chat or voice inside Zendesk, with the option of outsourced agents from the same firm.
2. Eteg Technology: a conversational agent tuned every week, 6/10
Eteg Technology, in Belo Horizonte, builds AI agents on Botpress and connects them to Zendesk. Its chatbot page describes the product as "um agente conversacional" trained on your business's language and integrated "com Zendesk, WhatsApp e outros sistemas via API". It's also the only partner in Brazil that writes down a tuning rhythm: "Analisamos conversas não resolvidas e evoluímos o bot semanalmente", it reviews unresolved conversations and improves the bot every week. On timing it says only that it depends on the flows and integrations. Its directory profile shows Premier Solution and Advanced Implementation levels but no AI Agents certification, plus 3 reviews. Ask whether your project would use Zendesk's AI agents or a Botpress agent, because the page describes a Botpress one.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Fabiana Dutra, CEO, per LinkedIn. Eteg's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: teams that want a bot someone keeps improving week by week, and are comfortable with a partner-built agent beside Zendesk.
3. MakeITSimple: certified, with a review cycle after go-live, 5/10
MakeITSimple, in São Paulo, holds a Premier Implementation level and the AI Agents certification. Its homepage claims more than 1,200 projects and more than 15 years in the market, and says it applies "tecnologia e IA quando faz sentido", technology and AI when it makes sense. Its Zendesk page talks about automating triage and routing "com recursos nativos e IA (quando aplicável)". That's AI in general terms, so 1 point. It scores better after launch: the same page describes "acompanhamento e ajustes contínuos" and "revisão periódica via indicadores, ajustes de filas e automações", periodic review against indicators. On timing, its FAQ says it varies with scope, integrations and the number of areas. It has no directory reviews yet.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Ron Seagull, CEO, per MakeITSimple's about page, which also lists Eyal Seagull as CIO and Gabriel Laio as COO.
Best for: São Paulo teams that want a certified partner to restructure queues and SLAs, with AI added where it fits, and a review cycle after launch.
4. SIS Consulting: AI-certified, with nothing on AI on its site, 3/10
SIS Consulting, in Belo Horizonte, has the strongest directory standing in Brazil after BCR.CX: Premier on both paths plus the AI Agents certification. The Zendesk page points to Zendesk's plans, the chatbot page describes ImpulSIS, an app for sending outbound WhatsApp messages from Zendesk, and the only AI a product of its own carries is transcription in its Zaplay app. We found no timeline, price or post-launch service. The homepage claims more than 15,000 project hours. It has no directory reviews. It ties TOP Information and TECNA on 3 and ranks first of them on directory standing.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Kelly Jardim, CEO and co-founder, per LinkedIn. SIS's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: teams that want a certified partner for WhatsApp outreach and Zendesk training, and are willing to ask directly what AI agent work it has shipped.
5. TOP Information: a support channel after go-live, 3/10
TOP Information lists São Paulo as its address and topi.io as its website, which didn't load in a real browser on October 29, and the Wayback Machine refused our request, so this entry rests on its directory profile. The profile claims "+140 Projects | +100 Customers | 9.0 Average Satisfaction" and describes a "channel responsible for daily service of bugs or process optimization", with "customized plans and packages". That earns the full 2 points after launch. It says nothing about AI. Its levels are Premier Solution and Advanced Implementation, without the AI Agents certification, and it lists Global alongside Latin America as a region. It ranks ahead of TECNA, level on 3 points and standing, on directory projects (140 to 30).
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its directory profile, and its own site didn't load.
Best for: teams that already run Zendesk and want a standing support channel for fixes and process changes.
6. TECNA: a "Master" partner with a sustaining service, 3/10
TECNA, in Belo Horizonte, calls itself "Parceiros Master da Zendesk" on its homepage and claims "mais de 1000 projetos implantados" across the platforms it sells, with about 19 years in the market. The directory shows Premier Solution and Advanced Implementation. Its solutions page mentions AI only as "o avanço da IA nesse contexto", the advance of AI in customer service, which is general. It sells a "Sustentação" service under the heading "Onde o valor se mantém ao longo do tempo" (where the value holds over time) without saying what it includes, so it gets 1 point after launch. Its profile says training aims to make the client "autossuficiente", self-sufficient.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Rodrigo Lara, CEO, per TECNA's about page, which also names Leonardo Gondim and Siomara Machado as directors.
Best for: teams that want to own their Zendesk after the project, with training aimed at independence.
7. inFocusCX: 455 clients and a chatbot service, 2/10
inFocusCX, in São Paulo, claims more than 455 clients and 12 years of experience. It holds a Premier Implementation level without the AI Agents certification and has built six apps on Zendesk's marketplace, including two WhatsApp notification apps. Its chatbot implementation page offers bots that answer "sem necessidade de um agente humano" but never mentions AI, so it scores 1 for automation in general terms. Its testimonials praise help after launch. Dayane Moura of Anext writes that "após a implantação, procuramos a Infocuscx algumas vezes e sempre fomos prontamente atendidos" (after go-live we contacted inFocusCX several times and were always helped promptly), but the site describes no post-launch service, so it scores 0 there. It ties Merso on 2 and on standing, and ranks ahead on directory projects (500 to 32).
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: smaller teams that want a Zendesk setup with WhatsApp notifications and a rules-based bot.
8. Merso Soluções para Negócios: a Zendesk reseller with little on the page, 2/10
Merso, in São Paulo, holds a Premier Solution level, the reselling path, and lists Zendesk Sell certification among eight services on its profile. Its homepage doesn't mention Zendesk and describes process automation only in general terms. There's no timeline, price or post-launch service, and no reviews.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: teams buying Zendesk Sell together with Support through one reseller.
9. JVBTI: a Zendesk partner since 2014 with its own apps, 2/10
JVBTI, in São Bernardo do Campo, says on its profile that it has been a Zendesk partner "desde 2014" and on its site that it has worked across Latin America since 1999. It builds Zendesk apps, including Scriba Vox, a transcription and sentiment analysis app, and a Correios integration. That speech analytics work is AI in general terms, worth 1 point. Its profile lists "sustentação mensal", monthly support, without detail, which is worth 1 more. No level badge shows on the profile, and there are no reviews. It ties Via Consulting on every criterion and ranks ahead on directory projects (200 to 150).
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: teams that need custom Zendesk apps or a Correios integration more than an AI project.
10. Via Consulting: a boutique firm since 2003, 2/10
Via Consulting, in São Paulo, calls itself a boutique consultancy "desde 2003" and a Zendesk Premier Partner, though its directory profile shows no level badge, so it scores on what the directory shows. The homepage claims more than 500,000 service interactions a month on platforms it has deployed. AI appears only in its AWS practice, 1 point in general terms. It lists "Manutenção" (maintenance) for Zendesk without scope. No reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Wellinton Oliveira, CEO and founder, per LinkedIn. Via's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: teams that also run AWS or OutSystems and want one consultancy across them.
11. Focalweb: implementation and app development, 1/10
Focalweb, in Campinas, claims "10 anos de experiência" and more than 5,000 clients across Brazil on its profile. Its Zendesk page describes implementation and app development, and says it builds apps "e sustentamos a sua aplicação", which keeps your app running. That's support without scope, so 1 point. No AI, no level badge, no reviews. It ties Triscal on 1 and ranks ahead on directory projects (38 to 14).
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: teams that want a custom Zendesk app built and maintained.

Its directory profile lists Implementation and Data Migration. Its site doesn't mention Zendesk. It does describe data foundations "para iniciativas de Analytics e IA", for analytics and AI initiatives, which scores 1 point in general terms. No level, no reviews, nothing on post-launch support.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Pedro Henrique Cerviño, founder and director, per LinkedIn. Triscal's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: teams whose Zendesk project is mostly a data migration out of an older CRM.
13. CRM Way: a profile that links to TECNA, 0/10
CRM Way, in Belo Horizonte, names Rede Stores, C&A, Patrus Transportes and Supermercado Dia as clients on its directory profile and claims 12 years of CRM experience. The website link in the directory's data points to TECNA's help center, and both firms are in Belo Horizonte, so ask either one how they're related before you treat them as separate bids. The profile shows no level, no AI and no reviews.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its directory profile, and it lists no site of its own.
Best for: buyers who already know the firm from one of its named retail clients.
14. GNX Tech Solutions: Premier by its own description, 0/10
GNX Tech Solutions, in São Paulo, describes itself on its directory profile as "uma empresa Parceira nível Premier da Zendesk" focused on CX and "processos inteligentes". No level badge shows, and the profile's address in other languages carries the slug "konecta-br", which suggests a change of name or owner we couldn't confirm. Its site didn't resolve on October 29. It lists no AI, timeline or post-launch scope, and no reviews. It ties CRM Way on 0 and ranks after it alphabetically, since both list 30 projects.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its directory profile, and its site didn't resolve.
Best for: buyers who want to confirm the Konecta connection first, since that would change who they're hiring.
Partners that serve Brazil from outside it
Our pool counts Brazilian head offices only, so it misses Aktie Now. Its directory address is Coral Gables, Florida, and LinkedIn lists Tiago Munari as its managing director for Latin America. In our global partner ranking it scored 4 out of 10: Premier on both paths and accountable for operating results, but with no AI work described. BCR.CX ranks 16th of 31 in that global list.
Working with a Zendesk partner in Brazil
Portuguese and AI agents
Zendesk lists Portuguese among the languages supported by AI agents for use cases, generative replies and agentic AI. Voice is newer: Zendesk's multilingual voice AI agents announcement, dated April 29, 2026, puts Portuguese among 10 languages in an early access program. That's the context for BCR.CX's 4 to 6 week voice timeline: ask whether your account can join the program before you plan a voice launch.
Only 3 of the 14 partners list their languages in the directory. All three list Portuguese, and BCR.CX also lists English and Spanish, which matters if your head office sits outside Brazil.
Data residency
Zendesk's Data Center Location add-on offers hosting in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia. Its Regional Data Hosting Policy names the same five, and Brazil isn't among them. The add-on is free on Suite Professional and higher plans but isn't switched on automatically. A partner can't change where Zendesk stores data, so treat any residency promise in a proposal as something to check against those two pages.
Zendesk's Brazilian prices, and the reseller incentive
Zendesk's Brazilian pricing page showed these figures on October 29, 2026.
| Zendesk plan or item | Billed annually | Billed monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Suite Team | About $70 (R$359) per agent a month | About $90 (R$465) per agent a month |
| Suite Professional | About $140 (R$755) per agent a month | About $180 (R$985) per agent a month |
| Suite Enterprise | Contact sales | Contact sales |
| Automated resolution, pay-as-you-go | About $2.24 (R$12) each | About $2.24 (R$12) each |
| Automated resolution, committed | About $1.78 (R$9.50) each | About $1.78 (R$9.50) each |
The same page includes 5 automated resolutions per agent a month on Suite Team and 10 on Suite Professional. Do the arithmetic before a partner proposes an AI agent: a 20-agent Professional account gets 200 included resolutions, and every resolution after that costs about $1.78 to $2.24. At 2,000 automated resolutions a month, that's 1,800 extra, or about $3,200 to $4,050 a month on top of the seats. Our Zendesk AI pricing guide runs the same model in more detail.
Seven of the 14 hold a Premier Solution level or list reselling, which means they can sell you the licenses. That gives the partner an incentive tied to seat count and resolution volume, not to how few tickets reach your team. Ask each one how it's paid on licenses, and whether its fee changes if you buy them direct.
Time zones and travel
All 14 head offices sit in the states of São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro, so every partner works on Brasília time. For teams outside Brazil, BCR.CX is the only one of the 14 that lists North America as a region it serves, and TOP Information is the only one that lists Global.
When you don't need a partner
If Zendesk already works and the only new thing is an AI agent, our Zendesk AI implementation guide covers the routes, and Zendesk's own AI agents compared with a third-party agent covers the trade-off. Macha, which publishes this blog, is a third-party route: its team sets up and monitors AI agents inside the help desk you already use, at about $0.40 per ticket. It isn't a Zendesk partner and doesn't resell licenses. Macha fits teams already on Zendesk that want tickets resolved by an agent someone else builds and tunes, and it's the wrong choice if the project is a migration or a Zendesk redesign; hire one of the partners above for that. The trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit; see pricing.
What we check before an AI agent goes live on a partner-built Zendesk
Macha's team sets up AI agents inside Zendesk accounts that partners often built. We read the ticket field definitions as well as the values, because an agent that sets a dropdown or text field needs the options a partner created, not guesses. We read about a month of past tickets to find the categories an agent could take first, then replay past tickets against the agent before it touches a live one. We look at the existing triggers, because the agent starts from a Zendesk trigger and webhook, and a broad condition sends it tickets it shouldn't see. Each trigger adds a tag when it fires and excludes that tag in its own conditions, so the agent's update can't fire it again. Then the agent runs in safe mode, with drafts posted as internal notes, and we confirm a reply lands as an internal note before anyone switches on public replies. A partner that documents its fields, tags and triggers shortens that reading.
Which one fits your situation?
| Your situation | Partner to talk to first | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You want AI agents on WhatsApp or chat within a month | BCR.CX | The only published AI agent timeline in Brazil, 2 to 4 weeks |
| You want a voice AI agent in Portuguese | BCR.CX | Publishes a 4 to 6 week voice timeline; confirm the early access program |
| You want someone tuning the bot after launch | Eteg Technology | Says it reviews unresolved conversations and improves the bot weekly |
| You're restructuring queues, SLAs and routing | MakeITSimple | AI Agents certified, with periodic reviews against indicators |
| Zendesk works and you want a standing support channel | TOP Information | Describes an ongoing channel for bugs and process changes |
| You want to run Zendesk yourself after the project | TECNA | Training aimed at making you self-sufficient |
| You need custom Zendesk apps or a Correios integration | JVBTI | Builds and publishes its own Zendesk apps |
| You're also buying Zendesk Sell | Merso | Lists Zendesk Sell certification |
| Your team sits outside Brazil | BCR.CX | Lists North America and English as well as Portuguese and Spanish |
If a partner you're considering isn't in the top three, ask for two references from AI agent projects finished in the last year. With 10 directory reviews across 14 firms, references are the only customer evidence most of them can give you.

How we researched this
We took the 14 partners in Zendesk's directory with a Brazilian head office and the Implementation Partner type, as the directory's data listed them on October 29, 2026. The same day we read every profile on zendesk.co.uk for levels, reviews and text, taking the AI Agents certification from the directory's filter data. Then we read each partner's own site, at the pages linked above. Two sites failed. topi.io didn't load and gnxtech.com.br didn't resolve, in our fetch tool and in a real browser, and the Wayback Machine refused both requests, so we scored both on directory text alone. The "projects" figures used to break ties come from the directory's own data.
BCR.CX keeps its global-ranking score; we found nothing newer. The "Who runs it" lines come from each partner's own about page where it names leaders (MakeITSimple and TECNA). For the rest we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". None posted on LinkedIn 4 or more times in the last 90 days, so no activity note appears. Zendesk facts come from the pages linked above, read the same day. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents for help desks. Nobody paid to be listed here, and Macha isn't ranked.
