Best Zendesk Partners in France (2026): All 14 Ranked From the Official Directory
Zendesk's partner directory lists 14 implementation partners headquartered in France, and on our five public criteria SEIF ranks first with 8 out of 10, followed by Officers, Synolia, OCC247 and Customerz on 7 each. Six of the 14 hold Zendesk's AI Agents certification. Three publish prices, and one of them, OCC247, sells a turnkey Zendesk AI agent build for about $3,250 (€2,900). Below are the scores for all 14, what each one sells, who runs it, and what working with a French partner involves on language, hosting and cost.
Key takeaways
- SEIF is the best-scoring Zendesk partner in France at 8/10, with Premier levels, the AI Agents certification, 26 directory reviews and yearly support packs.
- Three of the 14 French partners publish prices, and OCC247's $3,250 Zendesk AI agent package is the only fixed price for an AI agent build.
- Only 6 of the 14 hold the AI Agents certification, and 6 of the 14 have no directory reviews at all.
- Zendesk lists French as fully supported for AI agents, and AI agents data can be hosted in the EEA on older accounts and on those created on or after March 10, 2026.

Six of the 14 have no directory reviews. The "Based in" column uses the city on each directory profile or the partner's own site. "Not published" means we found no figure on the profile or the pages of the partner's site we read on October 29, 2026.
How we ranked them
We took every partner in Zendesk's partner directory whose partner type is Implementation Partner and whose head office is in France. That returned 14. We read all 14 directory profiles and then each partner's own website, and scored each on the same five criteria, word for word, as our global ranking of Zendesk implementation partners. Each criterion is worth 0, 1 or 2 points.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | A Premier level plus the AI Agents certification | A Premier level without the certification, or the certification at an Advanced level or with no level shown | Neither |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes Zendesk AI agents | AI or automation described in general terms | No AI service described |
| Price or timeline published | Both, or a price | A timeline only | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning or managed service described | A short hypercare period, or support with no scope | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count, and where reviews also tie, by directory standing. Capgemini and Philippa Booth Consulting tie on both, so they're listed alphabetically. The scores measure what a buyer can check before a sales call, not the quality of the work.
Three of these partners also appear in the global list of 31: SEIF at #7, Officers at #12 and XPCLOUD at #22. They keep the scores they have there, because nothing we read on October 29 changed them.
The French Zendesk partners, ranked
Points follow the order of the rubric table.
1. SEIF: AI agents inside a yearly support pack, 8/10
SEIF, in Nantes with an office in Paris, holds Premier levels on both paths and has 26 directory reviews. Its profile says SEIF "is allowed to implement all Zendesk products", add-ons such as Advanced AI included. The Zendesk Success packs run for 12 months and are sold in hours: 42 for PREMIER, 84 for PLUS and 100+ for CUSTOM. The PLUS pack lists daily administration, custom integrations, "déploiement Copilot et A.I.A.A" (Copilot and AI Agents Advanced deployment), usage optimization, reporting and a dedicated CSM. Its Zendesk AI page says SEIF follows the rollout afterward. Neither page shows a price or a timeline. In a directory review, customer Mickael Rozier says SEIF's team showed "une expertise remarquable" and adapted to "nos besoins spécifiques" during its Zendesk integration.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Florian Vannier, who founded SEIF in 2019, per its team page.
Best for: French-speaking teams that want AI agents deployed and then looked after under a yearly pack of hours.
2. Officers: AI agents that aren't left alone after delivery, 7/10
Officers, in Paris, has the most directory reviews in France at 27, and an Advanced Implementation level with the AI Agents certification, which is worth 1 point for standing. Its AI agents page sells builds, "Activation et paramétrage des fonctionnalités IA sur HubSpot, Zendesk, Fin ou Dust", and argues that an AI agent "ne peut pas être “livré”, puis laissé à lui-même": it can't be delivered and then left to itself. Its "Optimisation continue" offer covers analysis at a set frequency and ongoing enrichment. Pricing is described only as "rémunération à la performance", with no amount, so ask what the performance measure is. One directory reviewer, Léon Peyne, says his team deployed Zendesk on its own, then hired Officers to audit it, and the instance is now "plus claire, plus simple et surtout plus solide".
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: French teams adding Zendesk AI agents or Copilot that want someone paid to keep tuning them.
3. Synolia: fixed-price Zendesk builds with a timeline, 7/10
Synolia, in Lyon with offices in Paris, Bordeaux, Rennes, Strasbourg and Santiago, Chile, has been a Zendesk Premier partner since 2015, according to its profile, and has 18 directory reviews. It's the only partner in the French list to publish both a price and a project timeline. Its Zendesk page offers "On le fait ensemble", a co-built setup at about $3,900 (€3,500) excluding VAT over 4 weeks, and "On le fait pour vous", a turnkey build at about $6,100 (€5,500) over 4 to 6 weeks, with custom work on quote. AI appears in general terms: the page describes Zendesk as a SaaS tool "intégrant l'IA" and points to an Aéroports de Lyon case study on Zendesk and AI, but doesn't describe Synolia building AI agents. Its integration page says its project manager stays in touch after delivery to suggest configuration improvements and new use cases, which is support without a defined scope.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 1, reviews 2.
Who runs it: Pascal Brunel, co-founder and president of the Synolia group, and Romain André, its directeur général, per Synolia's team page, which counts "plus de 160 talents".
Best for: French mid-market teams that want a Zendesk setup at a known price and date, with AI as a second step.
4. OCC247: a $3,250 Zendesk AI agent package, 7/10
OCC247, in Lille with a second office in Lima, Peru, publishes the most detailed price list of any partner in this ranking, and it's the only one in France with a fixed price for a Zendesk AI agent. Its AI Agent package is described as "Déployez un AI Agent Zendesk clé en main" at about $3,250 (€2,900) excluding VAT, covering up to three custom AI use cases, three templates, escalation rules and a help center connection, then "15 jours de support post go-live". Its services page adds Copilot Express at about $1,350 (€1,200) and a Zendesk Excellence Program of 6, 9 or 12 months at about $1,000, $2,450 or $3,850 (€900, €2,190 or €3,450) with a dedicated Success Consultant. The site calls OCC247 a "Partenaire Zendesk™ Advanced" and an official license reseller, but its directory profile shows no partner level and no product certification badge, so it scores 0 on standing.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 2, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: OCC247's site doesn't name its leaders. Its directory profile is written by a founder identified only as Léna.
Best for: small French teams that want a Zendesk AI agent live on a fixed budget, and that will ask for references to make up for the missing directory badge.
5. Customerz: a Premier collective with published entry prices, 7/10
Customerz describes itself as "un collectif de consultants spécialisés en Customer Success et Customer Experience", working mainly with B2B SaaS companies. It holds a Premier Implementation level and, in the directory's filter data, the AI Agents certification. Its tools and integrations page publishes entry prices: an audit from about $3,900 (€3,500) and an integration from about $5,550 (€5,000). On AI it's general: the profile says it integrates "des cas d'usage avancés autour de l'intelligence artificielle", naming intent detection, agent assistance and automated replies, and the homepage cites a client, Edflex, that centralized requests through "Zendesk + chatbot IA". After launch, the profile describes "dispositifs de run et d'amélioration continue", and its Customerz Agent offer supplies people to run day-to-day operations. It has no directory reviews yet, so ask for references.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 1, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site. Its story page lists eight consultants by first name, says the collective grew to more than 30 experts in 2022, and puts its offices in central Paris.
Best for: French B2B SaaS teams that want Zendesk set up by Customer Success specialists at a published starting price.
6. OmyCare: Copilot and AI agents with escalation rules, 6/10
OmyCare, in Agnetz north of Paris, was founded in 2023, per its homepage, and holds an Advanced Implementation level with the AI Agents certification. Its AI and automation page is specific about scope: Zendesk AI Agents handle eligible requests with "Un périmètre de conversations défini, des sources fiables et une transmission vers les équipes lorsque nécessaire", and the rollout can start on a limited scope. After launch it promises to compare against the starting point, "analyser les écarts et ajuster les règles", with a follow-up roadmap. Its audit is quoted on request. OmyCare also runs outsourced support teams in Madagascar.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: teams that want Zendesk AI agents and, if needed, outsourced agents from the same supplier.
7. XPCLOUD: Zendesk AI and contact center tools from one integrator, 6/10
XPCLOUD, in Puteaux near La Défense, holds Premier levels on both paths and the AI Agents certification. Its AI integration page says it helps deploy AI solutions "notamment avec Zendesk AI", including "agents virtuels et de bots de selfcare". After launch, its support and changes page sets up a regular review with a CSM, at a frequency agreed with your team, which is support without a defined scope. It has 5 directory reviews and no published price.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.

The profile promises to cut level-1 requests "avec une FAQ, un Chatbot IA et des actions ciblées" and offers a free audit and free Zendesk training. It promises to deploy "rapidement" and stay on to train teams, without a scope or a timeline. impli.fr now reads as a media site about AI for small businesses.
Scores: standing 0, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 1.

Working with a Zendesk partner in France
Language. Six of the 14 profiles list French among their languages: SEIF, Officers, XPCLOUD, Customerz, OmyCare and Concentrix. The other eight leave the field empty, though their sites are written in French, except Philippa Booth Consulting's and Capgemini's global site, which are in English. On the product side, Zendesk's AI agent language list says use cases, generative replies and agentic AI "fully support" every language on it, and French is on it. It still needs French help center content to answer from, which a partner usually writes or fixes.
Time zones. All 14 head offices are on Central European Time. A few have teams elsewhere: OCC247 in Lima, Synolia in Santiago, and OmyCare's outsourced teams in Madagascar. If you need cover in the evening for customers in the Americas, OCC247 and Synolia are the two to ask. Madagascar runs one or two hours ahead of Paris, so OmyCare's teams there add early-morning cover instead.
Data hosting. Zendesk's Regional Data Hosting Policy says most ticketing data can be hosted in the United States, the European Economic Area, the UK, Japan or Australia, for customers entitled through the Data Center Location add-on or a Suite that includes it. For AI agents the date matters: accounts created on or after March 10, 2026 support hosting in any Zendesk region, while older AI agents accounts support only the EEA (Belgium) or the US. If EEA hosting matters, confirm the region before the build starts. On Zendesk's French pricing page, data location appears as an add-on on Suite Professional and isn't listed on Suite Team.
What it costs. Zendesk's French pricing page lists Suite Team at about $60 (€55) and Suite Professional at about $130 (€115) per agent per month on annual billing, and automated resolutions at about $1.67 (€1.50) committed or $2.23 (€2.00) pay-as-you-go. A 10-agent team on Suite Professional pays 10 × $130 × 12 = $15,600 a year in licenses. If its AI agent resolves 1,000 conversations a month at the pay-as-you-go rate, that adds about $2,230 a month, or about $26,800 a year. The partner's fee comes on top. At OCC247 the AI agent package plus the 12-month Advanced program comes to $3,250 + $3,850 = $7,100 for the first year. Our Zendesk AI pricing breakdown covers the resolution meter in detail.
The reseller incentive. Most of these firms also resell Zendesk licenses. OCC247 calls itself an official license supplier and takes up to 7% off its packs for license clients. A partner that earns on the license gets paid as you add seats, whatever the AI resolves. Ask whether the license costs the same through the partner as direct, and get the services priced separately from the licenses.
What we check before an AI agent goes live on a partner-built Zendesk
Whoever built a Zendesk account decides the fields and triggers an AI agent has to work with. Before a Macha agent touches a live ticket, we run these checks.
- The categories in past tickets. We read about a month of the account's past tickets to see which questions repeat, and pick the first category from those.
- Ticket fields. We read the field definitions as well as the values on tickets, because an agent that sets a dropdown needs the exact options the partner created.
- Triggers. We check which existing triggers would fire on the agent's own updates. Each agent trigger adds a unique tag when it fires and excludes that tag in its own conditions, so it can't loop.
- Webhooks. We test the webhook by creating a ticket that matches its conditions, and confirm the payload was copied into the Zendesk trigger body.
- Internal note or public reply. We confirm which one the agent writes before anything goes autonomous. In safe mode, drafts land as internal notes and nothing reaches a customer until the team approves.
- Replays. We run the agent against past tickets in a simulation before it sees a new one.
Which French Zendesk partner fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A team that wants AI agents built and looked after for a year | SEIF | Its PLUS pack names AI Agents Advanced deployment, with 84 hours over 12 months |
| A team that wants someone paid to keep tuning the agent | Officers | Continuous optimization offer with performance-based pay |
| A small team that wants a Zendesk AI agent at a fixed price | OCC247 | $3,250 package with 15 days of go-live support |
| A mid-market team that wants a Zendesk setup with a date and a price | Synolia | $3,900 over 4 weeks or $6,100 over 4 to 6 weeks |
| A B2B SaaS team | Customerz | Customer Success specialists with entry prices from $5,550 |
| A team that wants AI agents plus outsourced agents | OmyCare | Escalation rules and supervision, with teams in Madagascar |
| A team adding contact center telephony | XPCLOUD | Zendesk AI and Zoom Contact Center from one integrator |
| An enterprise buying BPO as well | Concentrix | Premier status, AI Agents certification and a global footprint |
| A team that needs Explore reporting fixed | Philippa Booth Consulting | Explore is the whole practice |
| A team that only needs the AI agent, not a Zendesk rebuild | A vendor-led setup | A partner project adds cost without adding the weekly tuning |
For a shortlist outside France, the global ranking scores 31 partners on the same rubric, our cross-desk partner ranking covers firms that work across help desks, and our guide to choosing a Zendesk implementation partner covers the questions and contract clauses to negotiate.
When you don't need a partner at all
If Zendesk already works and the only new thing is an AI agent, you have two other routes. Your admin can build Zendesk's own AI agents, which our Zendesk AI implementation guide walks through, or an AI vendor's team can set its agent up inside your Zendesk.
Macha is the second kind, and it's our product. Its team builds an AI agent inside the Zendesk you already run, tests it on your past tickets, and keeps tuning it after launch. Our comparison of Zendesk's AI agents and third-party agents covers the trade-off. It costs about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, with setup and monitoring included, and the trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit. Macha fits teams on Zendesk that want tickets resolved by an agent someone else builds and tunes. It doesn't do migrations, routing redesigns or license resale, so hire one of the partners above for those; the two can run side by side.
FAQs
Who is the best Zendesk partner in France?
On our five criteria, SEIF scores highest at 8/10: Premier levels on both paths, the AI Agents certification, 26 directory reviews and 12-month support packs that include AI Agents Advanced deployment. Officers, Synolia, OCC247 and Customerz follow on 7 each, ranked by review count.
Which French Zendesk partners hold the AI Agents certification?
Six of the 14 do, per the directory's filter data on October 29, 2026: SEIF, Customerz, XPCLOUD and Concentrix with Premier levels, and Officers and OmyCare with Advanced levels. Synolia and OCC247 describe AI or sell AI agent work without the certification on their profiles.
How much does a Zendesk partner cost in France?
Three of the 14 publish prices. OCC247 sells a Zendesk AI agent package for about $3,250 (€2,900) and programs from about $1,000 to $3,850 (€900 to €3,450). Synolia charges about $3,900 or $6,100 (€3,500 or €5,500) for a setup. Customerz starts audits at about $3,900 (€3,500) and integrations at about $5,550 (€5,000). The other 11 quote after a call. OCC247's and Synolia's figures exclude VAT, and none of the three include Zendesk license fees.
How long does a Zendesk implementation take with a French partner?
Synolia is the only French partner that publishes a project timeline: 4 weeks for its co-built setup and 4 to 6 weeks for the turnkey build. OCC247's Excellence Program runs 6, 9 or 12 months after a build. The others don't publish one.

How we researched this
On October 29, 2026 we took the 14 partners in Zendesk's directory with partner type Implementation Partner and a head office in France, from the directory's filter data. We read every profile on zendesk.co.uk (zendesk.com refuses scripted requests) and took review counts from those pages. Levels and product certifications come from the directory's filter data the same day. Customerz's AI Agents certification rests on that filter data alone. We then read each partner's own pages, linked above, on October 29. Digital Salamander's Zendesk page returned a 404, and our tool couldn't reach the Wayback Machine for an archived copy, so it's scored on its profile and homepage. SEIF, Officers and XPCLOUD were scored in our global ranking earlier the same day, and we kept those scores.
The "Who runs it" lines come from each partner's own About or Team page where it names its leaders. Where it doesn't, we used MoltSets, a B2B people database, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". Impli's founder comes from its directory profile, which the partner writes. Zendesk's language and hosting facts come from its help center articles, and the plan prices from zendesk.fr, all read October 29, 2026. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. Prices, timelines and quotes are as published on that date; partners change them, so confirm before you sign. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any partner.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside help desks, including Zendesk. Nobody paid to be listed, and Macha isn't ranked here.
