Best Gorgias Partners in the UK and Ireland (2026): 23 Scored From the Official Directory
Gorgias's agency directory lists 59 partners based in the UK or Ireland, and only 2 of those listings carry a single review each. We scored all 11 Elite and Premier agencies plus 12 others whose profiles or sites describe Gorgias help-desk work, on the same five criteria as our global ranking, and wrote up the top 15. Optimise:CX and Socialbear scored highest with 7 of 10, and Optimise:CX ranks first on the alphabetical tie-break, since neither has a directory review. Artikuno and Excevo follow on 6. Socialbear is the only firm in the region that publishes a monthly price for a service that includes AI.
Key takeaways
- Optimise:CX ranks first in the UK and Ireland with 7 of 10, level with Socialbear, and is the only firm here that describes configuring and tuning Gorgias's AI Agent in detail.
- Only 3 of the 59 UK and Irish listings hold the Services Certified badge, and two of those three don't describe Gorgias work on their own sites.
- Socialbear publishes a monthly plan of about $3,950 (£2,950) that includes its own AI, the only figure for an AI service we found in the region.
- Across 59 listings there are just 2 directory reviews, so references matter more than the directory when you shortlist a UK agency.
- Nine of the 11 Elite and Premier agencies in the region score 1 or 0, because nothing on their profiles or sites describes how they set Gorgias up for support.

Badges, cities, services and reviews come from each directory profile, read October 29, 2026. "Not published" means we found no figure on the profile or the agency's site.
How we ranked them
We started from every listing in Gorgias's agency directory with its country set to the United Kingdom or Ireland: 59 partners, 56 in the UK and 3 in Ireland. Four carry an Elite badge, seven Premier and 48 plain Partner, and three of the 59 also hold Services Certified. We scored all 11 Elite and Premier listings. Then we read the profile of every Partner listing whose description mentions customer service, support staff or Gorgias, and kept the 12 whose profile or site describes Gorgias help-desk work. The other 36 are build, marketing and fulfillment businesses, plus a lender. None of the three Irish listings (Vevol Media, Vulcan Digital and Milk Bottle Labs) describes support work.
The rubric is the one from our global ranking of Gorgias implementation partners, word for word, so scores mean the same thing on both pages. Optimise:CX is ranked there too, 10th of 17, and keeps the same 7 here. Each criterion gets 0, 1 or 2 points.
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Directory standing | Services Certified badge (any tier) | Listed for Implementation and Optimization without it | Not in the filtered results |
| AI agent work described | Profile or site says it builds and tunes an AI agent on Gorgias | AI or automation in general terms | No AI work described |
| Price or timeline published for the work | A price for the setup or AI service | A timeline only, or a partial price | Neither |
| Help after launch | Ongoing tuning, QA or a managed service described | A short or loosely scoped follow-up | Not described |
| Directory reviews | 10 or more | 1 to 9 | None |
Ties are broken by review count; agencies with equal reviews are listed alphabetically, as in the global ranking. An outsourcer's own AI scores 2 when its site says it works tickets in Gorgias and is tuned, as omnie's is in the global ranking. The scoring rewards what a buyer can check before a sales call. It doesn't measure the quality of anyone's work, which only references and a pilot will tell you.
Two things hold UK scores down. The region has 2 reviews in total, and outsourcers publish hourly agent rates, which our global ranking scored as no price for the Gorgias work.
Which Gorgias partners in the UK do help-desk work?
1. Optimise:CX: a consultancy built only around Gorgias, 7/10
Optimise:CX, in Yarm, is one of the region's three Services Certified listings and the only one that is also Elite. Its about page calls it "The Only CX Partner Built Entirely Around Gorgias" and says "A typical engagement is operational within days." Its specialities page is the most specific AI Agent scope in the region: "We configure, train, and continuously refine your AI Agent across all channels", covering "intent configuration, knowledge base training, resolution optimisation, confidence threshold tuning". The homepage adds monthly performance reviews.
The pricing is unusual. The about page says "Our revenue share model means we're genuinely incentivised by your commercial outcomes — not just our day rate", but it doesn't say what share or of what. A revenue share gives the consultancy an incentive to grow the automation and sales numbers it reports, which is useful as long as you agree in writing how those numbers are measured.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Leadership isn't named on its site.
Best for: a UK Shopify brand that wants Gorgias's own AI Agent tuned by people who work on nothing else.
2. Socialbear: outsourced agents plus its own AI, with published prices, 7/10
Socialbear is a London customer service and community management firm listed for Gorgias implementation and support outsourcing. Its pricing page is the only one in the region with figures: Starter at about $1,250 (£950) a month for one channel and 1,000 engagements, and Business Lite at $3,950 a month with Socialbear AI, three channels, 3,000 engagements, a dedicated account manager and weekly performance reviews, plus a one-month trial. Its helpdesk integrations page lists Gorgias among the desks it works on and says "Socialbear AI solves the majority of tickets directly within your existing helpdesk". Its homepage says the AI is "trained on your Knowledge Base and Tone of Voice" and that Socialbear works inside Zendesk, Freshdesk and Gorgias. It's Socialbear's own AI, not Gorgias's AI Agent, and it scores 2 for AI work, as omnie's own AI does in our global ranking. The 82% automatic resolution figure on its homepage is its own.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 2, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Its about page lists David McManus, Group Account Director, and Kristy Cameron, Head of Client Services, under "Our Leadership Team". The firm was "Born in 2013".
Best for: a brand that wants Gorgias tickets and social comments handled by one outside team, with AI in the plan and a price it can budget before the first call.
3. Artikuno: an automation shop with the region's one Gorgias review, 6/10
Artikuno is listed in London, while its Shopify partner listing gives Vienna as its primary location. Its site says it works from both. It's listed for 15 services in five languages. The homepage offers to "Automate 90–95% of email tickets with Gorgias rules, macro libraries and chat flows" and claims to be "a Gorgias Certified Services Partner", though its directory badge is plain Partner. Its Shopify listing describes a case where it "rebuilt their support with Gorgias automation, AI-assisted replies, and trained agents". The pricing page quotes after a call, but lists "$45–$75/hr" for work hired through Upwork, which counts as a partial price. Step four of its process is ongoing measurement and tuning against KPIs.
Its single directory review, from September 2024, says a consultant named Justine "made our migration and set up an absolute breeze".
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 1.
Who runs it: Anton and Kruxi, named on its homepage without surnames or titles.
Best for: a smaller store that wants Gorgias rules and macros automated on an hourly budget.
4. Excevo: a Manchester support team with an AI that drafts first, 6/10
Excevo, in Manchester, is an outsourced customer service firm listed for 17 services and 13 languages. Its homepage describes ExcevoAI, which "helps our team draft replies, recommend actions and safely automate approved low-risk customer enquiries", with a Draft Mode for agent approval and a Controlled Send Mode for approved enquiry types. Its ExcevoAI page says Send Mode "Replies directly through the helpdesk only when the ticket matches agreed rules and confidence thresholds", and that team leaders approve changes to its knowledge bases, prompts and automation rules. Gorgias is one of the tools it connects at onboarding, so AI work scores 2, as an outsourcer's own AI does in our global ranking. It promises "From contract to go-live in as little as 7 days", and its FAQ says agents take "2-3 weeks" on average, so it scores 1 for a timeline. The pricing page lists agents at about $9 to $12 (£7 to £9) an hour, month to month, which prices staff rather than the Gorgias work. After launch there's a QA team, account managers and a technical account manager who works on "ongoing optimisation".
Scores: standing 1, AI work 2, price or timeline 1, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Excevo's site doesn't name its leaders.
Best for: a brand that wants UK-managed agents in several European languages, with AI drafts that a person approves before anything is sent.
5. Kubix: a Shopify agency that describes Gorgias setup in detail, 3/10
Kubix, in Birmingham, is a Shopify Platinum agency with the region's most specific Gorgias description from a build agency. Its directory profile covers "implementation and ticket structure through to macros, rules and automations for the repetitive stuff", plus Shopify actions so agents can cancel orders, edit shipping addresses and process refunds from the ticket, "with ongoing optimisation" after launch. The profile doesn't mention AI Agent, and the Kubix site we read is about Shopify builds and support, with no Gorgias page.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 2, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Looay Gharib, founder and managing director, per LinkedIn.
Best for: a Shopify brand that wants its store build and Gorgias rules from one team.
6. Taskaler: Glasgow-managed agents working from Lahore, 3/10
Taskaler is a business process outsourcing firm listed in Glasgow for 11 services, including Gorgias Implementation and Optimization and Help Center Optimization. Its site offers peak, contingency and dedicated customer service, and cites a case study about "Helping a fashion brand introduce AI, and scale up in 5 days". The site doesn't name Gorgias or publish a price. Outsourced agents count as a loosely scoped after-launch service, the way our global ranking scored outsourcers.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 1, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Jawad Farooq, Founder and MD, per Taskaler's about page.
Best for: a retailer that needs extra agents for peaks and wants a UK contact managing an offshore team.
7. Blend Commerce: Services Certified, sells conversion work, 2/10
Blend Commerce, in Alcester, is a plain Partner with Services Certified, listed for Gorgias Implementation and Optimization and Customer Support Strategy. Its site calls itself a "SHOPIFY CRO AGENCY" and sells audits, A/B testing and redesigns. Customer service isn't among its services.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Kelly Cruickshank, managing director, per LinkedIn.
8. TatJones: a one-person Gorgias optimizer, 2/10
TatJones, in Cambridge, is a sole consultant listed only for Gorgias Implementation and Optimization. The profile says "I have been a user of Gorgias since 2017" and "My specialism is optimising your Gorgias account", and asks whether you know Gorgias "can auto-respond to your customer queries". That's automation in general terms, worth 1. We found no website.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: The profile is written in the first person and gives no full name.
Best for: a small team that already runs Gorgias and wants an experienced user to tidy its rules, tags and surveys.
9. Tribe: a subscription agency that wires Gorgias into retention, 2/10
Tribe, in Exeter, is listed for Gorgias Onboarding and Implementation and Optimization. Its profile says it helps brands use Gorgias to "improve response times" and mentions automation in general terms. Its site describes a Shopify Plus agency that is also a Recharge Premier Partner, Skio Partner and Klaviyo Partner, and doesn't mention Gorgias.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 1, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Its about page lists Emily as CEO, without a surname.
10. Underwaterpistol: Services Certified, but its site is about Shopify Plus, 2/10
Underwaterpistol, in London, holds a Premier badge with Services Certified. Its profile says "As a Certified Gorgias Services Partner, we offer Gorgias onboarding and optimisation services", and it lists English, French and Spanish. Its site sells Shopify Plus development, migration, UX, CRO, subscriptions and SEO, says it has built stores "For over 20 years", and its homepage text doesn't mention Gorgias. Nothing else about its Gorgias work is public.
Scores: standing 2, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
Who runs it: Gary Carruthers, managing director and co-founder, per LinkedIn.
11. &beyond: an Elite listing we could only read on Gorgias's own site, 1/10
&beyond holds the Elite badge from Louth and ticks Gorgias Onboarding and Implementation and Optimization for buyers in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Neither of its domains resolved and the Wayback Machine had nothing we could open, so the directory profile is the whole record. It names no leaders, and its description covers web design, conversion work and SEO.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
12. Days Ahead Digital: outsourcing ticked, marketing on the site, 1/10
On its profile, Days Ahead Digital in Manchester ticks five services, Customer Support Outsourcing and Gorgias Implementation and Optimization among them. The site, branded DAD, is a growth marketing agency selling paid ads, email, branding, content and websites. We found no page on support work, and no named leader.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
13. iWeb: 31 years of commerce engineering, help desks not included, 1/10
iWeb's Stafford profile calls it a "Gorgias Premium Partner Agency" and ticks onboarding, implementation and both customer support services, all on Magento 2. Its live site blocked our reader, so we used the Wayback Machine's July 2026 copy, which describes an employee-owned agency founded in 1995 that supports platforms "for years after launch". That support covers releases, hosting and integrations rather than the help desk, so after launch scores 0. Nick Pinson is managing director, per LinkedIn.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
14. Jellywall: "Gorgias experts" for fashion brands, 1/10
Jellywall, in Birmingham, describes itself as a "Shopify & Shopify plus agency & Gorgias experts" and ticks 11 services, including Help Center Optimization and Customer Support Outsourcing. Its profile displays a Certified Services image in the partner-uploaded resources section, but Gorgias's directory lists its tier as Partner, so we score it as Partner. Its live site returned 404; an April 2025 archive copy shows Shopify and Adobe Commerce builds for fashion brands since 2011, with no Gorgias work described. We found no named leader.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
15. PAASE: a Klaviyo shop with one Gorgias service ticked, 1/10
PAASE, a Premier Partner in Milton Keynes, ticks a single service, Gorgias Implementation and Optimization. Everything else on its profile and site is about email and SMS automation in Klaviyo. Amy Manson is a director, per LinkedIn.
Scores: standing 1, AI work 0, price or timeline 0, after launch 0, reviews 0.
The other eight we scored
| # | Agency | Based in | Badge | Why it scored low | Scores | Total |

What the badges tell you in this region
The four Elite agencies in the UK are &beyond, Optimise:CX, Swanky and Vervaunt. Only Optimise:CX describes Gorgias work on its own site, and nine of the 11 Elite and Premier listings score 1 or 0 here. Of the seven Premier agencies, four (Proof3, Unified, Velstar and WIRO) aren't even listed for Gorgias Implementation and Optimization. Gorgias doesn't publish what earns each tier, and its partner program pays partners a revenue share on the customers they bring. A Shopify Plus agency that recommends Gorgias on every build can climb the tiers without configuring a single rule. The badge tracks referrals and the relationship, not help-desk skill.
Services Certified is a better signal, but not by much. Two of the three certified UK firms, Underwaterpistol and Blend Commerce, say nothing public about how they set up Gorgias. The most detailed help-desk scopes come from a Gorgias-only consultancy and three outsourcers.
Artikuno and Not Quite Round, a marketing agency, hold the region's only two reviews. In our global ranking, Springboard alone has 105.
Working with a Gorgias partner in the UK or Ireland
Time zones. Every firm above works on UK time, which matters most in the weeks after launch, when a broken rule needs fixing during your business day. Gorgias's company information page lists nine offices and none in the UK; the nearest are Paris and Lisbon.
Languages. Excevo's profile lists 13 languages and Socialbear's homepage claims 40+; Artikuno lists five and Underwaterpistol three. If you sell into the EU, ask who writes and reviews the macros and AI Agent guidance in each language.
Data location. Gorgias's privacy notice says it may "process and store personal information both inside the United States and overseas", and that personal information transferred out of the European Economic Area is covered by standard contractual clauses. Its introduction sends clients in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK to a separate EU Privacy Notice, which we didn't read. The main notice offers no choice of hosting region, so if your DPO needs a contractual answer for UK customer data, ask Gorgias for that EU notice and its transfer terms. A partner can't change where the data sits.
Pricing. Gorgias's company information page lists $0.90 per AI-resolved conversation on annual billing and $1.00 on monthly. Socialbear, Excevo and Artikuno publish rates; everyone else quotes after a call.
Ireland. None of the three Irish partners describes support work, so Irish brands will be hiring from the UK list above.
AI Agent. Optimise:CX is the only firm in the region that describes configuring and tuning Gorgias's own AI Agent. Socialbear and Excevo run their own AI on your help desk, which is a different purchase. With Gorgias's AI Agent you pay Gorgias per resolution and the partner tunes it; with an outsourcer's AI, the outsourcer's model and staff do the work and the cost sits inside their monthly fee. Our Gorgias AI Agent explainer covers what your own admin can set up before you hire anyone.
Which one fits your situation?
| You are | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A UK brand that wants Gorgias's AI Agent tuned closely | Optimise:CX | The most detailed AI Agent scope in the region, monthly reviews |
| A small store that wants rules and macros automated on an hourly budget | Artikuno | Published hourly rate, Gorgias automation work, one Gorgias review |
| A brand that wants agents, AI and a price before the call | Socialbear | $1,250 or $3,950 a month published, one-month trial |
| A brand selling across Europe that wants multilingual agents | Excevo | 13 languages listed, AI drafts approved by a person |
| A Shopify brand rebuilding its store | Kubix | Gorgias rules and Shopify actions from the build agency |
| A retailer that needs peak cover at lower cost | Taskaler | UK-managed team in Lahore |
| A brand moving to Gorgias from another help desk | A global agency with published migration pricing | No UK firm publishes a migration scope; see our Gorgias migration checklist |

What we check before an AI agent goes live on a partner-built Gorgias account
An AI agent works inside whatever rules, tags and fields the agency left behind, so we read that setup before writing the agent's instructions.
Rules that fire on the agent's own writes. An agent that tags a ticket or adds a note can set off a rule that hands the ticket straight back to it. We add a unique tag when the agent's trigger fires, exclude that tag from the trigger's own conditions, and version the tag (v1, v2) when the logic changes.
The fields the agent reads and fills. We list which custom field values the agent needs to read and which fields it should set, so its writes land where the partner's routing expects them.
Internal note or public reply. We confirm which one the agent writes before it runs on its own, and we test its trigger by creating a ticket that matches.
Refunds. With Shopify connected, an agent can refund an order after a confirmation step, but the refund covers everything still refundable on the order. Partial refunds stay with a person, so a macro that promises one needs a human step.
Past tickets. Before go-live we replay past tickets against the agent in a simulation, and the AI Knowledge Builder turns historical tickets into knowledge base articles.
When you don't need an agency at all
An agency earns its fee on migrations, Views, Rules and SLAs, multi-store setups and outsourced agents. If Gorgias already runs the way you want and the only new piece is an AI agent, there's a third route: an AI vendor whose own team builds and tunes its agent on top of your Gorgias.
Macha is that kind of vendor, and it's our product. It suits teams already on Gorgias that want tickets resolved by an agent someone else builds and tunes, and it's the wrong fit if you need a migration or a Gorgias rebuild. It isn't a Gorgias partner and isn't ranked above. On the done-for-you route, our team reads about a month of your past tickets, builds the agent for the first category and runs it in safe mode, where drafts land as Gorgias internal notes until your team approves them. It costs about $0.40 per ticket, from $299/month for 750 tickets, with setup and a success manager included, and the trial is $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit. Macha runs on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom; the Macha on Gorgias page shows how it sits inside the ticket. For migrations and rebuilds, hire one of the agencies above, and keep two AI agents on separate channels or tags so they never answer the same ticket.

FAQs
Who is the best Gorgias partner in the UK?
On our five criteria, Optimise:CX scored highest with 7 of 10, for its Services Certified badge, a detailed AI Agent scope, a stated timeline and monthly reviews after launch. Socialbear also scores 7, for its own AI inside your help desk at a published monthly price, and comes second on the alphabetical tie-break. Artikuno and Excevo follow on 6. Optimise:CX also ranks 10th of 17 in our global Gorgias ranking.
Are there Gorgias Services Certified partners in the UK?
Three of the 59 UK and Irish listings held the Services Certified badge when we read the directory on October 29, 2026: Optimise:CX (Elite), Underwaterpistol (Premier) and Blend Commerce (Partner). Artikuno's site says it's "a Gorgias Certified Services Partner", but its directory badge is plain Partner.
How do I find a Gorgias partner in the UK?
Open Gorgias's directory at agencies.gorgias.com, set Location/Region to United Kingdom, and tick Gorgias Implementation and Optimization under Services. The region filter returned 129 agencies in our global count on October 14, 2026, because it includes agencies based elsewhere that serve the UK. Filtering by country of headquarters instead, as we did, gives 56 UK-based listings before any service filter. Then read each agency's own site for a scope, a price and an after-launch plan, because the directory shows none of them.
<div class="docs-callout"><div><p class="docs-callout-title">Are you listed here?</p><p class="docs-callout-body">Partners and app makers can send corrections with a public source to [email protected]. We fix facts within a week. Scores follow the rubric above, not requests.</p></div></div>
How we researched this
On October 29, 2026 we took every listing in Gorgias's agency directory with its country set to the United Kingdom or Ireland, 59 in all, from the public search the directory page itself calls, with each listing's badge, review count and description. We read the directory profiles of all 11 Elite and Premier agencies and of 18 Partner listings whose descriptions mention support, customer service or Gorgias, in a real browser so we could see which services each one ticks. We then read the agency sites linked above the same day. iWeb's site returned HTTP 403, so we read the Wayback Machine's July 2026 copy; Jellywall's returned 404, so we read an April 2025 copy. &beyond's domains didn't resolve, and TatJones, T.R.I. Consulting and Unified list no site we could find, so those four are scored from their profiles.
Gorgias facts come from its privacy notice, its company information page and its partner program page, read the same day. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. The rubric and tie rule are copied from our global Gorgias ranking. "Who runs it" lines come from each agency's own about or team page where it names its leaders; where it doesn't, we used MoltSets and QuickEnrich, two B2B people databases, and marked the name "per LinkedIn". The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages only. We didn't contact, hire or test any agency, and none paid for placement. For every help desk, see our cross-desk partner ranking.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside the help desks support teams already use. Nobody paid to be listed here, and Macha isn't ranked.
