Dialpad prices three of its four products publicly: Connect from $15, Sell from $39 and Support from $80 a user a month on annual billing, while AI Agent is sold only through sales. Vendr's contract data puts the median Dialpad customer at $28,461 a year.

Key takeaways

  • Dialpad's business phone system, Connect, starts at $15 a user a month on annual billing, while its contact center product, Support, starts at $80.
  • Dialpad AI Agent has no published price: buyers purchase a pool of AI Agent Credits, and a conversation is billable only when the AI retrieves information or takes an action.
  • Vendr's contract data shows a median Dialpad customer paying $28,461 a year across 110 purchases, ranging from $2,951 to $178,460.
  • Dialpad's annual-billing discount ranges from 44% on Connect Standard, dropping from $27 to $15, down to 12% on Support Premium, dropping from $170 to $150.
  • A 25-agent Dialpad Support Advanced deployment costs $34,500 a year at list price, before telephony, number fees or AI Agent credits.
How Much Does Dialpad Cost in 2026? Every Plan, Add-On and Real Contract Price

Dialpad costs $15 a user a month for its Connect phone system, $39 for its Sell dialer and $80 for its Support contact center, all on annual billing, while Dialpad AI Agent has no published price. We read every figure on dialpad.com/pricing in a browser on September 22, 2026, and rechecked them against the price data inside the page on September 24, 2026. Prices are per user per month in USD.

Two things stand out. The annual discount is largest on the cheapest plan and smallest on the most expensive one: 44% on Connect Standard against 12% on Support Premium. And the gap between the phone system and the contact center is a factor of five, so which product you are actually buying matters more than which tier of it.

What does Dialpad Connect cost, and what does it include?

Connect is Dialpad's phone, messaging and meetings product, and it is the cheapest way in. Standard at $15 a user a month on annual billing covers HD calls and meetings, real-time transcripts and instant call summaries. Pro at $25 adds CRM integrations and 24/7 support. Enterprise is quote-only and adds SSO, user access controls and unlimited office locations.

The pricing page offers "Try free" and "Buy now" on Standard and Pro, so both are self-serve. Dialpad's G2 listing advertises a free 14-day trial, checked September 22, 2026.

What does Dialpad Support cost, and which tiers need sales?

Support is where the money is. Essentials at $80 a user a month covers routing and queuing, real-time agent status, transcription and call recording. Advanced at $115 adds live coach cards, CRM moment logging and additional channels. Premium at $150 adds automated quality management, CSAT on all calls, advanced analytics and workforce management, which the page describes as "included as an add-on".

Only Essentials has a self-serve "Buy now". Advanced and Premium both route to "Talk to sales", which is a reliable signal that the list price is a starting point. The incentive behind a seat-priced contact center is worth naming: the vendor earns more as your headcount grows, so a platform sold per agent has no reason to help you need fewer of them. That is the opposite of the incentive behind the AI Agent credit pool below.

How much is Dialpad Sell?

Sell is the sales product: Essentials $39, Advanced $95, Premium $150 a user a month on annual billing. Essentials is self-serve; Advanced and Premium are quote-only. Premium lands at the same $150 as Support Premium, so a blended team of support and sales agents on top tiers costs the same either way.

How much does Dialpad AI Agent cost?

The AI Agent tab is the one product Dialpad does not price in public. What it does publish is the shape of the model, verbatim on September 22, 2026:

Dialpad prices Agentic AI the same way customers experience it: one conversation at a time. You purchase a pool of AI Agent Credits. Credits are used only when AI delivers value. If no work is done, you're not charged. A conversation is billable only when the AI retrieves information or executes a real action like scheduling, routing, or order lookup.

That is a well-designed billing unit and it is genuinely different from a flat per-conversation charge: a conversation where the agent answers from a knowledge base and does nothing else is, on that wording, not billable. What the page never states is the price of a credit, how many credits a billable conversation consumes, the minimum pool size, or whether AI Agent requires a Connect or Support seat underneath it. We looked for a marketplace listing to cross-check and found none on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. So the honest answer on AI Agent pricing today is that only Dialpad's sales team has it.

Does Dialpad publish prices anywhere else?

We ran the full marketplace search on September 22, 2026, because a vendor that hides a price on its own site often publishes one on a cloud marketplace.

One practical note: dialpad.com/pricing renders its prices in the browser, so a scripted fetch of the page returns no dollar figures at all, even though the rates sit unchanged in the page's own data (we checked on September 24, 2026). That is why several third-party "Dialpad pricing" pages quote numbers that do not match the live page.

What do companies actually pay for Dialpad?

Vendr, which sells procurement help rather than a competing phone system, showed a median Dialpad contract of $28,461 a year across 110 purchases when we read it on September 22, 2026, with 83 deals handled, an average saving of 17.81%, and a range from $2,951 to $178,460. Vendr's page was last updated in February 2026.

Treat Vendr's per-tier table on that page with care. It lists products under names Dialpad no longer uses ("Dialpad Talk", "Dialpad Meetings") and quotes Contact Center tiers at $95 and $125 that do not appear on the live page. The median and the range come from signed contracts and are the useful part; the tier table has drifted.

What does Dialpad cost for a team of 5, 25 or 100?

Assumptions are stated so you can rebuild each row. All figures use the annual rate unless the monthly comparison is shown, and none include telephony usage, number fees or AI Agent credits.

Small: a 5-person support team on Connect Pro. 5 × $25 = $125 a month, $1,500 a year. On monthly billing that is 5 × $35 = $175 a month, $2,100 a year. The annual commitment saves $600 a year on five seats.

Mid: a 25-agent contact center on Support Advanced. 25 × $115 = $2,875 a month, $34,500 a year. On monthly billing, 25 × $135 = $3,375 a month, $40,500 a year. This row sits just above Vendr's $28,461 median, which suggests the median buyer is running roughly 20 Support Advanced seats, or a larger Connect-only deployment.

Large: 100 agents on Support Premium. 100 × $150 = $15,000 a month, $180,000 a year, before quality management usage, telephony and any AI Agent pool. Vendr's observed high across 110 contracts is $178,460, so a deployment of this size is at the top of what Vendr has seen.

The pattern the three rows show: Dialpad's bill is driven almost entirely by which product each person needs rather than by volume. A support agent costs five to six times a phone-only user, so the first question in a Dialpad quote is how many people genuinely need the contact center. Dialpad suits teams whose support and sales both run on the phone and who want one vendor for calls, transcription and routing. It is the wrong fit if almost all your volume arrives as email or chat tickets, because you would be paying contact-center seat prices for channels the seat price is not really built around.

What makes a Dialpad bill go up?

  • Product mix. Moving one person from Connect Pro to Support Essentials adds $55 a month. Across 30 people that is $19,800 a year.
  • Monthly billing. The penalty ranges from 12% on Premium to 44% on Connect Standard. If the seat count is stable, annual is a large saving at the low end.
  • Tier gates on Support. Workforce management, CSAT on all calls and advanced analytics sit on Premium, which is nearly double Essentials.
  • Sales gates. Only the entry tier of each product is self-serve. Advanced and Premium go through sales, so the list price is where the conversation starts.
  • Telephony and numbers. The pricing page prices seats, not minutes or numbers.
  • AI Agent credits. An unpriced pool on top of everything above.

How does Dialpad pricing compare with Aircall and Genesys?

Prices below are each vendor's own published rate, read on the dates shown. The products are not equivalent, so compare the entry point for the job you are actually doing.

PlatformEntry planPublished priceMinimumsChecked
Dialpad ConnectStandard$15 user/month annualNone statedSep 22, 2026
Dialpad SupportEssentials$80 user/month annualNone statedSep 22, 2026
AircallEssentials$30 license/month annual3 licensesSep 22, 2026
Genesys Cloud CXCX 1$75 user/month annualNone statedSep 22, 2026

For a phone system, Dialpad Connect Standard at $15 is half Aircall's $30 entry, though Aircall's 3-license minimum means its real floor is $90 a month. For a contact center, Dialpad Support Essentials at $80 sits just above Genesys Cloud CX 1 at $75, and both are voice-first at that tier. Our Aircall and Genesys Cloud guides cover what each one actually does, and the Dialpad guide covers the product behind these prices.

What do Dialpad users say?

Dialpad Connect holds 4.4 out of 5 from 4,213 reviews on G2, checked September 22, 2026, which is one of the larger review bases in business communications. The same listing advertises a free 14-day trial. Reviewers consistently praise the built-in transcription and summaries; the recurring complaint in this category is that the contact center tiers get expensive quickly once quality management and workforce management are needed, which the $80 to $150 spread on the pricing page bears out.

How we researched this

On September 22, 2026 we opened dialpad.com/pricing in a real browser, stepped through all four product tabs and both billing toggles, and recorded every price as displayed in USD. On September 24, 2026 we compared all nine USD prices with the price data embedded in the page and found no change. We searched AWS, Azure and Google Cloud marketplaces for a Dialpad listing with a price and found none. We read Vendr's Dialpad contract page and G2's Dialpad Connect listing the same day. We are not a Dialpad customer, so nothing here comes from a bill of our own; every number is a published figure with its source named.

Where does Macha fit next to Dialpad?

Macha does not compete with Dialpad on telephony. Dialpad is a phone system and a contact center; Macha is an AI agent layer that runs on top of the Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, HubSpot or Intercom a team already uses, and it is not a help desk.

The overlap is narrow and worth naming precisely: if the reason you are looking at Dialpad Support is that you want AI to resolve support tickets, and your tickets already live in one of those help desks, an AI layer is a different shape of answer to the same problem. Macha is one plan priced on monthly ticket volume, $299/month for 750 tickets, about $0.40 per ticket at every tier, billed monthly, with setup and monitoring by the Macha team, included on every plan. A ticket is one thread between Macha and one person, charged once no matter how many messages it takes. Where that comparison does not hold is voice: if you need phone calls routed, recorded and transcribed, you need a platform like Dialpad and an AI layer is not a substitute. The tiers are on our pricing page, and you can try it with $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit at dashboard.getmacha.com/signup.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Dialpad cost? On annual billing, Dialpad Connect starts at $15 a user a month, Dialpad Sell at $39 and Dialpad Support at $80, all read on dialpad.com/pricing on September 22, 2026. Dialpad AI Agent has no published price. Vendr's contract data puts the median Dialpad customer at $28,461 a year.

Is Dialpad cheaper billed annually? Yes, and the saving is uneven. Connect Standard drops from $27 to $15 a user a month, a 44% saving, while Support Premium drops from $170 to $150, a 12% saving. The cheaper the plan, the bigger the annual discount.

What does Dialpad AI Agent cost? Dialpad publishes the model but not the rate. You buy a pool of AI Agent Credits, and a conversation is billable "only when the AI retrieves information or executes a real action like scheduling, routing, or order lookup." The price per credit, the minimum pool and whether a seat license is required underneath are all quote-only.

Does Dialpad have a free trial? Yes. Connect Standard and Pro, Support Essentials and Sell Essentials all carry a "Try free" button on the pricing page, and Dialpad's G2 listing advertises a free 14-day trial as of September 22, 2026.

Is there a minimum number of users? The pricing page states no seat minimum for the self-serve plans, which is unusual in this category. Aircall, by comparison, requires 3 licenses on its entry plan and 25 on Custom.

Why do third-party pages quote different Dialpad prices? Because dialpad.com/pricing renders its prices in the browser. A scripted fetch of that URL returns a page with no dollar figures on it at all, so write-ups built from automated scrapes fall back on older numbers. Vendr's tier table on its Dialpad page still uses the retired "Dialpad Talk" and "Dialpad Meetings" product names.

What is the cheapest way to buy Dialpad? Connect Standard on annual billing, at $15 a user a month with no stated minimum. If you need contact center routing, the floor rises to Support Essentials at $80.

What should you ask Dialpad before signing?

Dialpad publishes more than most of its category: three products, nine tiers, both billing bases, no seat minimum on the self-serve plans. The gaps are the ones that matter for a large deployment, namely AI Agent credits, telephony usage and the two Support tiers that route to sales. Budget from the list prices above, assume the Advanced and Premium quotes move, and ask for the AI Agent credit rate and minimum pool in writing before you compare Dialpad to anything else.
