Best HubSpot Service Hub Migration Partners (2026): 18 Firms Scored for Help Desk Moves
The best HubSpot Service Hub migration partners in November 2026 are MO Agency and Orange Marketing, both at 9 of 10 on our five public criteria, followed by SmartBug Media, INSIDEA and Campaign Creators at 8. We scored 18 HubSpot Solutions Partners that show, on their own sites, that they move help desk data (tickets, conversations and knowledge base articles) into Service Hub. CRM-only moves from Salesforce or Pipedrive don't count here. Three of the 18 publish a migration price, Zendesk is the source desk most of them name, and we found nobody documenting a move from Kustomer or Front.
Key takeaways
- MO Agency and Orange Marketing lead with 9 of 10, and both pair a published price with a stated support period after the move.
- Only three of the 18 firms publish a migration price: Orange Marketing at $950 or $2,450, SmartBug from $5,000 and MO Agency from about $10,000.
- Sixteen of the 18 firms name Zendesk as a source desk and 9 name Freshdesk, while only 4 name Intercom and HubXpert alone names Gorgias.
- HubSpot's own Smart Transfer moves Zendesk tickets with their conversations, comments and attachments, and its knowledge base importer copies up to 400 articles at a time.
- Help Desk Migration charges $100 per 1,000 records on the HubSpot Marketplace and runs a free demo with 20 tickets, which covers many small moves without an agency.

How we ranked them
We looked for HubSpot partners whose own pages say they move help desk data into Service Hub. HubSpot's Solutions Directory has no help desk migration filter, so we searched the web for each source desk and read each firm's migration, pricing and support pages. Eighteen made the list. Each gets 0 to 2 points on five criteria, the same rubric we use for agencies across our migration roundups:
| Criterion | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Platform credentials | Top tier in the help desk's own partner directory (Zendesk Premier/Advanced or AI-cert, HubSpot Elite/Diamond/Platinum, Gorgias Elite/Premier) | Listed partner | Not in the directory |
| Migration offer | A dedicated migration page naming the source desks and what moves | Migration listed among services | Only a directory checkbox |
| Published price | A fixed price or package price | "From" price or day rate | Quote only |
| After cutover | Published post-migration support, hypercare or retainer | Mentioned | None |
| Reviews | 4.5+ with 10+ reviews in the help desk's own directory | Some reviews | None |
Ties: reviews, then alphabetical. We read "reviews" as the reviews score first and the directory review count second, since most firms here tie on the score. Directory review counts cover each firm's whole HubSpot business, not its migration work. Onboarding packages and retainers don't count as a migration price. For after cutover, 2 points need a stated length or price (hypercare days, an hours bank or a retainer fee); support described without terms scores 1. The scores reward what you can check before a sales call; they don't measure the quality of anyone's work. For partners ranked on Service Hub and AI work instead, see our HubSpot Service Hub implementation partners ranking.
9 of 10: a price and a support period on the page
1. MO Agency: a dedicated Freshdesk page and 30 days of hypercare, 9/10
MO Agency is an Elite partner with offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and London, rated 5.0 from 180 directory reviews. Its Freshdesk to HubSpot page covers ticket structures, custom fields, views, SLA rules, automations and customer interaction history, and promises "30 days of hypercare post-launch". Its customer service page adds that it migrates teams "from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and other service platforms", including ticket history and knowledge base content. The price sits on its general migration page: a straightforward migration for 20 to 50 users "typically starts from" about $10,000 (£7,500). A directory review from M. Yousif, dated October 27, 2026 and tagged CRM Migration, says the team "handled the process professionally, onboarded and trained us on the platform".
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 2, price 1, after cutover 2, reviews 2.
Best for: a Freshdesk team of 20 or more agents that wants a fixed hypercare window written into the scope.
2. Orange Marketing: the only fixed migration packages, 9/10
Orange Marketing is a Diamond partner in Orange County, California, rated 5.0 from 165 directory reviews. Its onboarding pricing page is the only one in the pool with fixed migration prices: a "Simple System Data Migration or Integration" for $950 and a complex one for $2,450, with "ZenDesk Tickets", "Zoho Helpdesk Tickets" and Freshdesk in its list of simple sources. Service Pro Onboarding starts at $4,950, includes "Import Data - Tickets (prior system)", a knowledge base add-on from $1,550, and one month of support through tickets. The Service Pro list doesn't settle the cost. Right under the ticket import it says Zendesk, Freshdesk and Zoho Desk imports may carry an extra charge "depending on complexity", and the next line lists existing service desk data migration as an "extra cost" priced by the data packages. Ask in writing whether your ticket import falls inside the $4,950 or is billed as a $950 or $2,450 package.
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 1, price 2, after cutover 2, reviews 2.
Best for: a small Zendesk or Zoho Desk team that wants a known number before the first call.
8 of 10: Elite partners with strong pages and one gap each
3. SmartBug Media: a priced Zendesk offer with two items still pending, 8/10
SmartBug Media is an Elite partner rated 5.0 from 823 directory reviews, the most in the pool. Its Zendesk to HubSpot page lists tickets, attachments and knowledge base articles, says pricing plans "start at $5,000", and gives four weeks as the minimum and 4 to 8 weeks as the range. The premium package adds "up to five, five-step workflows". Conversations, and "Macros + Historical Conversations", are marked "coming soon". SmartBug announced the offer in a PR Newswire release on April 25, 2024, and the label was still there when we read the page on November 2, 2026. A review dated October 6, 2026 from V. Juneja, about a CRM implementation, says SmartBug "made a complex project feel manageable".
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 2, price 1, after cutover 1, reviews 2.
4. INSIDEA: a fixed fee with a 30 to 90 day parallel run, 8/10
INSIDEA is an Elite partner rated 5.0 from 513 reviews. Help desk migration is a section of its Service Hub page rather than its own page: it names Zendesk, Intercom and Freshdesk, and says open tickets keep their status, macros are translated, and the knowledge base is imported and re-tagged. Engagements are "Fixed fee, scoped at proposal" and start from $2,000, which covers the whole Service Hub job, not the migration alone. It runs both desks side by side for 30 to 90 days before retiring the old one, then gives 30 days of weekly check-ins, with a managed-ops retainer optional from day 31.
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 1, price 1, after cutover 2, reviews 2.
5. Campaign Creators: four source desks and a support bank, 8/10
Campaign Creators is an Elite partner rated 4.9 from 169 reviews, and its data migration page says it holds HubSpot's Data Migration accreditation. The page names Zendesk, Help Scout, Freshdesk and Salesforce Service Cloud, and moves "tickets, contacts, companies, conversations, activities, notes, and associations". Its Monetate case study moved active and on-hold tickets with conversations, notes and attachments. There's no price. After launch, its Annual Support Program sells a bank of hours over 12 months.
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 2, price 0, after cutover 2, reviews 2.
Best for: a team leaving Help Scout or Service Cloud, which few other firms here name.
7 of 10: dedicated pages, no price
6. RevPartners: a 30-day Zendesk move in three tiers, 7/10
RevPartners, an Elite partner rated 5.0 from 544 reviews, has a Zendesk migration page that lists tickets, contacts, organizations, tags, notes, statuses, automations, teams and agents. It offers three unpriced tiers, from an MVP migration to a full portal move, and says plainly "we don't do fixed pricing". Most moves take about 30 days, up to 60 when complex. It supports go-live without a set hypercare period.
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 2, price 0, after cutover 1, reviews 2.
7. uspeh: SLAs, CSAT and the conversations inbox on its Zendesk page, 7/10
uspeh is a Platinum partner rated 5.0 from 47 reviews. Its Zendesk page moves tickets with full history, conversations and email threads into the conversations inbox, SLAs and business hours, CSAT and NPS data, and help center articles, and rebuilds macros and triggers. It quotes 4 to 12 weeks and offers a free scoping call instead of a price. Its migration guide mentions post-migration optimization without terms. A directory review from C. Lewis, dated August 20, 2026, calls the firm "a safe pair of hands that are always there to help".
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 2, price 0, after cutover 1, reviews 2.
8. HubXpert: a page for almost every source desk, 7/10
HubXpert is a Platinum partner rated 5.0 from 26 reviews, with offices in Vermont, London and Dhaka. It names 11 source desks, more than anyone else here, with separate pages for Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Gorgias, Help Scout, Zoho Desk and others. The Zendesk page moves tickets across all groups and brands with full conversation history, help center articles, sections and categories, and quotes 8 to 12 weeks. Its Freshdesk page adds Freshchat conversations. Both pages ask you to request a quote, and both offer a "post-migration support window for tuning" without saying how long it lasts.
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 2, price 0, after cutover 1, reviews 2.
Best for: a team on a less common desk such as Gorgias, Kayako or LiveAgent.
9. Infinite Renewals: a published retainer after the move, 7/10
Infinite Renewals is a Platinum partner in Boston that calls itself a Service Hub specialist; its directory profile shows one 5-star review. Its Zendesk page moves tickets, contacts, organizations and ticket history, maps custom fields, rebuilds macros and triggers as HubSpot workflows, and imports CSAT once you've decided where it lands. Most moves take 6 to 10 weeks. There's no project price, but the page prices the follow-on: $5,000 a month for monitoring, monthly reporting, configuration changes and admin access.
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 2, price 0, after cutover 2, reviews 1.
6 of 10: strong firms with thinner migration pages
10. Blue Frog: Zendesk and Service Cloud on its directory card, 6/10
Blue Frog is an Elite partner rated 5.0 from 303 reviews and part of Avidly, a HubSpot partner group. It's the only firm on page one of the directory's CRM Migration filter whose card names help desks: Zendesk and Salesforce Service Cloud. Its Brush Claims case study cleaned and moved Zendesk data, associated tickets with contacts, and transferred and rebuilt the knowledge base and customer portal. There's no help desk page or price, and its on-demand Tactical Support isn't migration-specific.
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 1, price 0, after cutover 1, reviews 2.
11. Meticulosity: white-label migrations for other agencies, 6/10
Meticulosity is a Diamond partner rated 5.0 from 43 reviews on its directory profile. Its Zendesk Support to HubSpot migration page is the most detailed technical map we read: 75 Zendesk features mapped against HubSpot, 26 items it says have to be rebuilt by hand, and a 2 to 5 week estimate. It has matching pages for Intercom and Freshdesk and a free calculator that returns delivery hours, "a range, not a quote". The page is written for agencies: "We run these migrations white-label for other agencies." We found no post-cutover support on its migration pages.
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 2, price 0, after cutover 0, reviews 2.
12. Vested: a Freshdesk case study and an ongoing support plan, 6/10
Vested is a Diamond partner in Lafayette, Louisiana, rated 5.0 from 18 reviews. CRM and data migration is one item on its HubSpot services page, and its Freshdesk case study describes moving "all pertinent data" without itemizing tickets or articles. Ongoing support includes a Slack channel, a ticket desk, quarterly calls and monthly health checks, with no published price.
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 1, price 0, after cutover 1, reviews 2.
13. Vantage Point: priced support hours after go-live, 6/10
Vantage Point is a Gold partner in Dallas; the legal name on its site is Cockrum Consulting, LLC. Its directory profile shows 3 reviews, all 5 stars. Its Zendesk page moves tickets with comments and attachments, users and organizations, help center articles, macros as snippets or templates, and ticket fields, statuses and tags, typically in 4 to 8 weeks, ending in a "Go live and hypercare" step. Its HubSpot pricing page says the migration is "Quoted with a Service Hub package" (the Service Hub Foundation package is $7,500), and prices help after go-live: 20 HubSpot hours for $3,800, or managed services from $4,800 a month.
Scores: credentials 1, migration offer 2, price 0, after cutover 2, reviews 1.
5 of 10
14. Huble: three source desks named, no scope, 5/10
Huble is an Elite partner rated 4.9 from 328 reviews, with offices across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and South Africa. Its Service Hub page says it helps teams "make the move from Freshdesk, Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud", without saying what data moves, what it costs or what happens after cutover.
Scores: credentials 2, migration offer 1, price 0, after cutover 0, reviews 2.
Four firms that qualify through a guide

Zendesk leads by a wide margin, and our Zendesk data migration guide lists what survives any Zendesk exit. Freshdesk teams have the second-widest choice, and our Freshdesk to HubSpot guide walks the steps. From Intercom, only four firms name the route, and our Intercom migration guide covers the export side. From Front, no partner documents the move, so the tool route and our Front to HubSpot guide are where to start.
When a migration tool is enough
An agency earns its fee when the move involves rebuilding workflows, SLAs, routing and the reporting your managers rely on. If you mainly need ticket history and articles carried across, a tool may do it for a few hundred dollars.
What HubSpot does on its own. Service Hub Professional and Enterprise can import knowledge base articles by pointing at your old help center (Freshdesk, Help Scout, Zendesk or Intercom) or from a CSV, up to 400 articles per import, without tables. For Zendesk and Freshdesk, HubSpot's Smart Transfer syncs tickets, contacts, companies, agents and groups, then copies attachments once; for Zendesk it also copies ticket comments as notes and ticket conversations. It doesn't move custom objects. From any other desk, tickets come in through the CSV import, which doesn't describe conversation history, and that's the gap the tools and agencies fill.
| Tool | Route into Service Hub | Price | Test first | Records added during the move |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Help Desk Migration (Relokia) | 106 source platforms listed on its pricing form, Service Hub among its 56 targets | $100 per 1,000 records on the HubSpot listing; $514 for 10,000 in its pricing examples | Free demo: 20 tickets and 20 articles, rerun as often as needed | Paid delta migration within 10 days of the full run (Premium and Enterprise) |
| MigrateMyCRM (SyncMatters, formerly Trujay) | Zendesk to HubSpot tickets, with comments and attachments | $149 under 5,000 records up to $3,499 for 2 million; guided help $875 | Unlimited free samples of 10% of your records | Delta run described in one blog post |
| ClonePartner | Engineer-run moves from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Gorgias, Help Scout, Zoho Desk and Service Cloud | From $500; "most projects fall in the $3,000–$10,000 range" | Unlimited sample migrations before sign-off | Final delta sync |
Here's the arithmetic for a 30,000-ticket account, if each ticket counts as one record: Help Desk Migration says its pricing "is not linear", so a basic Essential-plan move with no custom options costs at most three times its $514 example for 10,000, about $1,550. That excludes a delta run, which its pricing page lists only on Premium and Enterprise. The priced agency offers above run from $950 (Orange Marketing's simple package) to about $10,000 (MO Agency) before any rebuild. Comments, notes and attachments don't count as records, but contacts, companies, agents and articles do, so run the estimate form before you budget. Tools move data; your team still redesigns pipelines and retrains agents. A partner's HubSpot tier rises with the HubSpot revenue it sources, which gives agencies an incentive to recommend more seats and hubs; ask what's in scope and what's a recommendation. Our Zendesk migration and backup apps roundup scores the tools on the Zendesk side.
What we check when a help desk reaches us right after a migration
Before an agent touches a ticket, our team reads the account the way the agent will. We check that ticket fields came across with their values: an agent that reads a category or order number field gets nothing from a property the migration left blank. We look at the triggers and workflows, because a rebuilt workflow that fires on every new ticket will fire on the agent's tickets too. We read the macros, or the snippets they became, since those are often the best record of how the team answers each question. We sort past tickets by category to pick the first ones an agent should handle, which only works if the migration kept the conversation inside each ticket. Then the agent runs in safe mode, drafting replies as internal notes for your team to approve, so a field that didn't map shows up in a draft before a customer ever sees it.
Where AI fits after the move
A migration resets any AI you had. Triggers, fields, macros and the knowledge base an agent depended on all change shape in Service Hub, so the agent has to be rebuilt against the new desk. Macha runs AI agents inside the help desk you already use, including HubSpot, and the Macha team sets them up and monitors them. It's priced from $299/month for 750 tickets, with a trial of $50 of free usage (about 125 tickets), no credit card, no time limit. See Macha on HubSpot. It suits teams already on Service Hub that want the agent rebuilt for them. It doesn't move data and isn't a help desk; hire a partner or tool above for the migration itself.

FAQs
Who is the best HubSpot Service Hub migration partner?
On our five criteria, MO Agency and Orange Marketing scored 9 of 10. MO Agency has a dedicated Freshdesk page with 30 days of hypercare; Orange Marketing publishes fixed packages at $950 and $2,450. SmartBug Media, INSIDEA and Campaign Creators follow at 8.
How much does a Zendesk to HubSpot migration agency cost?
Published figures range from $950 at Orange Marketing to from $5,000 at SmartBug and about $10,000 (£7,500) at MO Agency. INSIDEA's Service Hub engagements, which include migration, start from $2,000. Most firms quote after a call.
Can HubSpot import tickets from Zendesk by itself?
Yes, for a basic move. HubSpot's Smart Transfer syncs Zendesk tickets, users and organizations, then copies attachments, ticket comments (as notes) and ticket conversations once, and its knowledge base importer copies help center articles. Teams add a tool such as Help Desk Migration or MigrateMyCRM, or a partner, when they need custom objects, a test run on their own data, or rebuilt macros and workflows.

How we researched this
On November 2, 2026 we searched the web for partners that move each major help desk into Service Hub, in English and four other languages. We checked the 130 Service Hub onboarding partners from our regional rankings and page one of the directory's CRM Migration filter. We read each firm's migration, pricing and support pages, and took tier, rating and review count from each live directory profile in a browser. Meticulosity's site, which blocks plain fetches, was read in a scripted browser. Nine firms were left out: CRM-only scope, no help desk named, no page of their own, or no longer a HubSpot partner. Prices are shown in US dollars; prices published in other currencies were converted at European Central Bank reference rates of October 29, 2026. The scores are ours, applied by one reviewer to public pages. We didn't contact, hire or test any firm. For how a Zendesk exit works end to end, see how to migrate away from Zendesk.
Disclosure: Macha makes AI agents that run inside help desks. It doesn't sell migrations, nobody paid to be listed, and Macha is not ranked.
